My wife and I had our first pregnancy and delivery with Ascension Seton and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Dr. Benedict was helpful throughout the pregnancy and right through delivery, we felt confident and informed. The labor and delivery were relatively low-stress and the nurses provided us with crucial guidance as first-time parents. My one complaint would be the atrocious cafeteria food, but its an insignificant issue in the grand scheme of things. We fully intend to return to Ascension Seton for our next child - well just plan to order a couple pizzas.

Physicians are great - IF YOU CAN FIND THEM. There are virtually no wayfinding signs - from the parking lot to the side of the building, to the hallways. Its like Ascension doesnt want any patients to ever be on time for their appointments. Im sure the front desk staff are sick and tired of directing lost patients to other buildings - and Im sure Ascension is losing a ton of money on missed appointments.

Not helpful at all for booking appointments or referring to other locations , & gave me wrong information on my insurance coverage. Took weeks to get a call back. Overall customer service / scheduling team not great or helpful at the least.

It took some digging to get into, but I LOVE this doctors office. I love that they have their ultrasound services and lab all in their own office. I love how close it is to my house and work, and the entire staff has been super friendly. I felt incredibly heard by my OB, she is very sweet and receptive, not making light of my list of nervous questions. Cant recommend this office enough.

Seton Williamsons L&D team is fantastic. Julie and Bethany were the primary nurses taking care of me, and they were so kind and helpful. Dr. Craft was on call, and was also very kind and reassuring. I really appreciated them taking great care of me during a stressful time (emergency appendectomy). Baby and I were monitored carefully and sent home happy campers. I appreciate yall so much.My primary OB is Dr. Agustin and she is fantastic - I highly recommend her to any mamas looking for exceptional care. She has a great sense of humor, explains everything clearly, and respects your wishes when it comes to your plan of care.

I rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I love that the ultrasound is done in office and had such wonderful techs for my appointments. The phlebotomist is so lovely as well! Dr. Agustin is beyond incredible and I feel so lucky to have been a patient of hers. Now that I’m 7 weeks postpartum I find myself sad that I don’t get to go back to visit her and Dee anymore.

Dr. Caldwell and her staff stayed late in their office to provide my 100-year-old mother with the medical care she needed. Dr. Caldwell is a wonderful, kind, and caring doctor. Her nurse practitioner, Dr. Pokola, has also been consistently kind and accommodating to my mother. Ascension Seton Womens Urology and Gynecology is an excellent practice in every way and we are extremely grateful to them.

Very disappointed, doctor’s were very less interested in hearing the concerns. They are in a rush and never answered the question that we got.

I used this office with my fist child back in 2020-21. I went back with AMG because the staff has always been (and still is friendly) and helpful. However, I have noticed a significant change on waiting time this time around despite having an appointment/checking in ahead on line and arriving early. Other than that, I have all good things to say.

Dr. Craft is very thorough throughout her visits. She take her time to get to know her patients and explains their medical conditions very well minimizing anxiety. I am very happy with my decision choosing Dr. Craft and Seton for my prenatal care.

I am very impressed with Dr. Lauren Caldwell. She is a very caring physician who listens to her patient. She explains everything really well. She discussed the options fordealing with my health issue,and answered all my questions.All of the staff was also friendly and very efficient at their jobs.I had a very pleasant experience and left feeling much more comfortable about my health concerns.

NP kelly was great I’d recommend her to anyone. She made me feel comfortable and got me in and out. She cared about my concerns and just an all around great experience! Quick fast and easy

Doctor,Staff and Nurse are good and friendly. Our last visit was very short. would like if we can spend more time with the doctor discussing our concerns and not feel rushed. Otherwise good experience overall.

Ive already made a review about this amazing group of people. I will reiterate that Im so happy to have found this clinic & its staff. Everyone is fantastic, caring & understanding. Highly recommend to anyone.

