One of THE best urgent care experiences I have ever had. All staff was friendly, kind and caring. The PA was very thorough with getting my medical history and understanding my symptoms. So glad I choose to go here! As a woman of color I get skittish with medical care because of past experiences. However here I felt heard for the first time in a very long time. Thank you!

I love this place! The doctor and the staff are super nice and welcoming. They really want patients to feel comfortable. They pay attention to your health care. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

As a provider in the neighborhood I treat patients who have been initially treated at MyDoc Urgent care and they have nothing but great things to say about the care they received. Patients present for follow-up with the appropriate imaging, splints/casts, and the proper instructions for care. I would recommend MyDoc for any of your urgent medical needs!

Exceptional Urgent Care Experience!I recently visited MyDoc urgent care for an unexpected medical issue, and I couldnt be more impressed with the level of care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception staff. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and efficiently managed.Overall, my experience at surpassed my expectations. The professionalism, expertise, and compassion demonstrated by the entire team made a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend to anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical care.

Dr. Salib is good and compassionate. However, staff (front desk, Health Records department and billing) is highly incompetent, unprofessional and lack empathy, understanding and customer service skills. I went here once and it was very unpleasant experience, Dr. Salib tried to made it right but staff continued falling short. They never emailed me the after visits notes I needed for my work and for my next visit with my PCP. I followed up several times and the outcome was the same 👎.

I cannot praise the team enough! From the moment I called, they were responsive and accommodating, even scheduling my pre-op visit on the day I called to come right in on a Sunday. Every member of their office staff was exceptional, making my experience truly pleasant. Ive never encountered such professionalism and care in a doctors office before. Highly recommend!

I went in for a sinus infection and didn’t have to wait too long (~15 mins). The staff were super friendly and helpful and the PA Denise was great. She listened to all of my symptoms and suggested an appropriate treatment for me. She sent of my prescription right away, and was able to pick it up an hour later. Would definitely recommend to a friend or come back here myself.

I came for urgent help, I asked to see the doctor urgently. I got such attitude from the front desk right away. I had severe pain and high blood pressure which is not my normal at all. I have provided with my insurance and ID. All info was registered. But then I was requested to fill in electronic forms and again take photos of insurance and ID. I barely moved. I had severe pressure in my head, my heart hurt me, but very rude person insisted on electronic forms, then co-payment. She was not in a rush when I truly needed urgent help! My begging to see a doctor was ignored! I barely made it to Forest Urgent care. They filled all forms for me when I gave my ID and insurance, checked my heart right away, and had to give me injection from severe pain and blood pressure. I have a small child. If God forbid smth had happened to me...Every one forgets that we are human, not robots!

Great service, Angela the front desk was so nice. The nurse and Dr.Salib were great. I went for a sinus congestion and he prescribed the medication I needed.

Very convenient location to get std screening, they take walk-ins until 8, very welcoming and friendly environment. They take Metroplus, and the first time entry doesnt take long. After a few questions, they take the samples needed, and the practioner comes in to address any concerns. I was out within the hour, now to wait for results which should be Monday.

Very warm atmosphere as you walk in. They attend you and most importantly listen to your discomfort. Definitely recommend for their professionalism.

I came into the office the other day and didn’t regret it. Usually there’s always a wait at urgent cares but not here. The staff was very nice and professional. The doctor who seen me Dr. Salib was very sweet and such an informative doctor. You can definitely tell he cares for his patients well being. I will definitely be back for any of my urgent needs. Had an amazing experience, it was my first visit and I was very impressed with the wait time, I was seen to within 10-15 mins of arrival. The Dr. was very kind and knowledgeable as well as the front desk staff. I really felt well taken care of.

The staff is the nice part, the rest jeez, this doctor is super slow. I have been waiting for an hour and a half, still no show, I wouldnt have come here if my PCP misdiagnosed my symptoms, man never again if you can head over to the urgent care in Kew Gardens they are far much better and once you are in the exam room in most urgent care if gets faster, but here it just gets worse and worse.

Dr Salib is the very best and a caring person.He is so lucky to have Angela at the front desk. She is a very kind, knowledgeable and always looking to help you with any concern you have. Cmon down -You will surely be happy you did!!

Since the time I walked in until the time I walked out of the clinic, it was quite a soothing experience. The physician, nurse, and the doctor were absolutely friendly and amazing. Listened to my problems thoroughly and gave me the perfect solution for it. I would consider this place and the doctor for my primary care more than any other place.

Had a wonderful experience with this MyDoc Urgent Care location. To start off, the front desk employees were very friendly and made my appointment process go very smoothly. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving to get my intake done before seeing the gynecologist and the two assistants helping me were warm and kind. Once I saw the gynecologist she was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole visit. She also went above and beyond and helped me find another location that would be able to do the procedure I needed done. I will definitely come back as this urgent care experience was one of the best I’ve had within the neighborhood.

