Friendly and caring staff! Wait time was minimal, great for a Friday afternoon. I thought the base visit was a little steep for not having insurance, but the level of care was superb.

Saundra Henry was very rude. Told me she had other patients who been waiting on her for 2 hours like I wasn’t there waiting for her about 2 hours as well. Kept cutting me off while I was trying to ask her questions like I’m not the one who’s sick. If you can’t handle all us patients without an attitude change your job or profession

I normally go the trustcare in Brandon Ms but since I was out north from my job I decided to come here. The staff was very unprofessional laughing and playing. I had to go ask the front desk how long would it be before I got seen. I do not have a problem paying the co pay up front but just to leave you in the room is just horrible. Nobody ever came to do the X Ray on my leg just terrible. I do not recommend this TrustCare to anyone.

I thought this was a walk in clinic. I walk in the clinic and there were 3 people that came in after me was seeing before me. When did they start that you can pay ahead of your visit? Ive searched their website and I have not seen where I can pay ahead of my visit. I was able to pay my copay online after they sent me the form to complete . So tell me if I going crazy or not is this a new thing. Because I have no problem filling out form and paying, if its going to get me out sooner

I recently visited TrustCare Medical Clinic for sinusitis issues, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Waited for 2 and a half hours and did not see a provider. Was told every 15 minutes that they were about to check on me. I understand wait times happen but 2.5 hours is unacceptable. I would suggest trying a different location next time.

This facility was clean and extremely competent in delivering top notch rapid intake and informative services from the receptionist to all medical staff technicians and attending physician!

They will refuse you treatment if you owe a balance and can’t afford to pay it. They don’t give a crap about people. Only in it for the money.

Tried to make an appointment, but they said they are a walk in clinic only. Just needed a quick urine pre-employment drug test.Have been sitting in the waiting room for going on an hour and a half now. They call themselves an express clinic, but there is nothing express about this place.They need to allow people to make an appointment instead of wasting peoples time!Ive read MANY reviews talking about the exorbitant wait time. They clearly dont take the hint.UPDATE: About 2 hours waiting now. When I checked in, there was no indication that the wait could be this long. And Ive been humiliated - told that if I cant hold it,(due to not having a prostate) I can just come back another day and try again.

The staff were great as a walk in first time guest. They really took care of me and I greatly appreciate the warm and welcoming from the front desk, the nurse, and the GP! Seriously great job and I had a wonderful experience today.

At first I doubted that TrustCare was a good place to go to. When I entered the clinic everyone in the office from front to back were exceptionally polite, fast moving and caring. I will definitely be back.

I visited TrustCare Wednesday and was seen by Saundra. She was quick to evaluate me a get a great history. She was very thoughtful and professional and cared about me as a patient and a person. Even though she was busy, she made sure I was ok. Her nurse Kai was awesome. She is great at taking your mind off your illness and puts you at ease. Gabriella was helpful and answered all my question. Outstanding staff

I was disrespected so badly by an employee. I can not remember the name the doctor told me but she was an RN and she had a low bald blonde cut. She was very rude and disrespectful to me when I walked in right before they were about to close. The incident almost lead to an altercation but she eventually walked away. The experience after that was just horrible and I would not recommend ANYBODY to step foot in that establishment until better and proper staff is provided. As of the doctor he was nice and understanding and also encouraged me to speak about the matter with HR concerning what happened. He informed me that it won’t happen again and further more. As of that lady she needs to be reprimanded and fired in my honest opinion.

Mrs Pam was the best. She was super nice and helpful. I can’t remember the NP name but he was great too as well and the front desk staff

The staff was very nice, very professional and polite. I’m a new patient and I was told upfront it’s a lengthy process for new patients. I appreciated that. My nurse practitioner was awesome.

This was my second visit and it was just as warming as it was the first time. Joseph Tackett is so nice and professional. Hes the reason I came back and the front desk staff.

I was there and waited over two hours before the nurse practitioner came in, Sandra Henry, when she came in it was great at first. She became rude and unprofessional when she told me that when you come to the doctor or clinic tell the doctor one thing is wrong with you at a time and then come back to get whatever else is wrong with you checked out. I felt that was rude and very unprofessional of her especially if i have come to the clinic because i didn’t feel well. Yes i understand exactly what she means but i feel i didn’t get treated properly and fully because she stated they were too busy and she didn’t have time to check every symptom i said was wrong with me

The front desk staff not welcoming at all. When I walked in hurting. I was not greeted, instead got I the death stare for about 30 seconds before I was asked “how can we help you”? I should’ve walked out them because customer service is very important to me. Saw a doctor she instructed me to come back Friday. I called to see what time she never returned my call. Trustcare this can’t be how your company is represented. I will never return here. Wish I can give them no stars at all. Just poor service.

