I am so very fortunate to be able to write this review. After struggling with infertility for years, I was referred to Dr. Williams by a friend. We live in NY so the thought of driving to CT for treatment was a bit discouraging. My first call with Dr. Williams changed my mind very fast. From the moment I was introduced to Dr. Williams and his team (Ashley & Stephanie, literal angels on earth) I knew we made the best decision to start our family.The knowledge, care and empathy Dr. Williams possess is unmatched- I would know, I tried 2 different clinics before Illume. The biggest takeaway from my experience with Illume is that I did not feel like a number, I was their patient that they worked so hard to make my dream of becoming a mom come true.I wish I found Dr. Williams & his team years ago-but I will make it my mission to refer anyone that is struggling with infertility to this team. I am lucky enough to have graduated and excited to share our little one stuck on the VERY FIRST TRY (after 4 failed transfers with other places) . Going through infertility can be such a dark lonely place, Ashley & Stephanie were so vigilant to ensure I reached out to them anytime I had questions-that became a daily occurrence on my end (poor girls). I will miss the whole team and I will never be able to repay anyone at Illume that I saw on my weekly appointments for giving us the biggest present life can give. First time having an interaction with Dr. Williams I was very pleased. Usually I don’t write reviews but the doctors at Illume fertility have been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Hurwitz is my doctor that I see ( he’s beyond amazing) but I saw Dr. Williams for a small procedure and I was honestly just as impressed. He took his time and explained everything and didn’t rush like doctors typically do. He’s so kind and passionate, which made things easier and not as stressful.

If I can put 50000 stars I would !!!I have been with Dr. Williams now for three years. He successfully got baby number 1&2 !!Dr. Williams is always professional and compassionate. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients.Dr. Williams is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. He does not rush you in and out, he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man.Don’t think twice he is the best out there

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Williams throughout my infertility treatment at RMA/Illume. He is the kindest doctor I’ve ever met and such an expert in his field. The nursing staff is also great (esp Audrey and Kirsten). They are all so compassionate, caring and personable. My experience with this facility was wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I had been going to Yale Infertility before RMA and what a difference. You are just a number at Yale, it’s run like a factory so RMA was a breath of fresh air!

Dr. Williams was great to work with. He is the perfect balance of a doctor giving you all the straight facts but always maintaining compassion. My husband and I were lucky enough to go through IVF with Dr. Williams (and the rest of the amazing RMA staff) and we are now expecting our baby boy!

Had such a great experience at RMA CT/Illume. Dr Williams and all the staff I encountered along my journey always made me feel comfortable and confident each step of the way! We were fortunate to have success on our very first IVF attempt which made the experience even more special!

Dr. Williams is the most amazing, patient and caring doctor I have ever met. We struggled with secondary infertility for over two years and he never gave up on us. Not only is Dr. Williams incredibly knowledgable, but he has phenomenal bedside manner. His commitment to his patience is beyond anything we could have expected. We are so grateful for him!

Dr. Williams is by far the best doctor-patient encounter I’ve experienced. His bedside manner and passion for his patients are beyond any other doctor. He is the main reason I have 2 small children (one 4 and the other 1) and I will forever be grateful. I wish I could move him here to Atlanta. Thank you Dr. Williams. I will alway recommend you!

My husband and I are ecstatic to share our success with Dr. Williams! Im currently 25 weeks pregnant- after over two years of working with Dr. Williams and the RMA CT team. Dr. Williams is brilliant when it comes to identifying potential infertility challenges, creating a fertility plan, and having a compassionate demeanor. I had some fibroids and other medical hiccups that needed to be addressed prior to an embryo transfer. During my treatment, a fibroid issue arose and I was hospitalized. Dr. Williams rushed to the hospital within hours to care for me. Once we addressed & eliminated all of my medical issues, I was ready for my first embryo transfer. My very first embryo transfer was a SUCCESS, and Im so excited to meet my baby in about 15 weeks! The entire RMA CT team are stellar professionals. When there were billing issues, my financial coordinator was very responsive and helped to resolve billing issues in a timely manner. Dr Williams is an amazing doctor, who is supportive and honest. I went through a tough time of 3 failed IVF cycles, but he never gave up on me. We then decided that surgery for my endometriosis would be my best option. He was hopeful that I could get pregnant naturally after the surgery, when I was ready to accept defeat that I would never get pregnant. Dr Williams was right! Less than 5 months after my surgery I got pregnant!!

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Williams and the staff at RMA CT. Everyone is so incredibly sweet and caring at the RMA office. Dr. Williams was fantastic, kind, patient, and is a true professional. The office is seriously a group of top notch talent that turn an uncomfortable situation into a great one. I will ALWAYS recommend them.

I was very nervous going in for my procedure. Everyone was very welcoming from receptionists to the nurses. Dr. Williams came in to explain procedure and that it would take 20 minutes. The procedure went well and in time frame Dr. Williams had said. Dr. Williams returned after procedure to explain what was done and provided photos. I couldnt ask for a better experience than the one I had. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you again Dr. Williams

I have been going to RMA for a few years now as my fiancé and I know we have to utilize the magic of medicine in order to begin our family. Every single person we’ve had interactions with from the receptionist, to our patient navigator stephany to dr Williams and hurwitz have been amazing! I highly recommend seeing this practice - they’re supportive and walk you through the process every step of the way!

Dr. Williams really made sure to take the time to speak with me at my first appointment. He went over all previous results of testing I already had and laid out our plan for next steps while putting my mind at ease. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Dr.williams never gave up on us! We struggled for 4 years and now have a wonderful baby boy! He is patient, kind, and really took the time to discuss all procedures and options. He stayed calm when I could not and that is needed when going through tough fertility cycles.

This is the worst place to go too. Bad customer service the nurse doesn’t care about you if you can’t get pregnant but they are so nice when you can. I will never recommend this place to no one. Also the doctor only wants your money and if he knows you don’t have enough money they just brush you off. I will be finding a better doctor that cares about their patients no matter what your status is. Thanks for nothing.

Dr Williams, Pat and Stephanie are all exceptional as is are the rest of the staff, including front desk and MA’s. All very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Such a great doctor. He’s down to earth and eases your nerves in the process! Highly recommend.
