Dr Jones was so compassionate and professional. I felt very comfortable with her and she was so clear in explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was professional with a great bedside manner and overall very friendly. The nurse and front desk were also great and made my visit very pleasant.

My office visit was fine. However, about two hours after the appointment I get a text message from a third-party website (Capsule) stating that my prescription was ready for pick up! I have a pharmacy on file so NO idea why it would go to this company. When I contacted Capsule customer service, I was upset because it appeared that clear MD sold my information to this company. However, the third-party company said that it was an error on clear MDs and someone accidentally toggled, to send the prescription there. I think ClearMD company needs to be more vigilant with patient information. If it wasn’t error.

This place is completely disorganized. I called this morning to confirm my appointment, the call center agent let me know that my appointment had to be rescheduled because the sonographer isn’t in on Mondays. The guy tells me he’s scheduling for Thursday. Then he calls back and says Thursday is blocked off so to reschedule again. After over an hour of back and forth, the doctor still “agrees” to see me at my original appointment and she will perform any imaging needed. I showed up to my appt 3 min after the courtesy window and they refused to see me after waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. I traveled an hour and a half for my appointment and obviously unforeseen circumstances happen when you’re on the highway. Not only was this a complete misuse of my entire morning, this was also a huge inconvenience traveling into the city just to be turned away. Then they tried to schedule my for 2 weeks out (again) as if I would actually return. After countless messages regarding the $40 fee is you no-show, you would think they would want to see patients. Maybe they just wanted to leave early today. I highly don’t recommend.

Loved Dr. Jones’ bedside manner. She was curious about my health and asked good questions. Gave me options for relief from my symptoms and genuinely seemed like she cared. Looking forward to follow up with her treatment plan.

I had a great visit with Dr. Heather Jones. She is wonderful! ClearMD on the other hand, not so much. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the office. When you call, it goes to voicemail. When you go to leave a message, the inbox is full. I have been waiting 5 days for test results and treatment, but I can’t reach them. Nobody from the ClearMD office has contacted me with any updates and I can’t ask myself because they won’t answer!! This is extremely irritating and unprofessional given it has to do with urgent health concerns.

I went to the 57th Street office for my appointment arriving almost 30 minutes early. It was obviously a new office location based on my interaction with the staff which you could tell were all new. Something seemed off because they didn’t require any patient history forms like most doctor offices. Everyone was very nice but when they found out the substance I was addicted to, the psychiatrist came in and told me she couldn’t help me because she had no training in that area. Their website says they provide addiction services! Seems like they could have figured this out when the appointment was made about a week earlier. Instead, my wife and I wasted our time and energy getting ready and traveling to this appointment. I’m sure the doctor could have made an exception and prescribed at least a non-controlled substance which would have provided some relief for my symptoms but she was too focused on her liability to do so. I recommend if you’re not prepared to deal with a bunch of (very nice) rookies then you search for another office and not waste your time.

I read good reviews and was excited to have Dr. Jones as my new Obgyn caring for me while pregnant. I am upset that to learn she doesnt care for pregnant women past their first trimester. That should have been something her office called about before confirming my appointment.

Love the atmosphere. The place is really welcoming and very atheistic looking. The staff as well as the PA were really nice and informative. Really recommend this medical office.

Doctor Mateo was very detail oriented and asked a lot of questions for my annual physical exam. The front desk was also friendly and the whole location looks very new.But there are two main fallbacks:The blood work they ordered didn’t have any of my insurance info so it ended up all billed to me. I have to call lab to provide insurance again and fix the billing. This is a waste of patient’s time and doesn’t make sense to me at all.There is NO follow up calls from them even though doctor claimed he would reach out in 5-7 days to schedule a virtual consultation.I was impressed by their setup and the doctor but after all the experience I won’t recommend them nor come back for next year.

Easy scheduling, friendly and polite staff, and the doctor/nurse practitioner who saw me was super patient and took the time to answer my sensitive questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones was very sweet and thorough. She answered all my question and was quick but efficient. I felt very comfortable with her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The office was clean, customer service was great, and the wait time was very short. Great experience.

I read the reviews before going , they were great , I got there 3:30 for a 3:40 appt , and waited until 4:30 to be brought in to the examination room , there I waited extra 10mins ( so about 1hr til I saw the Dr) I was about to leave but when the doctor came in and started asking many many many questions I am glad I didn’t leave. I have seen many Drs trying to find the best PCP for me and I think I have found him. So many times as a patient you wait wait and wait then get rushed by the Dr, never expressing all the things you have questions on. I see why I waited 1hr …Dr Mateo gives that level of inquisitive care to everyone, and I can definitely appreciate that. I forgot about the wait, i would wait Everytime , I felt seen and heard, I recommended him to my husband , and I recommend him to others, he is very attentive, honest, soft spoken professional Doctor… no “God Complex” he is the Dr for the People!

Dr. Mateo and the staff were all very kind. I was seen right away.. Dr. Mateo listened patiently as I voiced my concerns and recommended a plan of action to ameliorate my symptoms, suggesting a follow up appointment to observe my symptoms again. He is very knowledgeable and asks the right questions. I would highly remember him to anyone with ongoing health concern that is looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring doctor.

Great experience and very quick! Zach the medical assistant was fantastic and very supportive. Sharon (PA) was excellent and spent the time to go over all my concerns and ensure I was okay.

Very clean location, friendly staff who were efficient, and great detail oriented providers who were also empathetic and caring.

Doctor Heather is very helpful and kind. Had a a great experience with her and all the staff there as usual.

Service was good but be careful because they might bill your insurance $4,100 for a Covid test. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!!!!!UPDATE- I checked the link with the cpt codes and I should have been billed max of $200 NOT $4,100. I also emailed the billing department and I still haven’t heard back from them.

I came by the other day, and Giselle assisted me. She was very helpful and attentive. She was super sweet and answered all of my questions and concerns. Very clean space.
