NextCare Urgent Care Tucson

We came to this location around 9:30 pm since no other urgent cares were open at that hour. We were told that we had a 2 hour wait ahead of us, which was fine and they got though the people in front of us pretty quickly. With that said, there wasn’t much else to like. Everyone was nice. However, the doctor provided half answers and seemed like he was rushing us out the door. I felt like we were asking relatively simple questions but the nurse(?) wasn’t able answer them and had to call the doctor back in. It wasn’t until the third time that the doctor came in that we got an answer about what my injury was. Furthermore, they had put the splint on before telling me what was wrong. Overall not a super positive experience.

This location is open until 12am which made it convenient for my 7a-7p shift. I made an appointment online and was called back within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. Staff was nice and efficient. I had 2 lab tests done, got my results, and was on my to pick up my prescriptions within 90 minutes!

The wait time was long but triage wasn’t they were able to draw my blood and collect my urine sample while waiting! The staff is extremely patient, helpful, wonderful and so sweet! The RN and staff were amazing!!! I definitely would recommend this hospital! My whole family and myself come here when needed and they never disappoint!!! Thank you Banner Health South ER

Everything is quick and easy didnt have any issues with my visit. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. front desk staff was very kind and very willing to help. both the doctor and the nurse practitioner for amazing attended to me quickly and repeated what I had wrote was my issue or symptoms that I was having to ensure that they understood what was going on. Thank you guys for being on top of your game.

The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. I came in last minute before they closed and they were able to get me in quickly. The provider also took her time and made sure to answer all of my questions. Definitely one of the better urgent cares I’ve been to. Also the office is clean which is a huge plus.

The providers were nice, however, the facility doesnt have the ability to take an ultrasound which meant they couldnt diagnose what was wrong with me. They did give me a shot to manage the pain but it didnt work. I ended up paying $75 to be told to schedule an appt with my primary to get an ultrasound and a shot that stung, but didnt relieve any pain. They knew ahead of time they wouldnt be able to properly diagnose me, why allow me to pay and wait just to be told to see my primary for an ultrasound???

So it small sentences:Front desk ladies are there to do their job but they need to upgrade their costumer service.Nurse that took my vitals was awesome.The physician not that great, it seems that he is just there to milk insurance money, I was hoping that he would give me something for infection so I left this place how I got there. Very low diagnostic by him and really bad recommendations.I think that some of the reviews I see posted are uploaded by the same employees. You can tell the reply everyone gets from this place its just a copy and paste from a script

Unprofessional !! No one really seemed like they knew what they were doing. Waited 3 hours for a doctor to attend me for ONLY 3 minutes the least, didn’t let me know they didn’t have any tools to try to diagnose my symptoms from the start! She had no respect and talked to us like we didn’t know what we were talking about when we were asking pretty logical questions. She seemed so rushed and impatient and rude!!

Had an appointment early 8:30. Arrived on time. No one else on site. Still waited an hour from the moment I got into a room until I saw a doctor.Doctor was rough when I was saying I was there for pain. She rushed through the apt with disinterest and didnt offer really any help.Xray tech didnt seem to know what she was doing.Overall a terrible experience. The only bright spot was the guy that did my vitals. Even he didnt properly with me after I said I wanted it, but he was at least friendly.

I was seen by FNP Jequinto, she had a very gentle and caring energy to her, which I really appreciate and admire because you don t seem to see that anymore, so thank you for that. My experiences at urgent care usually feels rushed with no genuine concern, however my whole experience at this location was very pleasant. The girls up front were very friendly, the medical assistant who took my vitals was also very kind. I appreciate you all thank you.

Do not go here for COVID test. They are charging double for the test $30 and for office visit even though you didnt request it. I got bill of $256

My son smash his finger and I was concerned He probably broke it and neighbor suggested for me to go to Nextcare. It was my first time being there. The visit was smooth and I was seen without appointment. Wait, time was Not too long. The nurse that took my son’s vitals was super nice And understanding trying to calm his nerves.

Went in today without an appointment with a perplexing problem everyone from the reception to triage to consultation to imaging was extremely kind patient and compassionate gold stars all around. Highly recommend

Very friendly staff. Due to patient having a no show they happily assisted me. The nurses were more than helpful. Really appreciate the clean area.

We chose Nextcare because their website listed xrays as a service. We went to one location and were told that xray was not available. We were sent to a second location. The xray was completed however it took over 2 1/2 hours for results results. I will choose another company next time for my familys URGENT needs. The staff, however, deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2!! They were apologetic and most were very kind.

I have always had a great experience when I would come here. And I rarely leave reviews but today was unacceptable the provider Leidy Sanchez was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment she walked into the room till she walked out which was less than 5 mins. I’m extremely disappointed about today’s visit. I hope no one else has a bad experience with her. She definitely needs to work on her bedside manner.

I was very happy with my experience at Next Care Urgent care! I was attended very good! Receptionist was very mannered, and sweet! I was called back quick! They were very professional.

