Dr. Okuson asks for feedback and actually listens to what you have to say. Very thorough and wants you at your best. No longer in the same city and I make it a point to keep him as my PCP. Has been my doctor for years and will continue to be.

Dr. Okosun is not only a phenomenal Doctor, but he genuinely cares. Has great bedside manner, takes the time to listen to you and your concerns, addresses them and ensures you understand the care plan. He is patient and kind. I have a large medical team, and hes by far my favorite Doctor!

Dr. Okosun is the best doctor I have ever been to. He really cares about his patients and will do anything he can to help you get better. He also has a good relationship with specialists to make sure any problems you may have are taken care of.

Dr. Okosun is great. He’s empathetic, good at diagnosing, and creates effective treatment plans. He’s an asset to the community. I haven’t had any issues with his staff like others have had either. They are patient and kind from what I’ve experienced.

I really liked this doctor better than the one I went at another location. He always asks me what I am feeling and knows what specific medication I need to get better. Fast and efficient too. I trust this doctor better than the other one off of FM 2004. Thank you very much Dr. Okosun. You are my trusted doctor now. I’ll be coming to you more often in the near future if I ever feel ill.

Dr. Okosun and his staff were very friendly and caring. I needed to be seen asap, they got me in and seen in a timely manner and addressed my issues immediately. My family and I are very grateful that he is helping me to get my health back on track.

This was my first visit with Dr. Okosun as my PCP is in Houston and was too far. Dr. Okosun was recommended by my son. I had the most wonderful experience with him and his awesome staff. Dr. Okosun asked me all kinds of questions and was very thorough in determining my diagnosis with hives. He examined very professionally and prescribed the medications that are helping tremendously. He also told me to call back if any problems. I paid out of my own pocket and would do it again if needed with Dr. Okosun. May God bless Dr. Okosunnd his wonderful staff. We need more doctors like him in this area.

Set an appointment up with Dr. Okosun office, I had requested that the office personnel I was speaking to verify my insurance. They said they would follow up with me to make sure I was good. I arrived on my scheduled appointment time and was greeted by the man/lady person at the front that always wears the mask that my insurance was out of date and at the time I did not have the current information with my due to me assuming that I was good to go because I never heard anything back. I will not be returning due to the unprofessional service I received today.

Dr. Okosun took his time talking to me and asking questions so he understood completely what was going on and at the end of the visit, said if I need anything, please reach out to him. I believe he meant every word. I appreciate that so much!!!

Dr. Frank does not respect patients time. I had an appointment at 4:30 pm and I came before my appointment and at 5:00 pm the assistant let me in a room waiting for Dr. Frank and he did not show up. At 5:20 pm, I decided to leave. I waited for 50 minute eventhough I had appointment before hand and I ended up canceling my appointment.

I can’t say it enough, Dr Okosun is the best!!! He listens to your health concerns and takes action to give you the best care! I’ve referred several friends to him & they all feel the same! I highly recommend Dr Okosun!

Dr. Okosun is great. The front desk staff, mainly Jay are very unprofessional. Jay will not follow up with the patient and when you call her out on it she will be extremely rude with you. I asked to speak with the office manager and to this day still waiting on Mrs. Stella Okosun to call me back. I honestly think the message was never related to her. After 7 years with this doctor I have chosen to go elsewhere. As long as Jay is in this office they will continue to lose patients.

I definitely appreciate the medical services that I receive from Dr. Frank Okosun, Jr and his staff. Dr. Okosun is kind, friendly and takes the time to get to know you and your needs as his patient. The clinic is equipped to handle several medical needs from EKG, to labs to allergy testing without having to leave the building. Dr. Okosuns knowledge base is vast and as a specialist in Internal Medicine, I am grateful that he can address significant and particular illnesses without having to send me elsewhere.Update: Back with Dr. Okosun after an insurance glitch, and so glad. Got an appointment right away and he easily addressed my needs and concerns.

