Musculoskeletal Wellness Clinic

After my first time here I knew this would be my PCP. I have bounced around from Dr. to Dr. for years but Dr. Beckos was the best I’ve experienced. He was caring, and listened to all concerns I had with empathy and did a thorough physical. When my results came back he explained everything in detail. Overall I feel like I’m in good hands with him and will continue to use this clinic going forward.

I was looking for a primary doctor and saw that the Wellness Clinic had good reviews.  Well, it is the worst doctor office I’ve ever been to.  I had a couple of appointments with multiple doctors.  They “each” discussed what they thought was more important for my health.  One doctor seemed to be good, but he is very abrupt and rude.  Another doctor belittled the staff in front of the patients, which was unprofessional.  The biggest issue I had was with my medications. The doctor would say “yea I sent the prescriptions to your pharmacy” but didn’t send them. Calling the office to correct this issue or any issue was a waste of time since no one calls back.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The doctor is good, but the staff is unorganized, unprofessional at times, and wait times are unreasonable (almost 2 hours to see a doctor). Visiting here is an entire day task, and I do not recommend coming during a break

This clinic has Great atmosphere, customer service, and very clean. The doctor was great and knowledgeable. The front desk medical assistant, Rebecca, is friendly, attentive and answers any questions or concerns you may have. Definitely recommend this place of expertise.

This wellness clinic happen to be one of queens best musculoskeletal clinic. The clinic is well organized , clean and upscaled with knowledge. The doctors are well rounded informative with any questions that patients may have, there’s a lovely receptionist Rebecca , who’s very welcoming and gently with patients needs. I highly recommend this clinic I have colleagues, and family members that come here and never have had an issue.

Great experience I had a sort of unusual situation that everyone from the phone call to front desk staff to the medical staff and PA Denize were so sympathetic and professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure they helped me and great response with lab results asap!! Will definitely recommend!

Ive been suffering with extreme pain and no other doctor was able to help the way this office did. they pay attention to all the concerns and are able to help. This office changed my life with pain management. highly recommend!

This location was very fast-paced staff were very welcoming & made me feel comfortable . They are very clean bathroom, rooms as well as waiting area was spotless clean.

I have a really busy work schedule so it’s hard for me to get an appointment with my primary doctor, I had called them to see if they would take me late night & they absolutely did I left my appointment feeling grateful. Thank you Urgent Care !

I came in as a walk-in & I was out within an hour doctor seen me in no time as well as prescribed me my medication without an hassle which was awesome !

I had been fasting since 9am and waited one hour to have blood drawn which I didnt even have the chance to do today. It was not packed at all no one was in the waiting area. Front desk is so unprofessional and disorganized. Why isnt that no one from the front hesitated to get up and take blood work. No one acknowledged to come to the back after the doctor said I was waiting to have my blood drawn. Dr. Salib himself walked me next door to have them drawn blood on me after being sent to see the cardiologist for chest pain. I myself work in a medical field and this is not the treatment I give to my patients. You have to be mindful people request time off for work or majority of the time have to return back to work same day. Dr. Salib is a great doctor but the front desk is so incompetence. First time was awful ended up with kidney infection due to not receiving my medications nor following up with my blood results. Decided to give them a second try and they failed to give the proper patient care.

I went to MYDOC urgent care & Musculoskeletal wellness clinic last week and I was blown away by how kind, considerate, personable and professional the Drs, PAs and Support staff were. Absolutely lovely people- seriously, I cannot sing their praises enough. This is a terrific establishment. 5 stars

Doctors are great, but ladys at front desk are wild. They see people standing and they ask no questions.

Waited almost 2 hours after noon for a fasted blood test. It was not packed so Im not sure why the PA/aide didnt just collect my blood before my seeing the doctor. Then I received a prescription and my mail order pharmacy did not receive it and we could not resolve the issue within 30 days. I changed it to a store front pharmacy and they still have not received it. Its been almost 60 days since it was first prescribed. Garbage doctor. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism. All the providers I have the fortune to meet are kind, knowledgeable and put patients first. The front desk people are friendly, and they are always willing to help and assist.

I went to Musculoskeletal Wellness Clinic for help with an issue that I was having. The doctor was very good, but the front desk staff were Horrible. They ignore you. I remember one time I went there, and went up to the front desk,and waited a good 5 minutes for someone to even look up to acknowledge my presence. The front desk staff were engrossed with something on the computer. They were all gathered around looking at something on it. There was one other woman, staff member from the back, sitting kind of off to the side looking at them ignoring me, and then she would look at me. This went on for awhile, then one of them finally looked up like I was bothering them. I won’t ever go back there. And I certainly won’t refer my friends or family to them. Unprofessional and rude.

I have seen firsthand the care they have for each of their patients. They have gone above and beyond from attending us after work hours and taking walk ins! Do not doubt to come to this office if you’re looking for primary care or pain management. From Dr Beckos to Dr Moteian, the front desk staff are very welcoming and will take care of you.

10/10 service. I was greeted immediately as I got there and I was placed in a room swiftly after. Dr. Zaher takes her time to ensure her patients are properly taken care of and that we are all satisfied. Office is very clean !!

Made an appointment fir Dr Motieian who was so thorough with my exam. Explained everything that she was going to do. No wait time was greeted at front desk by a girl who was friendly and happy. Marina -I asked because that’s rare. Will definitely come back.

