Always polite and helpful! Never a long wait when you make appt ahead. Nurse very nice. Dr. very, very informative. Asks questions. Treats all symptoms. Never had to go back for continuing issues. Really like her!

10/10 recommend this facility for any urgent care. I had fell and cut my bottom eye lid. It was very close to my eyelashes and wasn’t sure If laceration was an option. Dr. Le saw my current condition and was confident in doing the laceration. He’s definitely very experienced and the procedure was smooth and quick.

Everything went great! I was in and out within an hour and 30 min. Front desk and the medical assistants were very nice. I am struggling with a pretty painful migraine and fluid behind the ear. Doctor prescribed an antibiotic and steroid. I’m hoping everything gets resolved within the next week.

We came during the evening and called ahead to make sure they did stitches for a cut. The lady over the phone was very nice and sounded super sweet! When we got in, they were nothing less than caring. They all had great energy and charisma, I would recommend this place 1000%.

Easy to get an appointment. Very little weight in office. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nurse practitioner was excellent. She was compassionate, very accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

I injured my arm - it wasnt a bad injury but bloody. Teresa the PA on duty, did a splendid job of cleaning and bandaging it properly. Also an antibiotic prescription and advice on keeping it clean and re- bandaging. I got exactly what I had come in for and got it promptly and pleasantly. Goof job!!

The care given by PA was professional and timely. The check in process and payment was extremely long, even though I had already done e-check in. This was due to total lack of experience and knowledge of the young lady manning the desk. She kept calling her mgr for help. If she is that inept, manager or someone else should be with her. This was pretty close to opening so there were no other patients.Took over 30 minutes to check me in and still couldn’t print my receipt. Had to pick it up after I was done with the PA. When you go to urgent care, you are either sick or need medical attention. Shouldn’t have to waste your time with untrained people when you are already not feeling well.

I was seen quickly by a very competent staff. They took very good care of me, ran the tests they needed, confirmed my diagnosis, and sent the meds to my pharmacy that were needed. They did a great job.

Visiting from out of town, and needed urgent care. As a walk-in, the wait time was exceedingly short, even with 2 people ahead of me. The staff, from receptionist to medical workers, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend this urgent care center!

Have been seen 3 times at this location (1 original visit and 2 follow ups). I had scheduled appointments for all 3 visits and waited from 30 minutes past my appointment time to 55 minutes past my appointment time to be put into a room. The final time that I was seen I was only seen 40 minutes after my scheduled time because the appointment before me left after waiting for over an hour.Good cleanliness and friendly staff, but the time management is a serious flaw and the reason I will avoid coming back in the future.

The staff was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were willing to listen to me and agreeable to a collaborative treatment plan. I definitely recommend their service and will use them again when needed!

I had a very nice experience at NextCare. I did not plan ahead and hoped they would see me. Dianna welcomed me with a smile when I walked in and explained the check in process. She offered to help by making copies of needed documentation.Alexis took me to the clinic room and took my vitals and reviewed my reason for coming in. Then took me to see the health care provider.Ednah, the nurse practitioner reviewed my symptoms and health history in a caring and efficient way. She recommended her treatment plan and went and wrote the prescriptions and shortly thereafter I was on my way.The facility was clean and I am so happy I found this location and this healthcare team. My experience was horrible. I brought my sick wife on Sunday. There was only PA but that is still fine. I have insurance and it is in-network still they asked for 190 dollars in front. Then meet the PA and instead of helping she did not do anything. No blood work. No scans. No medicines. Nothing. Just told us to go to emergency room since it was Sunday, when it was not even that bad and guess what did not even got our money back. So spend or should I say waste 190 dollars of our hard earn money just to sit there and then here to go somewhere else. I dont know how it is reviewed that high, it felt like they just stole that money from us for doing nothing.

Had a great experience from the front desk. All the way to the back with the nurse practitioner. She was awesome very professional. Very detail and made my daughter feel good and gave healthy nutrition information to help her get better.

Receptionist, Nurse and Edina were great. With appointment I was taken right back. Course of treatment discussed and agreed upon. Great care for out of town patient. Will use again if i ever need to

I suffered a fall on a vacation trip and was suffering back pain. I went to NextCare and was examined and X-Rayed. They prescribed some medications that I picked up later that day. Everything was easy and I only had a 40.00 co-pay. The medicine is helping and I believe that I received excellent care and treatment.

