I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hancock, Nurse Kris, Julia and the team at Spring Fertility. Having worked with a different clinic prior, the level of patient care at Spring was on another level entirely. My mind was blown when I learned that I would be seeing my doctor at every appointment. I did not even think that was possible in the fertility space! Most fertility clinics in NYC make you feel like a number; Spring makes you feel like a person. The staff is warm, incredibly intelligent and RESPONSIVE. When I messaged the clinic over the weekend I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back that same day to help me schedule my next, time-sensitive appointment. Their facilities are gorgeous, their technology state of the art and I felt so at ease and well taken care of at each and every appointment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Spring to anyone seeking superior fertility care. They are simply phenomenal!

I went through egg and embryo freezing with Spring Fertility in January 2024. Initially, the experience was positive…..the process went smoothly, and I achieved the results I hoped for. However, there were moments where I felt the process was rushed, and I wasn’t always given the full attention or clarity I needed.The real issue arose after the procedure. When my partner and I reached out to Spring Fertility to discuss next steps, thawing the eggs, inseminating them to create embryos, and decided what to do with our original decision of doing a split cycle… we were shocked by the cost estimate provided by Spring’s financial team. It turned out that thawing and creating embryos would cost nearly as much as the entire initial procedure, including the egg retrieval and medication. This was frustrating because we were previously under the impression that the cost would be minimal since our eggs were already being stored.Twice, we received storage bills that were much higher than quoted, and while Spring Fertility’s finance team ultimately corrected the charges to match our expectations after we contacted them, they need to improve their due diligence and communication, as unexpected quotes for thousands of dollars cause unnecessary stress and reflect poorly on their business practices.It felt like there was a lack of transparency and due diligence on Spring Fertility’s part. During multiple conversations with the care management team, it wasn’t clearly communicated that this next phase could be so costly. We felt misled, as we might have made different choices had we known the full financial picture upfront.If you’re considering Spring Fertility, I highly recommend being your own advocate. Ask detailed questions about all costs, document everything, and insist on written confirmations. This is an emotional and sensitive journey, and you need clarity and transparency, especially given the significant financial investment. For a private clinic of this caliber, I expected better communication and consideration.So…be cautious, ask every question, and make sure you fully understand both current and future costs before proceeding with Spring Fertility.

If you are looking for a Fertility clinic that’s a head above the rest, do not hesitate to work with Spring. I have never been more impressed by a medical practice, facility and staff (and that includes any doctor I’ve ever been to.) They are attentive, responsive, personable and genuinely care. I primarily worked with Dr. Klatsky through a retrieval process and successful IVF cycle and he brings the best energy and positivity to the experience. Fertility journeys can be challenging, but Spring makes it as easy and seamless as they can.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Fischer, our Nurse Maggie, and the extended team of nurses, experts, navigators, and team members.From our first consultation, we felt incredibly comfortable and impressed with Dr. Fischer. She took time to really understand what we were looking for and what our journey has been to date and we went right into additional genetic testing, bloodwork, and an ultrasound that day in order to give us more information.We decided pretty early that we wanted to proceed with the IVF process. It took a bit to actually get started after multiple baseline appointments to attempt to start, but Dr. Fischer and the whole team were incredibly communicative and supportive the whole way through. We also had some travel that they helped us work around, while still making sure to create the best environment for the process.The egg retrieval process was what really blew me away though. They have a stunning facility with lab and OR the floor above where all my appointments had been. We arrived and I was given a gown that had just come out of a warmer, with socks and a hair net. There was a modern locker room to change in and keep my belongings secure. After getting ready I sat in a heated recliner massage chair as they prepped me and got my IV set up and since I was the only procedure around that time that morning I even got to select my favorite music to play while I waited and then again in the operating room. The whole team that day was just incredible, making me feel so comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout. When I work up they told me right away how many eggs they were able to retrieve and I was so happy to find it was more than I had even expected. They sent us home with detailed care materials and a chocolate set with an egg and sperm on them- such a cute touch.Over the next two weeks we were constantly updated with the pasted on our fertilization reports and embryo growth progress. We had lots of questions and Maggie was so patient with us throughout.We are going back soon for our transfer and I’m looking forward to the continued great care.Update: We are a few days out from our transfer, which was such an easy and cool experience. We get checked in at the same facility on the third floor, then when it was time, we went into the transfer room where Dr. Fischer walked us through the 10 min procedure. No discomfort at all (aside from a full bladder). The coolest part was seeing our embryo on the monitor in the other room get sucked up into the transfer tube. They then brought the tube into our room from the lab next door, handed it to dr. Fischer and then we got to watch as the screen flipped to the ultrasound where we could see it being placed in. Another seamless and joyful experience. And now we wait :) To top everything off (because Spring thinks of every detail) we even received some good vibes flowers from the Spring team. I cannot thank them enough for how wonderful of an experience they have made this for us.Update #2: We just welcomed a beautiful baby girl in June 2024!

