Miguel Mejia the office manager Is very rude. He even tried to scare me by standing next to me after he told me what bathroom I could and couldn’t use. I am patient here and have been for 10 yrs. He just couldn’t let it go I have never argued with a man like this over going to the bathroom in my life. Mr Mejia even had time to walk to the receptionist Carolina to and argue with me from there and she is the one who told me what bathroom to go to. This to me was more than just the bathroom.

Best program and health office Ive ever been involved in, Ive been a patient for over a decade and will continue to be. All of the staff and healthcare professionals are top notch. Thankful for this place

This is a great doctors office. Dr. Chu, Julian, Michael, the entire staff of doctors and nurses who work here are wonderful people. Julian has gone above and beyond for me numerous times, and has never seemed to mind. Dr. Chu is an awesome doctor. She manages to maintain complete professionalism but still be warm and informal in demeanour. I feel extremely fortunate that this is the place that ended up being my regular doctors office. Highly recommended.

Doctor Fernandez Has been our pediatrician many yrs ago, She always care about your kids And call you back to check back of then when your kids are sick, She really Helps me alot Because she is always there for me and my family , I always email her if I need anything and she responds right away. She is always there for my kids and if any letter for school ornsomething she always do it faster . Iam really happy with our lovely Pediatrician and my kids LOVE HER !!!!

My twin daughters have been cared for my CCHP since they were 3 days old. Now at 10 they still see the CCHP team as “extended family”. The new 110th street facility is fabulous. Staff are happy and courteous. Dr. Marielly Fernández has managed the care and health of my daughters las if we were her own family!!I highly recommend CCHP!!!

Dr. Fernandez has been My childs Pediatrician for 14 years. He is now 16 soon, 17.Doctor F. has been a life saver in too many ways to write in a brief review. Suffice to state, not only is She a fount of medical knowledge, She is sensitive and caring.Above all She doesnt have the arrogance that a lot of Doctors have. She comprehensively answers ALL My questions, without condescension.The Nurses are remarkable. Especially Iris. Who has been My and My Sons preferred nurse for 14 years.The Front office women manage to be efficient AND pleasant. Retaining Their pleasant demeanors and professionalism even while dealing with... difficult people.I highly recommend CCHP. The ONLY drawback for Us is location. We live downtown. And getting to Manhattan North is not always convenient. But it says a lot about how much My Son and I Love Dr. F, Iris and the rest of the staff. Since We can obtain Doctors A LOT closer to home. But We wont.

This treatment had been a great experience. What I mean that you dont get treated as someone that isnt fit to belong being part of a society where you aint want it. In this place everyone is equal. My counselor Ms. Horner is very understanding, very caring. As well as for the security guard Patty she is awesome very respectful and polite when talking to you. If you going through a very difficult time in ur life I recommend this program.From Jose...

I know a man who received Methadone, and he went to receive his meds that day, it was holiday the next two days so he was 5 days without his Methadone, they didnt attend him they dont want to give him, so he got sick and worst, and they never help him. This is Very bad! Nobody answer the phone is so terrible. I am wasting my time and its a clinic.

Christine Tergis is a Horrible counselor, and a terrible human being. For months she continued to lie, the administration of this place has an air of superiority. They are truly hurting peoples lives and health when they claim to be health care organization.

Great family health practice. Have been to both of the locations when they moved over the past 15 + years for both psychiatric and health related. Everyone is very welcoming and understanding. Did not make me feel like a simple patient but instead saw me as someone who needed care and willing to assist in anyway possible. Unfortunately, i had to move to a different state and still cannot find any practice as good as this one. Thank you for the experience!

This amazing program has been a gift to myself and my family the overall care and attention as well as individual comprehensive service provision is outstanding! The staff are always very friendly with the utmost professionalism as well as compassionate and sensitive to your needs. I love my daughters doctor. She is the best. The staff are cool the nurses r cool. Play room for the children. Support services. They always fit me in to accommodate my children. They keep it 100. Much respect and love for my daughters doctor.

I went to Emergency for a abdominal pain resulting in kidney stone. I had a surgery next day. All staff was amazing, from emergency, surgery, recovery and floor room. Fully recommended.

Like all office run by humans there are good days n not so good days.But i sincerely believe that professionalism is a requirement for all the workers because there has been times when i wanna yell but the professionalism attitude from the office and clinical workers has always diffuse the situation. thank u

Dr. Amurao is the best. She is a good doctor who was there to support and help me in regards to my children health. She is always available and very reliable. The staff at the clinic are very good too and make sure that the job is done right.

Bad customer service. They lying saying they call back to check insurance info and never do. Same people pick phone Spanish girls unprofessional and not courtesy or respect. Why not saying straight you too busy or have not space, be more simple for you and all ok!

Excellent healthcare services for pediatric patients - I highly recommend Doctor Fernandez.

Decent program. Open up at 6:30 am for working clients other than that it opens at 8 am for all other clients. Also they close at 6p.m sharp.

THEY CAN NEVER GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT ! THEY CAN NEVER FILL OUT PAPER. WORK . THE FRONT DESK LIES ABOUT WHICH DOCTOR IS THERE .
