Unfortunately a new clinic that has quickly done down hill. Walked in with my 2 sons for school physicals and to get a TB test for myself. We were the only people in the clinic. It took 50 minutes to check in, as front desk was more concerned with eating her sandwich. She was very snappy and short the whole time. We waited an additional 30 minutes to wait for her to copy our papers once finished.I go back 2 days later and I waited close to a hour to have someone come out and read my TB screen….As a health care professional there is absolutely zero reason a TB read is longer than a 15 minute wait, ever!Please do better.

Was very happy with the care and support I received from the staff at NextCare. After a mercifully short wait, they took me in for the usual vitals, a quick exam, and then straight to Xray. Having had a serious biking accident, and in a lot of pain, the speed, efficiency, and general attention and kindness was very much appreciated. I was in and out, with cleaned up wounds and a nice new sling, in less than 30 minutes!

The receptionist was nice she was very helpful in filling out papers. Once the kids got to the back the doctor and nurses where awesome i liked how the doctor doing the physical on my kids did excellent he made my kids feel very comfortable

The staff was friendly and helpful. They got me in and out very very quickly. It was evident to them I wasnt feeling well so it felt like they tried to expedite the process. No one wants to go to the urgent care, but if you have to, I would highly recommend this location. Thank you guys. 🤍

Was turned away at 7:20, although clinic closes at 8pm because front desk stated they needed to be out of clinic before 8:30 (over an hour of my walk in) Front desk did not even bother asking what I was there for, until after I asked for manager contact info, I could have been showcasing signs of a heart attack, but they were more concerned with the time they got to leave. Unacceptable and very disappointing.

The PA and triage nurse treated my daughter really well. She has autism and is anxious about seeing doctors. They were really patient with her and very friendly. They spoke directly with her. We arrived very close to closing time but were very thorough and answered all my questions.

When I arrived the lobby was pretty empty. I checked in and had a seat when the person behind me checked in they were told it would be a two hour wait with only 3 people ahead of them. I felt like that wasn’t professional or fair to all the people who are checking in after to be towed there is such a long wait time so that they could just leave. When I got into the back, I was greeted by a female not sure if she was a doctor or a nurse but she basically told me that I was at the wrong place and if I had a PCP that’s where I needed to be not there in the office . She said there was nothing she could do for me and what I was asking to be seen for was not able to be x-rayed and basically I was just wasting mine and her time I was given a napkin with vitamins written on it that I should take to help with what I was therefore, the quality of care was really poor and I left her feeling like I didn’t matter. I was not given no paperwork or anything just simply a napkin with a couple of vitamins written on there. I would never return back to this location.

I took in my kid @ 8am as soon as it opened with a swollen eye with drainage clearly infected & no bruising, was reported to dcs & sent home without being treated cops were sent to my home after 3 hours I took her to a er X-rays were done and she was admitted to the hospital for treatment for a infection behind her eye. Very disgusted with the care I received at this urgent care!

Scheduled an appointment the night before and that was a breeze. All the staff were nice annd my process was smooth until the Doctor came in to tell me my results. First she didnt knocked she just came in then she didnt seem like she wanted to be there, she was rude, blunt, and she didnt have a very welcome feel to her. My experience with her was not good but the person who took my vitals and the front desk lady were very kind and helpful.

Receptionist needs to work on their people skills. He had an AirPod in the whole time & to me that’s just rude. Just seemed like he would have rather have been elsewhere. Nurse was very kind & patient. Only saw doctor briefly but no issues with him. He seemed caring & willing to help.

There was no wait, the receptionist was lovely . The girl that did my triage was great . However , the provider did not even step all of the way into the room . Barely glanced at my leg and said it wasnt infected gave me some ointment to put on it and walked off . Today the wound is now 3xs bigger I now have a fever and cant stop vomiting. Clearly there is something wrong .

The nurse and NP that attendedto me were not patient centered. I felt the dynamics was to see as many patients as possible for billing purposes. Not for the patient. No time to listen to your chief complaint. I was let go with a BP close to 200/101. Worrisome!!!. Common you guys can do better. My first visit was a great though! With an elderly MD.But this time around, food for thought!!

