I went in on 5/3/24 at ~8pm with an ear issue. As someone who struggles to find something I dislike more than a visit to the doctor, this place blew me away. The staff had me inside within minutes. The people that work here aren’t just professionals that left me with relief as soon as I left, they are also very kind people and ensured I was comfortable while I was there. They worked hard with me and were transparent and understanding when it came to pricing. I’d like to thank the whole staff for making my visit seamless and painless. From the doctor, to the nurses and man at the front desk, I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant experience considering that I was sick. The medical office was clean and the staff was courteous and professional. I waiting a minimal amount of time to see a health care provider.l who was knowledgeable and was able to help me. Really nice environment and the care was good!

The staff at GoHealth was incredibly attentive, efficient, professional, all while showing genuine empathy. Its rare to receive such outstanding medical care these days, and my experience with them was truly exceptional. GoHealth has set a new standard for healthcare in my eyes.

I went late at night. Everyone was very friendly and supportive, and I didnt have to wait long to get seen. However, when I got the lab results (posted online) there was some ambiguity about the lab results and they didnt answer the phone so I couldnt ask questions about the results. That would have been very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic place. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and each of the three staff members I spoke to were kind, helpful, and courteous. By far the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care.

The staff was very helpful. The doctor was great. It made me feel so comfortable. I really had a nice experience last night considering that I was not feeling well.

Kim and Dr. Malik very friendly, informative, attentive and provided amazing patient care to my urgent medical needs. The wait was less than 5 minutes which was awesome. I look forward to coming back again due to their superb customers service and ensured that all my medical needs were addressed.

Ive usually had a good experience here, but yesterday the doctor that saw me didnt help me at all. After I told him about my history of bronchitis, he stated, I dont hear any snap, crackle, and pop and told me to take an over-the-counter allergy medicine like my symptoms are a joke.

I went there today and wouldn’t recommend anyone there. Everyone was really nice and the place is clean but the NP doesn’t do much. I mean if you are going to charge people’s insurance atleast prescribe pain medication specially if they are going for severe pain. I wouldn’t show up if taking Motrin would have helped. So stupid! He walks in with a XL wrist brace and asked if I wanted to get it and sign a consent so they can bill the insurance. I said no thank you, so disappointed! They need to do better. Never ever going there again for anything and will NOT recommend anyone to do so.

I had a chance to use Goheath Urgent care at 68 Ave., Forest HillsI am impressed. Not too much about registration. I just gave the receptionist my id, my health insurance cards and he did the rest .I worried may be my bone broken after my fall. My arm is swollen big.5 minutes later a doctor saw me and ordered X-rays for my arm. Luckily no broken bone, only hematoma.I was sent home , apply ice pack for a few days.The team working hard and happy to help patients and office opens until midnight. What a plus.

Very friendly, kind, understanding. They also do everything fast asked questions and showed that they cared about my situation. And explained everything in details and gave me suggestions on how to manage. Amazing amazing.

We had a horrible experience yesterday. We got there around 11:30pm and the website hours mention that the urgent care is open till 12:00am, we also called before hand and they said were accepting walk ins at this hour. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude, he kept saying come tomorrow morning were not taking any more patients. When we tried to tell them that we called before hand to confirm, the security guy started yelling like a maniac and asked us to get out and even threatened to physically beat up my brother. I have never in my life experienced such an attitude from an urgent care before, its a shame. The only thoughtful person was the doctor.

Doctor was super friendly and helpful. He listened and showed he really cared about what I was going through . Its super rare to find health professionals like that nowadays !

Came to this location to get blood work done for my daughter and 1. They looked at me like I was talking a foreign language 2. Was told that they needed a paper referral for blood work even though most places do it electronically and 3. Just overall bad attitude. I should mention the place was completely empty and they were just hanging out gossiping!

The staff was friendly and professional. The facility is super clean and spacious. My appointment time was honored. I was able to leave with the appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

I went there last night 8/7/24 it was 10:30pm. i had the best experience in an urgent care center super fast very nice place nice front desk person made my 8 year old daughter feel comfortable.

I made an appt and arrived on time. 40 min later I asked how much longer it might be until we are seen and was told there is only one doctor today so it will still be another 20 minutes or more. Had I been told when I arrived that I would have to wait over an hour past my appt time I would have brought my son to his primary. The reason I came here instead ironically was to save time.Not the staff fault. Typical corporate ineptness.Its now been 90 minutes. Were in the room but still no doctor. This is asanine.The dirty corporate machine just keeps taking appointments online when they cant handle more patients.

Although the staff and doctor was very nice and great bedside manners, I came in with chest pain and we tested only for heart and in the end it was reflux. It would be an easy fix but no one even considered it... so I am surprised no one caught something that simple...

Quality patient care and reception. EXCELLENCE!!!! All urgent care should run like this one. I glad i came here. I didnt feel like i was wasting my time... felt just as good as seeing your PCP. Thank you.

Very nice and professional highly recommend and they do X-rays just call to make sure the person is there and until what time.

This is my go-too Urgent Care for any emergencies. Always super quick, regardless if you have made an appointment in advance or not. Easy registration, and friendly staff.

Warmth, professionalism, able to connect with/ staff (!) really... yes! and effective science based treatment that worked. I’d go back if I had any ‘urgent’ problems.

Had a little issue making the original appointment. I had to do it a second time and it went through. Ive been to this facility before and was unable to get there so I did a telemedicine conference and it went great.

I was tested for Covid. It was positive. The pa sent the prescription to cvs and by the time I walked there, it was ready. The la was really nice and explained everything to me.

The bedside manner here is UNREAL! Everyone was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. So rare for NYC and urgent care centers. Thank you!!

The office was clean, the receptionist was courteous and informative and the doctor took her time and went over some very important things.

ZERO STARS! I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner I have no issue at all since i am a nurse myself but bro for real an eye infection and you prescribe me allergy eye drops ridiculous. I have a nasal infection and upper respiratory infection and you just give me Chest decongestant. Antibiotic drops and or cripro or a z pack would have been more adequate but what do i know i only have 15 years of experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IS NOT WORT YOUR DIME! im on my way to the ER with bacterial infection because of someones mistake.