We have been coming to this location for years as a family when our pcp is not available. Always the best care, fast, professional and Teresa is the best! Definitely recommend this location!

I walked in, the check in lady was so nice and explained things I wouldn’t have even known to ask. The physician, Ms. Ednah was one of the nicest doctors I’ve had.Definitely would like to keep coming back to this facility!

I love coming to this location because the staff is always super friendly & very helpful. I didn’t leave very satisfied with my visit on yesterday. I have every symptom in my opinion of an URI, (terrible cough, mild fever, severe congestion, sore throat, shortness of breath) as well as extremely runny eyes. The Dr said it was allergies but I definitely felt it was more than that. I’ve had allergies all of my life. This was not allergies. Today I’m coughing up yellowish phlegm which tells me it’s progressing so I’m seeking a second opinion before this turns into something more serious. I’d hate to have something that could get my kids sick.

Made an appt - arrived 10 minutes early. It was over an hour before I was called back and another 20 minutes before seeing PA. PA was kind and helpful but I won’t return to this location - there was no reason to be that far behind that early in the day with no explanation.

Horrible experience-first time here since the name change. Customer service was terrible. The front desk staff and med tech who took my vital signs were both rude and uncaring. My phone service went out and when I asked for the WiFi password they said it didn’t work so I was unable to communicate with my family while I was there. The only one who was somewhat helpful was the provider who re-did my swabs and offered to call me with the results because the tech did it incorrectly the first time. Speaking as someone who works in the healthcare profession and deals with the public for my career I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at this clinic.

When I first walked in, Fox News was on with a sign that says ‘don’t touch the tv”, so I was VERY apprehensive. The PA definitely rolled her eyes at me and was dismissive, but the med assistant and and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was $75 to be seen and given antibiotics, whether they lanced my arm or not, so I’m glad I could get her to. Everyone wore masks despite the news channel on, so that was good. Clean.

My visit was awesome. The doctor was very attentive to my problems, prescribed 4 meds and gave me a shot . I immediately started feeling better that evening and night.

Needed an xray and waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone very helpful and polite. Gave me good news and off I went. Glad to have NextCare close to my house.

Love this location. PA Biedenbach is excellent and has such wonderful bedside manner. Really appreciate the care and quickness that I always receive.

I had been experiencing coughing, chest congestion, and sore throat for over 2 weeks and decided to go to an urgent care clinic. I went to the NextCare clinic on Alma and Parker, and they did an excellent job of testing and diagnosing my symptoms. The doctor and nurse were very thorough in their assessment and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this clinic!

Next care staff were very friendly and helpful. I had no problem with my insurance and were prompt in getting me an appointment. I am not from this area and they made my experience easier. The staff from the front desk, Nursing assistant, and PA treated me with care and respect. I want to Thank them for their concern. There arent many facilities that take Medicare and supplemental insurance so not feeling well and being told I couldnt be seen by several places,it was a relief to have Next care not only accept my insurance ,but to treat me with amazing care was a relief on its own.

Best experience I’ve had at any doctors appointment. Took my 13 year old to get a sport’s physical for school. Scheduled the appointment & filled out all paperwork online. The facility was clean & he was seen in 10 minutes of us arriving! The lady at the front was so sweet and had the biggest smile on her face. The PA that treated him was a doll! The visit only cost $25! I wish I had a reason to go back :)

Was feeling terrible. Coughing, sneezing, nasal and chest congestion. Thought it was just a cold and decided to visit Next Care. Had been there previously and have had great experiences. Sadly, it turned out that I had COVID. The desk associate , the nurse and Ednah, the physician who saw me, were all friendly and compassionate about my physical discomfort. Ednah had a great bedside manner and put me to ease with her knowledge and great personality. I will certainly return if needed.

Don’t listen to the reviews about Quick wait times. I was here for almost 2 hours just to get a simple prescription for an infection.

Megan the NP there was absolutely amazing. The staff was kind and I can’t thank her enough for taking care of my issue!

Check in process was slow on phone due to connectivity. After that I was promptly seen and the PA did a great job listening and helped me.

Overall the visit was good. Not too long wait. The nurse was great and amazing at drawing blood. The NP was great too. The charge was high but because of my insurance. I would give it 5 for rating. Except when I called back for the blood work results, the person who picked up was short and unprofessional.