I fell 3 days ago and am still experiencing pain in my left cheek. I went into the Broadway location today. Was seen a little more than an hour later, which I considered reasonable for a walk-in. I was evaluated by the Nurse Practitioner and sent to another location for x-rays. The NP told me she would call me later with the results. Before 3:00 pm I was able to get the results on line. By 7:15 I still had not gotten a call from the NP. I called the clinic. My results of a fractured cheek bone were given to me by the non-medical person who answered the phone and I was told to see my PCP because the area of the break was “sensitive “. I asked why the NP hadn’t called me and was told, “we just got the results” which I know to be false because I had seen the results on-line 4 1/2 hours earlier. I have a fractured face and had to get my medical advise for follow up after I called and it was given to me by a non-medical person. I have been an RN for 29 years. Why does Nextcare allow non medical personnel to give results and advise? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Went in as I was feeling sick and had a slight fever, got Covid tested (negative) and was advised to go to the ER. After paying a $75 co pay for them to tell me to go somewhere else. I requested labs (their website says they do labs and if not they refer out) and doctor said no they don’t. I asked Dr if there is anything he can do to help me and he said “I mean i can give you Tylenol” and as soon as I said “I have Tylenol” he said “well that’s what people do for fevers” and he got up and walked out of the room. I said “is that it?” Upon him walking out to which he ignored me. He was a white man with gray hair. Thanked the lady who did my test and left. Do not come here if you’re trying to be taken seriously.

Staff was nice and all but I was having a spontaneous acute allergic reaction and they didnt offer an Epi-Pen or a dose of Benadryl to help. They essentially just told me there was nothing they could do but give me some steroids for the inflammation and sent me to the ER. Waste of a co-pay. Who doesnt have Epi-Pens on hand?

Went in for a painful issue, doctor spoke to me for about 5 min and gave me antibiotics. Because he didn’t do anything I had to go to the ER the next day so they can do what he was supposed to do as the ER doctors told me. Only redeeming thing was the customer service of the other workers they were all very nice.

Massive waste of time. NP or MA was obviously upset to be working and didn’t care to listen. Extremely rude. Never once looked at any of my signs. Prescribed allergy medicine for flu symptoms. Never had allergy issues my entire life.

Front staff and receptionist were welcoming. But that changed as soon as I was taken to the exam room and checked by NP Brian Stephenson. His unprofessional demeanor and dismissiveness clearly showed. Upon having questions before leaving, he stated he was busy. Keep in mind, I had just walked out of the exam room.

Usually, Nextcare has done a great job in the past. Today my son had a virtual visit that went well, she wanted us to go to an in office visit. I took my son into this Nextcare as requested by the provider in the virtual visit. Unfortunately the in office provider at this Nextcare was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude for no reason at all. The provider was in a rush, and just looked in my sons ears, for my sons headaches, ongoing bloody nose, and a high blood pressure reading. The provider made rude remarks, and had us on our way. Its stressful enough when your child is sick and needs help. A $75. Co payment is not free, if we didnt have to go in we wouldnt be there. Aweful experience! Do better.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had the absolute displeasure of being seen by nurse practitioner Brian Stephenson. I nicely requested a X-ray for an injury to ensure it wasn’t broken. He told me “this wasn’t a McDonald’s and I wasn’t just going to get an X-ray because I want one. And he doesn’t understand how people come in here requesting things”. Basically he will shut down any self advocacy you have for yourself. He was completely rude and dismissive of all my questions. Such as when should I see improvement for my injury and he just said, “i don’t know”. I paid $75 to be treated like absolute garabage. Nurse practioner Stephenson should absolutely not be practicing medicine or anything involving the care of people.

Got bit by a dog in two places on my hand. Was extremely swollen and painful. Brian stitched me up and gave me a tetanus shot. He kept us laughing the whole time and I didn’t feel a thing! His mediocre sewing skills came in handy haha

Honestly I was completely dreading this visit, was the absolute last thing I wanted to do on my only day off. But, the man at the front desk was super helpful. And Dr Stephenson was awesome. Very real, raw, down to earth person. Just absolutely not the stereotypical boring doctor you would expect. Definitely made this trip bearable. And the kids loved him, even if they might drive him into drinking after this visit 😂

I have to change my review from a five-star to a two star. Both of my daughters went to this location on different occasions most of the time theyve been good experiences. The two times that it wasnt, they saw the same person, Nurse practitioner Hobbs. This man does not listen to anything you say he is very narcissistic. The first time he saw my daughter she ended up in the ER because he did not treat her. My other daughter went today and Mr Hobbs did absolutely nothing for her either. Unfortunately she will have to wait until tomorrow to be seen at a different location in order for her insurance to cover it. My advice is do not go to the marketplace NextCare location when Mr Hobbs is working.

All I can say is they were better than my pcp office & 110% better than the banner south er that I think they just have you wait until you die in the waiting room chair. We were greeted kindly by the male receptionist, easy check in, both girls very kind getting health info & vitals, Dr Mike seemed concerned & prescribed the proper medicine & info on what was going on. 1st stop will always be urgent care from now on. Thank you that’s how more health workers should be like.