I was very impressed with this place. Staff was friendly and professional. I walked in with no appointment but was helped immediately by the receptionist who was very friendly. I also love how the sign in tablet sends a link to fill out the paperwork to your phone. I waited only ten minutes or so before being led to a room where I was seen right away by the physicians assistant and doctor. Not as important, also worth mentioning that the interior of this place is very nice (wood paneling, glass doors, etc.).Ive visited a number of different urgent cares over the years in different cities, and have had experiences ranging between mediocre and terrible. This however, was a fantastic experience.As a local, Im happy to know that this location is here.

This place is truly a wonderful thing to have in the neighborhood. The staff is great, knows what theyre talking about and friendly, the place is clean, the waits are extremely reasonable. Im always appreciative of their service- from covid tests to sick kids to the time a glass shattered in my hand and they had to take the pieces out and sew me up! I wont go anywhere else!

Easy appointment scheduling on the online application, Great location, Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Clean place. Good and courteous bedside manner by the medical staff.

Very professional, area is clean and well kept. Very good service, I signed in and was seen within 15 minutes.

I would not recommend going to this location. They have given me inaccurate test results twice and prescribed and let me pay for medications I did not need. They need better health care professionals.

I will not leave this alone until you refund the $120 portion of the urgent feeUpdate: I guess I should have mentioned there was a $205 Prompt Pay Discount and after they kept giving my emails runaround-style responses I DECIDED TO JUST PAY the $161.38 effective balance before the discount is gone AND IT KEEPS BEING DECLINED!-------------------------Everyone was super-nice at the office and THEN I GOT $365 BILL FOR A SIMPLE COVID ANTIGEN TEST! $325 of which was urgent care fee (thats 750% surcharge on $41 test) despite the fact that I made the appointment several days in advance, which makes it non-urgent by definition. Was never communicated their ridiculous fees in advance.

I just went here yesterday. I probably have been here 3 or 4 times over the past 2 years. It is always a good experience. Everyone is nice. Each time I always remember GERARD. He is super nice and helpful and very positive. Also it was my first time to be seen by PA Hercules- I thought he was better than most doctors. He is very thorough and explains instructions well.I hope Northwell will recognize these 2 outstanding employees and give them a raise or promotion!!!

I went in for a check-up due to lower spine pain after a bad slip on ice. Had a 15 minute meeting with a doctor where she told me I was probably fine. I received no tests, but I got a nearly $300 bill in the mail for the visit even though this center is in my network. The $300 is AFTER the insurance paid their part. According to web research, an urgent care visit without insurance can cost $150 - $200. Why am I paying $300 with insurance?When I tried to negotiate the bill, they told me to get my insurance to pay for it. They could not. When I asked for financial assistance, they told me their systems werent working. I am left to manage the bill on my own. I wish I had stayed home :(Update: A representative told me to contact the email listed on these other reviews. I emailed on May 4th and have not received any response. I gave up and paid but I am never going to any Northwell institution again.

Everyone of the staff that assisted in my care from the desk, vitals, x-ray and treatment were excellent and professional, kind people. My best experience in a urgicare .Thank them all.

The telemedicine visit was great. Caring provider and I didn’t have to drive to a location and be exposed to other sick people.

Even with an appointment it’s at least a 1 hour wait. Then they say the test is free but with a copay. The lady said someone ‘accidentally marked me off’ and that I should’ve came in sooner although I checked in on the app and called. The door clearly says do not enter. They didn’t even accept responsibility.

The wait time can be long since they usually only have one provider but the care is very good.

I got in and got out at a timely fashion. It was friendly. parking was a little bit of hassle, but it was nice.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited less than 5 minutes. The attendant who gave me my Covid test was thorough and friendly. After a few minutes, the NP came into the room, told me the test was negative, then gave me a flu test and listened to my lungs. Everyone was very pleasant and thorough and treated me with a great deal of kindness, as always.

We are deeply disappointed by the quality of the service. They did the strep culture for my wife and was told the result will be back the next day. It has been more than 2 days still no result. We called the office to follow up and no one answers the phone. We left messages and no one return call. I am NOT recommending anyone go to this place. I wish I can give a zero star.

The care was wonderful and very attentive, as I really began to feel poorly.

I went this place for my pink eye, doctor said she send the prescription to my pharmacy. It been a day, It hasn’t went through my pharmacy. My eye are swollen and burning, I been calling the customer service number all day nobody answering, left many messages, nobody call me. So what is the point to see ur doctor??

I am a pilot and was on a layover when I needed late night emergency care for a sudden painful ear infection (they were open until 11pm.) Very helpful staff all around. They were all incredibly kind and took time to help with check in, finding a nearby 24-hr pharmacy within walking distance, and patiently answered my questions. The PA gave a thorough exam and took the time to get a good picture of what was happening with my health. Everyone in the office was just caring and helpful with good attitudes and work ethic. Very impressive for an urgent care clinic, especially during a visit at 930pm on a weeknight.

Great hospitality and client care. Also, fast process. Glad I found this location.

From reception to triage to my actual exam, definitely a pleasant experience. I had tested negative for covid a few days earlier but my symptoms were getting worse. The PA Christina was very thorough and suggested I get another PCR done. I’m so glad she did because I tested positive. I avoided spreading germs any further and now I’m resting in isolation. Late night hours made things so convenient as well. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the physician assistant that took care of my mom. She was seen immediately and given the correct diagnosis. With the medications given at the clinic she felt better. Thank you

The staff was nice and professional. Well organized and clean facility and was not over crowded with patients. I think they pace their patients well, as long as you follow and respect the times given for appointments. I had a great experience over all would definitely come back to this place if needed.

Went there for coughing. they did a rapid covid test and also sent to lab for covid testing. however, i didn’t realize that i haven’t met deductible of my insurance, ended up a almost $200 bill for a covid test. if i knew this upfront, i’ll not do the test.update: i had to pay for the full amount of bill, billing department doesnt care and wont help, simply saying its my own responsibility because i did not check if my insurance will pay for it. i will recommend staying away from this place unless you are 100% sure on your insurance, otherwise youll have to deal with the excessive charges.

Mark the PA, Gerard the X-ray tech and Rosa the receptionist were all amazing. They all had great bedside manner and went out to their way to be helpful.My father had a fall on his hand and needed a splint/X-ray. And we were taken care of efficiently.10/10 would recommend.

