The staff has been fantastic in getting me information regarding my upcoming surgery and they respond quickly. They have all made me feel more at ease with the procedure. I like that they have an emergency line for if anything comes up after surgery. Dr. Butt sounds like a very skilled surgeon and I look forward to getting my health issue resolved soon.Update: I’ve had surgery with Dr Muhammad Butt and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were all very attentive and took great care of me and was a wonderful experience. I am thankful for Dr Butt and his team.

First off, great staff! They knew how to take care of the people in front of them and manage those nearby.I walked in and my appointment wasn’t properly communicated by my referring physician. This group of wonderful people supported what I needed, made quick adjustments and the doctor was kind enough to place me on their schedule so I wouldn’t have to adjust my time.Meeting Dr. Butt, I knew immediately that he understood his work and that he cared for his patients.I would definitely recommend not only Dr. Butt but his whole office.

I wish that my medical conditions were not so extensive, but its difficult to be brief. I hope you can bear with me. I want to express my deep gratitude to a man who has been a pillar of support for my family and me during these challenging times. Anyone who has to deal with the medical field and healthcare professionals understands the immense struggle. There was a point when I felt completely overwhelmed by my conditions. I had to prioritize my mental well-being, as I believe its crucial for coping with and overcoming life-threatening disabilities. There were moments when we felt hopeless, surrounded by healthcare professionals who seemed unable to navigate the complexities of the American medical system.Mr. Butts, I want to extend a personal thank you to you and your team from the bottom of my heart. I had to come to terms with the fact that I needed to take matters into my own hands to find someone who could help me in my condition, which had reached a critical point. At times, when people asked me how I was doing, I would sarcastically reply, Im dying. But the truth was, I was indeed struggling, and unintentionally, it felt like no one could help me. I hate to admit it, but its a fact. However, my sarcastic remarks served as a constant reminder that I couldnt remain in that state, no matter how necessary it seemed at the time.One morning, I woke up with the resolute thought that I needed to actively seek out a solution. I made numerous cold calls, briefly explaining my situation to office personnel. After seven unsuccessful attempts, I finally dialed Mr. Butts office. His team not only listened to my story with compassion but also understood the severity of the situation. They immediately put me on hold and consulted with all the doctors in the office. Without hesitation, Mr. Butts instructed them to make arrangements for a consultation on the 13th, and from there, we would proceed. This gave me a renewed sense of hope.I had not fully disclosed the extent of the infection in my body, as I tend not to complain, and my tolerance for pain may be dangerously high. The 13th was still a week and a half to two weeks away from the current date. My plan was to check myself into the hospital to address the infection before the scheduled consultation, so that if Mr. Butts decided to move forward, it could be done immediately.However, my health took a turn for the worse, and I found myself in the hospital bed earlier than expected. To my surprise and relief, Dr. Butts personally visited me in my hospital room. Our conversation was brief but impactful. He understood the gravity of my situation without the need for detailed explanations. His actions and those of his team made an incredible difference. They orchestrated a plan without unnecessary drama, and their swift and effective actions saved my life.I have spent most of the last two years in and out of hospitals, seeking help from various specialists and doctors to no avail. Yet, this man and his team achieved what I had almost given up hope for. Dr. Butts didnt just fulfill my request; he went above and beyond, accomplishing what others had told me was no longer possible. In the span of eight days, I achieved more progress than I had in the two years prior. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Butts and his dedicated team for their exceptional care. I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to his office personnel, whose genuine concern made a significant difference. Mr. Butts, I am forever indebted to you for saving mine!! If you ever need ANYTHING from this side of the tracks..We’ve got your back forever!

Dr. Butt is Awesome. I wasnt happy being sent to a hospital way out of my surgery plan, but it turned into an emergency surgery and I had no choice. Im very happy that I ended up with him because he did an amazing job with my surgery. His entire team were great as well.

Dr. Butt is a highly skilled surgeon. He takes the necessary time to explain everything, answering all our questions.I waa treated for Pancreatic Cancer, and the fact that i am still here, several years after my surgery, is a testament to his skill and comprehensive care.