I took my daughter to an appointment today and the physician was rude. He made a comment that I had been there back in December and if my daughter had a primary care doctor. I would rather take my child to her primary care but being that it’s the weekend. I brought her in to be seen. I didn’t realize it was a problem to have your child been seen on a weekend being that her primary care doctor is closed. He also asked me how I was checking her temperature. As if I was lying about her running fever over 24 hours. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

I prefer going to the Kino location. My experience there so far is always positive. I like the convenience of completing the registration & paperwork online. I don’t wait too long in waiting room before getting called back. The young ladies at front desk are welcoming, back office staff are professional & knowledgeable. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this location and want to thank the staff that was working yesterday evening, great job getting us in & out quickly & taking good care of us! :)

I was not impressed with my service. I came in at 9am. I didnt see a NP until 130pm. I was giving a covid test which was negative. I breathing treatment and told I have a cold. I went to a different urgent care the next day, and was diagnosed with bronchitis, possible pneumonia. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with a chest xray and prescribed antibiotics . I will never go back to a Nextcare again.

The place was completely dead, only me and one other patient were there, took over an hour to be seen and they made sure by the time I was seen my pharmacy would be closed. Definitely going to make the drive to the Pima and Wilmont location next time, even when the lobby is full there Im in and out in 30 minutes or less.

I highly recommend Next Care facility at the Marketplace on Park. The staff from the reception area to the back office are friendly and provide excellent customer service. The Dr. who consulted with me is honest and is straight to the point of what needs to be done to better your health. In my opinion, we need more Drs like him.This location will for now on will be my go to in case any other future medical issue.

I made my appointment by calling in. This location was new for me. Be careful in this Market Place at the Bridges theres a posted speed limit of 15 miles, people drive way to fast and this make parking a challenge. The front desk staff is kind. That evening was extremely busy, they didnt miss a beat. Its much better than E.R. waiting. Stay well & blessed.

I walked in no appointment, had severe knee pain. They took me in as soon as they could, and everybody was nice and professional. They treated me like a person and even the nurse practitioner joked around with me a little bit. She was my age and we talked about things we have done in the past. 80s era silly stuff that we did when we were kids, she made me feel comfortable. And that’s kind of unusual in an urgent care facility or hospital. I was out of there in about an hour. No hassles . thumbs up.

Very Nice staff but if you really need your Rx from them make sure you go more than an hour before they close because they forget to send Rxs at the end of the day. The latest pharmacies close at 9pm and if they don’t get the Rx by close then you’ll get stuck overnight without the meds, then have to call back and forth in the morning begging them to send it again.

My recent visit to NextCare Urgent Care was very pleasant. I used the book ahead option on the website, made my appointment and filled out my paperwork prior to showing up. So when my appointment came I was taken in and seen very quickly. The FNP Shumaker was friendly and thorough also listened to other concerns I had and was able to help me with that as well. When folks struggle with ongoing depression or anxiety, serious action is required. Mood disorders are no joke and can suck the joy out of a well-built life. While medications are hardly the first order of business, they are a key effort in our arsenal, and one that too many reject. One reason why is due to doctors back treatment and need to assume that a person has nothing more to do than make up something as debilitating as anxiety as a means of what? Obviously if you have been on anxiety meds on and off for years, it’s because The person didn’t make a habit to continuously take them over said years! So let’s make some one feel uncomfortable for even asking for help in the first place ( that should help the awkward, weirdness that the patient is already experiencing) It took an hour and a half for her to come tell me that she “count find me.” It took me two minutes to get the number! What a pilau woman! Thinks she’s high Maka maka!

I tried to use their online services to set up a virtual appointment due to the nature of the visit, at noon this option was no longer an open alternative according to the site. All of their staff was quite unprofessional and showed no empathy or bedside manner. The provider didn’t even bother checking symptoms just came into the room with a set diagnosis & instead of addressing my concerns rudely suggested I went elsewhere to take care of my questions! I understand that urgent services are limited as to what they can do & treat. However, this had more to do with their attitude and lack of consideration. As a patient, who is obviously in enough distress to request their services, the least thing you need is to feel judgment and disrespect. Funny enough they have a sign at front desk saying “we don’t tolerate aggressive behavior” but maybe it doesn’t apply to the staff?!

The doctor was very nice and very informative. The woman that did my intake was also nice. I took stars away because the girl at the front desk, unlike her co-workers, was not nice at all. I don’t think she looked at me once, or said any kind of pleasantries. When putting my card in the machine I tried to tell her twice the machine was off and she interrupted me both times to say “just insert the chip!” Finally on the third time she took a moment to listen and saw that the machine wasn’t plugged in right. She was writing on other paperwork while I stood there and I felt like asking if I was bothering her, and maybe I should just sit back down until she was ready to assist me. I usually don’t leave bad reviews and I’m not someone who feels people need to go above and beyond for customer service but in this instance, I was asked to tell my experience and this was it. I was blown away at this girls lack of social skills being that she works the front desk! Maybe she was having a bad day. In fact, I hope that’s what it was and on a normal day she does treat patients with some kind of human decency. Putting all that aside, it was a good visit. In and out pretty quickly and was able to get help with what I went in for. The doctor informed me of how I possibly got sick, what I was sick with, and a clear treatment plan to get better. The woman who took my vitals was friendly and I felt comfortable being there.