It was a great experience considering how much pain I was in. My foot was bruised, very swollen fractured and extremely painful. The staff from the receptionist, nurse practitioners, X-ray technician basically everyone there who I saw could not have treated me any better or make my visit any more comfortable they were fabulous. You have to pay even though you upload your insurance card. They wait until you get there and tell you they dont accept the insurance. If insurance is not accepted, then it should notify you once you enter insurance name and member number.Feels like a scam. $195 for rapid test

I did not have to wait. Clean. Professional. Open late. I did block my appt on line but for some reason it did not work. The only thing they didnt take my temperature but guess they didnt need to since they looked in my throat and said it was a virus and no meds were needed. The best part was they dud covud test right away since I had been traveling and due to my age

I felt everyone in their office was courteous and caring, the waiting time is reasonable (35 mins in the lounge) considering Im a walk-in patient. It will be great though when checking out, the staff could remind me where I can find a summary of the visit.

Ugh no. I needed an X-ray and went at like 8pm to get one. They were like, yeah, our radiologist isn’t here, did nothing for my discomfort, told me to come back the next day and charged $575. City MD charged me $300 the next day, X-ray included, got me pain meds and set me up with a specialist. You tell me which is better

They are so slow!! To get covid test done took them over an hour. I waited and waited while employees were talking at the receptionist desk complaining about patients. So unprofessional. Not many patients waiting, i was next on the screen (queue) and they allowed three moree to go ahead of me (?) They just walked in and they were sent to the rooms. Whatever…. I not going back there. I remember why I stopped coming to this location. Also advice to your employees that been nice is free.

Made an appointment on the website. Everything was very easy. Walked in and was greeted by staff. No wait time. In and out with my 5 year old in no time. Which is more than you can ask for when visiting the doctor with a child. The place is neat and clean. The staff is very pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Stay away from this place. The doctors can never answer any of the issues related to what you describe. Lastly, if your insurance declines a portion of the bill, they come after you with unrealistic fees and nobody including management ever follows up with you to discuss the bill you were send.

My doctor and the staff moved quick they really help me when I couldn’t breath

Everyone was great. The entire staff and P.A who treated me were so empathetic and attentive towards me during a time were I felt miserable. They were very thorough during my exam and I feel 100% better within less than 24 hours. I would come back here anytime.

The staff here are friendly, and seem to be genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. Because they have an app. I was able to book an appointment online and I when arrived I went to the reception desk gave my name & information then right into the exam room where I was seen in less than 10 minutes my entire time there was maybe 30min if that, but never felt rushed or unvalidated with my health concern. This is like my 3rd or 4th time Ive visited here and I always received the same great care. Thank You Guys Keep Up The Great, Caring, Professional, Fast and Needed Work.

This place is the warmest place I have ever been! I took my kid there once for vaccinations once for coughing and fever. All staffs are nice and friendly. They gave my kid stickers to calm him down.

The front desk was very helpful and communicated wait times well. The doctors and nurses were really nice and knowledgeable.

The staff were so friendly, supportive and I felt genuine concern from each and every one of them. It made me feel more reassured and would definitely come back if I have to (hopefully not).

I especially liked that everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing. I was glad they accepted walk-ins and check-in was an easy process. I did not have to wait long to be treated.

The providers are knowledgeable informative and professional. And the fact that appointments can be made is an added bonus.

Im not sure if every other provider there is like Julie, but she was absolutely amazing today. She made us feel comfortable, explained all of our options and took her time to make sure her patient was emotionally and physically okay. I appreciate every effort she made today, it was a really hard day for us and seeing her being so thoughtful and genuinely caring about her patients really made us feel grateful. Thank you Julie.

The staff was excellent and especially the Nurse Practitioner who saw me, Anca !If you’re looking for a minute clinic, not happening. Remember, this is urgent care and people coming in with all types of symptoms, especially now with COVID, flu, and RSV. Each case is different, the clinician must evaluate based on patient needs. Don’t take out your frustration on the staff.To stay ahead, make an appointment online and fill out the paperwork online. When you arrive, all you have to do is check in! Walk-ins are welcome, but you will be waiting longer!Remember these providers have been working through hard times! Have a little more empathy for them!

Julie, the PA and Gerard, the x-ray technician were great with our four year old. Thank you for making her feel comfortable. Thank you for providing excellent care that was patient focused. Thanks to Gerard for coming back quickly from another site to make sure we could get our x-rays done quickly. All the staff were kind from the female security guard to the receptionist. NP Sherwag the next morning was also very kind to our daughter and gentle when explaining the need for a sling for her elbow. Thank you very much!!

Amazing energy in there. When I walked in, the front let me know where to go. And sent me to the room, and the most handsome man by the name of Gil, I believe was so friendly. Whether he is a manager or doctor, I am impressed because he did a great job making sure I was alright, and concerned about my blood sugar. Thank you!

The staff and physician Dr. Hercules were very understanding to my symptoms, listened to me and helped me to figure out what was wrong. I felt terrible for coming in so last minute and close to closing but everyone treated me with care and compassion!

I had a positive experience at this urgent care. The NP was very nice and so was the medical assistant ( I believe her name was Michelle). Michelle was very patient, welcoming and took her time explaining everything to me (same for the NP). However, I thought that the female who was at the very first desk could have had a more welcoming and nicer approach when checking in patients. I also didn’t have to wait very long to be taken care of , so that’s a major plus. Overall, this was a positive experience.

IRATE HERE! Went to get rapid test, I REFUSED TO GET VITALS AND SEE A DOCTOR (you know why, they will overcharge my insurance) I got a bill out of my pocket of 247.00 for facilities which crearly doesn’t match the prices on their website. They lied to my insurance saying i was provided with services that i refused to get. I got tested for Covid before and I refused to get any other services from them I didn’t get a bill. This is DISHONESTY, and i don’t support dishonesty. I called their main office and they will “investigate “.Check your cameras! All i did was taking a rapid test. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!Taking advantage of the system! I took a rapid test 6 months ago at CITYMD and they charged my insurance for a rapid test. Lying through their teeth.This is a matter of PRINCIPLES AND HONESTY.