Amazing experience at Spring. I completed an IVF treatment here after 2 years of trying to get pregnant. First the doctors here have incredible bedside manner and empathy. They are so supportive and make you feel taken care of. From the beginning you feel so supported with your care coordinator. Loved all the communication via the app. I always got answers very quickly. I never waited longer than a minute over my appointment time. Spring literally does everything right.After my transfer they sent me flowers and a lovely note. I cried when I got transferred to by OB due to the special bond I made with all the staff here.Highly recommend Dr.Fischer, she is amazing! ❤️

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Klatsky and the entire Spring team for the amazing care that was provided over my year long fertility journey. From the first consultation through every appointment and procedure, Dr Klatsky and his team were compassionate, transparent, and supportive in a way Ive never experienced at any other doctor. I often felt like I was the only patient because of the teams attention to detail - it was really above and beyond. I will be forever grateful and will forever sing Springs praises.

I could not say enough great things about Dr. Klatsky and the Spring Fertility team for my oocyte collection. From the time of the first appointment to the completion of the egg freezing process, everyone Ive interacted with has been kind, professional, efficient, and compassionate. Dr. Klatsky is knowledgeable and patient, and spent extended time at each visit explaining the process and answering any questions I had. No visit felt rushed. The few times I saw another physician, they were also tremendous. The patient experience here is uniquely different to those at larger medical centers, where personal attention is lacking. Special shout outs to Julia, and the front desk team: Jordan, Ayanna, and Sarah - they each go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I had a really good experience with my Egg Freezing Cycle at Spring! I couldnt recommend Dr. Yoder and her team (Joanna, Julia, and Stephanie) enough. From my first consultation in March, they were very patient with me as I tried to make it work with my schedule since I am based in the Hamptons.Fast forward to my Egg Retrieval Process (November), they made the process smooth and easy for me. I was really impressed with their stunning facility and lab on the 3rd floor! We got in at 8AM and my lovely nurse Ashley explained the process and discharge notes. By 8:30AM I was hooked on IV and my Anesthesiologist Dr. Neil said Hi and assured me that it will seem like Im just taking a nap. 9:00AM I was brought to the OR and all I can say is that I had the Best Nap of my Adult life! LOL 9:45AM I woke up in the recovery room and wished I could nap a bit longer. By 10AM we were told how many eggs were retrieved and sent home. The entire process was a success, although I was expecting to get more, I still got a good solid number of matured eggs! If I had to do this all over again, I would and only with Spring!

Spring is a confidence-inspiring place to do fertility work. Weve done a couple rounds with them and Spring has dialed in the meds to get optimal results on our cycles.Springs entire operation is extremely professional and transparent. Everything from the nicely-designed lobby, the onsite embryology lab, our meetings with Dr. Yoder, and the calls from the anesthesiologist the day before the procedure all give you a feeling that Spring is on their game. Spring also provides lots of proactive updates related to embryos while they are developing along with photos of the progress.We are funded by the Progyny insurance plan and that helps a lot with the bills. Spring chats with Progyny and everything is just kind-of magically taken care of - although wed probably choose Spring even if we were paying for this work. I havent been handling the bills but I dont get the sense that Springs boutique, on-site-everything experience costs more than other places.My sister has been doing similar fertility work in Boston and hasnt had anywhere near as good an experience as weve had with Spring. For example, her doctors have been extremely sparse in terms of updates about embryos and they skipped the ICSI and ended up with far lower fertilization rates than weve seen with Spring. This situation has troubled her since each cycle is a big effort and expense. If youre going through this process, you want to feel like your embryos are in the best hands possible, which is why the confidence that Spring inspires is so important. The little chocolates are cute too.