Disorganized, horrible patient care when blood results are in. Completely unaccommodating for telehealth when simple test results only need reviewing. Had a physical and tests done one month ago and still have not had work papers completed and sent to me even with calling the office 1-2x per week since. Will never return as a patient again.*Update- called 3 or 4 times and am STILL waiting for my physical paperwork to be emailed to me. Every receptionist Ive spoken to has said, yes I will get to it right now...so why have I not gotten my paperwork yet?!?*

This place is amazing! I’ve really been blessed with the amazing and welcoming staff and great bedside manners that are presented by the doctors at this clinic! I am truly amazed and feel so loved. You’re always in good hands when you come here.

This place is absolutely horrible. There are long wait times. The prescriptions are sent to the wrong pharmacy. The wrong prescription is sent or they dont send it at all. They send their calls to am answering service and they dont return phone calls. The front desk ignores you when you walk in. Its just a very unprofessional place. I will not be returning here. This is my 2nd time going there in a month and both experiencea were horrible. The doctor was fine but all else is super unorganized. Do not show here. Save yourself the headache

Dr. Zaher brings on a unique sense of trust as soon as I saw her and interacted with her. Not for nothing, but Doctors don’t even touch or really examine patients anymore… Dr. Zaher gained a patient as soon as I walked through the doors. Her staff is well versed and super friendly. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Zaher listened to me and made recommendations according to our interaction and her best judgement. I felt as if she has been my doctor for years! Great atmosphere, quick service, easy accommodations and available appointments, your one-stop-shop office! I highly recommend!!! I found Dr. Zaher and her office through ZocDoc.com, where I set up my first office visit.

This was my first time at this clinic & I Absolutely had a great experience!! The office was extremely clean, and my wait time was not longer than 10 minutes.Dr. Nabil Salib Is very passionate about the work he does. He takes the time out to make sure you are comfortable & explains everything to you so you become more knowledgeable & understand.The nurses and staff are extremely professional, polite & helpful.I left my appointment knowing that Dr. Nabil Salib and his staff are there for me, to help me in anyway they can.Highly recommend

I am very disappointed with my experience here. I needed blood work and tests done for my job and once that was completed, they failed to give me my results for 3 weeks even though I showed up and, constantly called. Finally when I got my results there have been some issues with them, which they should’ve immediately called me for. My health is not a priority here. If you schedule here you most likely won’t get what you need for a very long time. I lost days of work because of this!!

They are the best physics therapy in Queens hands down! Ive been to many offices & they are the best no comparison. The staff, professionalism and energy is so amazing there! Worst front desk staff experience; no patient rapport; wait time is 3 hours; they set you for 1pm appointment only to be called at 3pm. Front staff insensitive and unapologetic. No honor in appointment times; no system in patient queue, staff plays favorites on which patient to call in.

My experience has always been a pleasant one, great staff ( Marina my favorite ) always ready and willing to assist and meet the needs of the patients. I would definitely recommend this facility.

From start everyone from front desk to the back have been nothing but the best. They treat their patients with care. I have good experience in this therapy office because they are always on top of me to keep me coming for me to get well and better. By far one of the best therapy office.

My Daughter saw DR Fahmy she was hopeful because she has been dealing with years of Chronic pain . The website mentions physical therapy but yet when she met with DR Fahmy she felt berated when explaining to her the pain issues she has been going through . The DR than proceeded to advise her that she had to go to a next door location to be seeing and looked bothered the whole time . When the apt was booked I thoroughly explained that she needed a consultation for pain management so I’m confused as to why when she arrived they made it seem as if she was in the wrong place ,the number on website is what we used to book the apt and it lists pain management . She left the office and had a panic attack from how poorly she was treated and now feels helpless . Patients come to seek help , no one should be treated so poorly specially when they advise you of how many medical issues they are dealing with .I called back to explain my disappointment and while the receptionist was nice I realized that she was in the right place but for some reason they failed to explain the process to her .My daughter is so uncomfortable she will not return nor would I condone that but you should not be in a field is supposed to help others and act this way .

Im very happy with the personnel of this clinic. The atmosphere is super friendly! Specifically , Im grateful to Jiah for helping me understand what was causing the pain that I had and for showing me the exercises that helped relieve the pain and to recover in general. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Alejandra and Jenny customer service is excepcional. They will go above and beyond to provide you the help you need and answer your questions. Also, the physiotherapist is very good. I am feeling way better since I start going there for my therapies.

My experience was amazing with Musculosketal wellness! I felt that all the staff was very interested in my physical and mental comfort! Marina has been SO kind, empathetic, capable, and instructive. I have really appreciated her capable and caring attitude!

A year ago I tore a ligament and I was welcomed and served very kindly by the people here and I not only recovered without surgery, but when my mom got an injury i referred to this amazing facility who have been taking care of, driving, and rehabilitating my mom in such amazing ways. Truly a blessing and a great place to check out

Dr. Beckos, Crystal and the girl at the front desk are so nice. I hated going to the doctor before I met with this staff and this doctor. They are wonderful, super helpful and accommodating. And Dr. Beckos is super knowledgeable.

Professional, considerate, knowledgeable about even the most rare conditions. Entire staff is wonderful. I highly recommend for physical therapy and the many other services they provide. Have been to several other places and they are by far the very very best!

Terrible place they hurt my son and left him with an injury worse then what he came in there with. When he asked them to give him some sort of compensation they told him theres nothing they can do I think a law suit against this place sounds like the next move.
