I love this place. They are always eager to help you feel better no matter what the problem without waiting all day just to have vitals taking. Yall are the best!!

My family and I have seen Jerry Browning for a couple years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that we have received. He is always understanding and down to earth. Great provider!!

Horrible horrible horrible! Went in for a confirmation of an ear infection and got it. We were good to go until the questions about being vaccinated and all of a sudden we were told he had meningitis and needed to be admitted immediately. I’m sorry but if you’re going to throw out there a diagnosis, please be able to tell the parents ALL the signs and symptoms of it. He has none of them besides fever. His normal Dr. said DO NOT TAKE HIM TO THE ER AND DO NOT LISTEN TO THAT DR at HCE. Y’all go somewhere else if you can bc you taking a gamble on the dr. that sees you.

Im an otr truck driver and went to the clinic. Was diagnosed with pneumonia. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Even though I was from out of state and may never see them again they all were very concerned and treated me with respect. Answered every question I had for them and they did not try to hurry and get me out of there. I would give 10 stars if possible

New to the area, so I was trying to find a good place to visit. At HCE, the staff was very thoughtful, patient, caring, and thorough…they answered all of my questions! They have great prices and offer quick service. I definitely recommend!

THE MIR TECH WAS GREAT. SHE WAS PATIENT WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO GET MY LAB INFO. NEVER ONCE DID SHE SEEM LIKE IT WAS A BOTHER. GREAT PERSON.I DEFINITELY WOULD GO BACK AGAIN. I DROVE 11/2 HOURS FOR THIS MIR AND DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL.

Recently went to the Richmond Road location as a walk in. I understand that someone without an appointment should expect a wait time. However, I felt that 2 hours was a little much, especially with as few other people in the waiting room. Not to mention that several came in over an hour after I had been there, and were called back before me. When the young lady at the front desk was asked about it 1 1/2 hours in, she acted like she was the one being inconvenienced. Never an apology about the long wait time. She said she would check and let us know. 30 minutes later, after her not letting us know, we checked with her again and she rudely said they were coming to get me. I feel the person sitting at that desk should be sympathetic to the patients and apologetic when necessary. This one was not. That was probably the last time I go there. After my experience last summer when I fell from a ladder and went there to get checked out, I was told I had a sprained ankle. They gave me an ace bandage and told me I could go back to work. I had a broken heel which required plates and screws to fix and wasn’t able to get back to work for 6 months. I just don’t trust them and I don’t have to put up with the rudeness. There are other options out there. Keep that in mind HCE.

I went here because my doctor was full and could not see me that day. So as I handed her my insurance card, she said oh I’m sorry we can’t see you unless you have a referral from your doctor. It is with this insurance only. So what the heck am I supposed to do after hours when I cannot get in to see a doctor?? There is something not right here. It’s an urgent care facility. So now, if I can’t get in, I’m stuck with nowhere to go!

Mr Jerry Browning knew exactly how to fix my problem and did a great job. Took time for all my questions and explained everything perfectly. All nurses and staff were great!

My son hurt his finger and they were able to get him xrayed, evaluated and splinted in less than 45 minutes. Amazing care!

We are with the VA and if you have an emergency its hard to get into without an appointment. HealthCare Express was excellent timely and efficient. Even had prescriptions sent by them to our nearest location and the VA paid for it.

We went to get an x-ray of my wife’s hand. Before I finished my free coffee we got the results, including interpretation. Everyone was so friendly and we were out in less than an hour. Great place and Super friendly Staff.

Ive never been so sick or weak in all my life, I could not breathe from bronchitis and asthma. When I first walked into the building, the lady at the front desk with the short gray hair come around and got me a wheelchair so I could sit at her window while she helped me..the technicians were helpful too when I went back for tests.EVERYONE CARED FOR ME..I appreciated them so much.

Absolutely worthless! Called on a Saturday to ensure they were still open before heading in from out of town with my sick child. They confirmed they are open till 6 said thank you can that I was headed in! Needless to say got her at 530 and was told they couldn’t see us. Absolutely worthless don’t waste your time with this pathetic place!

Waited almost 3 hours to test positive for Covid and told to take ibuprofen and zinc. The room was dirty. I was scared to sit on the bench where other patients had sat because you could see hand prints. The floor was dirty with pieces of trash and hair everywhere. I only got to see a nurse practitioner. I will never go here again and if I were you, I wouldn’t either, unless it’s just your only option.

10/10 every time I’ve been here! They take care of you quick fast and in a hurry Update came in feeling terrible they got me straight in and fixed up. Great staff didn’t even feel the shots!

