Centers Urgent Care of Forest Hills

Both my Daughter and I had separate visits to this location. I have to say, I was expecting less but then I got more. Great and friendly staff. I can only say without detailing the medical reasons we went, but for my daughter- she was better within the week. For me, I got some great advice and got great service. I am still on the prescription but my condition is better and has not returned. Different than my primary doctor, which recently retired, I tried this and so far glad to have one close to our home, a moments walk away for good medical service.

This was my first time at your location. I loved my services and the staff were amazing. I was actually diagnosed with eczema and NEVER knew it. I don’t have a bad reaction but that’s amazing providing how long I’ve dealt with it and never knew . Keep up the great services you offer.

The staff was amazing—super friendly and supportive. Both Milana and Jonathan took the time to explain everything thoroughly and listened to my concerns. The office was clean and neat, which added to the positive experience. Thanks to them, my visit was truly exceptional!

Cant say enough good things about this place. I had a strange accident where l feel.and required stitches. They were completely professional and yet had a pleasant manner. I was comfortable and knew l was in very capable hands. They explained in terms l.undestood what had to be done.hope l.wont need again other than the follow up for this, but knowing that such capable help is in the neighborhood is very reassurinf

When I saw the Doctor, he was also very emotionally supportive...My blood pressure was 200/100 and he called an ambulance for me...This is the best urgent care center Ive been to...pls. if u need one, dont hesitate to come in.. Quickly and easy urgent center with kind informative and helpful staff. I walked in and was immediately seen. My check up was less than an hour and I felt much more reassurance post vist.

I had a very pleasant experience. Check in was efficient, and my care providers were very patient, thorough, and helpful. I went at 9am and it wasn’t busy at that time. The building is very clean. I live nearby so I’m really glad a Centers Urgent Care opened up here.

The attendant is rude and racist she had me waiting for 40 mins while she was she was on her phone watching tik tok. She told me to have a seat while I was watching her clearly in front of me getting paid to be on her phone instead of registering me. Meanwhile I was experiencing chest pains and abdominal pain. I’m in my first trimester it’s apparent that she’s needs to be unemployed at this point I’ve dealt with her on severalOccasions and informed the provider of her lack of work ethic and patient care. She was utilizing profanity and stated that I cannot received medical care at this moment which is absurd after registering which clearly doesn’t make sense .

I brought my daughter here a couple weeks ago for the first time and then went back for myself two days ago. Everyone is very friendly and personable. The provider Jose knows his stuff. I ask questions because I’m curious “how do you know that?” not because I’m doubting, just because I have no clue. He seemed completely unbothered by my questions and explained everything to me. The place is relatively new so it’s bright and clean and updated. Definitely recommend them. Thank you!

The business says it closes at 9PM, I arrived before 8:50 with fresh bleeding wounds on my knees, shoulders, elbows. However, they are rushing to close and refused to take me. Disappointed for the urgent care treat patient like this!

It was my first visit to an urgent care. I walked in without an appointment and I didn’t have to wait at all. I was seen by a health provider right away and all my concerns were answered. It was a great experience.

The facility was very clean and well lit. The staff member that assisted me upon entering the facility, though very abrupt, was very thorough and polite. I was immediately shown to the waiting room where I would be seen by the doctor. The wait was not long at all, and I was very pleased with the testing and with the doctors professionalism.

Was the only one there and waited 20 minutes. Provider who saw me was unhelpful, probably less helpful than a first year med student and more concerned with liability than with me.

The staff member at the reception was courteous and prompt. The center was very clean. The health care worker that examined me took her time to explain my condition and what I should do if my condition got worse. She gave me some medication to relief my symptoms. I give this place a thumbs up.

I’ve been to many urgent care centers over the years, but my experiences have been all over the chart. Two years ago I discovered Centers Urgent Care Center in Middle Village, Queens. My experience there was phenomenal. Last year I was looking for an urgent care center in Brooklyn, and was pleased to discover that Centers Urgent Care has multiple sites there. I chose one and had a wonderful experience yet again.Last week I was in Queens and in need of an urgent care center for my daughter. I searched for Centers Urgent Care and discovered their new location on 108th street. I went there and had such a pleasant experience. Olivia was my provider and she was incredible. My child always screams and cries at the doctors office, but Olivia somehow managed to calm down my daughter and take care of her.I would highly recommend any of the Centers Urgent Care centers to anyone in need of top quality care. You won’t regret it!Olivia- if you’re reading this, I just wanted to thank you again and let you know that you were right. My daughter was feeling much better after two rounds of the medication- as you predicted. Thanks again!