I got Michael as the attending. There were some walk ins that got in before me when we both arrived at the same time but I had a scheduled appointment. Was a little weird but expect to wait at least 15 minutes.Michael is soft spoken but hes also pretty opiniated. Hell tell you his thoughts but if you share info that goes against what he thinks, he gets a little defensive.It is urgent care so its expensive and there is only so much they can do. I personally wouldnt come back to this location. So unfortunate considering the reviews.

Front office staff were friendly to me and others that went in. Doctor and nurses were professional and kind as well. Doctor was quick but thorough in exam and explanation. He answered any questions I had.I do recommend making an appointment online and completing as much of the paperwork ahead of time to avoid a long wait. That’s what I did, and I waited maybe 10 mins at most. It did seem slow, so it might be different on a busier day.Thank you.

I usually have wonderful experiences at next care. Though this most recent visit was close to closing and the doctor on hand seemed ready to go. He spent only a handful of minutes with me and made his assessment from a few feet away. The overall level of care is not what I’ve come to expect but the treatment provided was what I was expecting and it saved me the cost of a trip to the emergency room.9/10 you’ll get great care at this next care give 3/5 stars because it’s usually great and I’m hoping this last visit was a one off from having to stay late to attend to me.When I first left I was rather livid at the level of care especially since I was in quite a bit of pain and did not know if I’d get relief. Had things not turned out well this would be a different post with counsel recommendations for recourse.

I was having trouble getting my blood pressure meds from my PCP. Went here with a piece of paper from my pharmacy stating the medication & when it was last filled. Ten minutes later I had a thirty day supply. I usually receive great service but today was not the case. Brian Stephenson FNP was very rude. My daughter had a reaction to her earrings and he did not even listen to my complaint. He said children should not have their ears pierced and continue to talk over me. Mind you she had them done because she wanted to and is old enough to decide. He is there to provide a service not question your parenting. Very Unprofessional. Did not address my concerns at all.

Busy and yet, Jesus A., who checked me in was 5-star in kindness, patience, understanding, and efficiency. Can we get more of the good ol professional customer care, especially when we are sick? Facility is centrally located, excellent parking, clean facility, and the team works like a well oil machine. You are kept updated on status when waiting, and I cant recommend a better NextCare UC. Also, if you are a new patient, take some time (15 min) to fill out paperwork. Have your insurance info ready, your PCP name and phone, etc.

I was treated unbelievably poorly. I never make reviews on anything, but I was so hurt after going here I had to let others know. I was on the list for an appointment and finally got seen 2 hours later. When I was seen I was lectured by the doctor for multiple reasons that hardly pertain to me, the didnt even listen to my symptoms before telling me to sit put a stick in my throat and then said its a virus. Couldnt tell you which one, youre paperwork will be up front. I received no help and like I wasted two hours of my life that Ill never get back.

While they do provide treatment in most cases, I waited 3 hours only to be informed they don’t really have the ability to test what they see was wrong with me. They should have known that from my thorough description of symptoms during intake so I could have gone somewhere else immediately. Hours later, and I have to make arrangements I feel could have been made better had they just told me that to begin with.

Waited over an hour for a covid test which they weren’t able to do. Explained I new I was positive because of an at home test but worked required a lab test done to be able to excuse me for those days, the thing is l was on the phone for 30 minutes explaining to the person I was talking to what I needed, i was told I would be covid tested and have results within 24 hours , get your stories together could’ve saved me so much time by telling me I couldn’t get “retested” over the phone, keep in mind I haven’t been tested here before so how Is that retesting? Not only that but the lady who sits at the front desk has 0 costumer service , the nurses should be nicer instead of rolling eyes and cutting you off mid sentence! I brought my son here previously don’t know who the doctor was but he was also super rough with my 1 year old. Chose anywhere but here. I believe a lot has to do with social profiling, I have seen how other races are treated and accommodated . It’s 2022, our healthcare systems should be better than this!!!!!

They were very respectfully, courteous, very attentive. It was approximately a 2 hour wait, which I was able to wait in my vehicle. OncehOnce I was called they gave me their undivided attention & they didnt make you wait inside the room more than you should. I was attended right away. Went in with the migraine got my shot waited 15 minutes was out as soon as 15 minutes were up, I was released to recover at home. I was treated as an individual not as a patient. Today I had an unpleasant visit at 1570 E Tucson marketplace , where I waited 3 hrs even with an appointment only to be told by Cynthia Reilly “well then go to the hospital “ after she told me she wouldnt give me X-rays for my back or any prescription. She insisted it was one thing when I told her it didn’t feel like that, i was concerned and in pain and left even worse . She shouldn’t practice medicine . I would like to speak to someone because how she treated me and I can only imagine how many others, is unacceptable. I asked for corporate number and received an email that doesn’t even exist.