From appointment scheduling, through initial exams by a nurse, then a PA, finally to Dr Salib the experience was exceptional. As the the doctor was explaining my situation he was also educating his staff. Everything was well explained and treatments were ordered. Prescriptions were sent out and only if a follow up was needed, you leave very satisfied especially when you get a follow up call 👍👍👍

This urgent care thus far was the fastest place of service better than any other. Ive been too, and most importantly, I didnt feel rushed either. All staff were very attentive, starting with Alyssa very professional, went above and beyond. Thank you. Keep up the excellent service much appreciated.

Pay your copay to be put in an exam room and left there for 45 minutes even when you have an appointment! My husband and I have been here twice this week and both times the wait was long, but today has been absurd. I really dont understand the good reviews- are they real or were they paid for or something?

Super sweet staff including the receptionist. they took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me treatment right away. also, good luck to the student nurses who spoke to me there. i wouldn’t stress about giving them a call or stopping by

I’ve been to many doctors throughout my life and no one has been as good as DR SALIB! He’s absolutely the BEST doctor in today’s industry. I feel like more people should know about him and he’s underrated. He’s professionalism and knowledge is exceptional. I admire his work ethic and respect for his patients. I wish there was more doctors like him because he genuinely wants to HELP people. God bless him!His staff are good too but there’s days you don’t get the best staff members. The PAs or medical students aren’t at Dr. Salibs level but they try. I would appreciate if Dr. SALIB hired medical providers who reflect him and treat patients just like he does.Overall office is clean and wait time isn’t too bad unless they are short staffed.

I had a great experience at this location. I came in with loss of hearing and I needed an ear irrigation and I definitely got the royal treatment just for a simple ear irrigation. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Ill definitely be returning here for my medical needs.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They even had a provider on board and she prescribed medication, something Ive never experienced in other Urgent Care. I definitely recommend this place, its Clean staff are nice and compassionate. One of the staff in front desk went out of her way to call a couple of cab services for another patient and made sure he got a fast and affordable service 😀 and the front desk person who helped me was very polite and professional.

The staff are very helpful and caring. However Dr. Nalib is a bit nosey and made me uncomfortable. Asking how long Ive been living in my area. Am I looking for a PCP. How many years now I have my current PCP. Its an urgent care, why ask those questions.

Good service. Very quick. Not much wait even if there are a lot of people. COVID tests available. Small seating area so you might have to wait outside.

Came here to test my 6 yr old for covid. He had a cough/cold symptoms for a while and wanted to be cautious and makr sure he was negative before a visit with the grandparents. Yesenia, one of the medical assistants was very nice and professional. She made my son and I feel very comfortable.

The doctor was very good, but now Im upset because nearly a week later they still havent given me the results of my PCR Covid exam. Employee refused over the phone and the email on their website is invalid. The form on their website also doesnt work. Their online automated agent texts me a number that has generic voicemail but so far my call has not been returned. Finally got my results after numerous attempts

Great staff wonderful service. Everyone who saw me at this urgent care was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff were very helpful and quick to get me checked in and taken back to see the provider. The PA student was very friendly and listened to all my complaints with no rush. The NP who saw me went above and beyond to answer any questions and even gave me preventative recommendations on a paper. He also gave me great recommendations for specialist I could see to find out why I may be having chronic UTIs. The Dr. Also saw me and prescribed me antibiotics that he was sure would work and gave me their card and told me if I had any issues to call them. it was my first time being in an urgent care in New York and I’m so happy I found this one with such great staff and quick service.

Ive had my urgent care in Queens Blvd twice, and the nurses are some of the friendliest Ive ever encountered. Appointments made online are preferable for a number of reasons. Patient focus and attention to detail. The waiting area is pleasant and well-maintained, as is the case at any other business.

My Doc urgent care is a reputable medical facility. The urgent care staff and doctors are knowledgeable, caring and attentive. I’ve been going to MyDoc, prior, during and after the Pandemic. The care remains the same: The doctors go out if their way to resolve their patients medical issues.

Overall experience was pretty good. All the staffs on my initial visit were friendly and helpful. Both the doctor and the PA were patient and wonderful. Not so much during my second visit when I need to pick up lab reports. The front desk staff did assisted me but she looked like she didn’t want to be there. I felt really uncomfortable to even ask more questions.

It was my 1st visit to urgent care for a pre-employment physical exam. The provider and the whole staff were very professional and attentive. Overall, It was a pleasant and reliable experience!

My visit was in and out. Walk in. No time wasted. My medical assistant was so polite. He took my information and did my vitals then he recommends for me to see the doctor. As soon as he step out the PA came in and assist me. Discuss two options of medication to take. She got me involved in making the decision as to what is best for me. Services was amazing. I will definitely take my family here in the future.

Excellent medical care. The front office staff was compassionate and efficient. The nurse was very friendly and measured all the necessary vital signs. Dr. Salib then correctly diagnosed my condition and prescribed the correct treatment. I was feeling much better later that day. The next day the pain was gone.What more could you ask for?

