WOW. I have gone to doctor Roberts for almost three years and have loved him. Even after two losses I still thought he was an amazing doctor. I still have mixed feelings about everything. But I will not recommend anyone to this practice. My last baby that I lost was due to having my cervix checked aggressively. They blamed my body when it was a healthy pregnancy. Not to mention they just did a procedure and “ removed” a cyst but not even a week later I was in the er with two huge cyst on both ovaries in pain. I’m honestly disappointed. After going to ER I made an appointment for as soon as I could. They informed me that if I was still having issues to keep my appointment that was made for today (which I did) if I was still in pain. I got there and they informed me it was canceled. Mind you I am still in severe pain.

Never heard back from this clinic. Wife and I moved to the area and my wife is 30 weeks pregnant. Tried to establish care here. Kept getting the run around. Left messages and never got a call returned. Finally got someone in the phone and they said they called and left us a message, which never happened. Not a way to treat potential patients. Got records sent to them over a week ago and still never heard back. As a veteran and healthcare provider, do not recommend. Got the impression they do not care. In the week while I was waiting for a call I was able to find another clinic, establish care, get my wife seen, get labs done, got an ultrasound and a follow up appointment. Still haven’t heard back from this clinic.

The staff is incredible, the office is great, and it’s the fastest /most efficient Dr. office I have ever been too. I had an appt at 10 and I got taken back early and was out of there by 10:10 for my annual visit, I couldn’t believe it! Always have a great experience here.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They are wonderful. Our doctor is excellent and cares about her patients. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I find the organization of this clinic impossible. I have now made my appointment with my doctor months in advance (several times!) and each time I was canceled shortly beforehand and offered an alternative appointment 2-3 months later! I find that really cheeky and very unfriendly to patients! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. This service leaves a lot to be desired.

I would not recommend this practice. They diagnosed me and did not provide any health plan, did not offer to do any labs or testing, they did not offer to take any steps to help get to the root cause of my diagnosis. I had to push and advocate for myself only to find out that my health condition is not as simple as I was made to believe. Although a health condition is common amongst black women does not mean it’s no big deal. If I had not pushed for further treatment who know what complications I would have experienced in the future. Something did not sit right with me. Women please ADVOCATE for your health.

I dont enjoy going to doctors.. due to some unpleasant experiences at other providers, Im hesitant to even make appointments. I had some things I needed checked, so my insurance listed Bham ob/gyn as a covered provider. From the first call to get appointment, they made it easy for me. When I told them my concerns, they made sure I got an appointment within one week. Everyone I spoke with, from the first phone call, the lab, the nurse, medical assistant and the mammogram were all friendly and professional. Dr. Orso was wonderful and rather than giving me a hard time about not wanting to go to doctors, he took an active interest in my overall health, not just gynecological issues. He wanted to do a full blood workup to see if there were any other issues to address, as well as the genetic testing for the cancer genes since my mom had breast cancer. I actually enjoyed my visit at Bham Ob/Gynecology. Trust me, thats saying ALOT from someone who hates going to doctors. It was so pleasant, I went ahead and scheduled for next years visit.

Dr. Ellis is my favorite!! She is so knowledgeable, gives the best medical advice, and also feels like a friend. Her nurse Lauren is also amazing! Highly recommend.

Love all the staff at BOBGYN! Dr Roberts is down to earth, and a great doctor who listens to all my concerns. Never left waiting for a long time for care. Convenient care where additional things like labs and X-rays, etc can be done all at one location. Thank you for making going to the doctor a little less stressful!

I love Dr. Carter & the staff in Trussville. I am in and out efficiently every year but I still feel “seen” & “heard” about my health. I get my mammogram done within the same facility as well & had all visits done & appointments made for next year in less than an hour & a half!

I agree with some of the other posts that parking is not ideal, but that is the least of my concerns when visiting my OB.Dr.Roberts has proven himself knowledgeable, patient, and helpful at every appointment; I have never left with less than a pleasant experience.Nurses and ultrasound techs have been nothing less than wonderful!Highly recommended!

