Dr Broach is amazing. He is kind and thoughtful. He treats his patients as if he has all the time you need. He wants to make sure you have all your concerns addressed and is compassionate for what you are going through having cancer. Truly not your run of the mill Dr who is in a hurray to get to his next patient or to have his nurse practitioner see you because he is to busy. Dr Broach will give you as much time as you need to help you understand and feel comfortable for your care. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and did not treat me like another statistic. Because if his care and his excellent skills as a surgeon, I am currently cancer free. I had stage two ovarian cancer and surgery went well. My recovery went well. I’m done with chemotherapy. I rarely write reviews, but I feel if I don’t I would be doing a great disservice to women facing gynecological cancer.Dr. Broach is simply the very best!!!!! Not only as a brilliant doctor and surgeon, but as a kind, compassionate human being. Dr. Broach made me feel like I was his only patient. He was patient and thorough with my questions and recognized the impact of a cancer diagnosis on my emotions and mental health. Dr. Broach wasted no time performing a radical hysterectomy and was able to remove all the cancer within two weeks of our first meeting. The surgery was excellent! In fact after having 3 c-sections, my scar looks better than it did before. Most importantly, I was concerned about issues with incontinence and sensation which can occur with a radical hysterectomy and I have had no issues whatsoever!I would only trust Dr. Broach with my daughters or friends. Finally, Dr. Broach has an excellent team who quickly responded to any questions I had.Always, always, consult with Dr. Broach before deciding on a surgeon and the surgical procedure recommended. If I had elected to go with the first surgeon I consulted with, I would have undergone 2 surgeries over a period of 6-7 weeks ultimately resulting in a radical hysterectomy.Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Broach for his care!!!

Being diagnosed with cancer is the most frightening experience of anyones life. I consider myself blessed to have found Dr. Broach. Hes absolutely fantastic; brilliant, #1 in his speciality, plus hes compassionate and understanding. Everything you need to heal and thrive.

I was diagnosed with Stage 3C low grade serous ovarian cancer in 2018 at the age of 36. I saw 2 other doctors and when I met Dr. Broach I knew he was the one who was going to be my surgeon. I was able to get an appointment within a week and he scheduled my surgery within 2 weeks. He is an amazing surgeon with amazing bedside manner. He came to visit me in recovery on a Sunday he wasn’t working! I don’t want to go into too much detail about my surgery but one thing I was really concerned about was needing an ileostomy bag. I was fitted for one prior to surgery as there was a high chance I would need one. He knew how much I hated the idea of having it, even though it would have been temporary. Long story short I didn’t wake up from surgery with it and that’s because he stressed how important it was to his assistants. I can’t say enough about him. He is caring, informative, always available for questions and concerns, accommodating and so his staff. Even though what I went through was challenging both mentally and physically, I have met some pretty amazing people along the way and wouldn’t want to go through it with any other team.

Dr. Broach is not only a superb doctor and a skillful surgeon; he is also considerate, kind, and patient. When I was making a life-changing medical decision, Dr. Broach spent ONE HOUR with me (7 AM, the morning of the procedure) calmly explaining the risks and benefits. This is on top of the pre-op consultations and phone calls. Dr. Broach is my hero.
