Great experience, my son’s school required a physical for sports clearance, I found this place online & I was impressed how seamless the process was! I scheduled the appointment online (they offer great appointment time options that worked for our schedule), upon arriving the visit was held on time and even completed sooner than expected with an OOP cost of $20.00!! Definitely recommend!

I was feeling bad all week I finally got enough strength to get up and go to NextCare Urgent Care to get a diagnosis no sooner than I finish my paperwork before you knew it I was being called for treatment Not like some places do your Vitals then send you back into the lobby but actually being treated. I give NextCare a 5⭐ for Excellent Customer Service and Care very Attentive and knowledgeable_ I can say VERY Knowledgeable and Pleasant and most of all No long wait time my visit was very short 👏

I was in a car accident and came to make certain I was alright.  I came as a walk-in patient, and they helped me quickly check in. The office staff, nurses, and the doctor who saw me were all extremely kind and courteous, very helpful, and did everything they could to address my concerns and make me comfortable during my visit.  I would highly recommend this location and its staff to anyone who needs urgent care!

Why have appointments if we have to wait anyways? Took an hour to be called back after my appointment time. People that checked in before me but have no appointment went first. So it is just come first serve and screw appointments.Dont know what has happened to this place. It use to be my go to urgent clinic even after moving more than 30 minutes away I drove here.All the staff were so rude!The doctor or PA or whomever was completely unprofessional and sloppy mess. Spent 30 seconds with me. No joke!!! Literally 30 seconds. Didnt even come in the room all the way or shut the door.Time to find a new urgent clinic closer to home.

We were in and out. Great customer service. My son needed a sports physical and we had gone here last year. Only $20 . I recommend!

Took my daughter here yesterday bc she has had fever for 3 days. Doctor did nothing and didnt even want to give her a cough medicine for her persistent cough. Very dissatisfied due to a pointless appointment.

I think it was pretty decent being tht it was one of the very few tht accept medicaid. My time inside was a long wait to be seen, I do think there was only 1 doctor working. But the care I received when having been seen was good. It was kind of hot inside idk if the ac was broke or what. And like I said the wait time was 1hr and I finished everything in a total of an hr and 25 mins. Mostly waiting.Pros tho- They accept medicaid-They are open weekends and late

I have to believe that it was partially my fault for coming in at 8:45 before they closed at 9:00, because it was clear they wanted to get out of there. Came in and was checked out within by closing time, once I saw the doctor she was in the office for 3 mins to tell me they wouldn’t be able to help me and that she recommended me go to the emergency room. Note that the way she said it, she was exiting out of the exam room as she said it and we sat in the exam room for another few minutes wondering if the exam was complete or she was coming back. (Very unclear that she was done with us.) Probably the least professional medical visit I have ever had.

The visit was amazing. The staff took great care of my daughter and answered any questions we had. The wait time wasn’t long either. Excellent customer service. Everyone’s experience is different. This was just my experience

Excelente Urgent Care Center. I was able to make my appointment on the app. There was no wait time. The front desk nurse and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was seen by Durgheu FNP, Alexandru. He was attentive, friendly, caring, and took the time to explain everything to me about my condition and what the plan was to help me feel better.Thank you so much!

Clean facility, friendly, knowledgeable staff.Schedule ahead online or on the easy to use mobile app. Our wait time on an appointment scheduled on that morning for thatsame morning was less that 30 minutes.

Went 2 weeks ago for severe throat pain and doctor didn’t test me for strep or Covid. Pain persisted I returned 2 weeks later with same issue but turn out it was Covid doctor didn’t not feel ny throat or listen to my lungs they we’re basically just trying to rush me out of there. The doctor was suppose to prescribe me something to help with symptoms and the prescription never got sent to my pharmacy .

I love being able to make an appointment for urgent care. Quick way to be seen. Doctors actually listen to what the issue is. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give them 5 stars because we were seen quickly and the doctor was nice but the fact that I was told that a physical would cost $35 and then I’m being billed for more a month later just doesn’t sit right with me. I called the office to get price of physical before even taking my daughter there. Lady told me $35. Took my daughter to the clinic that day and lady said my total was $35. Paid it in full. 1 month later I receive a bill. Just not right.Called the office and they told me only thing I can do is file a dispute but they doubt it’ll be accepted. If I would have known the physical was NOT $35, I would have just taken my daughter somewhere else.

Good experience. I liked the fact all paperwork could be completed online. The wait time was quick.Experience was positive.