So grateful they took my son in quickly to diagnose that he had an ear infection. Thank you!

This time the following was my experience:The providers were patient, explained in detail and kind. I deeply appreciated their thorough care. I also appreciate the speed at which I was seen, examined and released. Thank you all.

Absolute garbage and incompetent administration. I checked in online for a 6 pm appointment. I told the person at the desk. They told me to have a seat and I just waited and waited, they never checked me in. Finally someone asked me if I was waiting because I wasnt checked in.I saw the Physicians Assistant who said she would send a prescription to my pharmacy. I confirmed the pharmacy for them. I waited some more for someone in admin to tell me it was sent. No one said anything.Finally I asked if it was sent and they said, yes of course 15 minutes ago. I went to the pharmacy... it was never sent. The pharmacist told me to call the clinic. The phone just kept ringing, no one even answered the phone! I dont think they provided me with a working phone number!They offered me a text chat option which asked me what state I was in as the first question. I went through the entire questionnaire and 30 texts later it said someone will contact you soon. This has been an hour now and the pharmacy is getting ready to close. Still no one answered the phone at the clinic. No notation was made in the online portal thing showing my prescription was sent. There are no discharge instructions posted and no visit summary available.Now I either get to wait in pain for 2 days until the pharmacy reopens or I can try to take some animal antibiotics or something.These people have no idea what they are doing. No follow up. No way to even contact them if needed which I think is a violation of NYS patient bill of rights which requires a way to reasonably contact an outpatient provider and a written plan of care at discharge (which I should have been able to show the pharmacy.)I will absolutely file a complaint with the Dept of Health this is unacceptable in every way.

I spent more than hour there and went to the pharmacy. I waited in the pharmacy for a long time. They didn’t send the prescription until I went back to ask resend. And the prescription is an expensive pill. I ended up wasting more than two hours! The doctor must have something wrong!

The staff is super friendly but unfortunately the doctor who treated me seems to not care about my childrens health. I sought help and they did not know how to help my children who according to had a virus and gave them allergy medicine which doctor does that. My children got worse because my child had an earache and the next day it got worse because he had an infection, it wasnt a virus and my girl still told me that it was a virus, I told her my daughter is 2 weeks old with a cough, this was the second place I visited looking for help to my daughter and it turned out that they gave her an allergy medicine, he never checked her correctly. I went to another doctor the next day and my daughter had influenza A and B and there they told me that she only had a virus, they did not tell them I recommend this place of very little help, look for another place

I was so happy with how professional the staff was here from the entry to the examination room. I was checked in and seen on a short notice which I really appreciate during these busy times for health care workers. The facility was very clean and the front desk was quick and nice.Special thanks to Dr. Yosif Arabov for making me feel very comfortable and having exceptional bedside manner. Doctor was easy to talk to and listened to me without a rush. I was in good hands.Thank you, Northwell health team! :)

I have visited this office three times now and am beyond disappointed. Hope to never have to set my foot here again. The first time came with a cold that I had for over a week, made it known to the PA and even though I was feeling horrible, was sent on my way with a suggestion for an OTC decongestant. Was back two or three days later feeling even worse. They did take an x-ray this time and prescribed an antibiotic. Should have done it the first time around. Unfortunately, I was all clear for less than a week and caught another bug. Having lived in my body for quite a few years now, I know that my colds end up needing antibiotics. This being the worst flu season in a decade, it is especially true. Even though I have acute pharyngitis (this is the diagnosis), and looks like had it for over a week, they declined to prescribe antibiotics. So, I am a walking petri dish, feeling miserable and waiting for my GP office to open on Monday so that I can go there and see an actual doctor.

I walked in with a hand injury. I was seen by Bianka, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She knew exactly what she was doing. I couldn’t even feel her putting the stitches in. She was a highly trained professional, and had great bedside manners made me feel very comfortable. I do recommend this place five star review.

The provider who saw me...I believe his name was Alex the Physician Assistant at Northewell Health Urgent Care in Forest Hills. He was excellent!! I am also a healthcare provider myself and sometimes we can be the worst patients, Lol. I have a medical skin condition that requires care with cuts, lacerations etc. Alex listened and took his time to place the stitches. He was friendly and caring. The young lady who checked me in was also very sweet and nice. As well as the aide who took my vital signs. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend to others to go there.

I really wish I remembered the lady name, but I had to get a whole bunch of different blood work done.. about 20 different tests. I have very light veins and I know it’s difficult to get blood drawn for me however this lady didn’t hurt me at ALL, I felt very comfortable around her and she did a great job. This was my first time coming here, and I will definitely always choose this spot to come to when I have to get my blood work done again. The front desk staff was also very nice. All black woman, not sure of anyone’s name. I was focused on all the blood work I had to get done! Well done to the nurse who drew my blood, I really wish I could remember her name.

I’ve been here twice and they’re the nicest nurses that I ever met! It’s very helpful if you book the appointment online. Good attention and patience. You wait like every other places and the lobby it’s very comfortable and clean.

I received excellent care at the Northwell Health GoHealth urgent care and would recommend it to anyone. I was seen remotely first and was advised to come in person. There was a very short wait for both visits and I received all of my lab results within 24 hrs. I am very satisfied with the way that I was treated and the cleanliness of the facility. The patient portal and the ability to make a same day appointment is also an excellent, patient-friendly feature.

They don’t respect your time. I had to sit in a room and wait for a provider to see me for 40 mins. The provider mentioned that she didn’t know cuz no one told her that I was in the room. Being short staffed is not a great excuse if you take reservations from people. Take less reservations if you don’t have enough staffs to take care of all patients. I would go to another urgent care next time.

The NP just was not interested in making me feel better. I went somewhere else after.

The staff here is great and they saved my mothers life. I brought my mom in and she was having shortness of breath. They quickly cared for her and gave her oxygen. Then they called the ambulance and had her transferred to the ER. They are very kind and caring. They personify what excellent and humane medical care should be like everywhere.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and the process was quick as well. The office was very organize and everyone on the same page. From the front desk person that Greets you in to the nursing staff. It was definitely refreshing to deal with people super pleasant and happy with what they do. This 2020 has been a really tough and crazy year for all of us, so it’s nice to see nice out there still. Always enjoy using this Urgent Care Facility. The staff are welcoming and personable. The doctors / PAs spend quality time with me assessing my medical needs and providing sound medical advice. The facility itself is well maintained and very clean. And I have no complain about wait times, as Ive never had to wait. All in all, another great experience.