This clinic is fantastic, By the time you are coming in until you get out. They will be taking care of you (100%). Staff are friendly and welcoming especially the nurse (Nicole) and doctor. They are knowledgeable on their field by providing you some explanation and advice.

Update December : I had to lower my review because this place really was a let down. While the experience in the clinic was good I was never called with my test results. I called several times and was told a doctor would call me back. I never got my results and since I was rather ill I went to citymd instead and got flu results in just a few minutes. Disappointed in them I won’t be returning.The best urgent care I’ve been to. Fantastic sweet staff who were incredibly helpful. Hopefully I don’t get sick again soon but if I do I’ll definitely be going back there. Ok

The office space of MyDoc Urgent Care Forest Hills is the best ever. It is always easy to make an appointment in this urgent care in Briarwood NY. Very nice people to work with. After my appointment, I wont have to wait around for the doctor to call me and explain everything. My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy right away..

I’ve been to MyDoc a few times (for different reasons) and every time it was a pleasant experience. The care is provided very quickly- I have never waited more than 10minutes, there is many rooms and providers available so the flow is smooth starting with taking vitals by a RN or PA (sometimes in training), and then proceeding to an actual visit.The staff is pleasant, helpful, professional and accommodating.Overall, I am grateful to have this clinic in the neighborhood and I would recommend.

I love this medical studio , everybody is so kind and gentle. They have a lot of professionalism and respect , which is very important . People are happy and you can feel it in the air . I just don’t like unhappy people who work with public and that’s why I do appreciate very much people happy at work

By far the best urgent care Ive experienced! They work with you and are patient during this hard time. The girls are so friendly and gentle. Went for a Covid test and I was for sure scared but they made sure I was super comfortable. Would recommend to any and everyone that needs any type of care offered by this urgent care.

I had a very thorough visit at this office. I had a very short wait. The Physician Assistant, Nurse Practioner and Doctor were all very attentive, patient and kind. I was even able to get some preliminary results on a test at the office. The front desk is super responsive to phone calls, are efficient and really nice. I would absolutely recommend visiting this facility.

Great service and standard of care. Very neat and clean. Staff is very polite and professional from front desk to medical assistants to physicians, overall a great atmosphere inside out. Late hours until 9PM. Open on weekends. Physician himself monitors the patient flow, wait times and makes sure that the facility is operating very smoothly. He actually understand the patients time importance as well so will try to accommodate you very conveniently. Would recommend it to everyone, all ages, genders, and ethnicities. You will all feel very comfortable.

My Doc in East Meadow is great. I got Covid tested here twice and they were quick and efficient. I like how quickly we get the results as well (3 days). Other urgent cares are mayhem and it is a breath of fresh air at my doc. PA John was also amazing. He explained everything to me and calmed my nerves. The receptionists are very sweet and attentive as well. I will definitely be coming back for all my future testing.

If you need immediate urgent care on Queens Blvd, visit a gynecologist at the top Urgent Care Center. Extremely grateful to the excellent, kind, and sympathetic staff. I was immediately put at ease by the settings ambiance. All of the doctors and nurses have my highest regard, but I must single out their positive attitudes for special praise.

I’ve been here twice for covid test in Forest Hills and they’re the nicest nurses that I ever met! It’s very helpful if you book the appointment online. Good attention and patience. You wait like every other place and the lobby it’s very comfortable and clean. 💯

He put my Mom back on her feet when we lost All hope in the midst of the pandemic. She was uninsured and he did everything possible to help us keep her out of the hospital. And most importantly succeeded. We are FOREVER grateful! MyDoc has been my go to place.

I visited this location to receive a rapid test and a PCR for COVID. They offer both. The waiting room was very clean and the staff was always disinfecting the surfaces. I was seen within 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly nice. They followed up with me next day. For an urgent care center they run their office like a boutique private practice. I’m so glad they are part of my community.

In MyDoc Urgent Care Forest Hills people are friendly and willing to help. Unlike other urgent care in Briarwood NY, this one had a real doctor who gave out medicines. I would recommend it because the building was clean and the staff was friendly.

Everyone was very friendly; and helpful. The place was clean. The assistant who examined me before I saw the doctor was very thorough but the software they use for registration was not updated on line so I had to resubmit everything from my phone once I got there. Whats the point of submitting it online if you have to do it again when you get there. I also did not understand why they did a COVID test since I was there for a sinus infection. Waiting to see if they charge my insurance for it.

By far the BEST urgent care you will find. The staff is professional & courteous & the facility is clean! Gave me a no ins discount & sent the scripts to where it was best price for me. The doc took time to review my treatment plan. In no way was I rushed, but check-in, vitals, exam/treatment & paying took less than 40 mins (prob even less time than that really) I honestly cannot say enough nice things about my experience there. Believe all of the good reviews, they earned them! (mind you, there was another urgent care 2 blocks from my home & I took the bus here--totally worth it!!)