My son fell and hurt his thumb on Monday, with it being Wednesday and still painful we came in to get it looked at. It was a complete waste of time. The dr came in looked at his hand and said he is fine. No palpitation, no moving it, just it’s probably growing pains and I can send over meds for the pain and I will get your discharge papers.This is the same thumb that was broke 3 years prior and I expressed my concern of the prolong pain over the past 3 days.Now we will have to go in to his dr and waste more time to get X-rays to ensure he has not broken his thumb again.We have used this urgent care several times, this is the first time we have seen this Dr and I am very unhappy with the exam let alone the completion of the visit. Now 3 hours later we still do not have meds called in to the pharmacy to top it off.

Went yesterday. First time there. The doctor just kept shrugging his shoulders everytime I asked him a question. Told him what was happening and he kind of made me feel like I was over reacting. Asked him what are the next steps, and he explained. So I asked him (because he’s the doctor) if these next steps were necessary or what does he think and he said “well you’re here aren’t you” and I asked him well what do you think? And he just shrugged his shoulder. You can tell he did not take me serious at all and I felt like I was just wasting his time the entire time. Shrugged his shoulder twice to me when I asked him two questions. But still got some of the answers I needed I guess, John rocker is what my paper says that the doctor signed off my prescriptions.

Visit was fine and didnt take long. I was experiencing a gout flare up. Doctor or nurse practitioner, not sure which, prescribed 2 medications. Went to pharmacy and only 1 medication had been prescribed. Called the clinic and evidently she forgot the other prescription. Waited but never received a notification from CVS. Next day, still no notification so called the clinic and they said it was sent. Went to pharmacy and they had no record. Still dont have my prescription. Hope everyone else is not like me and getting their prescriptions.I wont be back to this place

Absolutely a jokeWent in for my left eye being irritated. The lady doctor didnt as much as look in my eye to see if anything was in it or maybe a scratchInstead told me to go see a eye doctor for Glaucoma.Could have burnt up $35.00 and got the same results.

The PA was very kind! The nurse did my son’s strep test better than ANY nurse ever has before!

Take my kids here all the time. They are great. Dr Davis was awesome and front end staff is always amazing.

Usually this is a great place. Once in a while you get a caregiver who is not as thorough or does not listen as well as they should. Overall very pleasant and efficient care. My wonderful experiences here outweigh the so-so ones by FAR. Highly recommended.

Very quick with evaluating my symptoms. Dr was very courteous paid a lot of attention to detail. He also took time to explain what was going on with me.

Every time I go there all the staff is very nice and helpful. They listen to what you have to say and go from there. I wont go anywhere else. It is fast getting in and out.

It went horrible the doctor there today was the worst Ive ever seen in my life theres two other doctors that work there that are great but this woman was by determined she was going to give me augment in which cause diarrhea for me then she tells me Im allergic to amoxicillin which I think amoxicillin is augmentin that she was trying to give me along with diarrhea for a week no good

Came here for My kids sports physical.I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to see my kids. It was less than an hourly and reasonable price. Will be back, thank you

THIS URGENT CARE IS ONE OF THE BEST THAT IVE BEEN TOOFROM THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST TO THE NURSES AND DOCTORS IN THE BACK. THEY WERE VERY TIMELY — I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO.L ANY ONE NEEDING CARE RATHER THAN IN A HOSPITAL SITTING FOR HOURS ON END. THANK YOU STAFF FOR ALL YOU DO AND BEING COURTEOUS.

Best urgent care type thing I’ve been to. Didn’t have to wait all day nor fill out tons of paperwork even saved money. The Doc didn’t waste no time came in seen me kept it plain and simple didn’t use verbiage that you have to Google to get an idea of what’s going on. I highly recommend I’m not from here I just had issue while on trip and went here so travelers if any problems go here it’s no hassle with anything. I wasn’t only person there they were seeing everybody fast getting em in seen about and out every doc office should be ran like this

The patient care and staff were all so nice and welcoming. My son came in vomiting and it got all over a chair and they made sure to let me know it was okay and they would take care of the mess and would see him quick. I was in and out in 45 min. The NP was so kind and caring for me and my son.