They Get Rid Of You If You Miss An Appointment Then Make You Feel Bad For Wanting A Different Doctor They Dont Care How Pregnant You Are They Drop Ya Like Nothing And Dont Care

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Just moved here and this was my first time seeing a gynecologist here. I called a few places but this was the first place that had an appointment available. I was heavily bleeding for almost 2 months. This has never happened before to me. Upon seeing the nurse/medical assistant for dr Damrich she asked me what was going on and I explained to her she said “and no one has put you on birth control” I said “birth control? This has never happened to me before. I’m currently still expanding my family with my husband. I don’t know if I even have a tumor or not. I don’t know why you’re suggesting birth control” and she literally looked at me and rolled her eyes! No compassion or anything. Hello I was heavily bleeding and passing huge clots. Honestly scared and exhausted beyond measure. And a medical assistant should not be giving medical advice!!! She is not the doctor. I also ended up having to get lab work done. I called 5 days later for my results and left a voicemail. They returned my call at 3:57 pm when they closed at 4 pm. I called them back the next day and the nurse Rachel said “your insulin levels are high just diet and exercise” and HUNG UP! It is a patients right to have the results read to you by the doctor so I called back and asked why high insulin would lead me to be bleeding heavily every day for almost 2 months and she said if I want to speak to the doctor I had to do an in person consult which meant my husband would have to then take another day off to watch my young children since I don’t know anyone here. This place is just highly unprofessional! I have lived in Connecticut and Texas and have never received such poor care. Will certainly not return and I am already telling the friends that I’ve made here to never go to this practice. Currently looking for somewhere else a place where the doctors actually call you to talk about results since it’s your RIGHT and where medical assistants don’t look at you with disgust and actually show compassion and don’t give unsolicited medical advice.

Dr. McKee and his staff took great care of me during my pregnancy and postpartum. He took extra care to make sure my baby and I stayed safe during a complicated pregnancy. He is knowledgeable, kind, and always took his time with me. I felt very safe under his care.

I had my first appointment here today🙂 I’m so happy I made the leap of faith and left my previous provider of 16 years to come see Dr. McKlic! She and her staff were kind, pleasant, efficient, and I can tell that they genuinely care about their patients❤️ I did not feel like « just another patient » here- the staff, including the doctor, took their time to listen to me. And kept eye contact during conversations to let me know they were listening. Dr. Mcklic is so down to earth and is super intelligent- I hate that I haven’t changed to her services before now. I love m’y prior gyn, but I am glad that I made this switch- I feel like i’ve found an office staff and team who truly care!

I LOVE this practice. The staff is friendly. It is easy to make an appointment. Appointments are efficient with little to no wait time. St. Vincent’s hospital is a wonderful place to deliver a baby. I was treated so well and had the best labor and delivery experience. I see Dr. McKee, who is a male OBGYN. I used to avoid male OBGYNs, and now I wonder why. He is fantastic and so knowledgeable. I know I am in great hands with him and this practice.

My wife and I are having our first child and were excited that Birmingham OBGYN could see us quickly. On our first visit we were impressed with the staff until we met Dr. Roberts. He made us feel like we were wasting his time. I told him this was our first child and asked if he had any advice for us. He told us Its still early and anything can happen. He also seemed unprepared when asking my wife about her frequency and how far along she was. She explained to him that she had been on medication but stopped when she found out she was pregnant. I tried to establish a relationship by telling him I went to school in the town he worked in before moving to Birmingham. I asked about his time there and he heavily implied that he hated it. I took this as him not wanting to establish a connection. We began looking for a new doctor after this visit, but decided to go in for our follow-up appointment because we wanted to have genetic testing done. My wife called the office a few days before the appointment to confirm they would be doing the testing, but was told they couldnt tell her any details because they didnt have that information. All they could do was confirm the appointment and let her know there would not be an ultrasound. When we went back for the second appointment an ultrasound tech used a handheld doppler to check for a heartbeat. When she couldnt find one, she explained that it doesnt always pick one up. She took us to an ultrasound room and proceeded to check for the baby. She couldnt find the baby and asked my wife if she had experienced any cramping. We were in absolute shock and praying that our baby was alright. We explained that we had been to a sneak peek ultrasound a few days prior and hadnt experienced any problems. My wife also said she hadnt felt any cramping. The ultrasound tech then checked transvaginally and found our baby with no problem. When we saw Dr. Roberts he seemed slightly more personable than the last visit, but that isnt saying much. He mentioned that they made a note during the first visit that the ultrasound had to be taken at an angle (no one told us) and said they probably should have just done that this time because my wifes uterus is tilted back. From there he sent us to genetic testing. We are still trying to process everything. As a father, I want an OB that genuinely cares for my wife and child. I dont feel like we found that at Birmingham OBGYN.