This MyDoc Urgent Care Forest hill is great from the front door to the back door. 100% best urgent care in Kew Gardens NY. The nurse and the doctor are both very friendly and warm. It is a huge plus if they use their knowledge by explaining things and giving advice.

Dr. Salib is truly a phenomenon Doctor with the most care and compassion for his patients. I visited the office today based on the reviews I read about him. And I must say without a doubt that Dr. Salib is the best encounter Ive had with any with any Doctor in NY! Very knowledgeable, he did everything to make me feel better and comfortable!

I came in because I was having breathing issues due to asthma and they got to work helping me right away. They gave me a treatment and I was breathing normal again in no time. The doc explained everything to me and the meds she was giving to me before she did so I knew what was happening. The workers at the front desk were really nice and not grumpy like they hate their jobs like other urgent care places. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs health care and or is not in a position to see their regular pcp doctor.

I am very disappointed with this facility. I took a covid test on Friday afternoon and was told that I would get a call the next day with my test results. It is now Sunday and after calling the office 4 times in the last 2 days I still dont have my results. Each time that I called I was told that someone would get back to me but they didnt.

This place is amazing. My wife works on the Dental side so I decided to come in. I dont have any health insurance, I was able to be seen right away. The front desk was warm and welcoming. I was Checked in and was taken to the room right away. The environment was clean and safe. Dr. Salib was very attentive and explained what was going on in terms i can understand. I left very satisfied. I look forward to getting better with his advice. I would also recommend all my friends and family to come see Dr. Salib.

Loved this urgent care, the experience I had here is unmatched. The doctors, practicing NPs, and medical assistants were caring, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. Every employee contributed to a great experience for me! I will be returning, also great a location and little to no wait time!

I can say that the trauma that I had from having awfull experiences at my previous GYNs has been healed. Dr. Sherly Marceus and her staff were truly helpfull, kind and so so friendly, well spoken and professional. I must say that I was heard, my issue was listened to carefully with no judgement and for the first time no weight comments this made me feel so much more safe and confident in discussing the real issue. Past GYN experience caused me to stay put for a year, I researched alot and found Dr. Sherly as a sign when I had literally given up on finding a good professional and friendly GYN. I went for it made the appointment and it was the best GYN appointment. Thank you to Dr. Sherly and her Staff and believe my issue will be resolved.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is non emergent and very rude. The provider is not knowledgeable, nor is the PA. Both providers were researching information via google during my visit.The interns/students are not trained. One intern interrupted my visit & proceeded to guess possible diagnosis.Not to mention the terrible lack of haste that all employees have.Lastly, the lab work done was never resulted for me as “the lab doesn’t analyze that test”.. After I had additional blood work drawn specifically for the test. Terrible.

I had an excellent experience when I visited this location today. I have called yesterday and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. When I arrived today I was greeted and the staff answered my questions comprehensively. The nurse and nurse assistant were experienced and perform the job duties in a timely fashion. Dr. Salib Was exceptional and a pleasure to talk ! I will definitely visit this location again as the need arises.

I came here for a Covid test, I told them from the moment I went in that I only wanted a Covid test. They did a general check up and asked me so many questions about my medical history. Asked me if I wanted gynecology services. I was very annoyed because I saw on google they’re a Covid testing site and that’s all I wanted. If they weren’t just that then they should’ve communicated it to me.I asked for a rapid and PCR test, again, from the beginning I told them I needed the results to go back to work and needed it first thing in the morning. The rapid test was ready within 2 hours and I told them to at least email those results even if the PCR wasn’t ready yet. They assured me they would and they didn’t. Not the day of and not the morning in which I really needed both.I called and emailed and kept getting assured they would send it. I got called by a few people telling me that I was negative in both the rapid and PCR. Yet they would not email me the results. This leads me to believe that they’re not communicating and are disorganized.I had to chase after them, it was very disappointing.At the end they sent me the rapid right before I went into work. But they NEVER sent me the PCR result, I could’ve tested myself at home instead of wasting my time and money in this establishment.Luckily my job understood and accepted the rapid results.They’re very shady.

I’m not sure of the doctor’s name nor the nurse practitioner I saw today both whom attended to me but they were very professional and showed so much interest in my well being. I could have gone somewhere closer to home but because I know the service there is excellent I traveled all the way there and it was worth it as always. Keep up the good work ! I have been to My Doc Urgent Care twice, to get tested before getting surgery. Each time everyone was curtious and efficient. My records were there and everything went smoothly. The people conducting the different test knew their tasks and responsibilities. I dont have any complaints about any of their services.

