Dr. Melnick is absolutely incredible! Going through IVF for the first time was nerve-racking and she could not have been a more amazing doctor. She answered every question quickly and thoroughly. We were seeing Dr. Melnick when she was pregnant and responded to our email THREE days after she gave birth. We couldnt recommend Dr. Melnick enough!

The experience starts with Jaresyss. She’s Dr. Melnick Coordinator and man is she good. Not only is she kind, but she’s efficient and detail oriented. She makes sure she has any and everything you may need to get everything accomplished. Even more so after the appointment she was quick with getting me the information and referrals I needed. I mean not even an hour after my appointment, I had everything. Moving on to Dr. Melnick herself. Reviews don’t do her justice. Jaresyss had me send her my previous blood work and notes from my ob/gyn and she had actually read it. She asked me clarifying questions, but she already knew what I was dealing with. She was patient. She answered all of my annoying questions and she didn’t rush me. She didn’t talk over me. She didn’t treat me like she knew my body better than I did and she was realistic about next steps and needs. I want to recommend everyone that needs fertility treatments to reach out to them, but at the same time I want to protect this amazing team that I’ve found and keep them to myself. They are a one in a billion team. I’m so excited they’re taking me on as a patient.

Very positive first appointment. The office was accommodating and got me in two months early off the waiting list, which I appreciated. They were also in touch multiple times prior to my first appointment with instructions and to obtain records — highly efficient. The doctor herself was straightforward and personable. This can be a difficult and daunting process snd she made me feel very comfortable. So far only good things to say — a great first impression!

Dr. Melnick and her nursing staff’s personalized approach, clear communication, and attention to every detail put me at ease throughout both processes. Dr. Melnick and her nursing staff were extremely responsive to all my questions via email and telephone. I always felt like I had a team who supported me through two very, in my opinion, stressful events. I am thrilled to share that I am now expecting, and I credit Dr. Melnick and her dedicated nursing team for making this dream a reality. Their skill and commitment and unwavering support truly made all the difference. I spoke w/ Connie at Dr. Melnicks office, and Connie was SO RUDE. I called to book an appointment and check if they accept my health insurance. Then Connie does the following:1) screams and talks over me in a very condescending way. whenever I tried to ask a question, her default response was youre not listening to me!2) checks my entire medical history through the Weill Cornell portal without my permission3) then says that she spoke with Dr. Melnick, and since I already saw another fertility doctor before, that Dr. Melnick would not be able to see me. Ive never heard of such a policy.

Dr. Melnick is everything you want in a fertility doctor – patient, smart, and direct. Given the uncertainty in the whole process, she is clear in her answers to questions and puts your mind at ease, and does her best to clear out the ambiguity and cut through the clutter so you can make the important decisions that need to be made. She’s very responsive to emails and, if its really important, she even called me back personally while she was on vacation, which was unexpected but very much appreciated.Her office staff and nurses are wonderful and they have been very helpful throughout this process – it really takes a village, and a huge shout out to Connie, Jersey, Holly, Jessica, Jenny, and Janay! Couldnt have done it without the whole crew!

Dr. Melnick is really wonderful and I would highly recommend her. The setup for her team at Weill-Cornell is very efficient and straightforward. Dr. Melnick is all the things youd want your doctor to be- shes smart, friendly, insightful and warm. She gives you time to understand things as she explains them. When your talking to her it almost feels like shes a friend ( a really smart one ☺️) which really takes a lot of the fear and anxiety out of the process.