My experience here was so lovely - I cried after my last appointment. Dr. Hancock is the most amazing doctor - her presence is so comforting and I loved seeing her. This facility is clean, new, and fresh. I loved going there. I met many other doctors before deciding on Spring and only Spring did it all: nice facility, amazing doctors, insanely personalized care.I got test results immediately, was constantly updated on the app/call, and communication was seamless. They do everything about fertility treatment right.Other clinics in New York cannot promise you this level of personalized care and ability to connect with your care team with such ease.I hope you don’t need to come here but if you do, you won’t regret it ❤️

I recently had a really positive egg retrieval/freezing at this clinic. Dr. Yoder and her care team were attentive, informative, and kind. I understood everything that was happening each step of the way and they were quick to respond to my questions. I usually dont do well with needles/bood draws, and it wasnt an issue at all. The nurses were experienced and quick. I had great results and would recommend Dr Yoder and this clinic to my friends. I want to give them all a big hug 🤗

I highly recommend fertility treatment at Spring Fertility. Dr. Yoder and her team (specifically Megan and Julia) were a pleasure to work with. The team was extremely communicative and helpful. Dr. Yoder and her team were always prepared to take the next step and provided an individualized treatment plan to match our availability. I attended many early morning appointments with on call physicians and had very pleasant experiences with everyone. Ive met amazing doctors in the past but Dr.Fischer set the bar higher. I was extremely nervous prior to my appointment about the egg freezing and the whole process but Dr.Fischer calmed my fears and my concerns. Dr.Fischer is truly a gem, very compassionate and extremely nice. I have never felt comfortable with any procedure before except now. She truly cares about her patients and extremely meticulous with her work. Excellent beside manners and very gentle. I couldnt have asked for a better doctor and my expectations were exceeded. Furthermore, the whole care team from the front desk to nurses are exceptional. Samantha is truly amazing as well. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you everyone for making my whole egg freezing process so smooth and I cant believe two weeks have gone so fast. You are TRULY amazing and a blessing. Spring Fertility has been absolutely incredible. I have always felt during my whole experience that they care so deeply about me. Every time I arrive, they are organized, the clinic is beautiful, and all the nurses & front desk staff are wonderful.I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fischer! She has been kind, thoughtful, and so attentive to our needs throughout this journey. I have always felt safe, heard, and comforted by her care. Her whole clinic is so attentive and detailed, whether you ask for help in person or through the app where they are easily accessible. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Spring Fertility.Dr. Hancock and her care team Kristen and Nerissa were absolutely wonderful, very professional, warm and accommodating. After having disappointing experience at previous fertility clinic, we were so fortunate to find Spring. Dr. Hancock and her team keept us informed every step of the way, starting with initial consultation, during the treatment, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and until final discharge. Her and her team’s positive attitude, attention to detail and care were exceptional. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Hancock for our miracle baby boy. Cheap Silicon Valley StartupThis was such a hard review to write because it feels awful to admit that I was fooled by the marketing of Spring Fertility. I dont know what I am more annoyed by their oil salesmen like doctors aka Dr Catha Fischer, cutting corners, treating patients like a number, or their lack of experience.I am writing this review mainly because I want other patients to avoid getting duped by Dr. Catha Fischer as I did. I was initially impressed by Dr. Fiischers chill bedside manner - this was a reflection of her laziness. She initially blamed the poor results on my fertility issues but turns out she gives the same medical protocol to each and every patient with little to no changes. I went to a handful of other doctors both in the US and outside - they all unanimously agreed that Dr. Fischer cut corners and used a very basic medical protocol.Additionally, none of the concerns Dr. Fischer flagged after the cycle were mentioned during the initial conversations - I literally scheduled a second consultation to ensure the issues I had flagged would not become a problem later.The kicker though was their obsession with manipulating their numbers. Even though I had two 3Cs - they insisted on sending it for testing - this helps them keep their number up. I asked to talk to the doctor when they were sending terrible samples for PGT testing but of course, she was not available for days after. They have no regard for the patient or their money. It’s all in service of making a quick sale and their numbers looks good.I would also want to dig into their partnership with yet another company - I wonder if they get a kick back from Alto - they keep pushing this vendor and their med pack and they were pretty clueless about any other options existing. They also tried to upsell me on their nurses coming home - like why is my doctor upselling me!Spring Fertility is truly a travesty. When I called out Dr Fischer for all the things she missed earlier, she noted that they were all of a sudden a concern for her now too. However, she very quickly turned into the best lawyer I ever met - an amazing spin master.There are so many other things they cut corners with - I wish they spent less on marketing and more on their patients.In short - girls please avoid this place especially if you’re doing egg freezing because you won’t know how they did until it’s too late.