Dr. Damrich and all of the staff at Birmingham Obgyn are incredible! Dr. Damrich delivered my son 7 years ago & I would not have anyone else caring for our growing family! As soon as I found out I was pregnant there wasn’t a second thought as to who would deliver our 2nd baby. For convenience, I visited another office closer to home and it showed that Dr. Damrich and his team have no competition. They simply set the bar too high. The transfer process was handled with a sense of urgency and care. Mrs. Shaw made the switch effortless. When I went to my appointment yesterday, I was in tears at the joy and comfort that being in such a warm & inviting place brought me. I knew I was right where I was supposed to be after having such a dreadful experience at a different OB. I was so happy to see Shawn, Rachel, & Dr. Damrich’s smiling and genuine faces! I love a team who has passion and genuinely cares for their patients and their experience. Especially during such a special & sensitive time during a woman’s life. I recommend this team any & every chance I get! I love each person here from the schedulers, lab techs, ultra sound techs, nurses, & Dr. Damrich! Thank you for loving and caring for our precious gifts from God.

I sat 25 minutes past my appointment time in the lobby when I approached the window, I was told the nurse practitioner had been called to surgery, like when was someone going to let me know? After all, I am the patient isnt my time of value also? That is why I purposely scheduled the first appointment in the morning so I dont have to waste time sitting. I am highly disappointed.

I have been a patient with Dianne Lewis CRNP for years when they first opened an office in Tuscaloosa. The care there was amazing and Dianne is just the best of the best. However, since they have closed that office and are solely in Birmingham it has been the absolute worst experience getting someone to even pick up the phone to speak with anyone for simple refills or to make a appointment. All they do is transfer to random voicemails. Both times I needed assistance it took DAYS to get someone to call me. I have been willing to drive a hour just because of the care Dianne Lewis gives. But unfortunately, I am going to have to end my relationship with this office. It’s too much of a hassle to speak to someone for the most simple things. This in no way is a reflection of Dianne because she is the best I’ve ever seen in all my years. But this office unfortunately is not up to par as far as timely and effective communication goes.

Dr. Roberts was wonderful! He was attentive to my health history and provided answers to my questions. It is refreshing to see a physician who takes time to hear your concerns and genuinely cares. I will definitely be recommending Birmingham OBGYN to my friends, family and colleagues!

I love this practice! I didn’t have to wait excessively for my scheduled appointment like I have with other practices. The nurse practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and listened kindly and patiently to me and my concerns. She then put together a thorough plan to address all of my concerns. It felt good to walk out of my appointment feeling like I got the care that I needed!

The visiting experience it self was not bad. It’s easy to park and I got seen pretty quick. However i have some Complaints about the post-visit experience. I did some exam including an ultrasound during my visit and 2 weeks after I visited, I still haven’t heard from them about the results. I called twice and each time transferred to a voice mail for a nurse who never called me back. After about a month, I called them again and before got transferred away I asked politely if they can just tell me the results cuz no one ever called me back. The person on the phone was nice and eventually got me my results but I just cannot believe there wasn’t any follow up from their end

Dr. Roberts just delivered my second baby. He’s absolutely amazing at what he does. If you want a doctor that listens to your concerns and does his absolute best to fix them quickly then I highly recommend him. I’ve heard so many women say they feel brushed off by their doctors, but I never felt like that at any of my appointments. I’ll always recommend this practice to anyone looking. Thank you so much to all of staff at Birmingham OBGYN for taking such great care of me!