Ive been waiting almost 2 hours. Ive asked several times how long it will be and they dont know. Very frustrating. They say there is only 1 computer in the back. So save your time and go somewhere else. Hope this helps someone.

Everyone was very professional and extremely friendly. Everyone seemed to work efficiently to see to my needs. I was honestly surprised at how great the whole experience was. The doctor was outstanding. Great bedside manner. I’ll definitely be back.

The worker and nursers were all nice and professional. I was please with what they did and how i was treated. But i did have to wait about an hour and ahalf for just an employers prehire drug test. I think they could have gotten me in alittle quicker to just pee in a cup.

Loved having the QR Code at the door to get a spot in line ahead of time. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and efficient. Nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly and efficient.

Front desk receptionists were both warm and welcoming. They acknowledged me immediately upon entrance and tended to me kindly and professionally. The Clinic was clean and inviting. The rest of the staff (NP & Nurse) were also welcoming and treated me for the reasoning of my visit thoroughly and timely. 10/10. (I work in Healthcare and I was thoroughly impressed.)

Allison was great!! She took the time to explain what my condition was and its causes. She explained what medications she was prescribing and what they were for. Excellent service!!

Mr.Tackette is an exceptional practitioner! He has helped me many times in my/kids in our urgent time of need. When we leave we aren’t left with ANY lingering questions or feelings of not being adequately seen or heard and that has become a rarity these days. The healthcare community needs more Mr.Tackettes!!!

Some times a Dr visit can be trying. The staff here is caring and they make me feel at ease. Be it a joke, a kind word or just a smile.

My daughter broke her collarbone at a soccer game, and we live 1 hour away. The service and staff were friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The wait time was also minimal.

I just needed my flu shot. Waited only a short time, got it gently injected, and was on my way! Appreciated the professional staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Terrible staff. Took hours to get one shot and it wasn’t even ben that many people. Nurse walks in after about 2 hours and says “Oh I forgot you were here.” Will definitely not be coming back to this location.

The staff were all pretty great. My issue is the fact that I was billed for $320 even though I have health insurance. I had a simple case of bronchitis. I didn’t receive a shot or anything I was sent home with a dose of antibiotics. The billing practices are a little questionable to say the least.

The longest wait times in the history of medical care. You will wait hours no matter how simple your appointment is. I waited hours to pee in a cup. This clinic has no sense of urgency. If you value your time, pass on this one because they surely won’t value your time.

The Doctor has great bedside manner…. I’m strongly considering making her my primary care physician. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the front in staff also. Very professional and courteous and made me feel right at home. Thank you

I went there to take a urine sample for my job. One of the techs told me that my urine sample wasn’t hot enough. I waited almost 35 minutes just to go to the back however it was going on 230 had to run and get my kids from across, the highway from school I asked if I could come back and do the sample and basically I denied the services so I’m not even sure how this is gonna work out for me

Receptionist was extremely incompetent. Refused to take away co pay saying there was nothing she could do, despite me reaching my out of pocket maximum. She also saw a message my mom sent about her being difficult then she made some rude comment about my mom texting me. Decided to just leave and go to the trust care in flowood. Within seconds the lady at trust care says the information was entered wrong and told me I had no co pay.

I get seen in a timely manner. The doctor seeing me is great answering my questions. The staff is very polite. I would recommend trust care to my family and friends.

Service was okay, very long wait time but other than that great employees

They can be really fast. Sometimes, theyre slower, but thats really how all clinics are. Check-in is easy and quick. Theyre nice. Theyll give you all the tests and do their best. I prefer it to most of the others around.

The front desk staff needs to be replaced. Both receptionist are rude and definitely not knowledgeable at what they’re doing. Will not be returning to this location!

I informed the receptionist that I would be in the car I waited from 930am-12p only to go in and be informed that I was called which I wasnt and to take it further a nurse told one of the other nurses my phone was dead as to which I never once said.. also it is aggravating when youre sick to get ask the same questions in the online check in and someone calls you and ask the same questions why is online check in needed? Also to put the icing on the cake my entire prescription that was provided I should take wasnt faxed over to pharmacy

The nurse practitioner seemed clueless and ready to go she stated she couldn’t access me longer than 5-10 minutes and it took her almost 10 minutes to even read her questions from the computer! I’ve never had any issues with this location until today. Then she told me to just come back in the morning!!

Front fest staff was excellent. The NP did not took my child. She visually assessed his eye from a distance and assumed a diagnosis. I was very dissatisfied.