Dr. Okusun is WONDERFUL! The front desk staff are the worst “professionals” I’ve ever experienced. The lady who is in her forties is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She has mocked my wife, hung up on my wife, and cancelled her appointment without her consent. Jose is the only one with any sense at the front desk. When we ask for him specifically, the ladies at the front desk state that there is no one else we can talk to. Unless the front desk staff is changed and you want to have your appointments set up properly, I would NOT recommend this facility.

I showed up at my appointment time and the wait was very short. Everyone was kind and I was in and out, which was nice.

We have moved to houston area 4 years ago and I still keep Dr.Okosun as my primary. I love the staff theyre helpful and care. Dr.Okosun listens to me as a patient when it comes to my health. He gives recommendation for anything else I have needed I truly appreciate this doctor and his office

I liked Dr. Okosun himself as he was attentive and really listened. But I stopped going here because they wanted excessively frequent bloodwork done just to get basic refills. They frame it as being for “liability” reasons, but I think it’s more so they can bill insurance again and again. Even my specialist said this frequent bloodwork was unnecessary and suspect. Also, to top it off his office lady is also extremely rude, impatient, and condescending. It was also weird that the office seemed to always be full of tons of elderly people. Elderly people will not raise a fuss about bloodwork etc.

I loved Dr Okosun. He always made time to listen and make sure the medicine he gave me cured or helped the problems I was having.****HOWEVER, I am not sure if it was Dr Okosun directive or just his office not attending to procedure. I had went to them for years and then I show up for appt. only to be told they dont take any kind of Medicare. They were listed on my list of Drs to use still and so insurance called them. They still would not see me. I know from my experience as a office manager at one time that the Dr is required to send out a letter to his patients announcing he will no longer take their insurance 30 days before the date that will start. I wasnt even asked if I could just self pay that day. I had ear infection, so had to go to urgent care. Very disappointed on how I was treated. Very unprofessional and lack of caring from staff.

Dr. Okosun treats and monitors my Hashimotos and does a perfect job keeping my thyroid level. He and his staff are very friendly and I can always get an appointment in a timely manner.

Todays visit was wonderful I love the environment when going to the office. First: The girls in the front office are very nice.Secondly: I like Dr Okosun. I was put off at waiting in a room for what seemed like an eternity. But in the end , it was worth it. Dr O asked all of the general questions, but he listened to my health concerns, and gave some common sense advice on how to proceed.I don’t mind waiting if the doctor is going to take time to know me. I’m sure he was doing the same for the guy in the other room.I’ll definitely be going back.Oh and when Christine draws blood, I never felt it. Smoothest blood draw ever. I love Dr. Okuson. He is super professional and caring towards his patients. The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because of the office. I called the other day and one of the receptionist answered and was so rude, talked to me like I was stupid, and belittled me. The office is the first impression of the physician. The office cannot treat patients like that or the patient will leave, and find another physician; where the whole practice treats them with respect.

I felt very dismissed as a patient. I was not cared for correctly. The doctor I saw afterwards said I needed to be on an antibiotic urgently or I would have to be hospitalized Had I been properly treated at Dr Okosun’s office that fright would have not occurred. I will not continue as a patient in their office .

Dr Okosun is a doctor that really cares about my well being. He makes sure to go back and see my previous medical info and compare them with my present info. He’s makes sure that my sugar, heart, and other major arteries are performing to the max for my age. He also will scheme to have my bloodwork done. He says he got to get it while he can. Even though I’m caught off guard sometimes for them to do my blood work, it’s always fun to come to his office. Dr Okosun has a great sense of humor and it is displayed by all the nurses as well in the office. No one wants anything terrible to be wrong with them, but you’re going to have a good time in spite of.

I didnt care for Dr. Begay. Before she listened to my lungs or did any kind of check-up she immediately started prescribing me meds. I had wheezing, coughing, and was coughing up brown mucous, but she said my lungs sounded fine... Im pretty sure I had bronchitis or walking pneumonia.

