Alexandra made me feel comfortable right from the beginning and answered all my questions. She has always been so attentive and super sweet. She made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning. Despite my initial concerns about my age, she reassured me and guided me through the process. Sonia has been equally amazing, keeping me informed at every stage and providing all the necessary information and guidance. Together, they make an incredible team that I am grateful to be working with. I was also matched with my intended parents who seem to be equally as wonderful! The Genesis staff were all very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They matched us with an incredible surrogate who we loved getting to know. Our experience as Intended Parents with Genesis was so amazing! When we first started looking at agencies, we were a bit overwhelmed but our clinic gave us a short list of the ones they recommended and it just so happened that Genesis was also one that we had previously researched online. We had an initial consult with them (and two other agencies just to do our due diligence) and felt like Genesis was the best fit for us. Everyone we have talked to since signing on with them has been warm, understanding, and on top of things, including explaining each step to us. Our first embryo transfer didnt work and Genesis was so supportive to both us and our surrogate. Luckily our second transfer did work and they were with us every step of the way during the pregnancy to make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Our surrogate told us the same on her end, including making sure the bills were always paid on time.The surrogate that we matched with was such a perfect fit for our personalities and will be forever a part of our family!We have since referred a colleague and a friend to them. One needed a surrogate and their journey is going well and the other one needed a donor and they have had nothing but great things to say about their experiences so far.

This review is way overdue! Before I committed to serving others through surrogacy, I took my time to conduct research on the myriad of agencies out there. I knew my search was over when I found Genesis. Each and every one of their case managers as well as the president herself are beyond kind, thoughtful, and compassionate advocates for both the surrogates and the parents. My first journey with an intended mother was halted due to Covid and my second journey did not have an ideal outcome. Despite these hurdles, both my case manager, Erica M and the president, Lisa C both remained relentlessly sincere, warm, and understanding towards me. I could use all the positive adjectives from the thesaurus and I still wouldn’t be hyperbolic. From the surrogacy clinic to the lawyers appointed for me and the support groups with other surrogates, everyone maintained the same quality of service towards me. I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re reading this review, your search for the best surrogacy agency is over. Genesis is a treasure and you will be cared for with love and consistency all throughout your journey. Working with Genesis for my egg donation was an awesome experience. The women who work here are incredibly professional, passionate, and knowledgeable. I was a first time donor when I applied as a donor with Genesis, and I was nervous but they answered every single one of my questions with kindness and confidence. They were clear with instructions, quick to respond to emails and calls, and they always had my back. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or misled. I have since had two cycles with Genesis and both were wonderful experiences. I would happily donate with them many more times. Genesis Group is doing amazing work for an awesome cause! I just completed my first surrogate journey with Genesis on March 29th and I can honestly say I was overwhelmed by the amount of support the group gives. They make you feel like you are family in the best way possible! My coordinator was always just a call away, day or night. My delivery didn’t go according to plan so I delivered early, and she was on it and had everything taken care of so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I looked at numerous agencies prior to choosing Genesis and I am glad I picked them! They are best out there in my opinion!

I had two rounds of successful egg donation with Genesis Group. The first round was my very first experience of being the donor. I didnt know anything about the procedure but they explained everthing to the detail and made me feel very comfortable to get into the process. The whole process including the trip was very smooth and I always had access to contact them to ask any question or concern. Im a Japanese donor, and it was relieved that I had an agent who I could talk in Japanese, and that helped understand everything better as well. I will decently recommend working with them for whoever looking for the agent.

I have been an egg donor for Genesis for a few years now. I have completed 5 cycles, and had a great experience each time. They are always there to answer my questions, and keep me involved and informed through the entire process. Times where I have needed accommodating on travel arrangements, or flexibility on certain areas, they have always been so kind and helped me. I would recommend this agency to anyone considering becoming an egg donor. It’s a really rewarding experience and Genesis is there to assist you every step of the way.

Ive only had one experience with the Genesis group so far. I was a first -time donor in 2021 and I have no words to describe how welcoming and attentive everyone was from day one when I was getting screened up until long after I had gone through the retrieval process. Theyre such a fantastic group to work with and were incredibly supportive every step of the way - including coming over DAILY to help me out with hormone injections prior to my retrieval when I wasnt comfortable doing the shots by myself.Becoming a donor with them was a remarkably rewarding experience and I am excited at the idea of continuing to work with them for future cycles.

I delivered September 25th. This was my first journey as a surrogate. I could not of been any more happier. They made my experience so amazing. The support from the ladies running the agency is so great and also the connection with all the past and current surrogates. Erica has always been a call or text away making herself available 24/7 ready to help with any question or concern I may of had. I love this agency!!! This was my first time as a surrogate and I have had the best experience. The agency really cares about their intended parents but they also appreciate and care so much about their surrogates as well. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind. They really took care of me and all the surrogates by making sure we were both mentally and physically well throughout the entire process.