Ashley Muse did not listen to my concerns. Made me feel like I was lying about my symptoms and the pain I was feeling. After telling her I was in a car accident she was unwilling to believe the airbag could’ve hit me in the face. I stressed a lot of concerns over the pain in my lower abdomen but she was not focused on that pain at all. There was no concern for abdominal injuries or internal bleeding. No assessment of my back for additional bruising. She seemed to take her own experience of being in a car accident and place it over my own. Will not be visiting this Urgent Care facility again and will be sure to alert others of the lack of respect I felt as a patient.

I wanted to share my very rewarding and positive customer service from the Nextcare staff at the Calle Santa Cruz location. They were all professional, friendly, conversational, and attentive listeners who sincerely take pride in doing their jobs well. No matter the patients age their empathy for the patients well being was evident in their care and duty performances. They work well together as a team with their common focus on the patient. As a military veteran this was my first visit and was totally happy and pleased with their level of care even in the late evening hours while seeing and tending to their patients. I commend this staff and how they exemplify the Nextcare team highly reflecting their goal for creating positive rewarding costumer service experiences for their patients and customers.

This is by far the worst urgent care. Ive ever went to. We got there 20 minutes early. Ended up waiting an hour and a 1/2 and still hadnt seen a Doctor they had my sons chart mixed up with a 40-year-old mans mind. You, my son is 12. It was just a horrible experience. No one came to check on us, make, sir.My boy was okay.Let us know what was going on, even if they were backed up.Let us know it was gonna take some time.So they put us in a room and forgot about us.The worst urgent care ever I do not recommend this location to anyone

Amazing staff and Dr. the minute you walk in your greeted. It was a fast process and they took care of me right away. I give this place a 10/10 will definitely be telling everyone about this place and will definitely will go back

If I could post no star I would My visit to urgent care was none less than the most disappointing and waste of time I’ve ever encountered in my life to say the least I called the office at 12 o’clock in the afternoon and advise them that my daughter had been assaulted at her school and I needed to have her checked over because I thought she had a concussion. The front desk office assured me that a doctor could look her over and take care of her I was than given an appointment time of 6:30 which was 6 hours later once I was in the office and had waited an hour and a half. I was then told I could be refunded my money because there was nothing that they could do for us the doctor that saw us did not even check my daughter in any way and asked why I had brought my daughter there when I informed her that I had called prior to making the appointment and spoke to one of the girls at the front desk. She then told me that could not have been and they would not have told me to come in which was not what had happened. I am completely disappointed in the way that this urgent care handled our situation.

FNP Danielle smith and Antoinette were amazing. My kiddos loved them. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Highly recommend 👌

Service was super fast and efficient. All of the staff, front desk, intake, practitioner, X-ray tech, everyone was great. My daughter is still talking about how funny and nice everyone was taking care of her.

Ive been to Nextcare many times. Every visit has been a good experience. The staff is pleasant. From the moment I check in to having my vitals taken. The NP who cared for me today was attentive and listened to my concerns. This is the reason I always come back because of the care I receive.

The front desk was so nice and awesome! Even the medical assistance and the Dr were great. They gave good information were fast efficient and thorough. Took 1 hour and the Dr gave me alot of information.

They were super nice especially michael , he made sure i got my dispatch papers and was very attentive to how i was doing with my allergic reaction

Made an appointment in the morning .they took me at 12:00..very happy and very nice employees..had my ears flush out.. great job! I can here again!! Got to go wife is calling me!!! Ha ha..

This has been the fastest scheduling and easiest care I had with any urgent care. The staff was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend care from here.

Great medical attention. My medication was filled in less than an hour. Theyre great at this location. Highly recommended

The Dr. had me sitting in a room for 40 + minutes, finally came in and I tried explaining my pain and concern with the stitches being too tight and skin growing over the stitches and she simply cut me off and advised me she is putting me on antibiotics and be back in 14 days to remove stitches. I’m not asking for pain meds I’m not asking for any medicine. I want my issue and concern resolved by the dr listening to me not talking over me and sending me home. I do not appreciate it. The front office and ladies checking in were great on the other hand. Dr was rude, and unprofessional. Hope this turns to more than what she’s thinking so her medical license can be revoked. I guess they give anyone a medical license these days.

My appointment was at 9:45 did not get seen until 11:30. She came in and told me that I didnt have a sinus infection or ear infections but its its funny that shes prescribing me amoxicillin and something for sinuses I was overall not impressed with the nurse practitioner and how long I had to wait.

Excellent care. Was seen ASAP for xray of wrist.Staff was caring & attentive. Was visiting in Tuson when I fell on my arm. Very pleased with treatment. Wish it was the same here in California.

Overheard staff saying that people that were there for anxiety and depression were wasting the nurses and doctors time. Very insensitive to be basically screaming this while patients are waiting in the rooms.

Qt first the young lady at the check in was pretty rude about verifying my sons acchhcs and I said I would call and get the number than I guess she changed her mind and did it which should off been done from the start.the doctor was great he was gentle and kind with my son .as for the check in was my only conplaint

Wait time to get into URGENT care was by appt only. Once we came back for the appointment we got right in. Once in the room another 45 min to an hr. The Drs were more concerned with charting than helping patients. Was frustrating and way to long for an asthma concern 😟

I took my child to her pediatrician and they did not gave me an accurate diagnostic of my kid. Then I took her here to urgent care and they told me exact what my kid had (allergies) instead of pink eye . They gave me the proper medication and treatment.