My experience at Spring Fertility was exceptional. I was first introduced when I attended an informational session at their Bryant Park office. The session was really helpful and did not feel “salesy” at all. You can tell everyone who works at Spring has a patient-first mindset which is something I did not receive when I started my egg freezing journey at Weill Cornell. They truly care about the patient experience which made what can seem like an intimidating process very seamless. I’m so grateful for the care I received there and would highly recommend Spring to anyone who is even exploring the egg freezing process and would like to learn more!

I used Spring Fertility for egg freezing, and Im so glad I did. Dr. Hancock and her entire team were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I went to the office many times during my treatment, and I never once waited more than a couple of minutes to be seen. The egg retrieval procedure itself went smoothly and I was super comfortable the entire time. The facilities are modern, clean, and beautiful as well. I have been working with spring fertility for a few months, and I have been delighted with their services. Everyone is super accommodating and dedicated to making your journey the best they can, from the person that took my initial phone call to the medical assistants that keep your early morning appointments moving as quickly as possible so you can make it to your job on time.The doctors and nurses here are exceptional, especially mine, Dr. Fischer. From the initial consult to the follow-ups, I always felt well-informed and in good hands. Even when something was unexpected, I felt Dr. Fischer did everything possible to improve my results by analyzing my data, including additional monitoring, medication adjustments, and one additional blood work.My nurse Maggie always handled all my questions and concerns promptly and helped me get my cycles started quickly. She was also on top of my prescriptions and sent detailed instructions after every appointment.Another two extraordinary people are Raissa V. (she works in the OR and prepares you for surgery), who is not only very skilled but super sweet as well and will make you feel relaxed and calm.Finally, Dr. Neil (anesthesiologist) is a very skilled professional. He reviews your medical history and will examine you if you have concerns. He makes you comfortable with the right amount of anesthesia (I didnt have any nausea or other side effects). I was surprised in a good way because, on one occasion, I woke up with extra oxygen since I mentioned I had little trouble breathing due to ongoing sinus issues.The team at Spring Fertility will go the extra mile to take good care of you. I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful that I found Spring and Dr. Fischer after a poor experience at a previous clinic. I am 43years old and now 27 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby as a result of Dr. Fischer and the Spring staff.Highlights:- High-touch support, inclusive of a direct line to your doctor and fast, informative communication from nursing staff. You dont have to do the heavy lifting with respect to calendars, medication reminders etc. Its all online in your portal- Confident, pragmatic approach - I immediately felt in good hands with Dr. Fischer. She was both practical and optimistic which calmed my anxiety. She pored over my previous medical results, and was able to pair back the approach based on honing in on what made my case unique.- Beautiful new office w/very low wait times - I rarely waited more than 10 minutes of an appointment, and when I did the environment was soothing complete with complimentary snacks and healthy drinks.- OR - The surgical area is directly upstairs, and I always felt in great hands from my retrievals to transfer. The nurses were so warm and friendly, and I felt informed throughout.I cannot say enough good things about Spring - run, dont walk to this incredible center!