I liked our visit here. I had to bring my 2.5 year old son to this facility. I looked for close clinics, so I wouldnt have to be in the ER for hours. They were perfect. Everything was quick and precise. I did paperwork online. Got there. They saw my son who had been having a fever, loss of appetite and wasnt himself. I didnt know what was going on.The nurse hit it right on the nail, ran a test, and the doctor came in knowing exactly what it was (it was strep by the way). We were in and out (about 35 minutes). My son was able to receive his prescriptions quickly because the doctor didnt waste time sending them, thank God, and it was a great experience for us. My son enjoyed playing with the blocks and liked the different color chairs in the waiting room as well.If I ever need somewhere quick again, I know where to go 🙂🙂🙂.

Ive been to both the Plano and Mesquite locations for myself and for my daughter. Absolutely wonderful experience. Quick, efficient, friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Absolutely would recommend!

Easy to make appt. Quick attention and good care. Only complaint is that there is not a handicap door so getting my mom in to the facility in her wheelchair was very hard!

I had an earache, swelling and could hardly hear for almost a week. I had been prescribed ear drops but they werent working. I was able to get online and schedule an appt before my work day. I completed all of the paperwork online including copies of my insurance cards and drivers license. I could check in from my phone when I arrived and the wait time was minimal! I was in and out within about 30 mins! The staff was friendly and efficient. The provider explained what was wrong and my meds being prescribed and asked if I had any questions. My meds were sent to my pharmacy and I was back home to start my work day.

Great experience with NextCare Urgent Care today in Plano. We are traveling from California, and I needed to have 7 stitches removed from my hand. I made an appointment with 30 minutes notice, and everything wet fast and smooth. The staff, from reception to PA, were all knowledgeable, efficient, and welcoming. I highly recommend them for any Urgent care needs!

Almost an hour after I entered the facility, I was finally seen by a nurse to take my vitals. I told her that I wanted an X Ray of my lungs done. She told me that while they have the machine, there is no one who actually certified to use it and that I might need to go to a different facility. She put me into an Exam room and I sat there for a few minutes and came out to talk to someone, because I didnt want to waste any more time. A physician approached me and I told her (I already have hard time speaking and speaking louder through the mask was VERY difficult!), Hi! I dont think I want to be seen here, because the whole reason I came was because it said online you have an XRay machine. My comment was met very hostile, Which room did you come from? Can you back there and close the door?! Then she came into the room and I asked to leave and I asked for a refund. What in the world?!!! False advertisement AND terrible customer service!

I have an issue with how this clinic charges for visits. I have insurance they have my card and I have a $30 urgent care copay. I have been here several occasions with my insurance working and each time they ask for a random dollar amount for the visit. And its never the same amount. 115 dollars last time 75 dollars the time before that. And then when it shows on my insurance app that I only pay 30$ for the visit I have to hunt down that money I paid them back. And they give like 3 months to send it back as a check in the mail. I dont know how they are able to stay open operating like this. I have savings but for someone living paycheck to paycheck this is just unethical practices. Bill me later of you are worried about insurance not working.

Desiring a specific time and close location without having to wait I found all three by visiting the Plano @ Alma location.I was seen in a very short time after arriving because I had already completed the paperwork link sent to my phone after making the appointment.The staff was excellent especially the nurse who did my initial greeting. He and DoctorNguyen were very thorough and were verysympathetic to my discomfort.I was in and out in less than an hour and was able to pick up my prescriptions shortly after.Great experience and I would definitely recommend. Thank you team !!!

My recent experiment trying to disprove the Newtonian theory of gravity ended badly. Lucky for me I live close to PrimaCare and was able to limp my way there for treatment. The facility was clean and the staff was outstanding. I did not have to wait long before I was seen (maybe 20 minutes or so and that was only because there were two people in front of me) and I think I was in and out in less than hour (including meeting with the nurse, PA, xrays, and receiving treatment). I would not hesitate recommending this location to anyone should they find themselves with a broken piece of anatomy as I did. Pics of Das Boot for reference :)

I have lodged a complaint with the state and the local government about the practice of this location overcharging insured patients and then withholding that money for 3 months. I hope you get shut down.

The PA was very knowledgeable and kind. It was a good overall experience.