Wait time wasnt too bad. The m.a. Who got my daughters vitals and helped her with her visit,was super nice and caring and made my daughter comfortable.

Staff was extreamly friendly especially the girl at deskbthat checked me in. No long wait, fast and knowledgeable in funding out the cause of my pain. Definitely 5 stars for this location and its staff!!

The app makes it feel like youll be in and out, once you check in, but be prepared to wait past your SCHEDULED time, like 45mins plus. Honestly, Why even schedule appts?

Front personal were very nice. Attendant taking vitals was rude. Doctor was pleasant. I refused the covid test and my release paperwork said I had been in COVID contact. NO ONE even asked me about my contacts. Flu and strep came back negative.

NextCare is easy and fast when they’re calling you by your name to check in person physically and ask you a question why are there, but everything is OK and just have to be patient because all attention is all you and you can ask questions whatever you have or why you came to NextCare!

Next care? more like NEXTTTT care. staff is nice but the wait times almost make me forget that… i waited at least an hour in the waiting room, and at least an hour more IN the actual patients room until the doctor finally came in. overheard them say there was only one provider on dutywhich is CRIMINALL

It was dirty, hot, it took forever just for them to say they did not have the staff or equipment to help. The staff was unprofessional and other patients left after waiting hours to not be treated

Very happy with all services from start to finish. Very friendly staff and quick service. I was out in an hour. Because I had to go to work after this appointment I did have to return later the same day to obtain some records for my main PC and this was very easy fast and simple when I called earlier to request. They had it ready at the front desk so I was in and out quickly. I let the lady that helped me know that I was happy with the fast service and she said she was very happy to help and happy too for me. Good job to everyone one here.

Before checking in, I ask if my injury can be treated at this location.I was told Yes, that it can treated.The lazy doctor that saw me refused to help, he told me that I needed to see a hand specialist.I drove to a Hospital ER and had the tiny fish hookremoved from finger with a pair of tweezers.

Ashley was my provider.  She clearly cared, and I’ve never been to a health care provider who listened better.  She was thorough, compassionate, patient (I was in a grumpy mood), and correct in her diagnosis.

Been to the Harkins Plaza location 3 separate times & every time a great experience. Awesome doctors & nurses. All staff are great. Especially with little ones.

They saved my life by referring me to the hospital. I was close to not making it due to an internal bleeding . They got me in immediately and all the staff was great.

Excellent care. We were able to get an appointment within a few hours. They took x-rays and provided a written report for the x-ray, the meds given, wrote prescriptions and gave detailed information for follow-up care with our primary care physician.

Excellent care. Just remember its urgent care so the sickiest go first even if you have an appointment. That’s just the way healthcare works.

Positives:Able to get an appointment extremely quickly.Neutral:Did a pre-checkin, still had to wait 45 minutes past our scheduled time. Its a little annoying, but hey, things happen at a medical facility. Its kind of expected.Negatives:Came in with moderate abdominal pain that was progressively getting worse over several days. The doctor visit lasted about 5-7 minutes. It consisted of a brief abdomen push and maybe 3 questions. We were told if it gets worse to go to the emergency room or see our primary care physician. When we said Were here because its gotten worse. It was a shrug of the shoulders and we were shuffled out the door.It cost us $335 dollars to be told to go see a doctor, which is why we thought we were there. Guess not.

The worst part about waiting 90+ minutes past your appointment is having the time to notice how dirty the room is! Droplets on the table and smudges on the walls. Just hoping someone comes in soon so my daughter can get some relief from this ear pain. We did all paperwork in advance and checked in at 11:07 for her 11:20 appointment. It’s 12:56 now. The online waitlist really isn’t much help as far as giving an estimate on wait time either, it just shows when you’re scheduled and how many walk ins there are. Good luck.

Was very satisfied with the service that was provided. They checked me in fast & was seen very quickly. Nurse practitioner was very courteous and explained everything to me properly. I have tried one other urgent Care before was not happy and will continue going to NextCare.

Horrible! Made an appointment for an xray waited 3 hours even tho I had an appointment to be told that they dont have an xray I would have to go to another location.

I was in and out of here on Xmas Eve in 25 mins! They were so kind and knowledgeable. Three tests were administered and a diagnosis along with a prescription sent to my pharmacy in that time. I scheduled an appointment online last night and completed all my paperwork, definitely recommend that!

There was a ton of people here but we walked in a was seen in 40min which I think was good. The N.P. was amazing and super friendly, you could tell she actually cared.

Hurt my foot. Walking was incredibly painful. Was worried I broke it. They were kind, gentle, didnt dismiss my pain. Got me x-rays, which would have cost more than 4x as much to go to an ER to do. Not broken, just bruised, which is all I wanted to know. Great people skills. Highly recommend. Used the appointment booking to spend a minimal amount of time around people with winter respiratory illnesses. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Went in with chest pain and anxiety was told it could be heart burn they gave me some GI cocktail which made my symptoms wayyy worse then the doctor told me when I told her I was leaving to go to the hospital better safe than sorry like what kinda experience was that especially when someone who was already scared was told that made me have a huge panic attack in the car

Registering on line was very easy. When I got to the facility I was treated with respect, the nurse and doctor, listened to my concerns and explained what the following steps would be. Nothing worse than getting sick while on an extended business trip. Was able to schedule an appointment in advance. Completed all the paperwork online. Showed up 20 minutes early and they quickly took me back. Quick exam and a chest x-ray showed walking pneumonia. Called in prescriptions to a local CVS and I was on my way. All in less that 30 minutes. Great job by the entire staff!