I had such a great experience with egg freezing with Dr. Fischer (who is absolutely amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable and is realistic with you) and her entire team (Courtney, Dana). It was truly seamless, if Im being honest. They are always on time with their appointments, treat you like a cared for friend, and are available anytime you need something. One time I had a question after hours though I reached a different doctor than my own, she was so compassionate and helpful as well. It went so smoothly, I would even consider doing it again! Love the Spring Team, and cant recommend more highly for any fertility needs.

We wholeheartedly recommend Spring Fertility Clinic. My wife and I had an excellent experience from start to finish, in which we welcomed our healthy baby boy Liam to the world.In comparison to the first fertility clinic we tried, Spring Fertility Clinic offered us much more warmth and positivity along our challenging journey.The “other” fertility clinic: We met our doctor only once. While visiting the clinic during each cycle, the nurse would coldly discuss our next cycle, implying the current cycle would fail. We understand fertility clinics need to prepare patients for failed cycles, this is part of the process, but the tone was very negative. They ASSUMED a negative result rather than PREPARING us for a possible negative result. The staff was nice, but the overall experience felt like a factory, as we passed through a conveyor belt.Spring Fertility Clinic: From the initial visit, the vibe with Spring Fertility was much different. Dr. Hancock met with us EACH visit, answering a litany of questions. At Spring Fertility Clinic, the highly competent staff, including Nerissa and Kristen, was much more positive. Our first cycle had low odds of success, the cycle became extended because not all of the eggs were maturing at the same time. By the end of this extended cycle, we had produced only one fertilized egg. Spring Fertility had an attitude of hope while preparing us for the fact that we may have to repeat this process. Luckily for us, our one egg defied the odds and grew into our baby Liam.We desperately wanted a sibling for our daughter Emilija, Spring Fertility made that happen. While everyone’s struggle with fertility and eventual results will be different, Spring Fertility offers the warmth patients need when struggling with fertility. Everyone struggling with fertility deserves to be surrounded by an atmosphere of positivity. If you are struggling with fertility, you should make an appointment with Spring Fertility and discuss your situation. Good luck everyone.

Finding Spring Fertility made my journey much more comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Fischer and her team. When I met her for the initial consultation and informed her of my goals, she was very caring in explaining back to me what the process would entail, and what would be possible for my age. And most importantly, I didn’t feel pressured or the use of scare tactics to make a decision. She was very personable, and that’s what sold me. I always felt comfortable and encouraged to ask any questions throughout my treatment, and she really paid attention to my concerns and took the time to address them. The staff, from the care coordinator to the nurses, were always very kind, friendly, and made me feel very taken care off leading all the way up to retrieval day. The office is also very Clean and modern. Overall I’m very grateful for my experience, and highly recommend.

Stop searching and go to Spring! Seriously, hands-down the best medical practice, I or my partner have ever been to. I was introduced to Spring and the brilliant Dr. Fischer through one of their fabulous dinners (check out their Eventbrite page!) and after exploring and consulting with a couple of other clinics we made the very easy decision of going with Spring for our embryo freezing.What a wise decision it was! Every single visit, we felt more and more grateful to have found Spring. Dr. Fischer and her team are fabulous, they are all so caring, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Our entire embryo freezing process from initial consult to retrieval was seamless and our confidence in the team and the plan we established never wavered. I cannot recommend Dr. Hancock enough. After doing infertility treatment for a year and half else where I found spring fertility. We came to Spring Fertility with little hope to get pregnant with my own eggs but from the first consult with Dr. Hancock that all changed. My husband and I traveled across the country to work with her and after 5 months at spring fertility I can happily report that we are 13 weeks pregnant. I’ve never had a doctor so present and invested in my treatment. In addition to Dr. Hancock being the best doctor I’ve ever had the team at spring fertility are so kind and warm. Never have I once dealt with a unfriendly or unprofessional staff at Spring. I am so thankful to Dr. Hancock and all of the amazing staff at Spring Fertility.