My son needed a COVID test. We walked in without an appointment and got checked in immediately via scanning a QR Code on my phone, and easily filled out all paperwork digitally on my phone which made the process safe and easy, and got called into the room in less than 30 minutes. It was 100% paperless and really quick and efficient without having to worry about germs from other people handling pens for public use.My son got his vitals checked and his COVID test relatively quickly and we got 2 printed pieces of paper to take home and were were on our way. All in all the visit took about an hour. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Id definitely go back there again and recommend to others. 👍 😉

Alright! Unfortunately Ive had to come in for Strept throat and Gout within a 2 month span and this clinic has been super helpful, attentive and you can tell that they generally care about your well being. They can do test here and prescribe meds and antibiotics to fight off whatever you have. The staff is super friendly and informative. The clinic is usually not busy and through the app you can schedule an appointment for even faster service.

I was in a lot of pain in my throat. I felt like I had razors in the back of my throat. The girls were very compassionate but, the wait was so long. I kept wanting to leave. It was windy out and the sun was hot. My allergies started acting up on top of the pain I was in. I arrived at 10a and was seen around 330p. No restrooms and they said if I left they would skip over me. I hadnt taken anything for the pain because I didnt want any interactions with meds I would be prescribed. The staff was very nice once I finally made it inside. The appt took less than 30 min for me.

I came here the day after my accident because I was experiencing pain everywhere and in my one knee. They got me in super quickly and did the evaluation to check me out. I did have an X-ray done to make sure my knee was not broken since the doctor was concerned since it was super swollen when comparing it to my other knee. He was really professional and quick to give me good news it was not broken. And also to suggest to see my regular doctor if swelling doesn’t reside in a few days from the accident. He also had the NP wrap my knee to help with swelling. I really do appreciate how quick and easy it was from first walking in to leaving after being seen. Everything most part was digitally done so it made it so easy to get seen and more convenient. Plus it being like 5 mins from work I could get back within reason.

Come ready to wait. Online check in process was easy and fast but does not guarantee you will be seen at the time or your appointment because they also are walkins. They stop accepting walkins before 8 so they can be done by then. First time I came in at 6 and was told to come back next day. Michael Hobbs quickly explained what I needed to do. Visited with him for aprox 5 minutes, waited an hour and a half to be seen even with an appointment!!

I was a bit put off at first. I had never been there and received no direction. One was on the phone and the other was getting assistance from the girl on the phone. With plenty of time to read I noticed you could scan your phone to check in. Once I did that she looked up to tell me to do that and handed me a c9vid screening sheet. All the pens were in the dirty cup so I took one and sanitized it. Once I was done and turned in paper I was told to sit in my car. I actually like that idea. And I got a call 10 to 15mins later and was brought back inside. They spared nothing. 5he dr was great. Diagnosed me with bronchitis and a double ear infection 😫. He was quick to do a strep test a breathing treatment and a covid test. Just waiting on prescriptions to be filled now and hopefully I am on my way to recuperation. Its been a long week with a bad cough wheezing sore throat and sore ears. I wouldve gone sooner but I though it would take forever and I really wanted to just rest at home. But work needed a note so there I was. Thank you for making it a speedy comfortable path forward to healing.

Never in my life have I ever been so embarrassed. Brenda Geisler @ Nextcare @ Tucson market place was extremely rude and needs to be let go or needs to learn how to handle situations better. Very close to taking legal action. No patient should feel this way. I left crying because all I needed was antibiotics for my infection. Threatening to call the cops because I was driving - talking about she smelt my medical cannabis. I was accused of being under the influence when I had not dosed since 11am that morning, it was after pm and I JUST left the medical dispensary prior so I did smell. I apologize if it was a personal issue of hers but it was in called for. You’re suppose to be able to trust the provider with your medical information. I was profiled and threaten that my license plate number was going to be sent to police. Which I was never tested to see if I can drive I was just asked questioned after being told my lungs are not good! I understand the law “While under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any drug, a vapor releasing substance containing a toxic substance or any combination of liquor, drugs or vapor releasing substances if the person is impaired to the slightest degree.“ However I didn’t not wait for any law enforcement because I was not going to be embarrassed like that. It’s hard to trust police as it is so why would I want to go through that. I was not causing anyone harm or putting anyone in danger. I been to the same client prior and everyone was great but this time not sure why she over reacted. She treated me like I was like these people stuck on opioids and have substance abuse problems! It was uncalled for and I will NEVER be going to that location again and if this is a practice of nextcare’s I will go to a different clinic because she did not even test be before accusing me Violated HPA yelling in the lobby she was calling the cops and getting my license plate. Never again! I hope this incident is escalated!