I had severe back pain when I visited. I was able to see a doctor and received a corticosteroid shot for $150. They also filled out a prescription for me. Not sure why they didn’t charge for the shot. The wait time was also less than 10 minutes.Professional and swift

Camr in with foot pain, didnt know what. No previous injury just pain. Diagnosed with gout, tool prescription and Im better 3 days late. Pretty satisfied.

The doctor was good. The bad is…he was the only doctor and I had to sit in the room almost three hours waiting and top of that I was sick. I almost walked out.

Xray staff on June 11 at 1:00pm are very rude and need to work on their bedside manner. Grabbed my injury like I didnt have one at all. Im only getting an xray to see if its broke. Very rude.

I had a great experience. Not much of a wait and treated me as a person. They listened to what problems I was having and treated me well. I use the triwest from the VA and was no problem being seen or receiving medication. I have no complaints and will use them again.

They were quick to get my mom checked out, xrayed, and consulted. They were professional and so courteous!

Staff was courteous & very helpful. Sharhonda was very sweet to me & very thorough with examination. Quickly secured the tests I needed & provided a plan. Called me about follow-visit. Was very kind & patiently answered all of my questions.

The staff at HCE Richmond rd were extremely helpful. They diagnosed me with a 102 degree fever and Flu type B. The Dr. Gave me a shot and seceral prescriptions....i was feeling much better within 24hrs.Highly recommend!!Thanks

From the moment I walked in, everyone was cordial and professional. They attended to my needs and everything was handled expeditiously. My prescriptions were called in just as they said, and was ready when I arrived at the pharmacy.

Everyone was amazing at the Richmond Road location. I came close to closing time, but we never felt rushed at all. The PA who saw me was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. He was aware of the fact I don’t currently have health insurance and adjusted the treatment accordingly. Dr Reynold listened to my concerns and completed a thorough checkup to rule out a couple of things and helped ease my mind. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The waiting time was horrible I went in around 4:30, then they called me in to the office at 6:30 then the nurse came to see me in the room around 7:30 this was on a Friday. Then she checks me and lets me go I couldn’t get my medicine so I wasted time and money on that visit.

The wait wasn’t long. The doctor and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Was able to easily set my morning appointment online without any hiccups. The staff is friendly and professional. The documentation process is a breeze. I was seen for my issue and on my way in almost no time at all. Will definitely recommend Health Care Express on Richmond Road for urgent care needs and I drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment. Definitely worth the distance.

Awful experience.- Upon calling this Urgent Care I was told I needed no appointment- I came to the urgent care and was told the wait was 2 hours, I decided to wait- I ended up wait 3 1/2 hours. Many people who came in after me (no appt.) were being seen.- Finally I saw the doctor, who told me the nurse would be in shortly. The nurse came in about fifteen min. later.- It was quite painful (the removal of seven stitches shouldn’t be that painful)- After the removal I was told to stay seated and wait for the doctor- Waited another twenty minutes until I decided to leave (I had already paid), who knows I could’ve wait another hour.There was poor communication and equally poor patient service. The times I have mentioned have been estimates, I arrived between 2-2:20 and didn’t leave until 5.All for seven stitches. Aside from the fact that another care facility had seen and stitched me up within 40 minutes. Highly Dissatisfied.

Probably my worst experience at HCE. They advertise that they take medicaid, but I guess only “one kind” according to front desk. Took 2 hours. Front desk can’t even give you a smile. Each interaction before and after with the front desk was dreadful. Asked for the doctors note for my son’s school for certain days that the doctor agreed and front desk didn’t give him the days he needed. The school note isn’t even signed. They make you feel like you’re bothering them. Never once did I feel like my $167 visit with them was appreciated. This place has went way downhill. If you don’t want to be at work, stay at home. They’ve obviously grown so much that they’ve lose their true focus— Helping people and being happy to do so.

Everyone is always pleasant and concerned. Not to mention it doesn’t take all day to see the dr.

My daughter had an earache, her throat was swollen, congestion, low fever, both eyes had infection and the NP recommended to give her Tylenol or Ibuprofen. We are paying without insurance and when I mentioned this to her she just turned around and said, “Just keep her fever low and she will be ok, if not bring her back.” She said the pain was just from earwax, but my daughter kept saying her throat was hurting and more. So it could not have just been earwax. She was about to send me away with empty hands. I asked her for eye drops for the infection and her answer was no. I asked her for something for the congestion, and she finally said she’d give me an antibiotic. She still didn’t give me anything for her earache.Before I left, I wanted to make sure that she sent the prescription to my pharmacy. She said, “Yes, you’ll get it but not today, tomorrow, because the pharmacy is closed.” And she laughed. It is not a good experience when you see your child in pain and the person attending you laughs after telling you she can’t get any medication right away.

