CT Fertility

Dr. Thornton is an amazing fertility doctor. He takes the time to get to know his patients, and explain things clearly. I felt cared for and supported and the staff was very accommodating to me and my needs. We came to Dr. Thornton after an abysmal experience with Dr. Levi at Park Avenue Fertility. Dr. Thornton was above and beyond better. We love him.

I was an egg donor, and the cycle coordination and retrieval was done here. The nurses were extremely helpful, kind, caring, and supportive, especially the nurse I worked with through my cycle (Sharron). The facility is beautifully decorated, and the ambiance is much more cozy than a traditional sterile doctors office. The cycle and retrieval went perfectly, and they were very supportive afterwards through my recovery (I wish I could remember the name of the nurse that took care of me through my recovery, she was awesome!).The only complaint I had is Dr. Doyle himself; perhaps because I wasnt the one with the money, I always felt that he was rushed and distracted while he was talking to me. The worst part, though, was when he did my ultrasound; he didnt put any lubrication on the outside of the cover of the vaginal ultrasound probe (OUCH!). This was the first, and hopefully the last, time that has happened to me.Overall however, it was a great experience and I would be happy if I had to have my retrieval done there again.

I can honestly say that CT Fertility and especially Dr. De Pinho, are simply wonderful. Infertility is a lonely and stressful journey and anyone who experiences it will tell you the same. However, when you are dealing with a team that remembers your name and history from previous appointments and has their stuff together in terms of procedures and protocols - it can make all the difference in the world. Dr. De Pinho is our fertility doc at the clinic. He is very personable and he took time out of his busy baby-making schedule to go over all our options for determining the best outcome for our situation and our budget towards fertility treatments.. If you are in for a few laughs, he has that too. Be prepared for a few punch-lines in your consultation with Dr. De Pinho - hes quite the joker. His staff may get tired of his jokes, but my husband and I just love his sense of humor, especially given the circumstances. From start to finish, CT Fertility is simply the best. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is interested in working through their fertility issues! Michelle and Dave

I had questions and was considering using this facility for donor insemination. I filled out the online form to request an appointment. Someone called me set up an appointment asked me a lot of personal questions BUT never thought to mention a consultation costs 300$. I received an insane amount of texts calls and emails but not ONE of those texts calls or emails mentioned it would cost 350$ just to sit with someone and ask questions. I drove 30 minutes out of my way changed my work schedule and not until I get there am I told it would cost 350$. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Now I will be looking somewhere else.

I donated eggs 3 times with this group and had a wonderful experience each time. All of the staff was very professional and explained the entire process, I felt very well educated to use them 3 times.