Been using this practice for 4-5 years. Dr. McKee is the best hands down! He delivered my first pregnancy and also my second which was twins. Dr. McKee truly cares about his patients, and has always made me feel comfortable and helped with any problems I have had. I am so thankful for him because due to my high risk pregnancies from hypertension with his guidance and care, I now have 3 beautiful healthy babies and had safe deliveries with all.The office staff, ultrasound techs, and nurses are all great too! Everyone is so nice and friendly and I’m so glad I chose this practice as my obgyn. Thank you Dr. McKee, office staff, nurses, and ultrasound techs for always making me feel welcomed and comfortable, you all are awesome!

Lack of professionalism. Was bombarded in the waiting room by an outside research representative asking me to be in a study. It took precious time from my appointment time -which happened to be a rescheduled appt at the doctors request.I could hear conversations outside of my exam room. I was left waiting in my exam room while Dr went to deliver a baby, which is understandable . However no one came to left me know my doctor had left the office. I finally dressed and came out of the exam room to the surprise of the nurse who could have cared less.I’ve never been contacted by my doctor about not receiving my annual exam. I called to speak to the practice manager - they never took the time to call me either. Now I’m left to find a new gyn. Recommendations please?

Dr. Ellis is the absolute best. She is so warm and kind. You can absolutely tell that she cares about you. She takes the time to remember little details about your life. Her nurse Lauren is awesome too! She is always smiling and so sweet. Every staff member I’ve interacted with at Bham OBGYN has been so friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend this office enough.

Kaylie was so patient and kind and provided me the best care. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better gyn appointment.

As a new patient, there are a few things I look for when I start at a new practice. A welcoming front desk, a doctor that listens and cares and professionalism. My appointment was great the front desk workers were inviting, the doctor was attentive and helpful and I actually thought I had found a great doctors office. The problem came two months later when I received a bill in the mail for a procedure that I did not need or ask for. I called to inquire about it and Christy in billing was the person that spoke with me. She was rude from the moment she got on the phone till she got off. She was so rude in fact, I will not be coming back to this doctor. After such a glowing experience, it’s a shame that Christy’s actions have tarnished what this hospital stands for, but for me, she has.

Dr. McKee is a wonderful and caring physician. He is the whole package....great doctor, bedside manner and good and confident surgeon! My daughter who did not want a male physician saw him when her own female physician was not available and is now using him. She went on and on about how much she liked him and how comfortable he made her feel! He has been well thought of and loved by many patients for many years!

Dr.Orso is the best doctor. He really does care about his patients!! He listens to what you have to say. He explains everything well.

Dr. Damrich was great! His nurse, yikes. Not very hospitable, scolded her face the entire appointment like it was an inconvenience, interrupted me several times and just left a bad taste in my mouth. Not a fan of hers at all. Left the practice after I had a spontaneous abortion in May. I saw CRNP Lauren, can’t remember her last name, she was AWFUL. Absolutely no bedside manners, no explanation on what to expect next and 2 days later I was admitted to Grandview due to complications with the miscarriage. Decided to wipe my hands with St. Vincent’s after that. If Dr. Damrich made his own private practice I would use him as my gynecologist, sadly a phenomenal doctor with poor staffing doesn’t work.

Dr Roberts was amazing. He took time to listen to my concerns. The receptionists and the nurses were very friendly. I like the way they organized the patients to ensure a limited number of people in the praxis due to Corona. Would definitely recommend.

As I lay in bed this morning with my heavy heart and wrenching gut. I am hurt to the core with visit yesterday with my sixteen year old daughter. She has had some issues with her cycle and I took her to see a doctor that I was not familiar with. I dont understand how a parent can be a parent and have to go through what I have. I was asked by my daughter not to come in and I respectfully understood that request and stayed out. I also had an appointment so when I was out I asked where she was and my nurse pointed me in that direction. I calmly walked down to where she and the tech were. I asked for my daughter and the tech says that she is going to get her some water shes a upset. I say Water? I began to shake knowing what has happened. I text and call. She answered and I asked to come in. She said no and my hands are tied. I am asked to sit in the hall as others walked by crying my eyes out. I am told that I have to wait in the main waiting room. I couldnt bare it so I walked in the hallway crying out to my husband. I am then asked back in so the doctor can try to convince me that I didnt know what is best for my child when I tried to suggest other options. I tried to express how I felt. In return I got a story about his daughter 20 years ago. I was told shes trying to please me. I had already seen another doctor in that building that I asked questions about how a diet change, supplements, minerals, and vitamins might be an effective way to help. Yet for this doctor wanting to know what doctor would ever say that. I understand patient confidence and you were her doctor but I am the one who loves and cares for her on a daily basis. I dont understand how I wasnt even considered. I wasnt unreasonable. I have been a patient in this office for 10 years. And have never felt so belittled in my life. If I could give no stars I would.