I want to share my personal experience on egg freezing with Spring.When I have decided to do this, I want to do it of course with the best provider I can find in NYC. Before Spring, I had consulted with two other providers, who are also very experienced, knowledgable and respected in the field. However, I feel theres something missing - its the location or maybe its the feeling that the process was too streamlined with little personal attention? Then I found Spring and called up to set a time with Dr. Fischer. After I stepped out from the first visit, I knew this was it. The reasons are multifold: (1) Dr. Fischer is not just one of the best in the field training wise, shes just a caring, resourceful and trustworthy person. (2) The team is amazing - from the receptionist to the coordinator to the nurses and to the finance department, everyone is on top of things and you always know what to expect in this supposed to be stressful but pleasant journey. (3) The Bryant Park location is awesome - I dont need to tell you more about this, and (4) The office is spotless and cozy - it fits my aesthetics and it does tell you how much they care to make you feel at ease.During the entire process, I was more and more amazed by how organized, streamlined yet personal my caring team is, and I think I am truly blessed with this choice. During this time, I also had a chance to meet and work with Dr. Hancock on the absence of Dr. Fischer, and shes very experienced and detail oriented in all the check-ups - I was left in good hands. Dr. Neil was my anesthesiologist on the big day. The night before, he gave me a personal phone call to introduce himself and explained to me ahead of what was expected, and the next day we met and I felt I was speaking to someone I have known for a while. Getting into the surgery room, Dr. Neil said weve got a pillow for you on the bed, and I looked at it and responded its like a spa. This is a somewhat exaggeration but it was just how lifted my spirit was before I passed out - they have my full trust. I cannot thank and speak highly enough of everyone I have met on the team.Everyones physical experience through this journey may vary greatly, but the quality of care from a provider should be leveled. So my review is focused on how I was treated because I believe it would generalize and resonate more with everyone. With regards to the outcome, everything went too smoothly for me.I write this review for people who are looking to do egg freezing right, and most importantly I write this for the entire crew who had provided me with such a blessing experience. I don’t even know where to begin. First and foremost, the gratitude my wife and I feel towards Dr. Fischer and our care team at Spring is immeasurable. They have made our dream a reality in the most seamless and enjoyable way possible. There is a lot of anxiety around deciding on starting a family and beginning the IVF process, but the minute we met Dr. Fischer that all faded away! We looked forward to each and every one of our appointments, it was like we were going to see our friends! I truly cannot say enough great things about Spring. For reference, I am a 36 year old surgeon and have been considering cryopreserving embryos for a few years due to my training and difficult schedule. Given the limits on my time I knew I probably could only do one cycle, and Springs outcomes are known to be excellent. I dont practice in New York, but Dr. Fischer and her team were able to seamlessly coordinate the process for myself and my husband from afar until we needed to be in the city for the last several ultrasounds and steps.The entire team was organized, incredibly responsive and proactive. I never felt out of the loop or confused. The retrieval itself was also a great experience; Dr. Fischer, my anesthesiologist and my nurses were all wonderful to work with and kept me informed of every step.The lab was also excellent in communicating with us about our results and we were able to view everything on our portal as soon as the information came out.We had a wonderful outcome and would do it again in a second, it was great experience.From the physician point of view- all around excellent.

I cant recommend Spring enough! The space is calming and inviting and everyone there from reception to the nurses to the doctors just want you to feel comfortable, informed, and excited about whatever procedure you are going through. I had Dr. Fischer for my egg freezing process and she was amazing - I felt like I was going to see a girlfriend to chat during my appointments! Her team made me feel very relaxed and confident. We had a great experience with Dr. Fischer after moving on from 2 other NYC clinics; this was the best in terms of delivering care plus results (excellent lab and individual approach). My doctor and Spring team made themselves available for early morning (7am) appointments so treatment was possible with my work schedule and addressed many of my questions (in-person, calls or emails).

Dr. Fischer is truly the best doctor Ive ever seen in NYC. Shes caring, compassionate, smart and relatable. I found out about Spring and Dr. Fischer through a podcast and immediately contacted her. The whole process was seamless, professional and stellar. Every single person I interacted with made me feel so well cared for. I cant recommend Spring or Dr. Fischer enough - I am telling all my friends about her. I did 5 months of searching across NYC and Im so glad I finally picked Spring.