I’ve been to this facility with my family on numerous occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the services. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond. Check-in is quick and easy. Test results are easy to retrieve. I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

Dr. Salib is an understanding, cooperative, compassionate, and one of the busiest doctors in Queens. He takes care of his patients like they are family members and has them follow-up days after even if they are feeling better just to keep a close eye on them. I havent met another doctor who cares how his patients are feeling after caring for them. His urgent care is efficient, attentive, and has a comfortable atmosphere. He has nurses who are training to be Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants interns and Medical Assistants , and Physician Assistant students are who are very well organized, knowledgeable, passionate, compassionate, and most of all very helpful in every patient care. This urgent care is the place to go! Open 12 hours Monday-Friday and 8 hours on the weekends, quick and available!

The manager Tiffany was great. Very professional, caring, and responsive to my needs. MyDoc Urgent Care is blessed to have her and I was blessed with her professionalism and care. The staff here is very helpful-- from the nurses, techs, NPs and front desk.I had a total of 4 visits. They really check on you and do follow-ups when needed to make sure that everything is resolved. It feels like walking into a private practicioner because of the individualized care. Dr. Khan was incredibly detail-oriented and considered my personal needs and situation before prescribing medicine and going through procedures. I am very satisfied and would recommend this place.

Mercedes, Leo and Angela were very kind, patient and attentive. The office is conveniently located to public transportation and curb-side parking. The PAs and MAs all well trained and took very detailed notes. It was an excellent experience.

Gives unreliable information regarding insurance. Drove all this way for nothing. Don’t bother calling ahead. Just go to one of the other urgent care centers in the area. There is a city md forest hills nearby (5/5 stars)

Not too long of a wait to get into the room. Male nurse was super nice and respectful. Doctor took about 15mins to come see me. I also took a COVID nose swab test. The girl that did it was gentle and it didnt hurt! I complimented her.Overall, it wasnt a bad experience.

Upon requesting an appointment online, someone called me within 2 mins. I asked if I can be seen within 15 minutes (I live 10 mins from the urgent care). The receptionist said absolutely. I arrived and waited at most 10 minutes . While in the examination room the nurse took my info and within 5 mins the doctor came in to examine me. The doctor also addressed my concerns. He even wants a follow up within 2 days to make sure all is well with me. I was in and out quickly. The office was very clean and the staff very courteous. I would definitely recommend this place as my experience was a good one.

I can’t speak to the quality of the medical care, but the service at the front desk was bad. Even though I gave them all of my insurance information they told me I had to pay $150 up front and they would “refund me the money” as soon as my insurance company paid them. This is shady as heck, so I left. Just a heads up for others who might try to use this place.

Came here one day because i was sick and even though i felt horrible, the welcoming staff and providers were great at lifting my spirits. The registration process was quick and easy, I was taken right in and the doctor saw me in no time. He definitely knew what he was doing and got me better within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone!

My sister had recommended this office to me and I deeply regret not listening to my gut and just going to CityMd. The doctor that saw me couldn’t be anymore less interested in me and only came into my Exam Room after I waited an hour and decided to ask the front desk what was the hold up. How comforting is it that she also was GOOGLING my symptoms? Its been three days and after being promised results of my scan in 3 hours max I have yet to get a call back. This place is absolutely ridiculous and horribly organized. Will not be going again and definitely do not recommend. Save yourself the headache.

The dentist is the best and the most patient person, always follows up on how Im doing after my visits. Also the medical doctor they are both really good! Plus the staff is very sweet and helpful, I feel very comfortable going all the time. My favorite part is that Its a 2 in 1 office, where else do you see that? i recommend this place 100%.

Ive been there a couple of times when my primary care office has been closed or I didnt feel like going into the City to get antibiotics. I felt like the staff really took care of me-- The students who work there are really knowledgeable, I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen and I felt like they really listened to me. When the doctor came in, he was respectful and helpful, Dr. Salib really knows his stuff! Its best to go there in the afternoons on the Weekends because it does get hectic in the morning but totally worth your while any time, since theyre legit open almost all day every day.

The nurses and doctor were so kind. I only waited 5 minutes, they walked me through everything. The doctor put me at ease and made sure I was heard and gave me the best care.

I cannot begin to express how delighted I am with the service I received. The physician is excellent, but what really blew me away was the amount of time Hannah (sp?) took of her own time to assist me. I am in healthcare management, and can honestly say this is facility and especially Hannah offer world class service.

The doctors are very personal and highly knowledge with high qualifications and a lot of professional experience, especially Dr. Salib. All of the other staff members whomhold different titles and have other qualifications are also very friendly and are devoted professionals in their own right. I know that I always receive the best care and a respected individual/patient who received individualized treatment. Also, I feel like an individual and not a patient enrolled in a study or just another statistic.

I was extremely satisfied with my first & most recent visit. I walked in and was promptly asked if I needed help, I was then moved to see the nurse within no more than 10 minutes. I then saw two doctors. The whole team in this office was beyond attentive. Thank you!

They have everything you need in this place! Lots of kind and helpful staff that helped me with any questions that I had! The Doctor was brilliant and very brief and diagnosed me perfectly! I was feeling up and ready in no time and as I went for my follow up I decided to try the Dentist! The Dentist gave me the expert cleaning, pain free! I also used to have braces, but I never wear my retainers so I also spoke to the dentist about Invisalign and the prices were great!