Took my son in for a suspected sinus infection and they wouldn’t look up his nose, despite asking to check. He suffers from chronic sinus infections and they wouldn’t even take this into account. Has had a fever off and on since Thursday night and because he didn’t have one when he went in (had given him ibuprofen an hour prior), they said it isn’t an issue. Had swollen lymph nodes and tested negative for strep, so they said probably flu, but since he has had symptoms for over 48 hours, didn’t recommend test as it wouldn’t change care (nothing but drink fluids). Felt like they didn’t listen to concerns and dismissed them when pressed.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. With an appointment I was in and out in no time.

I filled out all the details of my visit, including symptom and other demographics, in advance of my appointment but the technician asked all of those questions again.

My first visit went very well. I did not wait long after I arrived to be seen. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with this clinic and will use them again.

I came into the Plano location today because I was having flu like symptoms. I told them that I had slept 5 hours in the last three days because I have insomnia and its even worse when Im sick. I also told them that I was coughing up blood. You guys gave me a flu and covid test, and told me I had the flu and prescribed me Tamiflu and told me to rest, I reiterated that I cant sleep to get better because of my insomnia, she then told me there was nothing she could do about that. She never looked down my throat, never listened to my lungs to see if there was any fluid in them, never checked my ears, no exam at all, nothing but a flu test and sent me on my way. Naturally because Im sick my girlfriend is also sick, she went to the Richardson location where not only did they prescribe her tamiflu but they also gave her something for her cough, something to help her sleep, and something to break up the congestion in her head. Do not go to this location, Ive filled a complaint with their company and the Texas medical board. They really dropped the ball on this one, I will not be going back there.After reading more reviews Im hoping I just have the flu and not something more serious like pneumonia, because theyve misdiagnosed before and didnt even give me an actual exam.

The receptionist is very rude, they are not personable. Require you to do check in and everything else mobile and interact as little as possible. Expensive and happy about showing off an award for highest profitability. Wait times are always 3+ hours.

Once you get in, the nurses and Dr are great. I will definitely come back here again when needed. Everyone was nice and asked good questions. Even caught a possible medication conflict before sending in my prescription.Dont be surprised or get upset if you do not get taken at your appointment time. After all, it is on demand Drs Office. If you live nearby, they will let you leave and call if its a 2 hour wait.

Everyone was professional and very helpful. Got me right in and took time to listen to me and care for my problem. Dr Silmon wanted to make sure the boot stabilized my ankle and was very gentle with my foot.

Did have a 1.5 hour wait but it was a crazy day at the center and the delay was understandable. Previous visits have all been timely. The PA and staff were pleasant even under such circumstances. Was diagnosed and treated and went on my merry way.

After testing negative for Covid and flu, I was told (as usual) it’s viral. Saw PA for maybe 3 minutes. Checked lungs, ears, throat, all clear. Said if I don’t get better, go to ER. I had pneumonia when she checked me and she missed. Worst place ever for urgent/er care. Call 911 and go to ER. These are …….. never mind. Just don’t go.

Initial wait for checking in online and making an appointment was 35 mins,Staff excellent very friendly, Professional, clean environment. Our PA Theresa was awesome, she wasted NO time and was very good. As an ERNurse Paramedic- I am so pleased they are in Plano. Wonderful Job!!

Short on time before going on vacation. Could tell I had started a sinus infection. Was trying to work be sick and juggle everything. Made an appt for 8 am and got right in and out. they saved me from being miserable on my vacation. A shot and meds and I was on my way. Doctor listened as this is a reoccurring thing for me. They were awesome!!!!!!!

They were super awesome here. Dr. Shana and her MA, Amberly. They were great. The front desk 2 women were absolutely attentive and helpful assisting me when I walked in the door. Very kind. Once again, great full staff. Would highly recommend this place. This is my go to urgent care and never disappointed. Always satisfied with the care and treatment.

The friendly staff helped get me in my sick toddler in an out within an hour. We had trouble with our insurance, but they were so kind to help us get coverage. They made a stressful situation not too bad. :)

Even though I was the only patient there when I arrived, my total appointment time was almost an hour and a half. The PA would come into the room in a timely manner but the nurse didn’t. Once the PA saw me it took the nurse 20 minutes to come get me for an X-ray then another 30 to bring me crutches and the X-ray CD. I don’t understand what took so long.

Diana was wonderful and helping taking my information. Morgan was very warm and Friendly. The X-ray tech was funny and kind. The Cherry 🍒 on the cake was Patricia Trueblood NP very thorough caring made sure that everything was done correctly. Definitely a place you would want to go if you want excellent health Care service. I came in for a car accident injuries. Thank you Next Care

They were very fast, friendly and professional. I recommend you to go and see them, especially if you dont want to stay there all day and night.