First off, I want to state that I get sinus infections 2-3 times a year. They always end up becoming bacterial. And only a round of antibiotics will clear them up. If I wait the “standard” amount of time to receive treatment, it sinks into my chest and becomes bronchitis, which then has residual effects for weeks to months at a time.I presented on Friday afternoon with my normal sinus infection symptoms - congestion, yellow mucus, sore throat due to the post nasal drip, upper teeth pain, myalgia and some mild ear pain. The MA looked at me incredulously when I said the teeth pain part. It’s a sign that your maxillary sinuses are involved. And when I said myalgia she corrected me in Layman’s terms and said: “you mean body aches?” I feel like that’s common knowledge in the medical world… I’ve worked with many doctors in the past. She also had the hardest time spelling my medications out into the EMR system. They wanted me to take all the tests they could possibly charge to my insurance -- and I refused. I told them the only thing I was concerned for possibly having is strep because my sister had it 2 weeks prior. Other than that, I was sure I was getting a sinus infection. If it was Covid or the flu, I’d have to stay home and wait it out anyways is what I explained to them, and I was already staying home for the entire week… Both the MA and the PA pressured me in front of their colleagues and entire office to add the other tests. Multiple times. I again denied them. They had to check my blood pressure twice, not even informing me what either of them were. I had to ask. (After I had told them I took my medication right before coming to the UC because I was sick and asleep all day and it probably hadn’t kicked in yet). Both MAs were rude and abrasive. The first MA was very obviously frustrated with me the whole visit. From refusing the tests, to me apologizing for having trouble with the strep test because of my gag reflex. She was clearly over it. I felt so prejudiced against. And when the PA also asked/pressured me with the same questions, I heard him walk out and tell her (the MA) that I said no. I could literally hear the MA say “I told you so!” Strep test was negative and the PA literally checked only one of my ears, barely glanced inside my mouth (didn’t use a tongue suppressor), and listened to my lungs and heart all in about 60 seconds. Told me, “Well what am I going to do for you then today?” And then lamented and said he’d prescribe me some mild steroids for my lungs because my asthma was acting up.Awful experience. 0/10. Don’t recommend. Especially when MAs look at you like you’re stupid even though they obviously lacked basic medical terminology and knowledge. And overall, just do better. It’s a free country and that includes medical freedom. If I said no, don’t try to embarrass me in front of your colleagues. Bullying me into changing my mind made me more obstinate in my choices.Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.And after getting worse over the next 3-4 days I had to go to the doctor again. Who literally told me this sinus infection was definitely bacterial and I had an ear infection in the ear you didn’t check. So. I’m ecstatic that I’m finally feeling better after starting antibiotics but dismayed about the residual cough I now have because it started sinking into my lungs!

This place was a joke. Don’t go here unless all you need is a bandaid!! Our son was there with his team and got hurt. There communication with us as parents out of state was ridiculous. I would never in a million years go there for medical attention. My son got home and we took him to our dr and his wrist was broken after they told us it wasn’t! I would not trust anything they say! They even called our son after he left and told him to tell us to stop calling them and asking for x rays and diagnosis. I wouldn’t have to call if they did their job. I cant even give this a 1 star. Worst medical service I have received in my life. I waited over 3.5 hours for an x-ray due to breathing problems and shortness of breath. After waiting 3.5 hours the FNP refused to give me an x-ray due to the possibility of contaminating the equipment. I had taken a home Covid test that showed positive but explained that the test clearly states if done wrong the results would be incorrect. I asked for him to give me an onsite test and he refused. I was not treated and he never even listened to my heart/lungs. It was a disgrace to the medical field. The medical board will be made aware of this.

She had to call back 3 times to finally get the lady to just admit that there was walk-in covid testing. Thank you so much! The staff and Dr. were so kind and helpful! I needed care for an infected wound and my car is in the body shop so having to get rides. When I got there, I found out most of their staff was out with COVID. Since it would have been very difficult to get another ride in hopes of finding another urgent care seeing patients, Nextcare was kind enough to fit me in. I was able to see a very nice Dr. and got a Tetanus shot, antibiotis, and how to care for wound at home. Definitely recommend.

Made an appt online. When I arrived I was having alot of trouble breathing due to my asthma problems coupled with the bronchitis that I was told that I had. After I filled out a short page of information they needed I was in the waiting room and the lady behind the desk came to check my oxygen levels because she could tell I was having a hard time breathing. Once it was established that I was getting enough oxygen at that moment she told me they would be with me shortly and within five minutes I was put into a back room to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The nurses and staff were all very friendly at this location. The nurse practitioner was also very nice and wanted to make sure that I was properly taken care of. I spent about 30 minutes at the location and they sent me on my way with the medications I needed. They have an x-ray machine at this location which made it very convenient to get a chest x-ray for me instead of having to go to a separate lab. I highly recommend this location for people to use because I had a very pleasant experience here except for the fact that I was very sick. Its been about 2 days since Ive been there and Im already feeling better, thank you to all the staff and everyone that took care of me!!