We really love HealthCare Express, we relocated to Texarkana about 7 years ago. We’ve tried several other healthcare centers that were okay but nothing like what we had in central AR. When we discovered Healthcare Express we haven’t tried anyone else! We love Jennifer Rowe in the Arkansas Avenue location, she always makes you feel cared for, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quick efficient healthcare!

Worst experience here so far. Waited close to 3 hours, actual physician visit under 2 minutes, told tech for scan had gone home and wouldn’t be back until Monday, needed to go to the ER. Complete waste of time and could have saved 3 hours of literal painful waiting, only to have to wait again for the pain to worsen.

Things went well except for the fact that I was not told that I had prescriptions waiting for me at my pharmacy. I had to eventually call HCE to tell them I was in pain and then they told me that they sent scripts to Walmart. Besides that everything was perfect.

I was not impressed by the service I received. The person I saw did not introduce herself to me. I don’t know if she was a doctor, which I doubt, or nurse or PA. Asked me no questions about my medical history. Prescribed a medication that was to be called in to my pharmacy. It was not. I had to call twice to get it called in. Pharmacy finally received it on the third try. Medication did not clear up the infection. I was told a culture would be done. Apparently it was not because it would have shown that the prescribed medication would not clear up the infection since it did not.

Well it was super busy but seemed like lots of sick people! But I had terrible shoulder pain from a fall and had to wait. Alex Ayer’s was extremely caring and helped me so much! 2 days later no pain! Thank you!

I have been here twice in one week and a test that should take 30 mins has taken an hour both times. I will not be back unless something improves.The first time we came I came at 9am and we didn’t leave the clinic till almost 12. They are not mindful of your time at all

Great Staff! Amazing doctor

I earliest I could get in to see my PCP was over a month away but I was sick and needed some relief. I was able to walk in and see a doctor with almost no waiting. The doctor didn’t waste time and money running unnecessary tests and opted to give me a shot instead of an oral antibiotic for a faster response. They heard and acknowledged me when I told them I had been sick for weeks and hadn’t been able to get relief for OTC meds and was miserable. The only thing I would change is me knowing they accepted my insurance and there was no appointment needed.

They get you in on time and the doctor dont waste time coming to check on you

Excellent service with a very understanding PA (Alex) who quickly identified my issue and worked with me on the best decision to process my care. Short wait time and friendly staff at all levels.

Wait time was long due to being “short staffed.” Was told this multiple times from different people.. from the checkin person to the NP uor PA. Was never really told if they were a NP or PA. A phenergan injection along with toreador was ordered for my 14 y/0 daughter. Waited about about 20 minutes, no one every came to the room, went to the from counter and asked how long it was going to be since pharmacy was closing in the next 115 minutes. I was then informed that they could not locate the nurse. Apparently the nurse went MIA again. The PA/NP. This will be the last time we use healthcare express EVER again. Completely disorganized, no one seemed to know what the other person was doing. Only thing they did riight was send the prescription over with only 10 minutes to spare to get it picked up.very displeased with the service. ONLY POSITIVE , we were finally able to to leave, and wasn’t charged at an ER few. Don’t plan on

I came in today because Im sick and had been around several people with covid in the last 5 days. I waited a long time but they were alot of people ahead if me. This is a Sunday. Most others are closed. When I got my turn I was taken back with apologies about the wait. They were swift and professional. I got a covid and flu tests. No covid but have both A&B flue. Got my prescriptions called in and apologies again for the wait. I was very pleased with the service and the time. Im sure I would have went through 8 hrs at the hospital like I did last time. A couple hours and 16 people ahead of me isnt bad. Thank you for your services!!!

I waited two hours before I was called back and I waited 2 1/2 hours before I saw a doctor. I only saw my nurse once, and I was the last person in the facility even though I was not the last to show I was very sick at the time And I do not feel like I was treated appropriately

Was told I had the flu and upper respiratory infection without any real work done. My wife got sick from me and went to Urgent Care and was told she has bronchitis and pharyngitis because they actually take the time to deal with their patients and do the proper work. Healthcare Express loves taking that $150 uninsured money up front though and Im not returning to them again.

Visit went fine except for the fact that instead of telling me how we can get my hyatal hernia fixed I was just prescribed medication to mask its symptoms. What I would really like to know is how to fix it not take more pills all the time.