I booked a same day visit online on a Saturday. When I arrived, I waited less than ten minutes. The total appointment took just under half hour! The doctor explained details of the diagnosis and sent prescription to my preferred pharmacy right away. All the staff were fast and effective.

My mom had an emergency. I was able to make an appointment on the Nextcare app at 6:45pm on a Friday night. So super easy, did all the paperwork, up loaded insurance, and check in online. Staff was amazing, extremely helpful, and informative. Dr. Jessica was phenomenal. Helped ease my mind on my mothers wound. She was thorough on how to care for and what to be cautious of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone. You are all very much appreciated!

So I had a huge splinter in my big toe, and went into the Nextcare at Santa Cruz, scheduling was super easy, check in was fast!! And the staff……I can’t say enough good things about them!!!! Cayla and the triage nurse were super amazing! They were compassionate, patient and fun!!! Now as for Leo!!!! Mere words cannot describe how truly amazing she was!!!!! She is kind, compassionate, funny, and very efficient, and very knowledgeable!!!! This was the best treatment I’ve ever had!!! If you’re sick or injured, don’t waste your time at other places!! This place is the best!!!!!! A huge heartfelt thank you to all the staff that helped me tonight!!!!!!!!

Have really bad eye rash, was given no medication. My daughter asked why I didnt get a steroidal ointment like she got when she had something similar. $120.00 wasted.

Easy to book and check in online. Late hours, very convenient for working folks. I was prepared to wait a while, they were busy with lots of walk-ins, but the wait time was reasonable, about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Compared to any E.R. where youll wait many hours, 30 minutes is fairly acceptable. Staff was friendly and competent. Doctor was knowledgeable and made the correct diagnosis, and prescribed the right treatment. Overall it was 100 times better than any E.R. Ive ever been to. Definitely utilize urgent care if you need urgent care, not an emergency, and cant wait a week to see your primary care provider.

I’m from out of state on a business trip. Came in to be treated for shingles pain. After a long wait, Dr. Johnson gave me a paper prescription. First drugstore wouldn’t fill it because they were closing. Second said it must be electronically prescribed to be legal. They called NextCare to tell them to send the script electronically., which the practice said they would do. They never did. NextCare took my money and hours of my time, while I was stuck in a hotel room sick and in excruciating pain from shingles, for nothing. These people are incompetent. I regret not being able to leave zero stars.

I received awful service. Staff was unfriendly, NP spent literally 90 seconds with my daughter and I. Didn’t allow for us to address our full health issues. Or offer any solution for easing our pain after a car accident when someone rear-ended us. It was a waste of my $150 copay for us.

Updating from my old rescue to this one. This place has gone down hill. Theres zero service or help. They dont verify your insurance over the phone if theres a discrepancy or issue. Weve been turned away twice this week. Im done. Dont bother with them.We always have our health issue identified and resolved. I love the online check in system!

I went in with flu symptoms that have lasted almost 2 weeks & got worse over the last day. They confirmed its not COVID or flu and gave me something for the nausea and did a chest x-ray. They prescribed me allergy medicine (not sure why and I already take that daily) and something for nausea which was a new symptom. My primary issue is body aches, coughing, and chest pain. I also had a fever before I went in. I didnt feel I got any answers other than being told to talk to my doctor Monday with a suggestion to get some blood tests.

Doctor and NP were great, front desk was not very friendly.

I went there this morning and was treated like garbage by the doctor there. He told me nothing was wrong with me. Then told me to go to the er. I was having trouble breathing and they didnt give one damn about me. They made me wait around forever and offered ZERO help whatsoever and basically just kicked me out. You would think they couldve called EMTs or something. But no...they didnt care 1 bit. Just treated me like some kind of pariah. I couldve died. Never going back as long as i live. Ive been to doctor visits with my husband lots of times. He was never treated like this ever! Women are just liars i guess according to that doctor. ZERO CARING OR EMPATHY.

I went to NextCare on Sunday expecting to be there all day. Even though the lobby was fairly crowded I was ushered into a room in under 1/2 hour. The NP was very friendly and knowledgeable, she ordered an x-ray that was done right there. She diagnosed my condition and ordered meds so that they were ready at the pharmacy by the time I got home. I’m very pleased!

My husbands toe is infected Dr Johnson prescribed antibiotics that will hopefully heal the infection. Good experience

Relatively quick all things considered (I was a walk-in). Doctor was very friendly. Only giving 4 stars because the receptionist was not the nicest person I’ve ever met…I usually don’t care because I know it’s a tolling job but I was in so much pain and so upset that it made me feel even worse. Other than that, a great experience with the doctors and nurses😊🫶🏻

Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. I appreciated that they put me in a treatment room by myself and away from other sick people, especially since I was injured, not sick. I also appreciated the call after i had left from the provider who gave me the results of my tests. The only thing that brought down their score was the 3 hour time frame from the time I got there to when I left. A rough estimate of how long I would have to wait would have been nice.