Tuesday’s morning Staff was AMAZING!!!!, all females different ethnicities, very welcoming & polite, made sure I was taken care of before I left. Dr.Stephanie Khan was been nothing but AWSOME! Went above & beyond for my blood work & Filled out all my paper work & made sure I was set. I would recommend this urgent care it’s not like others it’s better! & very close to a family doctor but faster.

I had a great experience today ! The nurse who took care of me was SO nice and caring! I wish I could remember her name . She was truly amazing!I didn’t wait long . The place was spotless and everyone was wearing masks.

I would recommend MyDoc — didn’t have to make an appointment, they were open later on a Saturday than other places in the area. Not a long wait at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw gave a quick and accurate diagnosis. I was glad I went there— it worked out well.

The amount of staff that goes in and out of the consultation room while you are in the room to do nothing in regards to your situation is alarming, and made me feel so uncomfortable. Then to of the nurses looked confused, doctor just wanted to up charge. And waited and waited and waited for long periods of time while staff continued to come in and out of the room for no reason. Very disappointed. First and last.

What a great experience!!I sprained my leg and was about to go to the hospital. I was not prepared to wait for hours in pain just to see the nurse. I never went to an urgent care before and to be honest I was a bit skeptical. I remember seeing a beautiful facility not to far from my home so I thought I would give it a try. I went and was seen almost immediately and saw dr salib who was amazing he quickly took care of my leg and explained what needed to be done and I was on my way in all less then 40 min. I would decently recommend people to come to this facility. Great staff !!

What a great facility!! I went there this morning with a really bad stomach virus. As soon as I got to the urgent care I was literally seen right away with no wait time. The nurse was very sweet and thorough. The doctor was GREAT, and unlike any other urgent care I actualy saw a physician and not a PA. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit, and Im so glad we have an urgent care like this in the neighborhood!!

Ever since we were able to get COVID tested I always trusted urgent care to take my test always through, kind quick and simple. Over the last year I’ve recommended at least a dozen people or more to take their COVID test with Urgent Care, thank you for your great service.

I must say, I never went to any urgent care offices but after reading the reviews about the dentist AND doctor, I thought Id give it a shot. After looking for a good dentist for so long, I finally stumbled upon Dr. Roman, who is so attentive and caring. He took his time and didnt rush off to see anther patient while I was in the chair. I also had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Tinas. She is so knowledgeable and informed me with everything and answered all of my questions. Never had a better cleaning in my life! At my convenience, I was also able to get my annual check up with Dr. Salib. There was no wait time and I was able to get out of there. Everyone in the office was so friendly and made the experience so delightful! I will definitely be returning here.

Very kind and understanding staff and not a long wait time. Doctor Saleb was quick and direct and you can tell he cares. And he is all about trying to improve your life not make it harder. Will recommend!

I understand that there is a surge of cases but If they can not handle the volume or if the lab has backup cases then they should close the facility down.I had a PCR done and it took them 6 days to tell me the lab did not send my results back. I started calling as of 72 hrs after my test leaving messages, only then did they finally call me. I know people who have had their PCR results within 24 hrs. Wont get tested again here!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I walked in because my left ear was clogged. I knew it was just trapped wax. When the doctor saw me, she told me she didn’t feel comfortable, cleaning my ear. (Tf did I come here then smh) She then told me to get ear drops that cost me $50 alone. She also would take out her phone and literally google search in front of me on what should be done… The walk in visit was $100 alone.. After I left. I ended up going to another doctor a couple blocks away. Who literally looked and agreed my ear was clogged and removed the wax. This urgent care only cares about your money. Do not go here…

Came in for a possible hypertensive crisis for my mom. My dad needed to be seen also for hypertension. Great first impression. Insurance documents were given but the clerk was kind enough to help us sort out insurance information. I told her my mom’s specific BP (it was so high), and I asked if they could check her BP soon. There was great preoccupation with our ability to pay as if it is more important than my mother being seen as soon as possible. Maybe my expectations were high because of the reviews. I could very well pay them out of pocket if needed (I just want my mom to be seen), but the back and forth with making sure they are paid first while I worried about my mother was disappointing. Maybe I don’t bring anyone to the urgent care that often to understand how things go. But it felt that what matters more is they get paid for their service first. Understandable, but something has to be done better. Something in the process might have to modified maybe a form where we could anticipate this already and have us sign it. Something. Bottomline: We left and went to the hospital.

I’ve been to the Forest Hills Urgent Care multiple times for different reasons, and the staff’s workflow is always consistent and fast. Despite the fact that multiple people come and line up outside to get their covid test before the clinic opens, the reception, nurses and doctors assist the patients with care in an orderly manner.

