Very rude and unorganized older lady. I believe her name ia ROBIN. Before we started the long process of trying to conceive we signed papers and gave them our credit card information (copying and writing the info down). Months past and we receive a collection letter in the mail that happened over a holiday week along with consent papers. This was the first bill we received from them. I was furious to find out I had 1 day before we were sent to collections because the mail didnt run because of the holiday. So I called and spoke with the older lady. She was very rude and short with me. So my husband and I go in a couple weeks later to discontinue our services. The same older lady was there and I proceeded to tell her you sent me to collections we just want to terminate our services. She tells us we didnt send you to collections I have your file right in the office. I told her I received a letter stating we were sent to collections and I called the day i recieved the letter. She was again very short and had a face of are you calling me a liar. She said you must have mistaken us for your fertility facility. We never sent you to collections. She goes to the office which is open and its just a mess so unorganized and files everywhere. In order to terminate our services we had to pay the full balance right then and there. She asked us for our credit card info and we told her we already gave that info to you and you made a copy of it when we first started. We were told they didnt have that info, so where are the papers we signed and consented. At that point we were so disgusted we juat paid and left. Overall it was a terrible experience and i am suprised at how unorganized this facility is considering they were holding our sperm and embryos.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place has been so unprofessional that I felt a need to. Went there twice on the recommendation of our doctor. The first time, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The receptionist would not tell us the procedure to turn in a sample and said that “we should know.” Went the second time earlier today. Was told on the phone that they closed at 3:00PM and that no appointment was necessary. My wife and I took time off of work and got there at 1:00PM. When we got there, they were closing up and told us that they were closing early today. The lady closing the office said that we needed an appointment now as well. There was no indication that they were going to close early. It is inconvenient and unprofessional to treat clients this way. I would give a zero star review if I could.

Im currently going through the IVF process at Ohio Reproductive Medicine and Ive had nothing but an amazing experience. Everytime I call and leave a message someone calls me back in a timely manner and is always pleasant and very helpful. When Ive had to go in to the building to sign paperwork Im greeted by the front desk person and no matter who it is theyre always so helpful and courteous.

The lady on the phone call was rude and arrogant.I would never go here again.We did some test on Tuesday 02 and today is Wednesday 09 and still that lady was telling me its not 5 business days yet. what kind of maths is she doing? she does not have any respect for the patient. she did not have any manners to speak with patients . I will never ever recommend anyone to go here for labs.I wish I could give a negative rating to this place.

Any time I’ve called for info, I’ve gotten the nicest, happiest person on the line and get the info I need. They’ve been easy to work with thus far.