First thing woman at the front desk told me was to wait in my car. Ok a little strange, but i waited out front for the call. Saw Michael the PA this evening. Presented with cough, body aches, fever, sore throat and fatigue. I was told he wouldn’t text me for flu or Covid because he doesn’t believe rapid tests are accurate and that I’d be better off taking an at home test. He barely examined me and would only run a strep test. In the middle of a pandemic, I would think we’d be testing everyone who has symptoms and requests a test especially after them telling you that they feel exactly as they did last time they had Covid and tested positive on day 2 of symptoms with a rapid test at the same facility.

Went in for a check up to see previously diagnosed seasonal allergy symptoms still seemed to be just allergies. According to the doctor, they were. I then asked the doctor if I should bring my wife in to follow up on her at home, positive COVID test. He became very dismissive with all further questions. Fine. Doctor burnout is likely very probable in these times. My big concern was the doctor not realizing that the CDC had updated quarantine/isolation guidelines. His recommendations were significantly outdated. Hopefully I misunderstood, but I don’t think so.

Just went with mom for covid-19 test. It was 8:30am and was there for about an hour but all of the staff I encountered were nice and attentive. I was in my car the entire time and drove to the back once asked triage questions over the phone. I had a good experience but the weird part was that I came in without an appointment, called my aunt to come get tested and by the time she got there (a little before I left so maybe 40 mins later) they were not accepting patients without an appointment even though I got in just fine. I called and told them that but they didnt really have anything to say about it. So maybe a bit of an inconsistent experience but just make sure to call ahead if you go. The number on the front door is different from the number listed on Google though. Just make sure to go there early because tests are limited it seems.

Went in on 9/13 to get a covid test. Front desk receptionist took my I.D without gloves on. Doctor and nurse were okay. Test took three attempts, two in one side of my nose and the third time in the other side. Everyone knows this can increase a negative/inconclusive result substansually. [You take ONE sample per test.] About a minute after I left suprise! My nose started bleeding. They call today saying my results are negative, with no treatment advice. Just a hang up on me. Cool. Good job on screwing up guys.

We were in and out very quickly. My son had what I thought was a spider bite that was spreading. It was in fact a virus, he was given a steroid and Nextcare sent over a prescription to my pharmacy. Really great experience and the staff was awesome!

I did not have an urgent care need when I got to this place, yet i was taken in for a check within a relative short time. Their profesional staff took the time to provide detailed answers/explanations. And i was on my way out in less than 90 minutes....I would definitely come back to this location.

I was told I was at the end of a cold and sent on my merry way. “Cold” symptoms kept getting worse and worse. Currently in the ER at TMC where they gave me a chest X-ray and are telling me I have acute bronchitis and are putting me on the antibiotics I should have been on from the start. If I had got what I needed when I needed it I wouldn’t be as sick as I am for as long as I have been. 1 star for false information and for not being thorough enough.

I visited this location 5 days ago for COVID testing. There were 16 people ahead of me for the same reason for being there. You could tell the medical staff was exhausted from the whole COVID stuff at mass volume. I waited in my car for 2 hours after checking in for a phone call. After 2 hours I decided to call and ask how much longer. They couldn’t find my sticky note in line after checking in. But then found it probably shuffled under something or fallen on the floor. Idk. But let me know I could pull around and wait the the curbside testing line now. The techs and doctor were really nice and efficient in how they were doing things keeping it as clean and sterile between patients but still maintaining pace and cheerfulness. I liked the lady who swabbed me and accidentally said “ooh that was rough” meaning the swab testing being uncomfortable but nothing she did that hurt me or anything. They did a great job overall. I hope to get my test results back soon. Hopefully today maybe. I would come back to this location. I’m sure they are just a urgent care facility dealing with high volume of COVID requests and trying to keep up. It’s stressful times and they are doing their best. We appreciate all you guys do in trying to keep the public healthy and happy. Two thumbs up ❤️👍🏻👍🏻

All the staff was wonderful with my special needs son. Kim was great. ROBIN was FANTASTIC!!! Robin made getting stitches fun and totally took the fear out of his visit. She explained everything to my son. and because of her great personality and ability to relate to my son, he was willing to leave his stitches on for Robin. GREAT STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!

