I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help my husband and I to become parents. We are currently 9weeks & counting. Doctor Thiruppathi & staff are wonderfully compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. They also answer any questions with ease. Best experience I have ever had with anyone in the medical field (I have had some pretty bad experiences) I Will truly miss the team but will be back to hopefully have my second child when the time comes. I was so anxious, depressed and disheartened when I first came into their practice.. they helped me to regain my peace of mind, hope and trust. I will forever be grateful. WOW! Not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Dr.T, the nurses, and the staff!!! EVERYONE showed compassion and kindness throughout our journey. We are driving HOURS to be treated here PURELY based on the trust earned by this REI that we (my health, my needs, my wants) are a priority!From being able to call and email to relieve any concerns, to all my in person questions answered. I cannot recommend this more for anyone going through a tough time trying to grow your family.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at CCREI and Doctor T! We had previously been with a clinic in FL and had a horrible experience and I was so scared to switch somewhere new and experience the same treatment. Going to CCREI was a breath of fresh air!! Doctor T took the time to review all of our records and come up with the best plan for us. His nursing and support staff always made us feel so loved and heard, always giving us time to ask any questions we had and made sure to answer them for us, even through the portal and email. After our first transfer ended in a miscarriage, all of the nurses and Dr. T showed us so much love and compassion and Dr. T was quick to adjust our protocol and our second transfer was a success! I will forever be so thankful to everyone here for bringing us our miracle that we prayed for years for!!

PLEASE DONT GO THERE. ANYWHERE ELSE MUST BE BETTER, BUT CANT GET ANY WORSE THAN HERE.My wife was referred here by tricare because hes the only one here in columbus, GA. He recommended a surgery to remove fibroids, which cost tricare $40,000.When it was time to retrieved the eggs for the IVF process, there wasnt any because I guess her body wasnt responding to the medication. He kept her coming everyday and increasing the meds portion until he retrieved TWO under developed eggs. They didnt lived.I asked why he didnt stopped the process when he saw that she didnt produced enough eggs and just let us order new meds, this time alittle stronger. This dude wants us to pay all over again and thats why he went ahead and retrieved TWO eggs, knowing our chances are almost ZERO.After all that, they started to ignore our calls, couldnt get an appointment to see him because we were asking questions and not talking money. Its all about the MONEY for him. I encourage anyone in the columbus or Phenix city area to either go to Atlanta or Montgomery. Thrust me, it might be alittle inconvenient, but its definitely worth the time and money compared to this guy here in columbus, Ga.

Appointment was shorter than waiting time even though I was the one of two patients in the whole clinic (with another women in front of me). Dr T had my medical records beforehand and havent even taken the time to read it. He jumped to the IVF immediately after hearing I have an endometriosis and wanted to schedule me for surgery with him first before getting to IVF. I decided not to go with them due to lack of trust. Nurses are not picking up calls nor are they responding to the messages. The only people you can reach there is the front desk, and there is not much help from them either.Getting medical records has been soo exhausting. My only appointment was on Jan 24th and I have been calling them to this day to get it. Still have not received them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I don’t leave many reviews but when it comes to couples coming to this clinic to start a family because it has become their last option, they shouldn’t be treated the way they are here. I went through several medicated cycles before they even ran tests that should have been done prior to medicated cycles. Even when I asked for the tests to be done he said “I was too close to releasing an egg and that wasn’t an option”. After several medicated cycles failing Dr T decided he was finally going to give me an HSG which showed both my tubes were blocked, so a simple 30 minute test could have saved us a lot of heartbreak when our medicated cycles failed over & over again. We chose to look elsewhere to proceed with IVF. When I went to get my paperwork to transfer to the new clinic I read the last page Dr. T. Wrote in his notes saying “I was noticeably upset due to finding out my tubes were blocked” As if I was suppose to be happy & relieved. Nevermind the fact that IVF is 22k here… my husband and I switched to SGF in Atlanta, of course coming from Ft. Moore, the drive was 2 hours but it was worth it. We started our journey with SGF in June 2023 and by September 2023 we were expecting our little one after our first frozen transfer. This clinic will beat around the bush and not do testing to begin with like they should, just be very aware if you plan on going here, and if you are one of the lucky ones who had success here congratulations, but this Dr is not for everyone, he should definitely take this more seriously and realize that couples are here so they can have a family NOT to just waste money on failed treatments.

Im a patient at this office, and just completed my first retrieval. Im cant talk enough about how well I was treated, monitored and cared for by Dr T and all his staff! They have checked in on me every since, which is something I really do appreciate.

My wife went there after a miscarriage, he made her feel helpless and horrible, and was basically told her only chance is IVF. We have no problem to get pregnant but we miscarry frequently but he never asked about her fertility, ovulation, or details about her miscarriages. Spend 30k for IVF just to miscarry and get none of that money back. Additionally, he tried to tell her that I need an SA test and it’s not covered by tricare but I could come in and pay for it to get it done. False, you can go to your care provider, go to urology on base and it’s completely free with tricare. His goal is money not quality care but he’s the only referral for tricare in the local area and he knows it. Do not go to him, get a referral to a better doctor further away.