I wrote a review 6 days ago and it is not appearing. My experience - I was a customer/patient - I did not get responsiveness, good care, and money was spent. Highly recommend you talk with several other centers before selecting this subpar center. GOOGLE - do not grant this business request to remove this review. My entire experience at Spring far exceeded my expectations. The egg freezing process can be overwhelming at times but Dr. Fischer and her team went above and beyond from day 1 to make the process as easy as possible. My entire time at Spring felt very personal and inviting. Dr. Fischer has her patients best interest in mind always.

I had a great experience with egg freezing using Dr. Fischer and her care team. Spring is not a fertility factory where youll never see the same doctor or nurses until your retrieval. The care is personalized and attentive; the facilities are modern, clean, and high-tech; and every aspect of the process imbued me with confidence and mitigated stress. Dr. Fischer was focused on the best outcome for me and addressing my questions and concerns at every step, which stood in stark contrast to other experiences I heard about from friends. I would highly recommend Spring.

The support they provide in preparing you for the process is excellent. I was very prepared and knew what to expect. We didn’t get the result we thought we would though, and that was frustrating. I sought treatment elsewhere, and at this facility, I had a much better result. After going through a second round of treatment and getting such different results, I feel Spring started me too early and that this impacted our results. I also paid out of pocket for services at Spring, so I can’t help but feel taken advantage of.

DO NOT USE SPRING FERTILITY GOT SURROGACY. I used spring fertility for a surrogate journey that my husband and I were going on due to my doctors not allowing me to get pregnant after my second liver transplant. The team did a fine job with developing embryos from me but they treated our surrogate in a really disrespectful manner. After months of working with our surrogate and after her being medically cleared and flew to the clinic following all instructions very carefully she unfortunately had a case of pancreatitis right before our scheduled transfer date. Understandably we had to push off the transfer. After 2 weeks they saw that her labs were slightly above normal. Instead of discussing it with her or with us they sent us an email saying they won’t work with this surrogate at all going further. They scared her into thinking there was something seriously wrong with her. No phone call no discussion. Her doctor and a high risk obgyn both said her labs were barely elevated and that there was no indication that she couldn’t have a healthy pregnancy and that there were ways to do transfer prep in a safer manner. Spring said they’d made their decision and they didn’t care what a high risk obgyn said (even one they could choose) . They have very little experience with surrogacy (only regular ivf) and I think they were nervous to mess with their stats. Regardless of their medical stance the way they handled communication with my husband, my surrogate and myself was incredibly painful and disappointing. Luckily we were able to move to a different well known clinic with a lot more experience in surrogacy and now she is pregnant. This was incredibly expensive to start all over again and move the embryos. I wish we had never used spring and I hope this review stops someone else from this heartache and major expense.

Dr. Fischer is the BEST fertility doctor— she is smart, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She is there right from the beginning all the way through. I had anxiety going into treatment and stressed the importance of seeing her at my frequent appointments and she always made it a point to be there. She has given my family two healthy children and the option for more. She was always available to check in on me, talk through results, for the actual egg retrieval and all my transfers. I could not recommend her more highly!!

Ive undergone many rounds of egg freezing with Dr Klatsky. He is professional, warm, awesome and me and my husband love him. Having undergone many rounds, I have also had contact with many other medical providers at Spring, with great experiences every time.As is to be expected in such a personal and emotionally draining procedure, there have been moments of profound frustration (due to the process, my body and expectations in general) - and I always felt heard, addressed and got the care I needed.I feel a profound peace of mind having paused my biological clock as much as possible. Me and my husband get to make family planning decisions based on our wants, not our needs.I have recommended Spring to many friends. I have done a lot of research, and I cannot think of a better clinic.

Highly reccomend Dr. Kolbe Hancock. She has a great pedigree from Cornell plus a fabulous bedside manner. She truly cares and goes above and beyond. She also really listens to her patients, which can be rare in IVF. You wont feel like just another number. The Spring nurses and staff were all friendly and professional. They made the process as easy and comfortable as possible.

