I had an amazing experience with Dr Foster! She is extremely educated, patient and attentive. I had a high risk pregnancy and c section delivery. We loved how she engaged with me and also my partner, she made sure to include him in our appointments and encouraged him to ask his own questions and concerns. Dr Foster you will be missed.

Dr. Foster-Rettig is outstanding in her field. She is such a caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly professional. She always takes the time to explain everything to me clearly and patiently, and answer all questions I may have. Pregnancy and giving birth can bring out fear, anxiety & so much worry, but during the entire time, I felt I have been cared for.My husband and I thank her very much for everything she has done for us during our time with her, and blessed to be fully supported during and after the birth of our daughter. She truly is a remarkable Physician, and Im so grateful to have her as my OB. In my Tina Turner voice.... She is Simply the Best!!!I would highly recommend Dr. Foster-Rettig.

Dr. Foster-Rettig is AMAZING. The best OB I’ve ever had. She cares so much about her patients. Not just the physical but your mental and emotional state as well. She takes her time to hear and understand you. Most certainly would recommend her if you are looking for a doctor!!

I have had a great experience coming to Women’s Specialists of Plano throughout my pregnancy! All of the staff are very nice, and scheduling is simple. Dr. Foster always makes me feel completely comfortable and answers all questions before I even think of them. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Foster if you’re looking for an OBGYN!

Dr. Foster-Rettig was amazing throughout the entire process of my pregnancy. She was kind and very knowledgeable & made me feel like family. She supported and respected the birth plan I wanted from day 1. She wasn’t the doctor on call the day I went into labor but she had a surgery scheduled at the hospital and took time out her busy schedule to still stop by to check on me before I gave birth to give me some additional encouragement & advise again on what I need to do once I pushed lol. The overall office is so nice and pleasant. I’m so grateful I came across this office & found her when I was looking for an OBGYN. This was my first pregnancy and if I do this again I will definitely be back with Dr. Foster-Rettig. Representation was major factor in finding a OBGYN while experiencing my first pregnancy & as a woman of color Dr. Foster-Rettig exceeded my expectations. Please understand she is the 1 and not the 2!

Dr. Foster-Rettig is beyond amazing, professional and relatable. She has the best bedside manners. She is very patient, kind and takes every concern I have into consideration. I am heard at every appointment. During my pregnancy, she made sure that my baby, husband and self were all safe. She always has a welcoming and calm spirit. My pregnancy wouldn’t have been as successful without her being on my healthcare team. During labor, she wasn’t on call but she took the time out to call my nurse to speak to me to let me know she was thinking about me and that everything was going to be okay; that alone showed me more about her character. She even prayed with me after every appointment even until I delivered. My husband and I are forever grateful for her. Thank you for everything. The staff is overall amazing as well, everyone is welcoming and always greet me with a smile and remind me that I’m not just a patient because they remember my name.

Hands down one of these BEST PROVIDERS I have EVER been to. As a woman, but especially a woman of color, my health is extremely important to me. Dr. Foster-Rettig was patient, informative, and kind from the time I walked into her office until the time I left. Her entire medical staff is amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’ve been a patient of Dr Foster-Rettig for about a year now. I’ve had 2 hysterectomies prior to finding her and suffered from menopause. Dr. Foster-Rettig saved me. If you have ever experienced hot flashes.. you know it’s like living in hell! If you want a new life please contact her for the hormone pellet therapy, it’s life changing.. I no longer suffer from hot flashes, my mood is more positive, my energy has increased tremendously, I’m a DIFFERENT woman all around!Before you even ask… YES.. they take Insurance. If you are in need of an informative OB/Gyn Dr. Foster-Rettig is the BEST!!!

I was referred to Dr. Foster-Rettig from a friend at my gym. From our very 1st appt she was attentive, listened to my concerns b/c I had 3 doctors prior who hadnt and within 6 months I had a my myomectomy to remove fibroids that had bothered me almost 5yrs.She was thorough in telling my options, she prayed with me in my last appt before surgery 🙏🏽, and came to see me the day after all while at least 8 months pregnant. I send everyone I know to her know. 3 of my friends now have her as their OBGYN and I let everyone know how grateful I am for her.We need more doctors like her. Im forever indebted. Dr. Foster - Rettig is very knowledgeable and never rushes appointments she really takes her time with her patients and answers any questions you have and is very thorough.

Doctor Foster-Rettig has been so awesome. We are having our first child and she has been there for us every step of the way.

Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She has horrible bedside manner. Had some complications in my csection and she told me life changing news over the phone vs in person.. and the office is literally in the same parking lot. I left her immediately after the 6 week check up and didnt look back.