I have always had a great experience here, but I have very special medical circumstances. Dr. Damrich has been my doctor for over 16 years now and has worked with my other doctors to handle all of the things we had to do during my 3 pregnancies and deliveries. For whatever reason, I also ended up getting really sick with the flu in 2 of my pregnancies, and the care I got was really wonderful coming in for IV fluids and being sure my babies were safe. Dr. Damrich has always had my back and provided excellent care. I also find him to be extremely gentle during the exams, much better than my previous doctor when I lived in Los Angeles. I love his nurse Rachel, she is just really great. The only reason why I dont give it 5 stars is because the parking is awful and theyve raised the prices at St. Vincents. Used to be you could get out of there for $1 or $2 - now its $5. Plus the parking spaces all over St. Vincents are completely TINY and barely fit my minivan. Part of getting to the doctor is accessibility, which is why I mention this and included it in my rating. Also, I have been lucky that I have always gotten to see Dr. Damrich because of my special situation. I know other patients who didnt like having to see multiple doctors within the practice during their pregnancies.

Dr Jared Roberts is the best doctor! He is so personable and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. He listens and cares!

I have been a patient of Dr. David McKee at Birmingham On/Gyn for almost 40 years. He has taken good care of me and I wouldnt leave him until he retires. He has an excellent bedside manner and has always had my health at the top of his list in answering all my medical questions and concerns.

Dr. Roberts recently did my hysterectomy! Let me tell you....that man is a wonderful doctor! My 1st OB didnt seem to care about my concerns to my problems i had going on so I reached out to Birmingham OBGYN for a 2nd opinion! Dr. Roberts listened to my concerns, went over the pros and cons to having a hysterectomy at my age and NOT ONE TIME did i feel as if i was just another patient! Thank you Dr. Roberts, Birmingham OBGYN and Christy Hutchinson(his surgery scheduler) for everything yall did for me to get my surgery done in a timely yet safe manner! Yall are simply the best office in Alabama! ❤️

I have been coming to Bham Obgyn for over 20 years. They have an excellent and caring staff. Dr. Damrich and his nurse Rachel have always taken the best care of me. Dr. Damrich is patient and kind. He takes the time to listen and explain things and I never feel rushed. I trust him 100% with my care.

Ive been using this office for 10 years. I love the staff and doctors. I think Ive seen all the doctors here through checkups and the birth of my first son 10 yrs ago. For the past 9 months, Ive been seeing Dr. Roberts. He delivered my son last Friday. Dr. Roberts is great.

Parking at St. Vincents is a nightmare, but thats not the offices fault. Ive had only wonderful experiences with my doctor (Dr. Carter) and the staff. They are friendly, timely and helpful if you have any questions. My only qualm would be the fact that each individual doctors nurse has to make their appointments, and more often than not they arent around to answer your call right away, but they always get back in a timely manner.

The doctors are wonderful. However, the billing office will go through extraordinary lengths to get a payment from you. They are rude and they lie. The collection agency will give out your personal information to get in touch with you and then will lie on what the amount they will take. The collection agency was confronted by the business office and lied again. Also, the billing office will mark your chart where you cant be seen regardless of issue, even pregnant. Worst billing office I have ever had to deal with. The afternoon appointments waiting periods are awful too.

The entire staff is friendly and welcoming! I’ve seen two different doctors there and both take the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and they explain it in a way I can understand. By far my favorite doctors office!!

Dr. Ron Orso has been my gynecologist since 1978! He has always been completely thorough in my care including surgeries as well as being compassionate. We have laughed together and shed a tear or two about family matters. He is simply THE BEST.