Sharon and Wendy are amazing as well as the doctor. I went in and was able to check in on my phone and then go home till I was next in line. I didnt wait long after arriving back to the office and seen the doctor and had test results very quickly. Very professional and nice people. I have insurance but asked about my husband who doesnt and was informed of their payment plan. Thanks ladies!! I will go here next time I have an issue and my primary cant get me in.

This place was efficient and I am happy with my care. Dr. S was wonderful and she had a great bedside manner. You will have a small wait most likely which should be expected. I was seen within about 15-20 minutes. I went into the room with nurse and did the vitals and tested for strep and covid, then another room for doctor. It took about 8 minutes more after they put us in the final room to see the doctor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I took my 6 yr old in for an x-ray of her ankle and they let her see all the images, and gave her a sticker when she was done. The wait was very reasonable (we had booked a time in advance).

I’ve been there a total of 3 times. Wait times are pretty bad; however, I use the app to check in and stay in the car. Last time, the front desk lady just skipped me since I was not inside the clinic. I told her I checked in the app, but she said she didn’t know if I was here so she skipped me. She didn’t know how the app works apparently and didn’t care either.The medical staff are nice and attentive. But they usually only have one provider which makes wait times too long.Overall, not bad.

Wait times are awful. Occasionally, there will be a room available in under an hour.The staff is very friendly and seem to genuinely care about their patients. I like that there is a small area for kids separated from the main waiting room.

It was a good experience. From online check-in to filling out all the forms via my phone to the great PA and nurse that took care of me to the ease of getting in and out, including X-rays. It made my first urgent care experience a relatively pleasant one.

Wait time was not excessive. All staff members were helpful, willing to find out how they could help. Everyone was also very friendly.I have no critiques. Things went smoothly without problems of any kind.I have no reservations in recommending this clinic to anyone looking for a professional clinic that strives to meet the expectations of its patients.

I took my granddaughter for a bad cough and labored breathing. The wait was short and I feel that she was accurately diagnosed. I was given several prescriptions which were sent quickly to the pharmacy.

Wonderful staff! We walked in the door right before close (which I hate doing, but was really worried that the infection was spreading) The staff went above and beyond in spite of that, helped find my sons ID for his health plan, got him a shot of antibiotics and the medication he needed. They were kind, helpful, quick and thorough!

Looked this place up through my insurance and headed in because my shoulder was hurting after a workout from the day prior. I had to wait a bit but that was fine because I was a walk in and there were people who called ahead before me. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The doctor who saw me made sure I understood the diagnosis and the treatment. Fortunately I only strained my trapezius but just to be sure it wasn’t anything more serious he ordered an X-ray. The X-ray machine wasn’t working so I had to go to another location. I got x-ray’ed pretty quickly since the first office let the second office know that I was coming. I’d go back if I needed urgent care again.

Im the type of person to feel nervous going into a medical facility. Everyone is always so stern, down to business, and not really receptive of any humorous japes I say to try and lighten the mood (especially considering Im probably in a lot of pain if Im at an Urgent Care). This place is completely different. Everyone I interacted with, including at the front desk, were so kind and chipper with me, and got me to laugh throughout the whole visit. The testing and treatments were painless and quick, and results actually got back to me, versus other medical facilities that never got back to me with vital information.10/10 would go again, no question.

Ive been to Primacare 2 times within the last 3 weeks and my experience was great. The first time, I had no appointment and was able to wait in my car until it was my turn. The same doctor helped me both times, she is very nice, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back.

This was my first time visiting. I came here because of all the good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. There was barely a wait, just a few minutes for me to fill out paperwork and pay my copay and I was seen right away. Both the doctor and nurse/PA were very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

I am so thankful. I came in for a relatively small issue- peace of mind, really, and felt like a family member. They were willing to speak honestly with me and answer my questions, spent time with me (even though it was close to closing time,) and made me feel like my comfort and health (not the $$) was truly their focus. Walked in for first time today. Got In quick little wait time in waiting room . DR was fast too I was in and out with in 30 minutes. I felt very comfortable during this visit . Staff and Dr. are friendly and hardworking

Went for a pre-employment screening at this place. Checked in online before my visit. Surprisingly there was just one other person at the clinic. I had to visit twice in the same week, I was in and out within 20 minutes both the times. Laura at the reception was courteous and was patient when I was filling the form. Rest of the staff was pleasant as well. Facility was super clean. Really impressed by the overall care provided.