I can not recommend Spring enough. My husband and I worked with Dr Klatsky and he was amazing in helping us to achieve our family dreams. I just had my 2nd child 6 weeks ago thanks to Spring and Dr Klatskys commitment and diligence in finally getting it right. I had to go through many ups and downs and it was a very emotional journey but I always felt better after speaking to him. I came to Spring after having a bad experience at a larger fertility clinic and it made such a difference in my results and my mentality.One story I always tell people about Dr Klatsky is the day I found out my first transfer had not worked and I was very upset was the same day Dr Klatsky had to go out of Paternity leave. To my complete surprise, he actually called me from the hospital that day to tell me how sorry he was and how we can move forward from here. I could hear his family in the background of the call. I was so touched by this that I was convinced Spring was the best choice I ever made.

From start to finish I had a great experience with Spring and with Dr. Shastri! Everyone is so nice and explains everything to you in detail. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and I really appreciated that. Even after it was over I still had my nurse and patient navigator reach out to me to make sure I was doing OK. I highly recommend using Spring if youre thinking of doing egg freezing or IVF!

Everyone at Spring was so welcoming and nice. Dr. Yoder and her care team were all so amazing. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed and my best interest was put first. The day of the procedure the staff was wonderful and so caring and they made me feel comfortable and made everything so easy. I have nothing to say but good things and highly highly recommend spring!

I cannot recommend Spring Fertility highly enough. Dr. Fischer and her entire team are so lovely, knowledgeable, and professional.They made an incredibly complex process approachable… even a bit enjoyable along the way. Plus the office runs like clockwork so appointments, even midday, were predictable and manageable.

I couldnt speak to other doctors at Spring Fertility, but at least my experience was really bad.The cycle was totally failed because they dont start monitor until Day 6, and even that, they didnt monitor one very important type hormone until Day 8. By then, it was too late. And even though, the Dr. knew too well the result would be bad, she still didnt cancel my cycle. In the end, when I started ovulate without the trigger shot (by when any doctor with the least ethic would cancel the cycle), but I was gaslighted into the retrieve procedure by the doctor. The whole experience was very traumatized to me. The cycle itself was painful both mentally and physically, trusting someone who would only treat you as a cash-cow definitely adding up to that.I got PTSD from this experience.

I have been a patient at Spring for a couple years and I cant recommend it enough. The care team is incredible and guide you through the process with kindness! Highly recommend Dr. Klatsky! Youre in good hands at Spring!

I had a great experience. I had done a first cycle at a different provider in NYC but switched because i was unhappy there .Spring was very organized and always reachable.

Poor communication from the care team and no direct access to the doctor. Everything is delayed or last minute. Makes the entire process feel stressful, rushed, and more complicated than it probably should be. The initial consultation seemed fine but since then it has been nothing but chaotic. Would not recommend this place.

I’d give 6 stars if I could! Spring is unlike any other medical practice I’ve been to. From the constant & seamless communication (texting your nurse / Doctor team… can you imagine?) to the incredible bedside manner to the beautiful office and facilities, every step of our IVF journey with Dr. Fischer and her team was truly wonderful.We went to another clinic first for a round of IUI and it was night and day compared to Spring. I knew being able to ask questions and communicate with my care team frequently was the biggest piece of the process that worried me; we’ve all been there where you need a doctor or nurse to answer a time-sensitive medical question and you feel like you’re shouting into the abyss. Spring knocked it out of the park here, responding with same-day turnaround times and always offering to hop on a call.The retrieval day couldn’t have gone better; I felt absolutely taken care of and comfortable despite my nerves. Being able to do this on-site at their offices was a bonus, as were the thoughtful details like a heated robe and chocolate to go home with.Shout out to Samantha, my nurse, and the wonderful team of nurses who draw blood at the many appointments you’ll to go. I truly feel like these women are in the perfect careers because they care so much and it’s evident in their interactions with you. I’ll be sad to not have appointments anymore because Spring was able to give us our dream of a healthy & successful embryo transfer. THANK YOU, SPRING!
