I was early to my appointment and I was taken really quickly. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. I was prepped for my patch test and thoroughly explained what needed to be done during the following days. Although I did not meet with Dr. Tyler, I met with the staff and it was a pleasant experience.

Ive seen Dr. Tyler many times at this point. Every visit has been fantastic, both from a care and bedside manner perspective. Shes very good at what she does.

My very first and last appointment here at Dermatology West with Dr. Macklis and attending Dr. Tyler. Was rushed through my appointment and my concerns were minimized. I dont think Ive ever left a doctors appointment before this one where I was less informed than when I walked in. The medical assistant provided me with a pair of rusty toenail clippers to collect specimen samples of my finger and toenail- instead of a new, sanitized, never-before-used tool. I was appalled. I would not go here again if someone paid me to. This office is in serious need of a major overhaul of all procedures, staff, and management.

Dr.Tyler is very friendly and professional. She has been my dermatologist for several years and this past week when I was back in Columbus from out of town, she was kind enough to squeeze me in for my annual appointment.

My uncle with special needs had his yearly skin care checkup for his precancerous skin. They treated him very politely and made him feel comfortable.

Dr Tyler is always very professional as well as charismatic. Having someone who makes you feel that comfortable and listens to any concerns is very reassuring. Always enjoy how thorough she is and confident in my care