My wife just gave birth and I feel like we got all the support we needed. Doctors were available and did a great job. No complaints whatsoever about the technicians, facilities, or doctors. 10/10One very minor thing that I think they could improve: Their billing system is so outdated and annoying. They send you a letter, you have to enter your credit card/debit card number, address a return envelop with a stamp, and then send it back to them for processing. I know this is minor but its like a 10 minute exercise each time (buying stamps, looking for FSA/HSA card, etc.) and you have to do it like 15 times so it ends up being a huge time sink. Please I would love to just leave a card on file and you just debit it. Send me a confirmation of payment afterward through the mail or through email. That would probably be better for you as well as there would be less delinquent bills.

Dr. Melnikoff was very knowledgeable, gentle, and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had during my visit. Her entire staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend her and her wonderful staff to anyone looking for GYN and OB services.

Dr. Pryzbyzs is exceptional. She understands the complexity of female health issues. She is the most intelligent, compassionate, and thorough doctor I have ever worked with. Some male doctors will think most unexplained occurances are made up female problems. She asks the right questions and is humble enough to say when she doesnt have the answer, but she does not stop there, she will investigate. I believe she has saved my life with her attention to detail.

Awful. After paying $175 upfront before being called back, I went back to wait for the doctor. Not only did they not take any vitals; weight, blood pressure, etc. They did not even perform a pelvic exam or Pap smear. What the hell did I pay $175 for? I’ll tell you, to talk to the doctor for about 10-15 minutes all for her to tell me I need to be on birth control, after repeatedly saying I do not want to take birth control. None of my concerns were addressed, rather just brushed off. I will never be back.

Birmingham OB/GYN was very easy to schedule with, and were efficient during the appointment. I was done within a half hour, and they also gave me a flu shot while I was there. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to go in Birmingham.

Reading these reviews, the place seems horrible but I see Dr. Damrich and that man is a sweetheart. I am always very well taken care of and even when he was out of the office and I had to be seen by his partners, they were very kind. Parking is a nightmare but thats the hospital in general. If you are looking into this practice I would 100/100 recommend David Damrich. He delivered my baby boy and a few of my friends babies and everything was as perfect as child birth can be.

I am a returning patient to Dr. Orso. They are so professional and courteous, and they truly care about their patients. Dr. Orso is so thorough and made sure that all my concerns and issues were addressed and any questions answered. I would recommend this group to anyone. ❤️

Parking is a pain. Christine is nice but always always late. I loved Dr. Ellis. My biggest frustration is that Dr. McKee was on call and delivered my son and yelled at me to shut up while I was giving birth then yelled at my Doula who is also a personal friend. Stay away from that guy.

I really dont understand how this place has a low rating. Baffling. The staff has never been anything but kind and courteous to me, theyve even taken me back when I arrived to an appointment an hour EARLY (by accident, totally my fault but they were great and didnt make me feel like I was being a inconvenience at all). Im an OB patient and I see Dr Przybysz who is the most understanding and calming OB ever! Anything Ive wanted or needed they provided to me and theyve fit me in when I needed without frustration or judgement. Professional, courteous, and fun- Im so glad I chose this place to bring my baby into the world!

I absolutely love my Dr.M Christine! I had a bad experience with an other physician and she restored my faith in the group. I have seen Dr. Christine for over 3 years now, never had an issue! I guess its all in who you choose!

I was an refferel by a co- worker who assured me Dr. McKee was an amazing and kind man. My experience was horrible. Dr. McKee didnt even look at my records that were transferred over by my previous doctor and retook the same bloodwork she did . He was very negative and harsh. He looked at me as a another statistics. Another Black, older, overweight, uneducated pregnant woman. He didnt look at me as a person. He assumed I would develop all these issues throughout my pregnancy ,seems like he just wants to do a cesarean to get more money. Little did he know that I eat healthy and exercise everyday and he was telling me nothing I didnt already know because I do my research which if he would have actually gotten to know me and actually cared who i was as a person. The best experience i had was the staff and the nurse who did my ultrasound. Such a shame I had to tell my co worker that my experience was nothing like hers and she was very disappointed and spent the whole day apologizing to me. Now my co worker is high risk pregnancy and overweight. Its funny that she said he never mentioned her being overweight.She was very surprised that he clearly jumped on me about being overweight. The sad part is my coworker is white so that leaves me to feel as if it was because of my race. I will not be returning. I would like to thank all of the staff for their support and kindness it made my visit not a complete loss being that it is my first pregnancy.