Overall was a good experience , however if you tell me you start at 8 for something ( xray in this case ) yet the tech doesnt get in till after 830 , meaning I didnt get in till close to 9 while on my work break well I lost 2hrs in this process.

I recently visited HealthCARE Express on Richmond Road and I thought to share my experience because it was unlike any other. It was a collection of irresponsible, careless, incompetent, and quite literally helpless efforts from all parties.I walked in filled out an information form, and in about 20 minutes I was brought into an office. I checked my weight, and a man checked my blood pressure and temperature, and asked me to wait as I will be visited soon. 45 minutes pass, the doctor came in and checked how my lungs sounded. She asked me of my symptoms, which I had a constant cough after dealing with some bodyaches that I no longer had, and she told me I would be taking an x-ray and getting a steroid shot.Another 45 minutes go by, and another lady came in to take me to the x-ray room. X-ray was quick, then I proceeded back to my room. Another 30-45 minutes pass, (been here for nearly 2 1/2 hours now) and another lady came in to give me a steroid shot. She advised me to wait a few minutes after the shot and I was free to go. After about 5 minutes I walked out of the office to exit and ran into the same nurse. She asked me if I was feeling okay, and told me I was free to go. A little bit baffled, I asked her if I need to pay for the X-ray and the steroid shot. She then goes back to the receptionist desk and they charged me for those two. I probably could have left if I didnt mention it to her. As I walked out of the clinic, it dawned on me that I received absolutely zero instructions or diagnosis from my visit. I then walked back in and asked some questions. What was the diagnostics and results from the X-ray? What is the steroid shot supposed to do exactly? Was I prescribed medicine for me to pick up? Can I see the X-ray results with some result descriptions? Why was NONE of this communicated to me the whole 2 and half I was there? Receptionist, who seemed a bit overwhelmed, went to the back to ask the nurses questions to fire some answers back at me. She (finally) told me I will have two things to pick up from Walgreens and we decided that you have bronchitis since its been so long that youve been dealing with this. It was the most unconvincing, unsure, assuming, self-doubting answer I think I have ever received. After hearing their answers to my questions, I walked out of the clinic.I went to Walgreens the next day to pick up my prescription. Apparently they sent only one prescription in and not the second one. So I had to call HealthCARE back to babysit them into re-sending the cough syrup so I can go back and pick it up later. On the phone, the receptionist told me I remember you from yesterday after I told her my name and birthday. I really wish I would have made a more lasting and bigger impression so that this experience changes the culture, standard, and expectation that is far too subpar at HealthCARE Express on Richmond Road.

How can you be a medical professional and be utterly incapable of doing the simplest things correctly?How do you put a blood pressure cuff on someone backward, when the part you have to velcro together has a set of picture directions on it?My 6 year old could have put that thing on me right.

I came in 2 1/2 hours before they closed. They seemed like they were ready to go and didn’t want to help me. He didn’t really tell me what was wrong and didn’t even show me my xray.

Fast and efficient for day after Christmas. Would be at least a week before I could see my regular physician. Was told at first 2 to 3 hour wait but because I made an appointment was out in an hour. Got my prescription done right away too. Thanks healthCare Express.

I so appreciate Sharonda and the entire staff for treating my mom with such care and concern! Maybe the HCE team could teach the medical mafia team at Collom & Carney Westside and Pulmonology clinics what excellence in customer service looks like! Neither cared enough to see her for two weeks! The pneumonia may have taken her out by then! Because she was treated with respect and care, I feel certain she won’t insist on waiting for “her doctors” for future needs.

We were in town from Georgia visiting family & had an urgent need. Both the front office and the providers were so professional and kind, really helping my son to be the most at ease that he could be in an uncomfortable situation. We are thankful to have had such a great place available to us with this unexpected health event. Thank you so much.

I took my 15 month old in to have splinters removed from his foot at 9am and they were pretty busy. We were in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes before being brought into a room. Once we were in the room we waited while I attempted to entertain my toddler, who was still in pain, and by the time we had waited 45 minutes no one had came in to assist. At this point my toddler was tired, hungry, and unwilling to patiently wait any longer, so we left. As we were leaving there was an empty exam room with 3 nurses sitting a laughing and chitchatting away!! Highly irritating to see after waiting so long for someone to help me remove splinters from my child’s foot. We wasted a total of 2 hours at this facility this morning. I do understand how busy they were, but for no one to even come check on us or even assure us we had not been forgotten was highly irritating. Especially since the nursing staff had time to hang out around the office. You’d think they would want a crying baby out of the office just as bad as I wanted to leave.
