Quest Diagnostics Washington Heights - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Had an appointment at 10:45am but was so late (11:15) because of bus schedules. I took a star off because they only had one person on staff. Its the Friday before Labor day weekend but it was so unfair for the office to be open with only one person doing the paperwork, the insurance approvals and the lab tests.However, the attendant there was professional and kind to everyone showing up for the time I was there. It was very clean and she had to approve a ton of blood tests for me. In fact I had a dozen viles at least. She worked through her lunch break (12-1pm theyre closed for lunch but she finished my blood work at 12:05 And Im sure she took care of the other patients waiting).Also, I didnt even feel the needle! And I have no bruising after so many vile change outs. I will continue to support this small diagnostic clininc. The last nurse to take my blood at my PCP gave me bruising that took up 1/4 of my arm and hurt so very much. The pic below is what blood draws should look like when you have good veins.

I walked in after my annual check-up to have blood work done. I was met with a gracious smile by Leticia. I checked in, had my blood drawn and provided a urine sample. Leticia was conversational and professional. I had a great experience. Even on a day when it was -5 degrees!

I DONT know why the negative reviews! I’ve been coming to this quest for years! There is a girl that have worked for as long as I can remember and she’s always polite and respectful. She takes her time and she’s very gentle. Im my family and I know her for years and she is a very nice lady. I guess everyone is in a rush and wants everything done in 2 seconds. It doesn’t work like that guys! Have some patience!

1 employee forced to do ALL paperwork, data entry and then draw your blood. Meanwhile, while waiting ones turn there is a video loop promising 5min turn around. It takes that poor employee 5+mins just to do the data entry. We were there for 35+mins and that was with only 1 person before us-5 were waiting when we came out at 11:35 so I doubt the worker even got her lunch break, which was scheduled for 12-1.

Disgusting dont bother coming here I was able to make an appointment for 12:15 to get here and be told they are on lunch. Waste of time on this hot summer day.

Poor patient service.. i came in as my first time and lady with an attitude said.. just sign in.. no good morning.. no how can i help you.. she was really nasty...

I went there on two separate occasions and always had a positive experience. The lady is pleasant and the place is clean.

Horribly understaffed. Only one employee working, line out the door. Having an appointment helps, but you will still wait.

They never answer phone calls. They lost my test results. Walked back.. gave me some lousy number to call with no reference.This place needs help.

Don’t come here unless for have hours to spend to wait just to get ur blood drawn!