My experience here was stellar! The receptionist at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The nurse/assistant who took my vitals and added info to my records was both friendly and professional with a comforting smile. The practitioner—Elizabeth—was thorough, efficient, kind, intelligent, and very approachable; she earnestly looked at me as I talked, and I was confident she was listening. She spoke with a positive and joyful tone. The whole experience was very encouraging and reassuring. I felt I was truly in good hands, and I felt everyone I encountered likes her job and likes working with people.

Was sent there by my company for a routine urinalysis. I was ready to go when I got there; however, I waited almost 2 hours to go back. I hope I never have to go here for an anything really serious.

I was experiencing dizziness and needed to know what was causing it. So I came to Trust Care for this urgent matter. The nurse did a great triage. Dr Joseph Tackett talked to me and walked me through my symptoms. It was so refreshing to learn what was going on especially the cause of my dizziness - my anemia. I appreciated the knowledge filled discussions and conversations.

I was in and out in 22 minutes!!! And it was my very first time there. First time forms are minimal, wait time is non existent, staff is very friendly. Wow!!!

When I arrived that attendant at front desk was eager to help get me accessed since this was my first visit. it was a very good Experience I must say for a urgent care facility instead of going to the ER for my condition.

It was a great experience from start to finish!! Very professional and kind staff from the receptionist, to the nurse who checked me in-(TaTa), to the Nurse Practitioner who diagnosed me. There is a TrustCare Clinic located closer to where I live; however, this is my favorite clinic, due to the staff.

My son attended this facility because he was having chest pains. He is also an athlete who plays soccer. He was treated very poorly, he was prepped to have an ekg done and was later told he would have to pay for it therefore the procedure was not done. They assumed since he was black he couldnt pay for it. He was told by Sandra Henry that he possibly had a heart attach and instead of sending him to the hospital she sent him home. They turned the lights off in the facility and forgot he was still in one of the rooms in the back. This treatment is unacceptable.

I loved coming here. The atmosphere was great and conducive to any ailments. The staff was fun and energetic. They were nice too. The doctor and nurses were thorough and knowledgeable. And they listen. Above all, they were fast. No long waiting like ERs. If I had a third hand, it will be three thumbs up, along with five stars.

By far the best clinic I have ever been to! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each staff member gave detailed information and made me feel so comfortable. It was obvious they love their job and truly care about their patients. If you haven’t been to see them yet, definitely give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience at the TrustCare Clinic was awesome! I dropped a glass bottle at home and got a deep cut on my foot that didn’t not want to stop bleeding. The people there were all very nice. Paris was my nurse and she was very nice and attentive. Dr. Shrestha had an amazing bedside manner and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Even the woman who worked at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name) was really nice and accommodating. I got X-Rays and stitches, and even with that, from start to finish, I was leaving in 40 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a doctors office in the area.

Dr. Henry was very inquisitive and genuinely concerned with making sure I got the right medication based on my prior history. Truly appreciated her thoroughness.

I was a walk-in this morning; everyone was friendly and the clinic is clean-huge pro point for me. I decided to come here after a disappointing experience at another clinic. Staff was helpful and immediately prescribed something for pain as they ran tests. They also got me scheduled with another outpatient place within the hour. Good experience and will probably make this my primary place while I’m in the area!

When dealing with the public a sense of respect is necessary as well as professional etiquette and the younger African-American receptionist with the black hair at this location lacks professionalism to work in the healthcare field and this is from a fellow healthcare professional! I only went there for my husbands benefit and it was closer! I do NOT recommend this location at least as it pertains to the help they hire!

Staff is very professional. So me within five minutes of my arrival. I described by ear pain, and they took care of it in a few short minutes. Gave me the number to call in case my ear is still bothering me after treatment. This is the second time Ive been to the clinic. Same level of professionalism as last time.

I called three other clinics looking for someone who would take me as a walk- in. Then I stopped making calls and looked up reviews for a walk-in clinic in Jackson, MS. The reviews were stellar and my experience was as well. Everyone was helpful, personable and professional. I didnt have my insurance card and it wasnt a problem at all! They looked up the information and printed a temporary card for me for keep. Equally important... they listened to me and showed genuine concern for my health and getting me back to my life! Excellent!

On today, I was a first time patient there. Not only were they fast, there were both very friendly and professional. I was in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic to everyone for their healthcare needs. Have a BLESSED day.