Absolutely could not recommend them more! Dr. T and his entire staff are excellent. They took such good care of us. Always answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. Always made us feel like we were important and their main priority when seeing us. My wife and I were always greeted by name as soon as we walked in the door. We are forever grateful for them as we will be welcoming our sweet twin babies into this world any day now! ❤️ You can absolutely trust them and count on them when needing assistance growing your family!

Not a single phone call after wasting 50k on an unimaginative protocol. The only doctor was unwilling to step outside if his “thirty years of doing the exact same thing”. I had to force him to even try an HCG wash after four failed cycles. No compassion. No bedside manner. Just an all out money grab and they get away with it because they are the only show in town. Save your money and heartbreak and go to Atlanta.

The new insurance ladies do not know what the are doing and will completely lie to your face. The rest of the staff are amazing however they really need to do something with their insurance ladies because they dont know what they are talking about or doing and think it is funny when they mess up.

If you like long waits and low quality of care, look no further! They only have a 10 minutes late window, but don’t mind making you wait for 40. If you don’t like to see the doctor you’re paying for after the first appointment even if you go there for months, this is definitely the place for you. Wanna wait in a waiting room and be skipped over for over 30 minutes while waiting simply for blood work while other patients have come in later than you and are helped first? Then this is the greatest place for you! Unfortunately they don’t treat you well and like to sit at the desk and gossip instead of helping the full waiting room of people in front of them. I do not recommend this place but they’re the only place in Columbus that specialize in this kind of care, so that must be why they don’t care. If you like being on time to work and being done with your appointment in a reasonable amount of time, don’t visit here. Hope you don’t have the same experience, but I 100% bet you will.

They refused to see me at my first appointment because Im a veteran (have VA) and they wanted to bill them, though that is not who authorized the visit. I already had an approved referral and 4 authorized visits through Tricare prime yet they wouldnt accept that. I guess they dont want their pre-approved payments and would rather make life harder for a potential client. I called the VA and Tricare and neither understand what the issue is, you bill the insurance that authorized the visit. Tricare was as confused by this nonsense as I was and happily transferred my referral to a better clinic in Atlanta.I would rather travel hours to see someone more caring than give this place my money.

Whenever I walk in, I never feel like a patient. Instead, I feel like I’m with my friends who truly care about me and this family we’re trying to build. I always feel heard and respected.. no question is dumb and I’m never rushed. Before this process, I was full of anxiety and (truthfully) was pessimistic as we haven’t had success both naturally nor with our OBGYN who was dismissive. While we are not pregnant yet, I am hopeful for the future and confident that the team at CCREI will do everything they can to help us regardless of the outcome. Thank you guys so much for everything you’ve done for us so far! We are so grateful.

Dr. T is wonderful! He is so easy to talk to! I never feel rushed or anything like this. His staff are also just as great! I don’t know how he managed to have an entire office of people who are just so lovely, but this is CCREI! I have seen Dr. T, personally, at every appointment and that is very important to me. They are always talking about how it’s a family there- and it does feel that way. Like everyone knows you and it’s so comfortable. My husband and I are going through our 1st IVF cycle and I have no idea what the outcome will be, but I definitely feel like we’ve been looked after very well in all respects. It’s certainly all new to us, but we know that we’re being taken care of by Dr., and it’s such a great feeling! Thank you, Dr. T and staff, for ALL you do!

My first visit to the Columbus Center for Reproductive endocrinology and fertility went well. The doctor was nice and provided me with good information and answered all my questions. My second visit however, did not go as well. I scheduled my appointment during my work hours because they did not have any later times available. My husband arrived to our appointment at 11:30. He advised the nurse that he was there to check in and that I would be behind shortly because we drove separately. When I arrived at 11:40 to check in, the nurse advised me that the doctor had left for the day because they had a 10 minutes late policy. Mind you my husband advised that we were there for our appointment at 11:30 and it was right at the 10 minute mark when I checked in. So the nurse asked me if I would like to reschedule and I kindly told her no. We will take our business elsewhere. I guess they think because they are the only IVF clinic in Columbus, they can treat patients any kind of way... but that is their loss.

Excellent bedside manner! The staff is sensitive to the nature of infertility. I had two rounds of IVF, the first fresh and one frozen. My frozen round when we were about to give up hope after 11 years of trying different things, I have my daughter, Sophia. I’m so blessed beyond measure for Dr. T and his amazing staff. There is fantastic customer service from the scheduling, to the people who take your blood, to the ultrasound techs, and to the embryologist. All around... I cannot say enough. They helped me and my husband achieve our dreams of being parents. I pray that God continues to bless them!

Called to schedule a consultation for IVF and the lady that answered and her attitude from the start made me change my mind and decide to go elsewhere. If your front desk staff is that rude, I can only imagine how it would be being a patient.

Doctor T and his staff are very helpful, we received good care and treatment from them, Doctor T and his staff explained everything clearly so that there is no confusion. I would strongly recommend Doctor T.

If you are struggling with infertility and are wanting to expand your family, look no further!!! Dr and the whole staff are AMAZING!!! From my first appointment all the way through. They walk you through everything, answering any and all questions. I can not thank them enough!!!! ❤️

They don’t stay up to date on the latest information and procedures which could of possibly lead to me and my wife losing our only two viable embryos. We were never told only doing one embryo at a time was a option much less the benefits of that option. Once they had our money we were treated as a nuisance.

Dr. T was great, communicated throughly about my risks, and the nurses are just as great