I was not feeling well and needed to find an Urgent Care close to home, when I googled Urgent Care Centers in Queens close to my area. MyDoc Queens Urgent Care came up, and when I say that the patient care experience was awesome it really was. Dr Salib, and his staff took really good care of me, I walked in and stated my condition which was for a sinus infection. There was no long wait the place is very clean and well care for not like some of these places where you are scared to walk in them because they are very dirty looking and the staff acts like they are doing you a favor. If you are looking for a good Urgent Care close by, MyDoc Queens Urgent Care is the place to go, instead of sitting in the ER waiting all day and night. The wait time is little to none best service every!

Dr Motieian was incredibly courteous and thorough when asking about my symptoms. She diagnosed me and in addition to prescribing medications and explaining them to me, she also shared helpful home treatments that would make me much more comfortable.Excellent experience and I have already feeling significantly better . Stephanie Kahn N.P. is a great asset to Dr. Nabil Salibs practice. She has an wealth of medical knowledge and she knows how to apply it. She has proven to be one of the nicest, caring and compassionate physicians I have ever had. She will go out of her way to take care of her patients. I had an issue that required her approval. Even on her days out of the office she still responds to texts from her office staff and was able to help me. Besides having a professional bedside manner, she has a great sense of humor and listens to the needs of her patients. One night she was super busy. She apologized profusely for keeping me waiting. I was kidding around with her and I said you seem to have patience with your patients and she found that funny. She still was able to spend a lot of time with me even with the busy office. I commend her for all she does.

After getting tired of waiting on long lines for the COVID test I decided to come here and realized that I should’ve done that a lot sooner. My brother and I probably spent a total of 30 minutes there whereas at other covid testing sites we would probably have to stand there all day long. The doctor and staff are super nice and very informative!

I went to this urgent care facility with good expectations based on the reviews of a friend who has seen Dr. Salib, but left even more pleased with the exceptional service and care I experienced throughout my visit. Front desk staff members Gina and Kiki set the tone, as they made my check-in process as seamless as possible, able to provide answers to all questions and concerns I had. Then once I saw Dr. Rubinova (Dr. Salib was unavailable), I was more than satisfied with the level of care provided. I would recommend MyDoc to everyone!

I would actually give it a ZERO, but its not an option. I went with a severe stomach pain and another related issue. The doctor who saw me was actually very nice. He gave me a referral for a catscan in which had to go the next day due to no technicians because of bad weather conditions. The radiology place told me the results would be sent to the urgent care.Prior to doing the catscan, the doctor who first saw me at the urgent care gave me medication. Unfortunately, when I initially filled out the paperwork at their kiosk I had left the section in which I had to put a pharmacy blank because there were 2 pharmacies at the same area that i go to and I was unsure about the address to the one I go, so I skipped the question, completed the rest and forgot to go back to fill in the pharmacy. The girl at the front desk printed my paperwork and I was called in to see the doctor. The next day I was called from a CVS in Jamaica for my medication. I went to the urgent care and asked why was my medication sent to CVS and was told that I left the pharmacy question blank so they go by the zip code. Although it was partially my fault I told the front desk person they should have looked at my paperwork and checked that everything was completed but apparently they didnt and it was sent to a pharmacy that is not that close to me.I called for my results for my catscan and was told they did not have them yet, so I called the radiology place and was told that they had faxed them to the urgent care but didnt go thru and it seemed that their fax didnt work. I was given a run around by both places. After calling the urgent care several times, I gave up. I called 1 week after and was finally told they had my results that a doctor would call me. No doctor called me. This was on a Fri. Already disgusted with this place, I went in person the following Mon., asked for my results, the front desk girl I spoke to printed them and told me that she would put them at Dr. Nabils desk. I was called into his office. Waited about 15 minutes inside his office. The PA came in to take my vitals and I told her that I came in just for my catscan results. I asked if they would submit a claim for this and she didnt know. I let her take my vitals, Dr. Nabil then came in started asking me about the pain in my stomach and told me he would give me medication. I said I didnt come for medication I came for my results that I waited for 8 days. Dr. Nabil was extremely rude and obnoxious and told me to work with him. Again, I asked him about my results thats all I wanted. He said he did not have them. I asked about the paperwork that was printed and put on or desk. He said it wasnt my results. This place is horrific. Ive never had such a bad experience with such a place and as for Dr. Nabil, I REALLY question his ethics and credentials as a physician. I happen to work for a health insurance and I know how these places are supposed to function. I highly suggest anybody who thinks of going to this place to think twice. Front desk personnel nice, but disorganized. Dr. Sabil Nabil hes a piece of work. Totally disgusted with him and his urgent care. Austin St. at Forest Hills has several urgent care places which Im sure are better options than this nightmare of a place.

Everyone has a fear of the dentist, but coming to this office, that will change. As soon as I walked in to be seen, the assistants and dentist welcomed me with a smile and conversation. I got 3 fillings done, and the pain went away within one day. I cant feel or see the color difference between my tooth and the filling because it matches so well and isnt rough. Definitely recommend coming here for all procedures.