Im at the clinic as I type this. So far the nurses for my basics, and front receptionist nurses have been totally cool. At this point 5 stars. Now waiting to see the doctor. Ok, still 5 stars. Doc Hunter was very insightful, as a good doctor should be, and took care of all the things he could in a first visit.I have no primary care physician, so going into a express medical clinic with 20 years of issues, is kind of an impossible request to have them all treated. But Dr. H gave me a attack plan to start getting myself checked from head to toe.PS, also clinic is brand new, and super clean

The staff was friendly and professional upon arrival. Very little paperwork to complete prior to seeing the CFNP. The CFNP was professional and had awesome bed-side manners. He was very knowledgeable of my condition and explained it to me such that I understood. I was in and out within 30 mins, and that includes having a minor procedure done. I will definitely be coming here again!

We visited TrustCare while in vacation. My son wasnt feeling well, so we wanted to have him seen by a physician. They were very quick to get him in, and the Doctor was so kind and knowledgeable. We are thankful we took him in.

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. Not sure why this place is called urgent care when you draw labs and then still have nothing after two days. Then to only find out that it will be 3-5 business days to get lab work back! Like seriously? If my husband would have been told that from the beginning, he would have already gone to the ER and waited the five hours instead of WASTING TIME at this place. What a joke! Do not go here!!!

Very impressed with first visit. Very clean, all personal very friendly and professional. No long wait time. Got me right in. Nurse and the NP were both very thorough and professional. I will definitely use this TrustCare again.

Front desk employee were professional and polite as well as the ok lab tech. It was like boot camp with the lab tech,lol.

The service I received this morning on4/1-19 was excellent. I was looking for a place to get an annual physical done learned from my insurance provider about Trust care.didnt have to wait a long time first person in and first out, the staff and receptionist was well aware of what I wanted thanks for good service. In which now days is hard to find.

The ladies at the front counter were great!! Very friendly!! The nurses and doctors were the best!! We were in and out in within 30 mins.....even after having a small procedure!! I highly recommend TrustCare for small immediate attention of your health care needs!

Yesterday was my first time visiting TrustCare and I’m happily to report I was very pleased with their service. By the time I sate down to cross my legs they were calling me to the back. Everyone was kind and very professional. I will recommend TrustCare to anyone.

I am not from the Jackson area but I was on my way home from Baton Rouge on a Sunday and had to see someone because I was VERY sick. My daughter found this after hours clinic which had great reviews. There are several TrustCare clinics clinics in the Jackson area but this one was located right off I55.My first impression when you walk into a clinic is always the cleanliness. TrustCare was above and beyond as cleanliness is concerned and the receptionist was using hand sanitizer after handling my papers which is a precaution Im very familiar with working in a pharmacy. The nurse handling triage was super nice and attentive to my needs as I waited for my flu test results and my NP, Bethany Edwards. And she too was very nice and as we talked she basically is from the area Im from but she finally gave me the dreaded news of having the flu. She and TrustCare Express staff deserve 10 ⭐️s because they literally save my life! Thanks a million!!!!

I was seen quickly and the evaluation was detailed with good communication by the technical staff.

Late evening decision that I needed to see someone led me to the Jackson location of TrustCare. I was seen quickly, the nurse practitioner was awesome- knowledgeable and very nice. The pharmacy messed up a prescription and I made a call to the office when they opened the next morning. The front desk person was quick to get to the bottom of it and took care of getting the pharmacy straight.

My provider was very thoughtful and attentive. The front staff was very professional and prompt.

The staff r very professional. I never have a long wait. In and out at reasonable times.

TrustCare is my go to urgent care clinic. The facility is always clean and the staff is very pleasant. Its never a long wait. Ive been to the I-55 location several times. My main reason for this 5 star rating is that all the CFNPs actually LISTEN to you! They arent trying to simply push some meds on you or run up a bunch of lab fees to get you out the door. They are genuinely concerned about your issue big or small and want you to literally get well soon. I hope this doesnt change.

It was a small wait time, many pts had my same symptoms. But not too long.

I have a wonderful family Dr, they could not fit me in, I walked into Trust Care , they took me right back . Very professional , but made me feel at ease and comfortable , they sewed me back up it was easy and very nice , one of the nurses even said let me hold your hand a minute, just like my mama . I would recommend Trust care express to all of my friends.

I was in town for business and looked the place up and saw the ratings. They are real. Dr. Liz and her staff were professional and quick. The location was very clean and neat. Thank you! Makes getting sick a little easier.

Good experience! First time patient. Sign in was quick no long form. Friendly staff. No long wait. Thorough in trying to diagnose the problem. Called in prescription. Good location and clean and comfortable facility. Definitely recommend you visit for family healthcare needs. After 5 PM with no extra fee. Most insurance accepted.