Dr. Okosun AND his office manager USED TO BE amazing and great to work with. His in office staff are MOSTLY caring and attentive. Dr. Okosun truly cares about the well being of his patients and his staff. His training as an internist makes him an excellent resource for nutrition, interrelation of body systems, prevention, and sensible medication. However, some contractors who come to “help” their office are actually awful. Houston Sleep Center’s “Jenny” does not call or speak with my insurance company and has had very poor or barely existent communication with me as the patient. I have rescheduled 3 or 4 times with this “practitioner” and it has been awful. Even my insurance company is baffled. Okosun’s staff is doing the best they can, but waiting 4-5 weeks for one procedure from HSC contractor is NOT cute or funny. The office manager, the fabulous Ms. Jay, has been getting very unprofessional with me likely due to high stress this holiday. EITHER WAY… I NEED MY MEDICAL RECORDS BY FRIDAY ELECTRONICALLY. It’s been TWO MONTHS OF THIS. I’ve missed out on pay from work and important medical results. I was sent to the ER this weekend (Bport, Texas Women’s, and Memorial Hermann). I’ve been a long-standing patient from the start. This is unacceptable. “Happy Holidays” 🌲

Best doctor I’ve ever seen. The wait time is never long and he really takes the time to talk to you. As a example I had 2 visits with him last year and ended up in the ER and he checked up on me everyday. That says to me he cares!

Dr okosun gave me back my life at a point when I was ready to quit. Between him and God using him I have years put back on my life. He is not just my Dr but one of the best friends you could ever ask for. The best way to show friendship is to add quality of life to someones life.

Dr. Okosun is friendly and knowledgeable, that being said his front desk lead/receptionist is rude, aggressive, hostile and lacks empathy. God forbid you ask her a question about anything and she instantly becomes defensive and angry. Is this the person you really wanting to represent you or your office. How about hiring someone who will listen to the patients and try and come up with a solution for their problems instead of the hateful venom that comes from her mouth. I have been a RN for 24 yrs and recently moved back to this area and was looking for a new PCP and as nice as Dr Okuson is I refuse to have to deal with the lack of professionalism of his front desk lead every time I need something or have a question. Also you shouldn’t have to struggle to get your routine meds filled the way you and your insurance prefer. If your insurance prefers you fill your meds 90 days at a time for a better cost and you’ve been on them for 20 yrs ( we are talking blood pressure meds) write the prescription for 90 days with 3 refills instead of saying you will then only writing for 60 day supply with no refills in order to force you to come in to the office every 60 days when your not even having or problem thus forcing you to deal with the front desk henchmen.

Dr. Okosun is always very patient and understanding towards me. He tries to find a way to assist, and always does. The telemed was my first with his office, and all went well.

Dr Okosun and entire staff extremely friendly and professional. I was a new patient and Dr Okosun took the time to review my medical history and made appropriate medication changes.

Staff REVIEW Only!!The level of disrespect from this office staff is beyond frustrating. They has zero practices set in place to assist their patients that need payment plans and that are recovering from COVID. Per his staff Dr. Okosun doesnt call his patients regardless of the level of complaint or urgency to speak with him without payment first. Which is considered to be an unethical practice by the Medical Council because I have full health coverage. I have seen this practice twice within a 6 month period of time for that same issue. Never missed a payment and a even though they practice another unethical practice of upcoding along with double billing for services UHC has paid them out. They arent knowledgeable on HRA policies AT ALL even though they are credentialed with BCBS and UHC. They will not even pull the right benefits when they call. His front desk lead wasnt even able to give me my HRA balance because she was on hold for 1 hour with BCBS. Per the call that I requested be pulled she never asked about the balance even though it was told that because the policy was new she would have to hold while that information was given. She never held to obtained my full benefits.End of story, I was denied treatment even though I have an HRA that is fully funded. But, Because the practice has been burnt before in collections with other patients I wasnt even able to leave a message for my provider to update him on my current COVID condition which have worsen, a unethical practice by law per the medical council. It is has been a nightmare from start to finish and as much as I enjoy Dr. Okosun his office staff is unprofessional, uneducated as it relates to insurance and places him at risk for unethical board reporting, credentialing and NPI complaint reporting not to mention medical malpractice lawsuits.Aggressive, argumentative and because of who represents him. I have decided to leave the practice after this STD Claim.Find another location!! and provider due to his staff!.Not happy