Came in for flu like symptoms. Online check in and paperwork was easy, and could hang in car until I was two patients away. Front desk and triage nurse were all friendly. Saw NP Patricia Trueblood and am so glad I did! She was thorough and explained everything including meds, and brought up something I was previously seen for. Will come back again specifically to see her.

Came in with my son yesterday morning around 1030 and Valerie and Rosalinda were just awesome. Very professional and courteous! Doctor could have been a little nicer with his bedside manner though. It was because of the front desk ladies that salvaged this experience though.

I’ve been to several PrimaCare locations in DFW and this was by far the worst experience. Communication regarding wait time was completely inaccurate and the turn around time for patients is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 AM, arrived early, and wasn’t seen until around 1:30 PM. At arrival, receptionist said they were behind schedule about 20-30 minutes, which is understandable. But 2.5 hours behind for a scheduled appointments is not. About 5 potential patients were turned away and at least 3 patients walked out because of time during my wait time. I’d suggest drive a few minutes further to the location on Plano Parkway for better service and less wait time.

The last time I went here for medical care, the receptionist repeatedly tried to demand that I tell her what I was coming in for in front of the entire waiting room. When I declined and offered to fill out the intake form and/or write it down on a piece of paper instead, I was essentially scoffed at and treated like patient confidentiality was some preposterous thing she had never heard of. Very unprofessional.I left and went to the location on Plano Pkwy instead, which was a further drive but a MUCH better experience.

I found the facility to be clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Did not have a long wait. Very professional and would recommend Next Care.

Short wait times, covid test & flu test done accurately and rapidly. We left home with the prescriptions we needed.

Walked in at 12pm expected wait timr was at least an hour. I decided to make an appointment at 4:30. Arrived on time for my appointment was greeted cordially by the front desk. Did not get in to see the doctor until 6pm. Meanwhile when I was taken to a room I heard a poor lady in the room next to me dealing with a screaming baby say she had an appointment at 5 o’clock and was ready to walk out. I waited until 6:30p when I finally saw the Doctor. Used this location multiple times never waited so long!

Walk in and was attended as soon as I completed the required paperwork.Staff was very friendly Dr. and Nurse were also very kindly knowledgeable and helpful.Walked out very happy with my diagnosis.My prescription was transferred electronically and was ready right away, I will recommend this Clinic to any one who is in need of health care.

If I could give less stars, I would. I went in on a Saturday for treatment of a routine infection that I have had many times in the past. After waiting 2.5 hours with only 4 people in front of me when I checked in, The doctor spent less than a minute in the room and sent me on my way without treatment since my test was negative, which is often the case when tested early after symptoms appear. If she had taken the time to look and listen to my history, she might have actually been able to treat. Such a waste of time and money. You are better off waiting and suffering until the next week to see a primary care physician.

The person-to-person interactions were very good. The explanation of medical actions was relatively clear and reassuring. The skill drawing blood was excellent. The delays getting in even with an appointment and between steps in the process were disappointing.

If only I could give 0 stars. Absolutely unhelpful and rude. My wife set up an appointment and went in to get help because she has a burning sensation in her nasal region, but she had tested positive over a week ago. With no signs and no notifications online, she was refused help because she tested positive. Before she even had a chance to speak, the girl at the front desk was immediately rude and said they were out of rapid tests. The front desk employee continued to be rude even as the doctors were called to the front and then backed her up and let her continue to be rude to my wife. She was told to leave and quarantine, which she has been doing for 10 days already. What medical institution runs off of being rude to their patients? Our roommate and her family have also had terrible experiences recently at this exact location. In their eyes your better off just dealing with the pain and sickness rather than offer help.

I should have read the real reviews before wasting my time coming here as I see several reviews regarding the rude front desk person. Made an appointment, arrived, then checked in to see that I was 5th in line and they appeared to be behind an hour on appointments. Front desk clerk rolled her eyes at me when I showed up I should have left immediately. Waiting area was crowded and I waited 2 hours then finally left. Ridiculous wait since I had an appointment. They called one person back in the 2 hours I waited. Other people left as well without being seen. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake.