This office has been trying to charge me for a visit and services I NEVER received. I have been trying to dispute charges for over 4 months. The billing department has been no help. I have been told multiple times that I would get a call back to resolve this issue and no one ever calls me. This office has also booked me for future visits that I NEVER consented to. I changed providers months ago and even informed them of the change, yet they still harass me via text message, email, and mail. They commit fraudulent claims to insurance and against their patients. Ive now been forced to seek an attorney and reported them to the attorney general under the Texas Medical False Claims Act.

This place is awesome!! I recommend everyone to come here and see Dr. Traci Craft!! All of the staff were so sweet and freindly. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. This is my first pregnancy so I was nervous but everyone made me feel so at ease. From the lady at the front desk to the lady who did my ultrasound and especially the doctor. I struggled finding a good facility and doctor because I am new to the Austin area, but I am so happy I found this place. Dr. Traci is the first doctor Ive had that was not in any rush to leave and made me truly feel heard. She took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns, which helped put my mind at ease. I dont normally leave reviews, but I had to leave this review in case there is anyone struggling to find a good doctor and facility like I was. Please look no further.

Dr.Ibarra is hands down amazing. She has delivered one of my babies and will deliver my second one this march. She’s very personal and informative with anything you need help with. Most of the staff is very kind. Her MA Ashley is super sweet and always willing to help

Dr.Craft is an awesome sweet doctor shes very informative..i had small in office procedure she let me know what she was doing through out the testing which made me relax and things went well!!Definitely recommend her to the ladies for gentle care.. staff was very sweet and welcoming

I completely regret my decision to come here. I’ve spent the last year trying to get MULTIPLE miscoded procedures recoded so that my insurance can pay the bill.I had an IUD removed and replaced. I was charged for “surgery,” for a pregnancy test they required me to take, and then also received a $1070 bill for the IUD itself. I’ve spent a full year and hours on the phone only to receive a monthly bill threatening collections for something that is covered at 100% by my insurance. The reason - this facility failed to code my IUD as preventative care.DO NOT COME HERE. THE STAFF DO NOT RESPECT PREVENTATIVE CARE.

Dr. Traci was wonderful along with her team. She is very honest, she does not rush any appointments. She is very thorough. I love her, she is everything!!

Took forever to get someone on the phone and when I did the scheduler could not have been less compassionate if she tried. Horrible experience so far, and Im asking my PCP for another referral to a different location as a result.

It took a while to get an appt but the doctor was great and listened intently. Front office very nice.

Dr didnt believe I was in labor with my 3rd baby even though my contractions were clear as day on the screen, I delivered her with no dr because he never showed up. She had to get sent to the NICU and potentially has life long injuries and is G-tube fed. Do not trust this place especially Dr. Benderdic, I pray no one ever has to go through this

OMG! I havent had a doctor like this in a very very long time! Even the staff was top notch with service. I really hope they dont change and continue to keep serving folks great and other patients experience the same thing as I had.

I’ve only been here for one appointment so far and I can just tell I’m really going to like this place. The staff was all so friendly and Dr. Ibarra seems so sweet and I can just tell I’m going to be very comfortable with her.

I love Seton in Round Rock all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to have a D&C procedure and Dr. Ibarra was amazing she got straight to the point and was very honest highly recommended!

One of the worst hospitals I have ever seen do not have your baby there please !!

EXTREMELY poor customer service. They love to give the run around about this or that and get very rude when they are proven to be incorrect. I HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN BY A DOCTOR HERE but the staff is less than.

Everyone was friendly and attentive. As a new patient it can always be a little scary but everyone I spoke with went out of their way to put me at ease.

Went in to get my birthcontrol replaced. They said they ordered it back in June, it is now September and no word from them. Was set to need it taken out by July. Ive called multiple times to be given the runaround of why they havent called. Worst patient care Ive ever had.

My surgery was last Thursday which didn’t go as planned. I’m stilling being delayed to get an appointment with a specialist since the records hasn’t been sent with the referral.

This has been my second appointment at this doctor, both the doctors and the assistants, the laboratory staff plus the secretaries have excellent attention to each person who arrives there, my experience has been so nice that I would not change this doctor for any other. Yes The appointment is at 10:15 because at that same time they are already calling you, the waiting time there is minimal, on my part I give my respects to each of the staff who works here for their excellent work.