Such an incredible experience. I was a walk-in, already feeling so frazzled and wonky. Never been at an urgent care center where the staff were so courteous, warm and welcoming. Being a nurse myself I know how stressful it can be but in spite the busy nature of the center, everyone was so attentive and patient. Thank you all.

Giving it 2 stars because of their fast service when I visited but this place was literally useless when I visited. I visited because of a problem with my throat and the doctor only tested for strep and told me that I have a virus. He then proceeded to write me a pain killer. I still have the same issue a week later and the medicine was useless other than the fact it numbs the pain temporarily. I could of bought pain killers myself.

You can not only see how clean the place is you can smell it. Went on Labor Day, expected a long wait but there was none. There were patients there but the wait was minimal. Very efficient, no time wasted filling out paperwork, a scanned insurance card and ID started my electronic file. The staff was very professional and pleasant. Within 20 minutes I was checked in, saw a medical assistant who performed a few tests, was evaluated by a PA and got paperwork explaining my diagnosis. The facility is very modern and clean. If the situation came about I would go back again.

Julie was my PA and she was wonderful!!! I had to get stitches for a deep cut. She was Very informative by telling me step by step what to expect and made the situation pleasant by putting me at ease.

The communication and professionalism is hit or miss with this place. Tests results don’t go in timely, when you try to call for follow ups the call center can never reach the facility, wait times change from 10-90 mins whether you have an appointment or not. I am even sitting here now and dealing with an incredibly rude front desk guy who changes the wait times twice and then when patients note a concern he literally replies “ I’m sorry you feel that way.” And he’s not an exception I’ve seen worst from another female receptionist. When you do get an answer question or when they miss up tests (which also happens) all off sudden multiple people are speaking to you one at a time! At this point they need a re-haul of their staff, as they way they speak to people and tackle communication is insane! This place is anarchy on a stick!

Wonderful staff who carefully attend to you. I was in the care of Julie and Prea who made the situation less overwhelming and made sure to give me the proper care and treatment that I needed. There is a registration clerk/greeter working there (didnt get his name) but I was able to observe and hear him assisting others coming into the office. He is very friendly, exceptionally helpful, super kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I observed him assisting an elderly patient as well as many others coming in while I was in the waiting room. He should be recognized for his approach with all patients coming in as well as the way in which he speaks to all.

Always a very long wait. If they werent so nice at the front desk, there would be anarchy here. You will wait over an hour even with an appointment. Appointments are made in 7 minute intervals and walk-ins welcome. They do not have enough staff for that 7 minute interval and appt times mean nothing.

I was seen quickly and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Would highly recommend. I sprained my knee really bad and wasn’t able to walk into urgent care. One of the nurses quickly came with a wheel chair and helped me in. The check in was quick and i was seen within 10 minutes. With being in a-lot of pain, the physician was still able to make me feel at ease with jokes and was very sincere. I am glad I went here vs going to the ER.

My girlfriend fell while walking in Kissena Park and we came to this Urgent Care after trying other but they didn’t have the staff… This place was amazing from the time we came in the door until we left. They treated her with respect and helped her through the process of finding she had broken her wrist.. They were all so professional and also made her feel so relaxed.. Amazing staff always and I dont often get sick. I came in for beginning of flu symptoms and they got me in and out and in bed sick but I can feel my body fighting it. I really feel very comfortable and very happy with service always.Thank all the girls and the gentlemen working there!

I like the online appointment system and that limits exposure to contagious patients. The waiting time is reasonable. The place is very clean and organized.The staff are caring and helpful. Medical staff are thorough and knowledgeable. They answer your questions and calls promptly. I would highly recommend this place.

I would like to extend a big thanks to the entire staff. The doorman, the person checking us in, the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor. They were working through out the day even on Christmas. I understand that during these covid times, people get riled up and dont have nice things to say. People need to understand clinics dont have capacity to perform endless number of covid tests. But I saw the entire staff maintain their calm and handle the situation with 100% dignity. I really appreciate all the effort they are putting in.

Second time here for blood work and the place is disorganized.They dont track who needs what and who came in first. Shortage of workers.So easy to just ask people to sign in for blood work services and that will solve some of their problems.

Dr arabov was amazing and really helped me during my anxious time of trauma of a burn. He was very professional and took care of the situation in a friendly manner.

The team at Northwell Health Urgent Care took amazing care of my mom who came in near the end of the day. Even though it was near closing time everyone took time to explain what examinations they were doing and why, and the follow-up care the next day was outstanding as well. We’re both very grateful for the care my mom received and the excellent customer service to boot.

I love that this place is in easy walking distance from my home. The staff are always so sweet and helpful. They are kind and try to make you smile. I have gone here many a time include just before closing for a busted bleeding toe. My daughter has absolutely no fear of going there and is completely comfortable with the doctors and nurses. They are patient with little people and speak to them directly to make them feel heard and important.

I was seen quickly and the medical professional (a PA or an actual MD) seemed knowledgeable. They attacked my problem using two methods of treatment. What they prescribed seems to be working. Im getting better.

We had to get tested for travel and PCR results didn’t come in time for our within 72 hour from flight window. We headed back to the center and Melissa was able to get us a rapid molecular test 12 hours before the flight. The staff here are the nicest and kindest healthcare workers I’ve seen in a long time.Don’t come here if you’re going to berate the staff for not letting you get tested. YOU have to do YOUR own research on YOUR own time. YOU are responsible for know what test you need to travel. YOU have to stand in line at 6AM. YOU have to play the refreshing game to book an appointment. Everyone has a sob story and if you’re trying to get tested but don’t have symptoms, you can wait. If you’re absolutely dying from symptoms, you need to go to the ER, not urgent care.

This is by far the most unprofessional urgent care I have ever been to. I speak solely to this location. In more than 1 occasion I have been here for lab work. I have witnessed people from the front desk yell to the medical assistant in the back to come get her patients.I call the lab to make appointments and get the voicemail never a person. I have been trying to do this for 4 days.You need to get new management. This is coming from a patient who works in Urgent care. I understand how the staff feels during these times but the unprofessionalism of this location is unacceptable. The rego park location is much better go there instead if you can.

