The PA didn’t even give me medicine for my pain. I still left with pain and wasn’t even sure how to handle it. Mind you I’m a paying out of pocket customer. I was still in so much pain I had to go out to an ENT doctor to a different doctor.. This ENT, helped me out and actually helped me. Gave me medicines and said I had a virus. Can’t believe I paid out of pocket at this urgent care and the PA didn’t even help me. How was she expecting me to get better? Don’t recommend this Urgent care location. The other one in queens blvd I do.

It was fast being seen by all staff there. They were efficient and took the correct steps to diagnose my son in time. I felt very comfortable and extremely satisfied with their service.

This was my 2nd visit in this urgent care & so far I am very pleased with the service. I came in with high fever & they gave me a ibuprofen right away & the PA Danielle was awesome & she is very nice & kind. The MA also was very nice she notified the PA right away. The website to set up an appointment was understandable unfortunately little trouble uploading insurance & ID but no big deal because they can always ask for it in person. Plenty appointment the only problem is the parking spot. You have to park in the street through meter if you lucky to find one. The facilities are is clean.

I had a little eye injury that caused me lots of pain. First was skeptical about that place, but after being turned down by ophthalmologists, decided to go there. And those people saved my eye. I followed all recommendations and feel much better now. Their help was fast and efficient!

I was having issues with my pharmacy. So I called the office so they can send both my medication to a different pharmacy because they only sent one. When the guy picked up he told me I had the wrong location which was a lie because this is the one I went to. When I called back to let him know he was wrong he had set the phone to go straight voicemail and they were still open for other 30 minutes. Definitely not coming back here

Staff were friendly and kind. However, I was charged $56 for a service in which the PA did not do any kind of physical examination, take my temperature, or test me for COVID. I was told to go buy mucinex. I bought an at-home COVID kit a day later and tested positive. Waste of my time and money.Edit; this visit was in June 2024.

COFRECTIONThe doctor was efficient,friendly, attentive, professional … Dr Urmi (sp)? Recognized that I needed the ER and summoned one for me.. glad she did!

I enjoyed how easy the process was to be seen. I thought the staff were welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed how thorough they were with me and answered all the questions I had. My visit was done in a timely fashion which was nice and reliable.

I liked that they accepted my insurance and it was an easy process . Also,I appreciated that you can choose your own time online and you receive notifications when they were ready to see you.The staff was also caring and considerate. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and helpfulness when I needed it the most.The medications that were recommended worked immediately and I feel much better. Thank you.😊

HORRIBLE URGENT CARE! Why have provider who is scared to do their job ! PA Unmi Das needs to go back to medical school ! She is scared to use a nail chipper and doesnt know how to properaly bandage a wound ! Dont waste your time or money going to see a joke for a PA UNMI DAS , what medical professionals would recommend a person with a broken nail to go to a nail salon to soak of gel ON A OPEN WOUND! she didnt recommend any medicine but then insisted on stating incase of infection on my nail to come back !

I had a really great experience at the Forest Hills Go Health. I was seen very quickly and the attendant and nurses and PA were so friendly, helpful, conscientious and kind. I recommend this clinic highly

I had a great experience bringing my 23mo son for what I thought was a wrist injury but turned out to be an elbow issue. The receptionist was kind and helpful, the nurse was quick and efficient, and the doctor was amazing. She was kind and patient with my son, and able to quickly diagnose him with nursemaids elbow and remedy the ailment.There was no wait on a Thursday morning (10am) and the facility was spotless/clean. Highly recommend!

Be AWARE of unprofessional experience and unreasonable charge.Walked in to check my boys situation since he was having fever on and off in the past couple days. We signed in around 4pm and the door is about to close at 5pm. Still 1 HOUR but the doctor was like I only have 3 mins for you, and he literally did it in this way. We waited for almost half hour and they rushed to close the door. We neither took any exams nor testing. Just walked in & out and got charged an unreasonable fee.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I visited Northwell because I had a nose bleed the night before which led to pressure building in my ears and my eyes bleeding tears. I went to the ER where I bled for several hours and still had not been seen. My nose bleed finally resolved itself after 4 and a half hours of waiting which is when I just left the ER. I decided to find an urgent care and Norwell was at the top of the list with great reviews. I was seen by the PA who happened to specialized in ENT. She was able to fix my issue by cauterization of the vessel in my nose. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of me.

I was very very sick, as soon as you arrived the person at the front desk immediately helped without waiting. The doctor (Jaswal Sweden) and the assistant tested, both of them were kind, attentive, caring, and explained what I needed to do. I have no words to express my gratitude to the doctor and the assistant who treated me. Both of them literally saved me by attending an emergency situation.Every aspect of the clinic was very clean.Thank you for your services.Forever grateful patient.

Convenient, friendly staff and easy to see a doctor, however the PA (Dr. Ingrid Voigt) was incredibly rude and gaslighting me simply for wanting to get my iron levels checked after feeling like I’m going to faint for the 3rd time this week.Told me urgent care “wasn’t a one stop shop” and all they do is treat colds & coughs and all she would do is recommend me back to my primary care.Took 20 minutes just for her to agree to test my iron levels like it’s such an extraordinary thing. Clearly I wouldn’t have come to urgent care if I didn’t think it was a pressing concern.Waste of time and money unfortunately, not sure why people go into healthcare if they lack basic things like empathy and emotional intelligence.

I went to city md and was told the wait time was 2 hrs. I google urgent care near me and happened upon the Northwell health go health urgent care. I can’t tell you how please I was with not only the cleanliness of the facility but the friendliness. The PA and PA assistance was beyond kind and patience. Skip city md and go to go health instead. Trust me you’ll thank me!

Absolutely phenomenal staff. Friendly, helpful, and caring. Place was super clean & well lit. If you are in need of urgent care I highly recommend this place.TWO THUMBS ALL THE WAY UP.

This was first visit at urgent care in the area. Was not crowded which was nice since I didn’t have to wait. Place was clean. The gentlemen at the reception / Med tech was professional and so was the PA who analyzed and wrote my prescription. Keep it up.

I took my son to the forest hillls location for a respiratory infection. We had quick attentive service. The facility we very clean too. I would highly recommend.

Do not go here. They have no clue what their doing, couldnt enter my insurance info and wanted to add my credit card cause they werent sure how much it would be. (which I never had at any other office). Plus the office is super hot, no ac at all. Walked out aggravated.

From the start, I felt taken care of and listened to. The staff was kind, sensitive and caring. Everything was efficient and clear. I am grateful for the caring experience.

Walked in at 8:20. Door was open but literally no one here. Walked around for a while but couldnt find anyone.

Just opened Sept 2023. No wait time for me. Very nice and knowledgeable professionals. Good to have alternative to City MD.

I dont recommend it. The people at the reception are 0 friendly. There are no qualified professionals and although I visited the place on different days for an emergency, I waited more than 45 minutes to be attended to each time. So is it emergencies that they attend to?