I have now been a surrogate for this group twice. Both experiences were amazing. Staff was/is always in contact with me making sure I was ok and to make sure there were no concerns. If I ever had any concerns (rare) they made sure they were addressed right away. I never felt like it was transactional, I always felt welcomed with open arms. I dont think I could ask for a better team to help me through these adventures and the outcome has always been 110% worth it. Helping to make families is an amazing experience as long as you are in the right hands and that is and will always be Genesis.

I completed a surrogacy journey with Genesis in July. I could not ask for a better company to work with. Everyone was so personable and kind. I am so thankful that surrogacy is an option for families to grow. I am excited to start another journey with Genesis and would highly recommend working with them.

I am a current surrogate with this agency at 21 weeks now. I have no complaints. Since the very beginning they have been very understanding and patient with me. Everything was fast and they keep you updated along the process. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. If I were to decide to do this again, I would do it with Genesis again in a heartbeat.

I completed my first journey in July of last year. Everything from start to finish was a breeze and stress free experience! Never had any issues with comp. or communication and any time I didnt understand something someone was always available to answer any questions I might have had. I wish I could give 10 Stars to Genesis Group, especially to our coordinator Ting. I successfully helped my friends couple living in Northeast Asia encounter a marvelous baby boy in late April this year. I checked my emails and found my initial contact with Wendy at Genesis was back in December 2018. My email exchanges with Genesis, mostly with Ting, counted over 400. Egg donation and surrogacy is undeniably a long and winding road, but Genesis has been fully on our side throughout the journey. The newborn boy has become the ultimate happiness for everybody - the intended parents and their family, the surrogate who is a living angel, and many more including myself. The Reproductive Law Center (RLC) and CHA Fertility Center in LA which Genesis introduced to us also did a great job. Genesis Group knows exactly what it is and should be doing and has always been true to what it enumerated on the retainer and the cost sheet. What is even better, they have Ting and other staff who are willing to assist with a heart of gold. Thank you!!!

My experiences with Genesis were amazing! I found this company on the website. I didnt know well what egg donor is. They explained to me my first language. It was really helpful to understand it. Also, when I had questions, they replied to me as soon as possible. I dont have any complain to them and I can trust them. At the end, I did egg donor three times. I had side effects after Egg retrieval (because of my personal basic condition, not for everyone), and it was really hard time for me. But they always helped me, care of me, and listened me more than a clinic. They have enough knowledges to give advice.If I didnt have them, I was lonely and anxious. The Genesis group has made this journey so easy so far. What I look for when working with someone is how up front and helpful they are. I look for someone I can call on even if I have a thousand question. No matter how silly I feel the question is they are quick to reassure me that any questions I have is a legit questions. My friend expressed what an amazing agacy this was when she was a surrogate and Im so glad I found them. I am in the process of becoming one myself and its been great! Erica is always there to make me feel better about everything. Jennifer was so thorough when I initially decided to become a surrogate. She made sure she declose everything with all honesty and her passion for this agancy reassured that this is the only agancy I want to ever work with.

The women who donate are treated like livestock here. All of the employees will be extremely nice until you sign papers and get matched to a family. I was treated so unprofessionally and rudely by the coordinators and nurses. The only people who treated me like a human being and took time to answer my questions were the doctors. One of the nurses couldnt even answer any of my questions regarding the medical testing and couldnt take my blood sample correctly! She poked the needle too deep and bruised my arm! People like that should not be working in the medical field if they cannot perform a simple task like taking a blood sample. This experience made me realize that I need to be very careful and selective with the company that I choose to donate my eggs to.

I couldn’t imagine using any other surrogacy agency for any of my journeys. They make the process so simple and always have your best interest. The ladies at the agency have become like family to me from day one and I’ve been with them for 4 years now. I see more surrogacies for myself in the future with them and I haven’t even finished journey #2 yet! I am very thankful I chose them from the beginning.

Warning for prospective parents: Genesis Group Egg Donation and Surrogacy AfencyI’m a 21year old female who attends a good graduate school and has published achievements. This agency found me on Facebook and messaged me offering $50-100k for my eggs for my intelligence. The lady even mentioned that other donors only get $6000-8000 for their eggs.It really angered me that the agency was looking for college students on Facebook and messaging them. We are a vulnerable population, many of us burdened with student loans. Offering $50-100k to vulnerable student populations is a very low way to find egg donors.I am getting a graduate degree in healthcare and am very passionate about reproductive technologies. I strongly empathize with those who struggle with fertility and understand through my own family’s experiences.This agency should be ashamed for finding vulnerable female college students, Facebook messaging them, and luring them in with financial incentives. I admire people who become egg donors for sharing the potential of life. Agencies should not be looking for donors by luring them in with financial incentive, especially if these couples are looking for intelligent donors with published achievements and willing to pay such high compensation.

I have completed 3 journeys with this agency. I delivered the last one in Oct. 2017. My coordinators were there for me every step of the way with all 3 journeys. All the ladies there are so sweet and absolutely wonderful! Thank you ladies!

Such a fantastic group of women to work with, they go above and beyond from day one to make sure you have everything you need for success. I myself can only speak from the surrogate side of their business but I couldnt imagine the egg donation being any different with these awesome women!