Went to Next Care because I cut off the tip of my thumb! Called to make an appointment and it rang for 10 minutes 🫠, went on the website and it was so easy to make an appointment to be seen. Reception staff was suuuper nice, the medical assistant (Aday?) was so nice and social😊 the doctor and the nurse were very professional and helped me! Would def come again! Only thing I hate is not being able to call to make an appointment. The doctor also gave me supplies for wound care and a splint! Very nice location!

Next Care at the Spectrum has the greatest nurse practitioner! I highly recommend. Had gone across street and they said my ear canal was scratched. The. Np here said eardrum was very red and ear canal very swollen. Probably won’t be going across the street anymore. So much pain can not even lie on that side. Not a scratch for sure. Thank you for the awesome care.

I was seen quickly, the staff were thorough but kind. The provider listened to my concerns, ordered tests and then explained treatment options so that I could make an informed decision about my care.I could not have asked for more than the staff did for me today

Doctor on site was in out the room my drive time to the urgent care was longer than the visit itself. Very poor examination.

Went today and was feeling very nauseous. All of staff was very considerate and got me what I needed to be comfortable. The wait was not long either and I was able to wait in my car which was very nice. There was one gentleman in particular who triaged me(wish I knew his name), was incredibly nice and caring, that interaction alone would bring me back over here.

Front desk staff was polite and personable. Bianca who did my intake was amazing and very nice. PA had one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever come across. They got me in 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time, but the wait for the PA seemed a tad long (20+ minutes). I’ll definitely use this location again.

I had to wait for 3 hours - in a small space with many (20 plus) people waiting, too. There were extenuating circumstances - a doctor or physician’s assistant - not showing up. But the room was small with no fresh air…very crowded. But when I finally got to see the doctor, she was very caring, professional, and competent - I received good, responsive care. So one very negative rating and one very positive rating equals an average of 3.

Staff was very kind and helpful, especially the nurse practitioner I saw! There was quite a bit of a wait to be seen, but I wasn’t in immediate pain or danger so it makes sense that they’d tend to more critical patients first. Lobby and exam rooms were clean and staff ensured everyone wore masks, checking in was easy and I’m satisfied with the care I received.

People were friendly and respectful. It was pretty quick, just short wait.

I am Active Duty Army visiting family from out of town. I went to be seen based on what I thought was a sinus infection, I have chronic sinusitis. I checked in, vitals done and COVID and flu swab complete. Before I was told my results I heard them being called out in the hall way. The provider, Nasreen Keyl, came in gave me the official diagnosis. Offered a note for 5 day quarantine, told me to hydrate and utilize Motrin and Tylenol. Told me to see the front desk and proceeded to walk out. When I asked if she was going to do a physical exam she said no you contagious. And then said if you insist, get up..... I dont think Ive ever had such nasty bedside manner. Ive unfortunately had COVID twice and been seen for complications during. Never did the medical professionals make it seem like they could not be in my presence because I was COVID positive. This was a very degrading experience especially being on Thanksgiving.Care and compassion would have went a long way. This type of care is not what Service Members or their families expect. Decency was lost here.

Very quick to check in if you come in with your paperwork from their website already completed. Waited less than 5 minutes before called into triage. Triage nurse friendly, attentive and good listener. Less than 5 minutes before nurse practitioner came in. Again, friendly, good listener, professional. Good exam and quick diagnosis. Maybe less than a half hour total visit time and that includes chatting about fishing. Pass the hospital ER and go here if you can.

The wait was tolerable. The intake nurse was polite and efficient. The Nurse Practitioner was top quality. The lobby needed a deep cleaning—that first impression made me question my choice. However, the good and thorough medical attention was redeeming.

Front office staff not helpful or innovative at all. Get into the times. They required my school aged daughters ID, she only has a school ID, and of course, its electronic. She would not accept it, said it had to be scanned into her system. She stated for fraud purposes, however, she physically could see it was my daughter. I asked, could you put the phone on the copy machine and then scan it in. No not possible she stated. Shed rather turn away a sick patient who had already been waiting then do anything to help. So much for their sign that states The health & well-being of our patients and our people is our top priority. Please train your front office to do/be better.

My first time to visit NextCare Urgent Care. Everyone from the receptionist, Triage, and PA were all very professional and I feel I got the treatment I expected. I would highly recommend anyone to visit there when the need arises.

The service was amazing! Friendly and fast. The NP was very knowledgeable. I have never had such great service at an urgent care or ER. Top notch for sure!

