I had very compassionate staff. The business was clean. The service was fast. The nurse practioner that saw me was amazing and had great bedside manner. Answered all of my questions and like I said, very compassionate. The nurse that assisted was very nice and also very compassionate. I was nervous with the reviews I read but I didnt see nor experience the person people talked about in reviews. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and taken care of! God bless you all for what you do!!

Apparently there is a new policy of not refilling medications until balance is paid which I was not advised on until I had reached out multiple times with no response. A week later, I finally get it taken care of and the doctor sent in a different brand than what I used to have and did not update the pharmacy like I asked (twice). Planned Parenthood used to be kind, honest and straightforward. Now it’s a very different practice and it just seems to be very unorganized and doesn’t seem like they care anymore. I definitely feel failed as a patient.

I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong location, but they were happy to make me an appointment for the right location and I was seen here the same day.This was my first visit here and the location is very clean. There werent that many people when I arrived but that quickly changed. Everyone was treated nicely though.I was asked my pronouns and preferred gender, and treated with respect.The only bother I had was the lobby was a bit small, easy to crowd, and doesnt have much airflow. The staff all had masks though, so that and the general high cleanliness gave me ease.But anyways, youre seen pretty quickly and they have people knowledgeable with insurance and referring. And considering I need extra help out of clinic: thats a major plus.Im looking forward to coming here regularly!

Put in my iud wrong, I was in extreme pain and had to get it taken out. Also the doctors made me feel very uncomfortable and were rude.

I have been going to planned parenthood for over 10 years. I went in for a procedure today and this location did everything to make me feel safe, in control, and welcome. It was a new procedure for me and all of the staff did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and also to make me feel like everything would be okay. I had a student learner who was well educated and did a great job performing her job! It was a great experience regardless of the procedure.

I won’t say that the staff are rude because although they can be a bit forward, none of them are particularly rude to me. It’s just that when I was getting tested, I was given pills. The pills didn’t work, so they gave me the same pills. Again. They didn’t work so I got one more prescription, also with no progress. I stopped getting treatment from them because it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. I still get my birth control here though, I find it cheap and effective.

Don’t come here just go to the ER, they charged me $280 for testing when testing is actually free (or only $100) in the ER. The medicine they gave me was $30 but at the pharmacy it’s $5. They lied and said I don’t have insurance (come to find out I do) when I asked them to look me up. Just go to the ER because they are dishonest and no one should be lied to about their insurance coverage and also heavily charged for treatment and medicine that’s pretty much free everywhere else.

The person at the front desk was this small blonde woman and she was the nicest person ever. The nurse practitioner and the woman who ran my check up were just amazing. The only downside is that it seems like it takes forever just to get a call. Ive tried calling this location 3 times and after waiting 3.5 minutes the call just ends.

So wow... You know we have to get our annuals done. But wow.. Ms Betty at the front desk was amazing. Very private and considerate to my needs. And just a sweet person.. Did some blood work for me and so gentle. Thanks for making my visit easy just not on the pocket book..lol..

This place is just horrible. It shouldnt take 1hr to pick up pills. They need to learn how to work more efficiently and a whole hell of a lot faster. Ive donated only because women should have access to those things but shouldnt have to deal with rude people and unreasonable wait times. The office manager really needs to review the flow of the front desk.

I had a horrible experience here. I found the staff extremely rude. I went here for a simple pap. For some reason I felt like they were constantly talking down to me and asking me way too many personal questions. I dont want to go for a pap smear and become a social study. They threaten to not give me a pap smear because I didnt want to tell them about sex life preferences. This place is horrible. They made me feel guilty though I have no idea why. I felt like I was leaving a probation office walking out of there.Not to mention the long wait time.

Excellent service. Shelby is very nice and professional-front desk receptionist. I will be returning!

No discretion at all. Take too long with one person in waiting room at end of day. Mexican lady with dry bleached hair and ugly contacts hate dealing with her. Makes me feel like I have to give even when sometimes I really don’t have the funds I always give something cause I appreciate the services. I stopped coming because of her but I usually go to Perrin Beitel but they were closed by the time I got off. Asking too many questions about why I wasn’t picking up from my usual location told her like three times it was cause they were closed by the time I got off. Then another lady came over like what’s going on as they had a discussion about what I was there for and the chart was confusing. Ugh reminds self never to come here again and turn around and leave if I see lady with dry hair and ugly contacts!!!

Do NOT bother going to this location. The lady who I spoke to (has bleached blonde hair and fake blue contacts) who I’m assuming is one of the main ladies who works here was extremely rude and doesn’t bother helping you out.I came in as a walk in and was standing right in front of her literally for 10 minutes before she said “oh I’m sorry I didn’t see you there” when I clearly opened the door and was slightly coughing while I was waiting for her to speak to me. Then she asked why I was there and I gave her my reason for the visit and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said in a rude voice “we aren’t seeing anymore patients until tomorrow.” So I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I go in the next day and she starts asking me how much I make and I told her I didn’t have a job at the moment and then proceeded to ask how I afford things and I told her my parents give me money occasionally. She stared at me and gave me a judgemental look like (oh my god you’re not working and your parents help you out) judgmental look. She then asked how much my parents make and I told her. She gets her calculator out pushes a few buttons and says “ok well your visit is going to be $60, and you need to pay before you see the doctor.” I told her my situation and ONCE again before I could finish my sentence she RUDELY speaks over me and said there was nothing she could do if i didn’t pay that before seeing the doctor. I think it’s funny that a non profit organization couldn’t help me out considering I’ve gone to another location before with the same situation and they let me make a donation I could afford. All I needed was to be seen by a doctor to get prescribed meds for a yeast infection.This lady does not deserve a job here period. I’ve never written a review before until now because of how distasteful my experience was. I refuse to feel judged and treated in a rude manner by a rude fat lady who clearly doesn’t care about women’s health issues. I don’t even give this place one star. I repeat do NOT go here ladies. Please save your time for another doctor or location that’s actually going to care about your health!

This is really a awesome place to get yourself tested. No questions ask. The people here treated me respect and were generous to answer all my questions I had to ask, especially the lady in the front desk. They do understand what people are going through, they can even help you even if you dont have any health insurance or income, all they ask for is donations and for the help your getting it is best to give a donation for this clinic keep operating to provide everyone a chance to get the care they deserve cause without them you will still would be in the same situation that you already are in. I will be considering this clinic to anyone that is in need of help or concerns about their health and wellbeing. Wish I knew about this place sooner. Thank you Planned Parenthood for everything. ^__^

Extremely Rude Staff. Worst experience. Went there this lady at the front on 12/22/2021 in the morning was so rude. I will never come here again. I didnt need to be talked to the way I was talked to. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human.

Loved the PA.. she anwered all my questions about side effects of birth control.. To find what birth control worked for me. Also like the fact the staff are all female.. It was worth the wait

I went and tried to schedule a abortion appointnent but front desk preg lady will lie about scheduling a appt for u she disagrees in abortion and frowns apon it. Just so you dont waste a day cuz of this woman!!!

Brought family member in after a trauma that happen over year prior ...and they were rude held her in a room unable to come speak with me.then called police which took 2 hrs to get here .where she was interrogated again...and embarrassed ... Your information is not confidential and shared with other agencies.wait is long and sitting room over.crowded!