I visited Dr Butts after my self-diagnosis. However, after the exam it was all together different and much, much, more serious. You cant imagine the fear that I instantly felt, after hearing such devasting news.Dr. Butts immediately reassured me by gently explaining our plan step by step. Also, he was going out of town for a week or so, he gave me his cell number in case I had questions! My subsequent visits have been just as reassuring.🙏

After going to the E.R . I was admitted into the hospital. 3 days later, I met Dr. Butt. He told me he would be doing my surgery if it was ok with me. I don’t really remember a lot about that time because I was so sick , but I do remember a few nurses came in and visited me and bragged about how Dr. Butt was one of THE BEST doctors and I was in good hands .On the way to the operating room one of the nurses told me that Dr. Butt had come in just for me . This is unbelievable to me. It still blows my mind. Dr. Butt is an amazing Dr. . He is very kind , caring and compassionate. He saved my life. He deserves more than 5 stars . Everyone in their office is so nice and always helpful whether it’s on the phone or in person. They never leave you waiting for an excessive amount of time when you are there for an appointment. Dr Butt always explains things so that you understand and has a great bedside manner.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Butt! From the first appointment, I was impressed with the office staff and how helpful and friendly they all are. I feel like he literally saved my life as he corrected some careless surgery that another doctor had previously performed on me! It took Dr. Butt eight hours to repair the mess, but he told me later he was going to correct it no matter what! And, he did...he walked out of my hospital room with that great big smile of his and I quietly said, “thank you God for sending me Superman”, the scariness was over!This is a 10 star doctor not only for his incredible talent, but also for his kind, patient easy-going manner and his quiet understanding of his patients needs and concerns! Even the nurses at the hospital told me he was a rockstar and they were so right! When you are considering surgery you will not make a mistake with Dr. Butt, you will make yourself a miracle! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Butt and his staff. He saved my life, he listened, he believed me when no one else did, and he cared enough to help me at a time when giving up seemed to be my only other option. He performed a few surgeries on me including a total gastrectomy for severe stomach ulcers. His office staff and NPs are so nice and caring. He never gave up and he has an amazing bedside manner. You don’t ever wonder if he cares because he makes it obvious. I will never forget the care I received from the first time I called him after calling over 20 other surgeons who I couldn’t even be seen by because no one would see a patient with severe stomach ulcers. Dr. Butt deserves a medal and award for giving me another chance at a normal life. I can’t give enough stars. All over excellence.

Dr Butt and his staff are fantastic! My husband and I underwent surgeries within days of each other. I was told and vaguely remember not being very nice after the surgery as I came off anesthesia. When I apologized he was so understanding. Hes also very good at explaining and listening.His staff were professional and kind.

After three days of no sleep and back and right side hurting I hurled up my boyfriend and rushed him to hospital, Plano Medical, this is where we met Dr Omar Butt! He was straight, compassionate, and gave us the truth. Due to the Covid-19 and hospitals just allowing surgeries again we had a couple of obstacles but what was awesome is that Dr Butt was working with us and giving us options! The Dr was ON ARE SIDE, it was amazing. He called US to inform us on what can be done and helped US schedule the emergency surgery and took ownership of what needed to be done. Although we had to check out of one hospital and recheck into another he was reassuring and guided us the whole procedure and was able to do an emergency Gull Bladder removal and quite down the fears and anxiety of what was happening. He also worked with our financial situation and is truly one of the GOOD guys! HE CARES, HE IS SYMPATHETIC, HE IS HERE FOR EVERYONE! I highly recommend his services. We will be back in a year to take care of a hernia situation which HE found during all this.

A little over a year ago I had a large ruptured tumor. I was released from another hospital previously where no doctor wanted to operate on me because of my condition. So, I ended up at Medical City Dallas where I met Dr. Butt. Dr Butt saved my life! When all I could do was pray, God sent me an Angel. I was able to receive Immunotherapy and had a good response. Dr Butt recently performed another surgery to remove a area of my colon that turned out to be dead cancer cells and 21 lymph nodes were negative. I am forever grateful to Dr Butt for all that he has done for me on this journey. I am now optimistic about my future. Thank you Dr Butt