The good reviews here might be from the doctors office or his known patients. This is a terrible facility. I got a bill for doing an annual checkup even though my insurance covers 100% of the costs. I am trying to remove the charges for the past 6 months and to no avail. The doctor, nabil salib, who used to speak before with us now avoids us saying that he cannot speak directly to patients as it is illegal. I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Please use other urgent care in the area.

I have been a patient at Urgent Care on Queens blvd for a few years and the staff and Dr. Salib are great. He has treated me for a few illnesses and has helped cure me. I started coming to Health professionals nyc since February 2015 and I wish I would have known about them before. It has made my life so much easier than going to the er! Always in and out never a long wait time. Dr. Salib has great bedside manner and my kids actually like going to the dr now because of how good he is with them. Dr.Salib is an excellent physician that truly cares for his patients and the staff exemplifies the same. Especially Samantha, Gina and Rahaf who went above and beyond in assisting me with my medical condition. In addition I met Hanna another angel whose personality is genuine and beautiful.

Dr. Roman was awesome he took care of me. I had a terrible tooth infection & the pain was keeping me up for an entire week it was a nightmare. On a Saturday night I said a small prayer that Id be in good hands when this place popped up in my google search. They took me in the next morning on time which I appreciated, the staff was extremely friendly & professional, the place was very clean & Dr. Roman explained my Xrays to me and exactly what was wrong in a comprehensive way that I could understand so I knew what to expect. He was very patient with me even though I had a lot of anxiety about the tedious little impromptu surgery he had to perform. It wasnt easy I had to have a cyst removed under a crown that was under a root canal! It was scary to hear what he had to do but he was very professional & fast he did such a clean immaculate job that I didnt even need stitches!! I was actually surprised about that. Anyway Im healing very nicely & had instant relief & Dr. Roman even followed up with me in the days following to make sure he answered any questions I had & make sure I was healing ok. The hygienist Michelle was also knowledgeable & very sweet & made my semi scary experience not so scary. Youre definitely in good hands in this place, and I thank Dr. Roman and his staff bc I was suffering in pain for a week straight. Thank you!

They are quick, efficient, professional and have an engaging and caring staff in the three times that Ive been to see them. The doctor even called me to follow up on my care.

I will never go to this urgent care again. I had my first and last experience here the other day. The girl who came in to do my blood pressure couldnt even do it properly, and in the process ended up bursting blood vessels in both my arms. Finally another girl came in and took my blood pressure manually after the fact. The doctor I saw seemed to be incompetent. He barely assessed me, didnt even check everything I had told him about, and said I should come back tomorrow for tests. This place seems to just be in it for the money with an incompetent staff.

I feel so welcome when I come to Health professionals the staff works together to help each and every patient will have a smile on their face. They always try their best to solve ones problems. No one will ever leave that office without feeling like everything is going to be fine.

As a patient here its nice to know that there are people that want the best in your care anymore d MA that really care and take their time to get exactly what you need. Its nice to know that the doctor cares about their workers and their patients. I recommend it 100%.

Dr. Salib the best doctor you can ever come to also the staff is very helpful and generous. The service is very quick and fast you will be out of here in know time. Last but not least a very clean environment.

Today’s visit was my second time & definitely my last. This urgent care is very unorganized & the front desk attendant is extremely unprofessional. Although, I personally was not disrespected by this woman I cringed at her treatment towards other patients. This is shared space with a dental urgent care & some of the urgent care patients were sitting on the dental side. There wasn’t sufficient seats & not even space to stand & wait. Before adressing the couple sitting on the dental she’s exclaimed “oh my FU*#+€G God ughhhhh” (everyone hears). Then states “guys can you not sit there. Get up and move to this side.” This was her attempt to get a couple to move to the urgent care side while standing on the other side of the room where everyone could hear. Beyond unapprofessional and lack of compassion. How must have that couple felt being single out in front of a whole room full of people? & what a negative environment for other patients ,who are sick, to be in. The cursing, yelling, and aggressive behavior was not needed. One patient did call her out on the spot but was a bit too loud and unruly so she made the situation worst. The desk attendants reaction to her was ‘you need to get THIS in one of rooms.’ As if she wasn’t the one to cause that reaction out of her. (Now I’m cringing even more & won’t even dare ask her how much longer until I get seen.)The owner/partner of the dental care came to speak to the patient who stood up but made it more about her reaction rather than the unprofessional behavior of the desk attendant. I get it he did not want a scene.Perhaps, he didn’t know the whole picture at that point. and another man later apologized to the patient. Honestly, he should have apologized to all of us there in that room. The saving grace of this visit was the physical assistant who saw me. She had great bedside manners and treated me with respect. Thank you to her!I don’t usually write reviews but after managing a large business with 200+ employees and working 45+ hours a week I understand how important customer service/ patient care is. Some people are just not trained properly or held accountable for mistreating customers and/or patients & really should be.-Shanna