I was scared and uninformed. Tried not to google side effects. My mind and my anxiety over testing positive for covid was intense. I came in for answers , why when I tested negative... I did not feel up to par. I was thankfully surprised how calming and informative our conversation went. Ill Always come back to see Theresa. Thank you so much for making me feel better about such a scary time in my life. You have knowledge and a good heart!!!! Ill tell anyone and everyone! You are the best! Thank you Theresa 😊.

Super friendly staff and very professional. The attending physician was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail flu A and flu B, and the symptoms etc. I highly recommend this facility as it was a short wait. This is also a designated Mission Act Veteran Urgent care too. So if you are a qualifying veteran, this is a great stopping point as opposed to driving all the way down to the Dallas VA. 5 stars. !!!

Wendy, my nurse was very efficient & friendly. I loved my PA Theresa, too! She listened to my issues & concerns, explained thoroughly what was going on and knew exactly what I needed.She was also so very compassionate… when she found out I was recently widowed, she took extra time to talk with me about personal things. This has been & will continue to be the clinic of choice when I have any health issues.

Professionalism and care is excellent. With Covid #s rising be prepared to sit and wait a few hours. On 12/26, Sunday, I waited 2 hrs after appmt time, Walk-ins were waiting up to 4-6hrs. As busy as they were, Staff still had smiles on their faces and treat you nicely.

I was actually treated very well, but i did have to wait an additional 25 min from whence my original appointment was at 2:20p.m.How times have changed things when one could just walk in any Urgent Care (first come, first treated)Didnt need an appointment.But, since the pandemic these business have gone crazy and we have to make an appointment for nearly everything.I have an appointment coming up in Nov for DMV.Now isnt that silly. Used to one could walk in. Grab a number sit down and wait. Now of course one needs an appointment.The World has gone mad!

They let me wait in my car safely for my Covid test. Texted me to come inside. The nurse and Dr. and front staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful. Im very grateful to this clinic when I cant immediately get in to my normal doctor. Ive been to this clinic a few times in the last 2 years, always had a good experience. Thank you Primacare. Prima are on Alma in Plano was great. Friendly staff. I used online checkin my appointment was at 8am was seen at 830am. Not too much of a wait. Nurse (I believe her name is Wendy) had great bedside manner. I would use them again.

They were able to see me very quickly. They ran my lab tests in only 15 minutes! All staff members (Angela, Allan and Jessica) I came into contact with were so helpful and friendly. I have confidence in their diagnosis and will certainly be back again!

I was scheduled for a 10-panel drug screen at NextCare in Plano (off Alma & Parker). When I checked-in, Diana in the front office stated they didn’t have the 10-panel drug screen. She offered me a 12-panel drug screen; which I accepted. I waited in the lobby for 25minutes when Diana approached me to tell me they did not have the 12-panel either.It is very upsetting that there was no communication with the patient within the time frame of waiting in the lobby of what was happening. Clinics that are privately owned take advantage of situations like these because there is really nothing one can do, but write a review.I would highly suggest going to another clinic where staff is on top of their upcoming appointments & making sure they have the things they need.A call before the appointment to let me know that they did not have the drug screen in stock would have been appreciated.

This was my first visit to an urgent care clinic. There was a bit of a wait before going back, but Ive yet to have an afternoon appointment with a doctor where that didnt happen. Good location. Facility was clean. All of the staff were friendly. Checkin was simple. The PA (J. Le) who saw me was knowledgeable and put me at ease.

Brought my 7 year old in after suspecting the flu. A bit concerned not bringing her to a pediatric urgent care but this place was great with kids. Everyone was really nice, wait times were not outrageous and we were in and out in an hour. Would recommend!

If you looking for great medical care, Primacare is the place to go. Diana, the front desk, checked me in quickly and she was so sweet. Wendy the nurse is amazing she made me feel better with her uplifting personality while she was triaging me. The provider Phung was great as well making sure she could do everything to make me feel better. Overall awesome place to go to for medical care.

I booked an appointment online same day. We were seen quickly, in and out in 45 minutes. Needed to get a quick physical for school for my daughter and it only cost $20 total because PC offered a coupon for school physicals. The staff was friendly. I would go here again.