The true definition of urgent care. I have already booked my dr appoinment for jan 29 but due to the winter storm my appointment got cancelled and at that time I already ran out of medicine and due for a check up for my refill. After searching around for an open clinic my wife found this urgent care. Thankfully they were open and the staff was great, fast, efficient and professionals. Thank you for your help as I was given a short term medicine until I get new appointment for my doctor. I really appreciate yall for your dedication in your profession.

This review rating is NOT about the clinic experience; rather, its about the telephone receptionists who took my phone call about Rapid PCR covid test for international travel. I called twice yesterday, first call lasted 15 minutes and the second 10 minutes. The receptionists were the worst you could imagine. Not only they had no knowledge about the test, they dragged on and on with your personal information, the spelling of your name (on the first phone call I had to spell twice for first name, twice for last name), and then wanted to book you an appointment when they claimed that they would not guarantee you could receive the report before your international flight departure. They had no interest to know about the 72-hour covid test result by international travel regulation and how critical the test-result time line is for anyone who travels. They just want to book me an appointment, even at the cost of me not getting the result and missing the trip. And they dont speak English very well. Completely ignorant and irresponsible.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly except for the Jamaican front desk receptionist. She didnt want to be bothered. I would have given 4 stars, but phone calls to the office go to an answering service during business hours. You cant get anyone on the line in the office to answer questions and the answering service people know nothing. They will make a half-hearted attempt to act as an intermediary by calling the office themselves, but if they dont pick up, which is the case most of the time,you are out of luck. They tell you to try again in an hour or two. Its the most ridiculous system Ive ever seen and wont go back because of it.

The doctor and staff listened to us with great patience, and provided all the services necessary to the patient. All the staff there were courteous. The test report came out right away. It was a very smooth and pleasant visiting experience.

Nurse practitioner Weathersby was very professional and actually performed test to confirm diagnosis. She actually took the time out instead of rushing through the visit. Front desk/ receptionist was very polite and pleasant. Paperless check-in/ registration process was quick and efficient. I had a very positive experience.

Making an appointment is quick and easy. I live 10 mins away from this location and I was able to make an appt and get a CoVID test 20 mins after I made my appt on my phone. They get right to it. The staff are nice as well as informed. They just “get it.” Second time here and couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Rushed over to this urgent care since it was the only one near by opened until12am. Arrived around 11:20pm, and the staff just stared at us in annoyance when we first walked in. They were all just chatting and lounging obviously ready to head home. I was hoping to get checked for monkey pox, I was nervous and anxious. The woman at the front desk rudely said “I hope you’re not here from covid testing because we aren’t doing that right now”. She then advised us to log in using the kiosk, which then texted you some forms to fill out. As were filling it on our phone, she had the nerve to imply we need to hurry up and fill the forms out. We immediately got up and left. We felt very UNCOMFORTABLE. In a nutshell, don’t waste your time going here! The staff was rude and disgusting and a disgrace of a representation of NorthWell.

Very rude and angry Jamaican woman working at the front desk. I wasn’t sure if this was the clinic that had my appointment and politely asked why my name wasn’t on the register. She exploded and shouted that I was at the wrong clinic. Not very professional or necessary in her response when she could’ve calmly suggested I call Northwell to double check the address. Instead she chose to shout in front of other patients and staff and storm off. Her coworker was no better. Please take your business to another clinic. These people are angry.

My boyfriend went here today after sustaining a work injury .. and when I rushed from work and met him there I was very impressed with the extremely kind, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was phenomenal and the PA [Louis, I believe], MA and everyone else took such amazing care of my boyfriend. Thank you so much to everyone there for your TLC in an extremely emotional and chaotic time.

PREDATORY PRICES - I see others leaving recent reviews about this as well. Went in for a visit about abdominal pain, I had set up the visit the day before so not technically walk in. Had a urine test done and spoke to someone about the pain. Was in and out in 15 mins, told me to take pepcid and to go to the hospital if still in pain in 2 days..... and they charged my insurance almost $600 for the urgent care visit. Absolutely ridiculous considering someone without insurance according to them would only pay $100 for the same service. DO NOT GO TO ANY NORTHWELL HEALTH URGENT CARE LOCATIONS especially if you have insurance. Its cheaper to just go to the ER or a regular Dr. They didnt even diagnose me properly and I was in the ER 2 days later.Ive tried responding to your email below, but the email address doesnt work and bounces.

The staffs were phenomenal!!!, I checked in online, spend no more then 5 minutes in the waiting area. The RT, Gerard took my vitals, he was really good, I felt at ease with him, the scribe Maria and provider Marie came in, they were amazing. I live in doctor offices, but this is my first time at gohealth, and I was amazed at the care I received. Everyone was making sure I was alright. Medication were send to my pharmacy. I will always look for Ms. Marie, she was so funny and great.I will tell all my friends and families about this place.

If I can give this place zero - I would. 3rd time they misdiagnosed my kid. Simple things like - ear infection. I asked for antibiotics- they said his ears are good. (Meanwhile my son complained ears hurt all day),after they refused- I had a sleepless night with crying kid- I went to my regular dr and she saw the infection right away- red and growing already. He’s literally better first day after antibiotics. The people that work there are useless. Truly.I looked through my records with them and remembered 2 other separate occasions when their “providers” misdiagnosed.Will never come back here.

Our experience each time has been good. We are senior citizens and like the fact we get attended to quickly without the wait of Emergency RoomsOn our last visit the Dr informed us that they could not do what we needed but they were most compassionate and helpful.

This was my first time visiting this urgent care center. The checkin process was quick and efficient and I was back in an exam room in under 10 mins. I was in obvious distress which both the nurse and PA quickly realized and addressed promptly. I was diagnosed with the flu, prescribed medication and given instructions all in under an hour. I was extremely grateful for how compassionate and caring they were. Both the PA and the nurse called me the next day to check on me.I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center.

The location is great one doctor over prescribes but I think she wants to be safe and not sorry(even if I told her I wouldnt use it). The wait times are short even when busy and I appreciate the easy billing setup. The office is clean and well maintained.