I was traveling this week. Battling some unwanted poison ivy on my arms. Ugg!! Found this urgent care and went in. I was there for 25 minutes. In and out! Friendly staff and no bs. I would recommend this clinic as well as return when needed!!

I went in to get checked for Covid-19 and the flu because I was experiencing nausea, fever and chills, body aches, and coughing junk out of my chest. This is serious for me because I have a chronic lung condition. I went in because my pulmonologist was closed at this point. The care I received in the office was fine, but the morning following I started vomiting after initial vomiting I called provider. She gave me advice to try to eat bland meals and drink fluids. I kept throwing up probably around 25 times I could not keep fluid or food down. So, I called to ask for nausea medicine. The provider I had seen the night before refused to call me in any nausea medicine. She said she could do nothing else for me and to go to the hospital if I got worse. She could have called me in nausea medicine to help so I could keep fluid down. When I am nauseous and vomiting, I cannot tolerate my respiratory therapy. When I’m already experiencing signs of infection in my lungs it can lead to worsening of my lung infection and serious illness. The nurse practitioner I saw was aware I have recently gotten off IV antibiotics for a lung infection and my lungs are not in a good spot. My general practitioner and pulmonologist will not be open till Monday morning. So, if I keep throwing up I will have to go to the hospital for dehydration and be unable to do my respiratory therapy because I was refused medicine that could help me stop vomiting. I believe the nurse practitioner I saw’s name is Ashley. Do not see here if you are very ill. You will not get the care you need.

Trustcare I-55 Jackson gave superb service I was not in there very long and the staff have very good bedside manners. Its my choice for emergent care. My husband and I between the both of us have been there three times and not one time have we been disappointed with the service. I highly recommend TrustCare.

This was my 2nd visit to TrustCare. On my 1st visit, they were unable to provide me with service due to the nature of my injury (torn TFCC in my wrist). I was seen and referred to the correct medical establishment in less than 5 minutes. On my 2nd visit, I was treated and felt relief hours after my visit. The staff was professional, nice, and thoroughly knowledgeable. My medication was called into my pharmacy and ready at my arrival (many clinics I’ve used in the past were not this efficient). Being new to the area, I wanted a reliable clinic I could go to when I was in a bind and could not see my primary care physician. I recommend this place to any and everyone seeking urgent care. Your health will thank you.

I’m from Denver Co and got a horrible cold traveling. The start was very nice and treated me well. The process was quick and easy even tho they didn’t take my insurance. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I went in early Saturday after a falling accident Friday night. I either had a broken hand or a badly sprained one.They were very thorough, compassionate and unfortunately diagnosed a broken hand. That sent me to an after hours sports medicine clinic. But they gave us the forms that we would have to fill out at the second clinic, gave us a CD of my x-rays so that they didnt have to re-x-rayed me and called to follow up that afternoon.I couldnt of asked for better treatment.

Had an appointment still had to wait 4 hrs for a covid test. Nurse gave test then was left on room for about 30 minutes then doctor comes in with not a single bit of new Information just regurgitated things the nurse said. Then i get billed a $185 office visit for a covid test.

The recptionist, nurse, and doctor were very nice. it was a quick appointment after a ling day at work. tjey took just enough time to make sure i was feeling well and sent me on my way.

My experience was terribly ridiculous, I came in today trying to take an urine test for my job to be. I’m currently in the Navy Reserve also. Well the ex spectator was very weird, she put my urine into a couple of cups. The first cup, she said wasn’t warm enough! Then she proceeded to put it in other cups. Why, I don’t know. We have random drugs tests while serving in the military and I wouldn’t risk my career like that. Well I end up losing my job opportunity because I couldn’t stay there and take the test over because I had to pick up my dad. So therefore, I lost my upcoming job. 😒 In my opinion, she was wrong and made me feel like she had something against me.

Great staff the NP has horrible bed side manner but I think that’s his personality or maybe he is burnt out

Very professional. After signing in, you wait in the car for a covid test. They saw me in a timely manner, and my results were back in 20 minutes after being swabbed.

Excellent care today by a very courteous nurse & NP. Very fast but efficient. I usually visit location in Ridgeland and have recommended others but will no lt hesitate to visit this location again & encourage others to do so as well.

Went with what I thought was a UTI. Turns out it was kidney stones, of which I passed a few while giving urine for the sample. The tech, instead of saving them, threw them out. They needed to be analyzed too. Had I known that was going to happen I would have asked for a second container to put them in and then asked the NP to get them analyzed. It seems to me the techs should be smart enough to save kidney stones rather than toss them.