Three days ago my husband went with our son because of a big headache that he had after a long wait, they told him that there was no one who spoke Spanish even though I asked my husband in Spanish if he was the father, I asked his phone number and he wrote it after my husband demanded that he needed a translator then, they told him that my son had breathing problems that they had to go to the tmc hospital I asked him if they would take him by ambulance with oxygen they told him no to go He got in his car and lined up at the tmc when they arrived at the hospital, those who treated him were very surprised because they had not sent him a piece of paper at all and my son arrived quite ill, he is still in care, I do not recommend this place to anyone

By Paula ClarkI will never go here again!. The Doctor had me sir in the exam room until whatever he was watching on his tablet was over. About 10 minutes. Then when he asked me the problem since I was there for ear pain, he checked my eats. Did not check my sinuses. Since I to him I had drainage and I couldnt hear and my pI. Level was an 8. He gave me antibiotics and told me to take Tylen for the pain. Hours later my symptoms worsened. So I had to go to the ER. This all could of been avoided, if my visit was done properly in the beginning. Never again will I go there and neither should you.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE FOR A COVID TEST! Especially if you don’t have symptoms, since they have the symptomatic patients in the waiting room with everyone else. We had an appointment at 12 and 12:30. They told us they don’t follow appointment times, whoever comes in first is seen in order. When we asked how long it would be they said oh there’s just five people in front of you. They have the symptomatic patients check in inside even though they have a drive up lane for them. We were sitting in our car waiting right behind the drive up line and I witnessed the doctor leaning into the symptomatic patients cars and sticking his head into their windows to talk to them. We waited over two hours just to be triaged, (which I’ve never had happen for a Covid test before). We were finally fed up and told them we were going somewhere else. As we were driving away they called us to tell us that they could actually see us right now if we wanted. So we went inside. I saw the “doctor” who was leaning his head into symptomatic patients cars sitting at a computer without a mask on. We were triaged and placed in a room and told they were coming right back to swab us. We set a timer on our phones for 15 minutes and when they still hadn’t come back we went to ask how much longer. They said they still had three other patients in front of us. We told them again, we had an appointment two hours ago and how long would it be. They had no answer on a time. We told them we weren’t waiting any longer and left, no one even said sorry or anything.

I’m so baffled how this place has a 4.8 rating. My experience was 2 star at best. Apathetic staff, long wait despite a practically empty office and a medical assistant who asked me if I had any “chronical illnesses.” The doctor I saw actually told me that pneumonia is not contagious. What?! Isn’t medical school a requirement for employment at urgent care facilities? Highly advise going elsewhere.

Scheduled a visit online for Covid-19 testing (symptomatic). There was minimal wait even with walk-ins. Because I had all the symptoms I had to wait in my car. They were very organized and had a curbside service. All the staff were very professional, competant and courteous. They are handling Covid encounters well. I would return again.

If you go to this clinic for covid testing good luck on getting the results at a timely matter. I have been waiting for my results for 2 weeks everytime I call their answer is sorry no results. We will call you back. First they said it takes 5 to 7 working days, then 7 to 10 working days and now 10 to 14 days. Its ridiculous. By the time we get our results we probably need to get tested again. Poor medical care and the staff that answers the phone needs to get trained again.

My girlfriend and her daughter were treated remarkably poorly by the staff at this clinic.To begin, my girlfriend was prescribed medication, which she bought shortly after her visit, only to be told she needed to buy another prescription when her lab results returned...the medication she was prescribed (after already purchasing the first medication she was prescribed) IS A PRESCRIPTION TO WHICH SHE ALLERGIC!As if the experience of being prescribed, and spending money on two medications (one to which SHE IS ALLERGIC) wasnt bad enough, a member of the staff here was EXCEPTIONALLY rude to her 9-year-old daughter, who was being examined for a fever during the same visit.As curious 9-year-olds will, she asked the staff member, who measured her blood pressure, what the sphygmomanometer was...when the staff member told her it was a tool used to measure blood pressure the CHILD went on to ask what blood pressure is to which the staff member snapped back: if youre so smart, why did you miss school to be here?Any reasonable person wouldnt tolerate a total stranger speaking this way to their child, much less suppress the curiosity of an innocent girl.You be the judge:- instructing a patient, who has purchased one prescription, to purchase another after delayed lab results is one thing...- prescribing that same patient a medication she is allergic to is another...- addressing her child, DURING THE SAME VISIT, in a hostile way, removing her curious nature is a line crossed (among several others if you agree).We will no longer be going to this clinic and we implore others who would prefer not to be subject to any of this list of, shall we say, inconveniences, not to take your business to this clinic either.Bless that staff members and clinics soul, but you could do so much better and no worse.

Went for COVID testing and waited two hours despite having an appointment and paperwork uploaded. Had to be triaged by a nurse first (useless checking of weight and BP), then I had to wait 30 minutes for an NP (described as a “doctor”) to simply hand me a paper with CDC guidelines. After about 2 hours of waiting, a nurse finally took me outside to have my test done. All the while, I was waiting in a small waiting room where symptomatic patients were coming and going.

Do not make an appointment here, just walk in. Making an appointment is a waste of time. 12:30 appt and my child didn’t get in a room until 2:15PM. The care seems fine.. but their process is horrible.