I went there on 3/19 because I had a bump on my arm that felt like it was infected on my arm. I explained the situation and paid my $50 copay. The doctor saw me for 3 minutes and said that she was not sure what was wrong and that I should go to an ER. I told the doctor to please give me some antibiotics because it was hurting but she refused. After 3 minutes I left worst and minus $50. This place is trash.

The Center for Urgent Care Staff was Professional, I was in the in the process of having an Asthma attack and medical staff intervened. Great friendly took good care of me.

The facility was very clean and there was no wait time. The PAs who saw me after the initial staff members who did my vitals were finished were very kind and seemed knowledgeable. However, the rest of the staff had no idea what was going on. They didn’t send out testing I asked for, and wouldn’t retest me for everything when they didn’t collect samples correctly the first time. They did however waive the copay when I went back in to get retested for the test they didn’t even send out at all, but would not repeat the other ones that were taken by the same tech who didn’t collect samples properly the first time. When they gave me a doctor’s note to give to my work it was full of typos and had the address of a completely different location (Middle Village instead of Forest Hills) on the initial note, and the correct one on another, and downplayed my symptoms to the point it seemed like I came in with the sniffles. It looked like I got the note off of the internet rather than from a reputable medical facility. That coupled with their mishandling of testing in my initial visit was not well received by my supervisors, and reflected poorly on me as a worker. I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants to receive quality care. Additionally, they did not inform me at any point that their services were out of network for me. They accepted my insurance and ran it and gave me zero indication that it wasn’t going to be covered, meaning I now owe them hundreds of dollars from two visits, the second of which never should have happened in the first place. They even said they wouldn’t run a second covid test because my insurance wouldn’t cover it (which is false), but at no point did they mention that my insurance actually wouldn’t cover ANYTHING. They also billed it under a doctor who at no point did I see. Because of their unprofessional approach to care I ultimately got demoted at my job for attendance, and I now owe hundreds of dollars in medical bills I should not owe at all.Lastly, I don’t know how many of the reviews here are fake, but this location wasn’t even open yet in May so that doesn’t bode well for the validity of the other 5 star reviews that all popped up around the same time, which is around the time the clinic opened.

Staff are friendly and the facilities are clean, however BE CAREFUL WITH LABWORK.Had no idea the labwork was being sent to to an out of network provider, and I was stuck with footing the bill of hundreds of dollars when I really didn’t have to. NYS law protects against surprise bills like this but if you have a hefty deductible it still hurts your wallet. If staff are reading this, please mention what lab the tests are going to or an least check in with your patients. I really don’t want to come back here in case this happens again :/EDIT: This is more for whoever manages their billing than the staff at the Urgent Care. They are billing me AGAIN over something I already paid for. I literally have a receipt. I cant get in touch with anyone over the phone or through email to dispute this. Unbelievably inept company. Filed a complaint with the BBB and I guess Ill wait to deal with collections over this.

This is what healthcare should be. Kind, compassionate, and considerate.I came in because I was mistreated at a predatory clinic (WellNow) where I was misdiagnosed based on flimsy evidence unrelated to anything I was saying. As a result of that experience I was experiencing discomfort and symptoms related to the treatment I was prescribed. The wonderful folx at Centers Urgent Care took the time to listen to what was going on with me and figure out a care plan that didnt just include sending me off with medication but also advice on how to rebalance my system, so that I did not continue to suffer after the treatment.They also took into account my financial situation and made recommendations not just based on my symptoms but also on my budget, which reduced the potential stress of being uninsured and needing care.Even if its a bit out of the way for you, your odds of getting the right treatment and actual humane care are worth the trip.

YUK!!! Rushed in with my injured mother who just fell on her face and broke her nose … was met with the nastiest look I ever received in my life . Worker gave us that nasty look like what are you doing here we want to close .We came at 8:30 website said closes at 9 didn’t mention anything about what time last patient can be seen ! Couldn’t run out of there fast enough !! No empathy no grace yuk !!! I would leave a negative star if I had the option !!! Stay away if you wanna be treated with respect !

They gave me medicine. But they don’t really know what’s going on with me .I have to look for another place . They didn’t know specialist also . So I need a real service with exams . No just medicine without reason .You would have a list or at least with numbers or places that can help your costumers .