Very friendly people the doctor actually listens to what you have to say and prescribes the right meditation every time definitely will go back again

I checked in and paid and waited to be seen I was put in room and then the doctor came and told me I couldn’t be seen there I had to go to emergency room I went to emergency room I don’t know exactly what time I was sent from net care to emergency room but I was at emergency room until 4:00 pm and I was never put in exam room in vital sign room the doctor sent me to X-ray at 1:18 pm and by 2:18 my results were ready and I was let go until 4:00 pm I was given nothing but to take ibuprofen that was it the I started having a low blood sugar because I was there forever if you’re urgent care is not able to help with X-ray please advise before I pay

My eye swelled down due to infections and gave best prescriptions to heal quickly. Keep up good work.

Was able to make an appointment online for a slot only 20 mins later. Didnt wait long to be seen. Everyone was nice. My issue was a simple one but usually when I see my pcp its at least an hour and a half visit. I was in and out of this urgent care in under 40 minutes. I am an extremely busy person and my time is precious, so I really appreciated that.

I’m new from out of town. I needed to be seen urgently and I’m so glad I gave this office a try. Soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me and thoroughly explained the Medical Discount Program they provide, which I signed up for. She was super sweet and helped me with all the questions I had. Also, Melissa (nurse) was fantastic! I felt very comfortable explaining to her what was going on with me. She made me feel very assured. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone needing immediate attention.

I didn’t have to wait long. The staff is fast and caring. The doctor is genuine and really listens to you. Will come again!

Feel like they are not thorough. They do very basic check up, no blood work.

It was easy to make an appointment and provide information and insurance online, beforehand. Check in was easy, and waiting time under 30 minutes. All personnel were caring and efficient. This was my second visit, and I was satisfied with the experience both times. I do recommend.

Was able to get an appointment online same day. Checked in and was in the back within 15 minutes. Nurse was very good with my 3 year old who was a little skepticalof what was going on. Doctor was very nice and seemed truly concerned about my little one. Overall great experience and definitely worth going in and being seen. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

They never sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they did not give me a paper copy either! They closed at 9, so I couldn’t call back to get them to resend it

Just left NextCate Urgent Care, the lady at the desk was extremely helpful and kind and the doctor and staff were quick and amazing. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns.

Facility needs to hire a new cleaning person, at opening of business floors looks like it need to be sweeping and and lobby bathrooms had an slight order. Girl at front desk was very respectfully and professional. Check in was quick and smooth, my needs were meet.

Ive come here twice, once in 2017 and just recently in 2022 and both times have been very pleasant. The staff and physician were both very kind, helpful and gave terrific customer service and care. The physician was very thorough, I didnt feel rushed at all. She also made sure I understood what she explained to me about my situation.

The few times that we visited this office we had a good experience no issues. We received a follow up call a couple of days after the appointment. I was pleased with the courtesy call. Its a manner of showing you care. I think the only thing I do not like is that we can not contact the office directly. We called the office back at the # we received the call from but when you call the # back it goes directly to a call center. If you need an answer to a question or a concern o feel its best to speak to someone from the office you visited. I think its more personable that way and concerns will be taken care of alot faster. Other than that great experience.

Staff was super nice and helpful with my 2 year old son

My first visit was great. The second time that visited, however, did not go as smoothly. They prescribed me an antibiotic in the meantime while they sent my sample to get cultured. Told me they’d be calling me soon to give me my results. The antibiotic didn’t work and I was waiting on the call that they told me to expect for a new prescription. I waited a week and my infection got worse. I decided to call but the calls go to a call center. The operator told me they had received my results already but they needed to be reviewed. So I waited another day. At this point the pain was unbearable, so I called again. This time, I wanted to be connected to the clinic. They weren’t available so I waited a couple of hours and called again. I finally got connected to the clinic. They hadn’t reviewed my results despite having them for days at this point. It took the doctor not even a full minute to see I was resistant to the previous antibiotic and prescribed me a different one. My infection should have never gotten to that point had they reviewed my results in time, had they given me the call they told me to expect, had it been easier be connected to them. This clinic has not been sit the times I’ve been. The walls are so thin you can hear the medical staff’s conversations and laughs while you wait in the patient rooms. This was about my health. My infection was getting worse, the pain was unbearable and it seemed they could not have cared less. I am disappointed in the way they handled this. I didn’t go to this emergency room because its not covered by my insurance and I couldn’t not afford the debt.