Was referred to this location by another location..🤦The receptionist (at another location) scheduled my family and I appointments so we could have maybe less of a wait once we arrived, but once we arrived we still ended up waiting 3 hours to get into a room. It was not packed. It wasnt even busy in the back. The doctors/nurses were just taking their time doing whatever they wanted. I brought my family here to get tested for covid. We have been tested before more than once since the virus...and this has been by far the WORST location to go to. At the other locations all they did was get our info...swab our noses and we were out. This location...made us wait way more than we needed just to get tested. It was so long of a wait we left. We didnt even get tested. Very unprofessional and people there seem to be robots...and seem to careless about how patients are treated. Would never recommend to go here. Choose somewhere different. Literally when they took us in the back .. EVERYONE who worked there was just chilling. ...doing their own things...at their own pace. I cant believe how unprofessional they behaved. I would fire everyone and hire people who handle every patient as if their needs are urgent. Who owns this place?.. let them know whats happening.

DO NOT COME HERE! Especially if you urgently need care!!! I made an appt for 1:45 only 2 people waiting and its now 2:55… I know it’s a Sunday but this is ridiculous! If you are suffering and in need of help go elsewhere. No one should be treated like this. What’s the point in making an appointment if it’s going to be HOURS?!!!!Update: although I had to wait, the woman PA or Dr (can’t remember) gave me two shots for my neck pain and actually treated me like she cared + wanted to help. If you can request her, do. She’s amazing and you can tell she genuinely wants to help people!

My grandson was cut by a piece of glass and he was stitched up at the Urgent Care. Wait time wasnt to long. Great service all the ge time we go

Waited over an hour for the doctor to come in, and she had an attitude right away. I waited longer than expected and had to leave for an URGENT specialist appointment and she was extremely rude and told me I couldn’t get my results if I left. I will NEVER be going to this facility again and will make sure none of my family or friends do either.

Everything ran very smoothly. Checking in is super easy, and this was my very first visit. They will tell you an approximate waiting time, if you ask, and my time given was exactly correct. Once in Dr. office, was seen in about 10 minutes. Doctor explained everything perfectly and scripts are send automatically to Pharmacy so they are filled when you get there. Pleasant experience, considering I am was in pain. Only wish they had rapid testing results, 7 days for a COVID result.

I couldn’t find anyone or anywhere to get me in to get some medication for sinus issues around Sahuarita or Green Valley. I drove up off of Valencia in Tucson after making a fast online appointment. I got a shot and the medication I needed. Great job!! I really appreciate the great and fast care!!

Everyone was very pleasant. The process to register was easy.There was a wait due to systems being down, but they did all let me know, and everybody was apologetic about it.I hope I don’t need urgent care again, but if I do I’ll definitely come back here. Thank you.

Everyone was SO friendly and gentle with my Nana. She is so afraid of doctors and hospital settings, but the staff at the Santa Cruz location were absolutely amazing and comforting. Thank you for all you did ❤️

My sister needed to go in to see a Dr. and we were very happy and pleased with the service and kindness. Everyone were kind, pleasant and made us feel welcome. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs, which is a huge plus.I would recommend this urgent care to friends and family. Great place!!!

I am pleased with the care we receive every time we go here. The nurses have excellent bedside manner and the doctor is straightforward. The receptionists seem overwhelmed and short staffed but efficient. Wait times are just as long as other doctors’ offices and ERs, so that’s why I took away a star.

They were fast, friendly and wonderful! They ALL had a sense of HUMOR... something very hard to find but important to me. Im in love with Veronica..just kidding, she was amazing! Very professional and did a great job with a happy demeanor. Booked online ahead of time, checked in from the parking lot and didnt wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby before being shown to my room. Loved my experience!

NextCare was great the staff were very nice they made sure you knew how long the wait was and gave you the option to wait or leave. They commented all you had to do to register for your appointment. The experience with Next Care was good I would recommend them to friends and family. The Dr. Was very nice the communication between Dr and patient was great she knew what she was doing. At the end of the appointment the front staff give you papers with information of your visit and the treatments the dr gave you and a pharmacy name and number if you get a Rx. Very impressed.

The nurse was awesome but the Dr acted like he didn’t want to be bothered with questions regarding a bacterial infection I was being treated for.

I took my son to there yesterday. The pharmacy was out of the prescription and suggested I contact urgent care to get a new prescription. I did that right away. Its been over 24 hours, Ive made four phone calls, no one has called me back. They resent the same prescription which was no help to my son. He is still in a lot of pain. At this point Ill have to take him to the emergency room, which an ear infection is a ridiculous reason to go to the emergency room but clearly the staff at this location could care less about my sons condition. While I was there yesterday the doctor was great, most of the staff was great, with the except of the woman at the front desk. She was very rude. I will not be back to this location.

Healthcare staff was amazing, and helpful. Highly recommend them! I took one star off because I waited longer for my discharge paperwork from the front staff then what I waited for my appointment.

The gentleman who did the nose swab was very professional and very helpful. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Very good experience BUT when I went to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacist or tech said the eye drops PA Jequinto ordered were not in stock. He said he had been on hold 30+ min and if I could call as he faxed the info but not sure how long that will take. There should be a directline for the pharmacy to be able to call with medication issues.This was the first time I have used an urgent care.

It was busy, hour and a half wait and wait time quoted was accurate up front. Overall a good experience. The NP diagnosed me with exactly what I went in for, prescribed me antibiotics and wrote a work note. NP was very professional and nice. Would recommend, it’s a busy time of year, plan to wait!

The dr was thorough and kind. She patiently answered all of our questions and helped us process through our options going forward.