I have been a patient of Birmingham OB/Gyn and Dr McKee for over 30 years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Staff is always great and Dr McKee truly listens and explains everything. I highly recommend!

Felt like a car wash. Didn’t listen to any of my concerns or needs, just did the Pap smear and the doctor was proud of how quick the appointment went. I was not impressed that my yearly was so rushed and the doctor was condescending when I asked about different treatments. They only care about pushing numbers here not the actual patient.

The absolute worst appointment I have ever had with a doctor. I had an appointment at 4:00pm. Dr. Orso tried to cancel my appointment six minutes before I arrived. Once I arrive at my appointment, I met a young lady in the waiting room that mentioned that she had been waiting 45 minutes for her appointment. After I was called back and the usual weight and lab, I was supposed to have a consult with Dr. Orso. He refused to have a consult with me. My entire appointment he kept looking down at his watch saying I have somewhere I have to be. I felt I was a inconvenience. No patient should ever feel this way. Especially for an appointment that has been made for over a month. He should have called and rescheduled my appointment since he was so busy. Finally, the young lady from the lobby was seen by him, because the doctor she was supposed to see had left for the day. This will probably get deleted. But this is my truth about Birmingham OBGYN.

They are simply the best. They got me in and out fast for regular appointments. We had an amazing experience here for our second pregnancy. Highly recommend Dr. Pryzbysz!

I love this place!!! Dr. Ellis and her nurse are the absolute best and make annual visits a breeze. The office staff is always welcoming. They are also taking the best precautions during COVID-19.

Love the customer service from the receptionists, my OBGYN Mrs. Carter (who did an excellent job with taking time to talk to me if I had any questions and who also delivered my now 2 year old son), and her amazing and kind nurse Wesley.

I love this doctors office! My doctor is David McKee and his nurse is Terry they are professional and listen to all your concerns.

Arrived at 9:30am for an appointment at 10am. Nurse got my vitals at 9:55am and send me back to the front waiting room. It is 10:30am and still waiting..... whats the point of making appointments if not sticking to the time?Update: got in within 5 min after talked to the front office at around 10:45. Dr. came in within 15min after in the room. The visit is over around 11am.

The entire staff was great! I didnt wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. I was very impressed. Dr. Carter and her nurse Kayla were wonderful! I would definitely recommend them.

The staff was very nice. The physician I saw while I was pregnant was disappointing / disengaged. I am currently looking for a surrogate because I have such a great of a similar experience in the future.

I absolutely love the Doctors and Staff here. Very professional and caring individuals. They all made me feel comfortable.

The office staff is very friendly and kind (Thank Goodness). The dr was fabulous. Very pleased with this business unit!

This was an overall pleasant experience. People were so nice, especially Dr. Damrich and the ladies doing the mammo and bone density.

Terrible. I walked out after 2 hours and no one could figure out how to refund my copay that was collected up front. Ruined my day off. And got nothing done. Never even saw a doctor. Then they told me Id better stay because I might have cancer. What???

Love this practice. Dr. Pryzsbyz is awesome as is her staff. Kind, caring, professional all wrapped up in warmth and caring.

Everyone is so incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this practice to all females. I am such a worry wart, and they have expedited some tests so I would have answers. Dr. Orso was extremely nice and very knowledgeable! I am blessed to have found them.

Bad. waited 4 mos for an appt. then the dr. spent less then 5 min. with me, tests were done but trying to get the nurse to respond to msgs regarding results over patient portal was horrible. I will not go back

1st pregnancy, staff was very rude. Felt uncomfortable the entire time, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The lady Lisa at the front desk in suite 500 should not be talking about no medical problems at all if they can pay or not I don’t if this falls under hippa but she really need to be remove cause it’s nothing funny about that

The BEST OBGYN practice in Birmingham. Every doctor is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this practice and doctors.

Stay away and run from this place specially if you looking for vaginal rejuvenation service very rude nurses and Doctors, I regret ever going there!!! Thank God I only spend $100 dollar with them!!!!!