Beware! Do not go here unless you are prepared to get an illegal surprised bill. I have insurance, paid my company and all at office. Then later I get a bill for the full amount. Hell the copay I paid was not even on the bill. No mention of insurance or anything. I have been directed all over the place. Apparently, the app is a third party that handles scheduling, the office is useless cause they do not generated bills, rather bills are generated by an third party whom is not responding at all. So looks like I am fixing to have to sue cause at the end of the day the office is still legally responsible and I have insurance that does qualify, not to mention the co pay that just disappeared. I have my receipt and all. O yeah I also looked up the third party they using for payments, guess what they have already been sue for illegal billing. So if I was you I would go else were do to the billing issues. Save yourself the headache.

Fortunately, I did not have an emergency and called to make an appointment. It was after hours of my regular doctor and they are in my network too. Filled out some on line paperwork, got there and got right in. Great nurse, great doctor. Not sure what else you could ask for.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Avoid like the plague. CAN’T GET MY MEDS AFTER TWO DAYS. I’ve had a really bad cough and the doctor prescribed a cough medicine with codeine. The first pharmacy they sent the prescription had no medicine in stock. Then I had to request a new prescription to another pharmacy further away because they had it in stock and because RXs with controlled substances cannot be transferred to another pharmacy. I waited over an hour at the second pharmacy (checking in every 15 mins) and the Rx order never arrived. It was late at night and I was sick and tired and drove home. The next morning I called CVS to find a store close to home that had the medicine in stock and I notified NextCare Urgent Care staff to please send a new Rx to 2200 Coit Rd and they called me to confirm that the pharmacy received the Rx and the medication was waiting for me. I drove to the pharmacy and they had no record of the Rx order. I called the Doctor’s office and the receptionist that took my call said they re-sent it to the Richardson, TX CVS instead of the Plano location. I told the doctor’s staff that I would report this to the management and when I asked for her name, she hung up on me.

Received excellent care this evening from Dr Miller.He gave me much reassure coming off of covid.He gave me a through exam.The nurse tech administered Decadron 10 mg Intramuscular appropriately, for red dry throat irritation.Office secretary excellent service, and nurse tech, cant remember their names.I have been coming to this clinic for many years now when it was formally called Prima Care.I knew the two original Doctors who opened up Prima Care. My husband, and other family members have always received excellent care, with much reassure. They are all very friendly, but and have a calming effect, when one is nervous.I am thankful, for thus clinic, the staff, and its close to my house.I will continue to use this clinic if needed, which I hope I dont need in the future.Thanks to NextCare Urgent Care clinic.Ramona ColePlano, Texas

The PA that attend to my grandson and I was wonderful. You would think after seeing as many people as she had seen, she would have been exhausted and grumpy. Even though it was almost closing time she was cheerful and warm. She made our visit there amazing. It’s because of her I will give Prima-care a four star rating.Otherwise, the rating would have been totally different. Let me explain, for this to be a healthcare facility, there was nothing in place as far as the CDC RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING COVID! No hand sanitizer stations, no one cleaning the waiting area after use, no mask readily available, etc. One thing I did notice was a container for “Clean Pens” and “Used Pens” at the receptions desk.I hope if I have to come back to PrimaCare things will be different.Thank you

Ive been coming to this location for over 35 years for everything from childhood immunization to sniffles/flu to simple xrays to migraines to work injuries. Its always clean with friendly, efficient, and smart staff. If you cant get into your PCP and dont want to mess with the hospital ER, this is a great option for quality and affordable healthcare.

This place is horrible! There is a sign on the door that says if you have corvid symptoms to call and they will come out to see you. Well that is a lie!! When you call they say you can come in. When you go in there is no social distancing happening?? The lady at the front desk was not friendly and seems irritated. She check me in as a walk in an I had an appointment. I had to wait almost a hour to be seen. Once I was seen the lady took the swab and disappeared. Then someone else came back in the room 40 mins later and handed me a piece of paper with my results. She did not give me any information or next steps. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Im from out of state but I needed to be seen, they have a program for cash payers and made it rather affordable. The receptionist and the NP were wonderful. Great people.

Been going to this place since Dr. Lee was in charge. Great service then, not as well now. Front desk person was rather curt. An individual in the waiting room was masked, but constantly coughing and was not asked to go outside until recovered. Front desk person said being outside and getting phone call or text when next up was not part of their service. Not consistent with their advertisements

Terrible front desk I checked in an hour and 1/2 ago but she didn’t sign me in until I complained about my wait for the nurse for the second time, she has no idea how online check in is working. And when I tried to remind her people who came after me are admitted she dismissed me and told me to wait.