Waited a little longer than expected but we just drove to cold stone and enjoyed ice cream and nextflix in the car while we waited. All staff was amazing!!! The Dr was very personable and even let me look at my sons infected ear:) Dr took his time to explain and answer questions. Only special people can make a crummy time into a great experience!

I couldnt get in to any of the Concord Health urgent care centers so I walked into NextCare on Calle Santa Cruz. The absolute best decision I made. I was having an asthma flare-up and needed a breathing treatment ASAP. NextCare got me seen within five minutes of arrival. The staff that I interacted with were all wonderful. I will definitely go back when needed. I highly recommend NextCare on Calle Santa Cruz.

Staff was very helpful and nice. We took my 2 year old son to get his ear checked. They were great with him and treated him.

I went in for a regular COVID19 exam. The medical assistant was friendly & made me feel taken care of. The doctor who did the nose swab appeared to know what she was doing & was also professional and friendly. Overall the process was as expected, quick, and easy. Got my results in 25 minutes. Not rating 5 stars because the front desk staff were not as professional, a bit gossipy while I waited, and could improve customer service.

The receptionist was so kind and helpful and we were seen quickly! I was surprised and grateful! This is the one on SantacruzSo right before going there, I had previously made an online appt for FastMed on Valencia which in now NextCare. My appt was at 7:20pm but then I received a text message that update was now at 7:40pm.So o take my daughter there at the new appointed time. When I arrive the receptionist there tells me she cancelled my appt because my appointment was at 7:20 pm. I got upset stating that I was texted that my appt changed and that’s why I arrived at 7:40pm, and it was not my fault. She then says you can reschedule or wait here but that the wait was 2-3 hrs due to staff shortage. I of course did the latter and rescheduled for next day.As I am in management and customer service. I was disappointed with this person because I feel she could’ve accommodated us somehow or even attempt to call the Santa Cruz location and at least ask what their wait time was.She did none of this and bluntly put it to me again “ did you want to reschedule or wait”I took it upon myself to drive to the other location which is about five minutes away.As soon as I got there they helped me out and even called me to come on when triage was ready. This was less than 15mins.My point in all this is that the other rude person just had to make a phone call or even be a little nicer to us. Especially when you are not feeling good being rude to someone makes you feel even worse.Hope everyone who is feeling Sick gets better and if you go to FastMed now next care on Valencia, I hope you have a way better experience than we did!!! That receptionist needs better customer service skills that for sure!!! I give that location a thumbs down and for sure no stars lol

Service was timely but you gave us the cd of the xrays but forgot to put patients name on them so deemed useless.

I made an appointment at 9:00 am which was 6:00 pm so I would wait in the lobby but I still waited well over an hour. They had a lot of walk-in and maybe we’re high priority. The staff and providers were friendly and seemed thorough.

From my initial phone call for the appointment (and that is a wonderful service, to be able to schedule a time and receive notifications) all the way through my treatment everyone and everything was outstanding. Everyone was courteous, respectful, and expressly caring. Stephanie Price knows her stuff...the shot she prescribed was very effective and the follow up was greatly appreciated. All of this care and service is available until midnight almost every day of the week! Theyre setting the bar others should try reaching.

I had the most friendly, kind and professional help as soon as I walked in the door with a badly bleeding wound, I was quickly checked in and fixed. The doctor and nurses were extremely calming and informational and I am very thankful for their care. Great Urgent Care to go to for your medical needs. :)

This was my 2nd visit to this location and it was a 100% improvement over the last visit. The staff at check in were mature and friendly. Sarah was polite and friendly. Dr. Johnson was thorough and helpful. Michael had a good sense of humor and kind. I made a 815am appointment and things ran on time. Overall I give them 5 stars!!!First time visitor to Nextcare at Calle Santa Cruz. Pre-registered online, made an appointment ahead of time but still waited 30 minutes before I was seen for a simple TB shot. The worse part was I was given instructions to get a chest x-ray as a follow up but NextCare does not provide such services but they dont give you DOCUMENTATION to bring to another provider. No receiving clinic will treat you for a chest x-ray or for anything else unless you have paperwork from referring PA, MD, or NP. This is basic common sense. Any referral accompanies you with documentation before a new treating clinician will treat you. Another issue I had was while waiting in the lobby I could not help but overhear the lady at the front desk complaining about one thing then another the whole time to her coworker.

Front staff and person who checked us in are not friendly; no smiles. My 6 year old was talking to the person who takes vitals and she didn’t acknowledge a single thing he said; just changed the subject every time he said something. He is super friendly and I felt bad she was being that way with him. The lady who checked us out doesn’t seem to he happy with her job. She didn’t even attempt to make any conversation with me, asked for my copay, I told her thank you, and no response. I loved the nurse though!!!! My other son has been seen by her and she is always very friendly.

I was surprised to see that NextCare was open late on a Saturday night. I registered on line and was able to get an appointment @ 8:00PM. I was put into an examination room pretty. Had to wait a while for the Dr to come in. I received the service I needed and was told to make follow up appointments. My issue was temporarily resolved. I was in and out in about an hour.