If there was a chance to add more stars , I absolutely would.Latoya runs a very smooth team operations.She is a very skilled professional.During the holidays and enormous volume of patients due to covid surge Latoya was there on the front lines , only with one goal : to assist her patients. I am taking back my former positive review. I went to Northwell Urgent care for a COVID PCR test for travel. A very nice Medical assistant came in to do the test and asked if I would like my vitals checked. I said sure . Today I received a bill for $267. They billed my insurance company $585 to have my vitals checked and $151 for the COVID test. I was not sick and only needed the PCR test. Had the MA told me it would cost nearly $600 to check my vitals, I would have declined. When I called to dispute the bill I was told that they cannot do PCR tests without checking vitals first. I have worked in healthcare for over 35 years and I know this is not true. What a rip off! I see by other reviews that I am not the only one who was scammed. I am reporting them to the state attorney generals office for unethical practices.

Extremely unethical business practices. I called first to ask if I could schedule a rapid Covid test online and the rep confirmed I could. I then went online and scheduled a rapid Covid test and I ultimately showed up on time/early. I mentioned to the front desk I was there with an appointment for a rapid Covid test. I was asked to sit in one of the patient rooms and was tested, twice because the first one was inconclusive. In that time between tests I had another gentleman come in to check my blood pressure and heart beat/breathing. It literally took a minute to say hi , take my pressure/check up and bye. The results were negative, I said thank you and left. I then received a bill for $585.00. Insurance covered some of that and I was left with a bill of $267.00….for a rapid Covid test…in New York City. When I called their billing department the rep mentioned he doesn’t know why my insurance didn’t cover the entire bundle of 1. A Covid test 2. Office visit 3. I couldn’t understand what he was saying in reference to the 3rd line item of this bundle however the way he explained what it was it sounded like I also requested for them to check and make sure I have no other respiratory diseases. He even mentioned the notes stated something about antibiotic medicine that I should be taking….I asked for nothing but a rapid test and I never had any kind of conversation about anything else nor did I asked for the doctor to come in and do absolutely anything else. I submitted a dispute for the bill, sent emails to north well and their billing department and hopefully this will be corrected even though I doubt it. These guys are crooks go to a local pharmacy or something where they might charge you 30 bucks if that.

I came into this urgent care on a Saturday afternoon, and from the time I stepped my foot in, they were on point. I was expecting to have a long wait,but no not at all. Extremely clean, and a professional, friendly environment. You know when you walk in there, that you are going to get the best care to making sure that you feel better. Please forgive me if I forgot your name, but from the young lady with the glasses and the short haircut at the front desk she is AMAZING! Very nice and explained to me each step on whats going to take place. Jerrod, another nice staff member did my chest Xrays. He was very professional and nice, he made sure I was stable(I have a cane) and explained to me step by step on what he was going to do to get the best results to be included in my diagnosis. My PA and his assistant, please for give me once again,.but I think his name starts with a J. They were phenomenal!! I just had to say THANKYOU! You ALL are amazing! I dont want ANYONE sick, but if you do and you need help getting better GO TO THEM! I dont care how much you have to travel.

Went for a Pre-op covid test and the entire experience: from booking the test to the test itself was seamless and smooth. The staff are super kind and professional. The facilities are very clean and welcoming. Conveniently located in Queens Blvd in Forest Hills close to all public transportation facilities. This was not my first time at this place, I came here because I loved the service and the doctors.I came today without an appointment to do a COVID 19 test, the receptionist told me immediately “no appointment? Come tomorrow” I came there 2 hours before they were closing, there was no sign anywhere saying they do not accept patients after 6:00pm, also there was nothing on their website.After I tried to explain the receptionist that I think I might have COVID and I wanna get tested she told me “you can go to the ER if you were really sick” I honestly don’t understand how you can disrespect someone’s health that way especially when COVID 19 has taken so many lives in the past year and a half.I’m very disappointed with the staff in this place because clearly all they cared is leaving at 8 and going home after a day of work.I will never return

Everyone was great! I definitely will recommend this location. So much better than ProUrgent care. The staff/doctors/PA was so helpful and pleasant. I also received my results quickly and the portal was so easy to use.

Signed up online since I was feeling sick, got there on time, waited a bit, and then left when my wait time was still over an hour. Signing up seems like a gimmick to get business, and it’s inconsiderate when you’re sick.The prior time I tried this place I was told I had a torn ligament- it was a actually a tendon: this is a bad mistake for a first year med student, never mind a licensed provider that I paid.

DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION AT THIS LOCATION. Ive had two horrible experiences at this location and its not worth the headache, and Im sure they wont treat that either. I went TWICE for a simple covid test and was unable to obtain one because their policy runs contravention to federal law. Theres a lack of urgency at this location as well. Unhelpful and unpleasant staff are just experts at making your medical experience worse. Avoid this location if you can, if not best of luck.

I always have a pleasant experience here. Scheduling appointments online speeds up the check in and the doctors and staff are always friendly. You won’t need to go to CityMD again.

Very satisfied with the assistance and efficiency and the after visit follow up at the center.The only thing that is not the staff assistance fault is that Urgent Care in general doesnt have any connection with orthopedics in my location not even in Queens. I found one in Forest Hills but wont be in the office until Tuesday. In the meantime holding up with ice, bandage and rest.

For waiting time :If you are quietly and nicely waiting for your turne, the reception guy doesnt pay attention you. The guy skips calling you.You should be agressive to get pay attention, otherwise they easily forget about you and you have to wait for long time ridiculously.I came here 10am and was in the line outside. And they let me in the waiting room around12:30pm,and saw a doctor around 2pm.

Was at the location around 5:20p 1/22/2022 for a PCR test, dude in the front ask why I wanted the test, then make comments like it is a waste of time. Then the dude tell me to sit, and then ask me to provide my insurance and ID, I told him you know you could have asked me when I was there but instead the guy try to say it is my issue. And then when he return my ID and insurance card, he just placed it on the counter, saying my insurance and ID, dude has no manner at all. And when I try to complaint about this, the staff over there trying to make it my issue. The customer service at the location provided by that particular guy is just the worse, and there is supervisor in the back, he said nothing and also trying to put this as my issue, like putting If I continue to complaint, I aint gonna get see, what the hell kind of customer service is this?