I went to another Urgent Care on Spencer and it was a bad experience. Doctor acknowledged I had an upper respiratory infection and gave me instructions to continue OTC mucinex and gargle salt water..... what????I came to this Urgent Care 2 days later with ear aches. The doctor who attended me was very kind!! She gave me 2 antibiotics, and 2 day work excuse note. 2 days later and I feel 90% better!! I was a walk in patient and waited for 1 hr but it was totally worth it.Definitely coming back.

I got a noon appointment on line. It was a full waiting room when I got there, but the office moved everyone through efficiently. The nurse went through her checks/questions efficiently and the doctor was prepared based on her prep work. Overall the office was efficient including the receptionist.

From staff to NP Melissa Baker everyone was awesome. Fast, friendly and affordable. Submit forms online, arrive wait a few minutes and your in. Very satisfied. If I could offer one suggestion, add capabilities for MRI & xrays.

They got me a appointment for X-rays next day which is on Memorial Day! and the staff was very nice and doctor was very helpful also. The office was very clean as well. Definitely recommending to others.

I was able to schedule myself a appointment online and schedule the next available appointment first thing in the morning. I checked myself as arrived at the clinic. The wait wasnt long as I had already completed the new patient form online and submitted my insurance and identification online. It was overall a convenient and fast experience. Also I previously taken my son here years prior and it was a pleasant experience back then as well.

Recommend it highly. My two children are treated so kindly by the whole staff. Checking in is so easy. The nurse is so kind. The doctors here are amazing and very patient when dealing with my children. So professional! Thank you for your excellent service.

Absolutely love this place been coming for 10 years! But the past couple times I’ve been in with my kids an older lady has verbally attacked me and try to say it’s me! This is absolutely not professional and I’ve let it go multiple times but after the 4th times today I will be making complaints everywhere about her!! All other nurses and doctors are amazing though!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This place has gone downhill. I dont know if its new management or what. My mother needed labs done to get her Thyroid meds adjusted or to even get this months medication. If they couldnt do the labs, the least they could do was give her a good referral. She also needed to get seen for an infection in her throat. All she got was turned around. USELESS CSRs on phone and at the office. CSR there has no empathy and no idea how to treat people.

Ive been taking my Children here for the past two years when there doctors office is closed. And I must say I have never had a bad experience! The staff and doctors are really considerate and nice. And they try to see you the fastest they can. Ive been when it was super packed and a lot of kiddos were sick. They were still very nice and got us in as soon as they could. My kiddos honestly like this place better than there doctors office. I would definitely recommend going! And Would like to thank the staff and doctors for being amazing to my my children and I. Their Virtual appointments are easy to get but the PA is rude and clueless. SHE LITERALLY SAID TO ME THAT ADULTS CANT GET STREP THROAT AND IF THEY DO IT IS VERY RARE.This is after I told her my grandson just had it and I have a weakened immune system.. She wouldnt give me antibiotics so it was a completely wasted day waiting for this appointment. I had to get out of bed a go into another urgent care clinic and guess what I HAVE STREP THROAT. I got the positive test. She needs to be fired. I will be reporting her and this company. Yall lucky you dont get sued.

These people told my grand son he has a sprang hand come to find out it was broke….. he had to have surgery downtown and they had a screw in his wrist .. people if you think something might be broke please don’t come here go to a real clinic ir a real doctor …I believe these clinics are only good for a common cold that’s it …

Dr. Singleton was amazing along with the rest of the staff. The only problem was the wait time, even with appointment. Definitely need more Drs to meet demand- could’ve also been the day and time I wentWould still recommend

Either get thicker doors or don’t talk about patients If the nurses want to talk about patients maybe they should talk quieter. I heard a nurse say coming in with COVID symptoms and doesn’t have a mask on. I personally didn’t feel like I had COVID just a cold.

Awesome place! Best urgent care I’ve ever been to it was an amazing experience in a difficult time from start to finish, the front desk staff was polite and helpful, waiting area is very well kept, waiting time was quick, nurse was very polite he was very sweet to my fuzzy 2 year old, the doctor was amazing and took his time to explain everything answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like he was in a hurry to go see other patients like my daughter’s pediatrician usually makes me feel. Overall I give this place 10 stars. Great job guys Thank you so much for all your hard work! ♥️

This is the first time I’ve used this urgent care. I brought in my sick 9 month old, and we all know how fussy sick babies are. The team was super sweet and accommodating for us! Not to mention we were in and out in under 20 minutes!! I highly recommend this place.

The entire staff was attentive. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice and attentive to my mothers medical needs. Will definitely come back to this location if need to and will recommend to family and friends.