Waited 1hr 30 min just to be seen by the doctor she was in and out within 2 minutes

Went in at 8 pm Waited 4 hours everyone went in that was before us and then they started taking people that showed up after me and my 1 year old I asked how much longer and the nurse said there was still 5 people in front of us which is impossible because Me and my son were waiting in there longer then any of the people that they were starting to call back. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone !

Friendly fast walk in service looking at about an hr total time but I liked this urgent care better then silverbell because of the friendly professional service

My toddler was seen right away. They couldnt help much because he was struggling but they gave me a referral and he was seen right away.

I always chose next care urgent care they have same day appointments and they are open tilllate after I get out of work.

The staff were polite. The wait was about 30 - 45 minute. Gave me ice until I got into a room with my broken hand. X-ray tech was gentle. Staff splinted my hand a gave me referral to specialist.

Dr was extremely rude. Discususting human. Our community definitely deserves better. Do better Urgent Care!!

Two and a half hours waiting to be seen and still waiting not crowded at all. Never again!

NextCare is the closest Urgent care so I decided to go there. The online portal makes the process a lot faster and more convenient. I still ended up waiting about 30 - 40 minutes total, but being that its a busy area it wasn’t that bad.

I was there yesterday first the lady at the front desk told my husband to put a mask on. But she didnt say anything to another who wasnt wear a mask and was walking around . Then I finally saw the doctor. The doctor was very rude for one thing. And she told me she would call in my meds. So this morning I called the pharmacy to see how much they were going to be. And there was nothing called in. Now Im getting n the phone to urgent Care to see whats going on.

They closed at 12am, I arrived at 11pm. Online, it said no appointments available but walk-ins welcomed. They turned me away, saying they werent taking any patients and told me to go to a different location, which was 30 minutes away. My son was having an allergic reaction, pretty sad they wouldnt see him. Hes never had an allergic reaction before and I was afraid it would get worse because his face/neck was beginning to swell and he was broken out in hives. Luckily it didnt get any worse. If the hours state they close at 12, they should be able to accept patients until near closing time. An hour shouldnt cut it. If I was there 10-15 min before closing time then I would understand.

Starting with check in, most pleasant I’ve ever been treated at an urgent care, I appreciate you. Jennifer Ross NP… AMAZING!!! My son will forever remember you and your kind words thank you for making this more than just another urgent care visit. My son’s comment ; “Yes she said something good about my Tourette’s, she was a really good NP.”

Michael was very kind & caring. He listened without interrupting me like I was a burden; nor that he wanted to rush through his assessment of me. He was very empathetic & explained everything clearly to me. I would hate to wind up at urgent care again, but, if I had to, I would LOVE to have Mike oversee my care. Thank you Michael! Everyone I interacted with at this NextCare site was friendly and helped me get the care I requested.My beef is having to wait 4 hours to get 4 minutes of healthcare service.Come on guys... Theres got to be a better way!What I really wanted was to write a short email to a doctor from the comfort of my home or office, have them read it and respond in a reasonable amount of time (4 hours would be fine, so long as I didnt have to sit in your office the whole time), then come in for my 2 minute x-ray, and leave; not wait another 2 hours to be told the result while I continue waiting on site.

The staff are very attentive and ask clear questions before escorting you to a patient room. The doctor (Tim) who saw me is very kind and knowledgeable, and is very gentle in his examinations and has a lovely sense of humor to make patients comfortable. Truly a very good experience I had at NextCare Urgent Care on Calle Santa Cruz.

NextCare, has been a great option from going to an emergency room. On-Line appointments are a breeze. This function wasnt working on Friday. This was the first time we had to wait for an appointment for the next available opening two days out. The staff in office are kind & courteous thank you for being of service we appreciate your time & attention. Blessed New Year & Healthy living to all!

Took my daughter for possible strep. They did the test at the same time they did vitals. Dr. Jones was so nice. Strep was positive and Dr. Jones explained the treatment. Really liked Dr. Jones and wish she could be a primary. We were in and out within 45 min. Amazing service provided.

No one answers the phone here. Ever! How can any clinic stay in business when they put people on hold for an hour? Obviously they dont give a rats rear end about their patients. Dont waste your time trying to make an appointment over the phone. They dont care. ALSO - I simply do NOT believe the good reviews on Google. I think they hire people to write fake good reviews. Instead of 4.5 they should b 2.3.

I have witnessed, outstanding customer service to those not feeling well and for the ones who brought someone in and the care you exhibited while patients waited. Around early Aug. My daughter and I were feeling a little hot. My daughter was feeling not too well and I just got surgery. I was afraid that she might be sick and I might have gotten sick. just gotten surgerty. I didnt want to risk it. We were close by and i told my daughter that we were going to stop and just check our temp to see if we were going to stay to see the doc. What surprised me is that they didnt want to check it without checking us in. I wanted to check before i took her home so she wouldnt get anybody else sick. My opinión, they wanted to check us in so they can charge a full visit to the insurance and have us wait the 2 hours. This isnt the first time that this clinic has done me wrong. I went in for an x ray. Did all the paperwork. Waited on the car. To be told 2 hours later that their x Ray tech. Went home. 15 min after i got there. Im glad. New places openned up around here