Both Security Guards were very pleasant, professional and helpful.The Nurse and Doctor get an A+...especially for calling me at home after I was seen because my BP was extremely high.

The staff were very courteous from the front desk staff, to the RN and PA. I got an X-ray, evaluation and prescriptions awaiting me in my pharmacy all within thirty minutes. Great experience overall, what a refreshing change in healthcare!

After feeling sick for 24 hours, I took the chance to go to this urgent care facility. I felt like all were interested in was how I was paying for my visit. I should have left at that point. There was no follow up call, no if your feeling worse in a couple of days please give us a call. I would not recommend this facility, go somewhere else. Do not bother seeing the Nurse Practitioner, go see a doctor.

Be aware! After I paid $25.00 cash and I showed my insurance card , I received $350.00 mystery bill for influenza test. The bill came after one year. I didn’t see a doctor, was a nurse and they said the doctor was not accepting my insurance.

The staff were pleasant and helpful.The checking process was quite simple.I was in and out within 45 minutes..

I have been happy coming to this location multiple times but my concern is that there is no “virtual” way to review and / or share results of tests done with a primary provider or the patient for their own record. Like no “my chart” ect. Unless that information has not been shared with me and that Northwell has that ability. I’ve asked that some stuff can be emailed to me and was told it can’t but it can be faxed…. How backward is that? Fax to a potentially public area but not emailed even to an encrypted address. That’s just not responsible. (How is it that faxing to a public fax at work is safer for a patients private information o than to a private encrypted email where it’s password protected???? )

A terrible experience but read this review to the end. I walked in with a crushed finger and told the PA that I was concerned about increased swelling and numbness.. I was told I must have developed an unrelated nerve issue (on the same day I happened to slam my finger in a door?) and should see a neurologist. The PA also stuck a needle in my injured finger without numbing it first and proceeded to poke, prod, and squeeze it even though he was causing me a great deal of pain. He was dismissive and obviously not taking my concerns seriously. In the end he gave me nothing but a band-aid for my seriously injured finger and I walked out in tears. That level of apathy and incompetence is inexcusable and that particular PA should find a new profession.I have to add to my original review given what happened the next day. I called the office and explained my experience. I was sent to the Ridgewood office for a new exam. There staff there were kind, attentive and most importantly, took my concerns seriously. My injured hand was x-rayed and the infection that was causing the swelling and numbness was drained. The staff also made sure my hand was properly wrapped and that I had pain meds and the proper antibiotics. They gave me guidance about after care and sent me home feeling much less anxious about my injury. It made a tremendous difference. Thank you.Unfortunately, I had to come back and edit this review once again. While the staff at the Ridgewood office was very attentive, they did not treat my injured hand correctly. It was not infected at all. Instead, I had a subdurall hemotoma which was quite severe by the time I got a proper diagnosis. I appreciated the good intentions, but apparently this is quite a common injury so medical staff should be more aware of what the standard treatment is.

Worse customer service. Receptionist and Doctor were very rude and attempted to take more money off of my credit card for my visit before I even seen the doctor! I went for 1 injury and the receptionist tried to make it work related when it wasnt so they can try to make the visit more expensive. Stick with CityMD, a lot more professional.

I have come to this location 2 times for different health needs and the service couldn’t be better. The staff is incredibly nice and very professional. The front desk receptionist is amazing at explaining co-pays and billing and she is so pleasant and kind. I went to CityMD and came here afterwards because the treatment and service I got there was so poor. I know I’m in very good hands here and will make this my go-to treatment location for urgent care.

This Urgent care people those who are work in front desk,They are so nasty and they don’t care about patient. Also they have skin discrimination because they let use bathroom for the skin color people they like. I never have been seen this kind of happen.

I have nothing to add to the amazing service I always get from this location. I live 30 mns away by car but always go there because I know they will always do their very best to help me. Because of you, you made it possible for me to fly back to France to be a part of a family funeral on time!! It means the world to me!!! Thank you to all of you in this trying time, you are making such a huge differences in our lives!! 🙏❤️

Made an appointment and still waited almost an hour to be seen. Very unprofessional. This an urgent care facility and they have absolutely no sense of urgency. Ridiculous.

WRONG INFORMATION AND UNHELPFUL STAFFI was told over the phone I would get covid PCRtest results in 24 hrs . I asked twice and told the person over the phone that it was important cos it’s for a relative who has to travel in couple days and I have to have the results before travel and I was told I’ll get the results “within 24 hrs for sure” . Once I get here the staff at front desk looks at me like I was crazy to even mention that I’d get the results in 24 hrs. I narrated the whole story and he still had the weird expression on his face and said that he can’t do anything to help and the minimum time required to get results would be 2-3 days.Firstly , Why would you have people give out wrong information?Secondly, The staff and the front desk didn’t even try to help. Even when I asked how much would the test cost without insurance he could not even give me that information.Total waste of my time and now I will have reschedule travel because of the wrong information that the staff here gives out.

Stay away from them. I visited the center in the beginning of February when I injured my leg. A PA saw me and said their x-ray machine was broken so she suggest me to come back in 3 days. I refused and she sent me walking to the nearby hospital to take an x-ray. When I came back she told me that I could go home and she would call me in 30 mins. when the results are ready. A month later no calls from her and I actually had a bone fracture with several torn ligaments. I was put on a total rest. Getting qualified help now. Shame on the place! The name of the PA is Angelina Mamonova. If you are there and hear this name - turn around and run away to seek qualified help.

Dont come to this place. I called this poeple 2 times to confirm if they do walk-in for covid test I was told no twice. So I made the appointment online. When I got to the place all the poeple in the facility waiting were all walk-in. I have been waiting for an hr eventhough I came on time. I dont care why i need to make the appointment for if Im going to be waiting anyways with no social distance policy inside the facility poeple are seating next to each other. On top of that someone came after 5pm ans was told that they do walking but from 8am to 2pm. Remember I said I called them twice to see if they do walk in well I call them at 930am and I was told twice I couldnt do walk in. Wish I could be a 0 stars. Dont come here. There are so many more options that this place