Had to take my mom there for her back injury. They had a short wait and all the tools necessary to help her. They were very friendly and attentive. I will go here again should I need urgent care. Much better than traditional waiting room. Was a little expensive even with insurance but worth the expense for the wait and immediate high level care.

The male front desk is always friendly. The male nurse is also very nice and friendly. The male physician that was there today was and has always been very friendly and welcoming. Overall my experience was great today. Was seen at a decent time and left within the hour.

Quick but the diagnosis was incorrect. My son had more than a virus!!

Anytime my kids do not feel well, I bring them here if we can not see their PCP. We are actually seen, diagnosed, and discharged within 1 hour or less. Dr. Singleton is awesome and diagnoses are always accurate. The front desk gentleman, Noah, is always nice and respectful. Ive been bringing my kids to this urgent care for years and the service has always been great.

They helped me right away when my OB turned me away. They provided me with the best care I’ve had in a while. This team was exceptional. They found out I had two severe ear infections… something you would think my OB would have caught. Quick and efficient. Even provided me with a drs note for work unasked. I wish Dr. Sharde was my primary care physician.

My wife has been here before and really had a great experience with the Dr and all the staff, so when I needed to see a Dr she recommended next care urgent care to me . I called and made an appointment the same day and when I got there I was taking in right away. My wife was spot on about everyone being so nice and helpful. I am very satisfied with next care urgent care and highly recommend to everyone.

Thought I broke my ankle today. I was able to make an appt and get seen quickly with X-rays. Ended up just being a bad sprain. Very clean facility and super nice staff! Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Highly recommend coming here when you are in need!

I seldom need to go myself at an urgent care clinic. Today I went. And in the past 2-3 years I’ve been bringing my kids and grandchild here. I’d like to emphasize that their friendly staff at the reception, Mr. NOEL is such a good hearted person. He remembers his patients! The medical staff are exceptional! I highly recommend coming here for a fast precise diagnosis! God bless these wonderful staff!

They were very sweet to my one year old daughter who came in with a double ear infection and made her experience comfortable.

Need to update my rating. All previous visits were handled well, however, when needing urgent care for my 4 month old child, we were turned away. I had called the number listed on Google which is the call center, and the representative said this particular location could see children 4 months of age. My child had been experiencing a high fever all weekend and my regular pediatrician and associated offices were booked for the day, which led me to seek care at urgent care. After being told this location could see my sick son, I set my appointment. Upon arriving for check in, I was told they only saw 6 month age. I told the receptionist that I was told they saw younger, to which she replied I don’t know why they told you that. So I had to leave and look elsewhere for care. Not going to return here again.

Fast, friendly, and safe. I had to take both myself and my 5 yr old for a cold we caught and cant kick. They were super friendly and professional towards us and made sure my kid was comfortable with being swabed.

This clinic is very organized and efficient. I called the day before and they gave me an appt for Rapid Covid test the following day. I was having some other issues and the PA listened to me and treated me for that too. She was very thorough in her exam. The nurses and front desk personnel were all polite and nice. I came to NextCare because I was miserably sick, and it was covered by my insurance. The 4.7 review convinced me to go, and honestly, I have no regrets. We got there a little after 7. It was quiet and clean. They were working with a skeleton crew and had a lot of patients to see, myself included. Israel was, hands down, amazing. He was sympathetic to my plight and made me feel comfortable and at ease despite how ill I felt. Despite the fact that it was busy, both Israel and Rochon A. Singleton made me feel cared for. They had spectacular bedside manner especially since it was near close to closing, and they still had patients to take care of. I highly recommend them! Their attitude and care made a huge difference for me.

The only drawback was 1 hour 40 minute wait. I was seen by Kristen Baranowski PAC. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, put me at ease. I had to have a detached toenail removed, but I was quickly put at ease by her attitude. It was quick and painless.

Very professional. The wait to get into the actual exam room was quick. The staff was great! The doctor and assistant were absolutely amazing, I would recommend. Very personable & treated my kid like family.

They are pretty quick but still professional and friendly. I went for myself the first time. I got diagnosed with bronchitis. A few days later ran into the weekend and my son was sick. He had an ear infection. We were in and out under 1 hour. Probably 45 min. I hate going to my PCP because its usually a half day affair and then he wants me to do other tests that has nothing to do with what Im going in there for in the first place. They remember your face here and those who wrote kudos about Noah, the front desk person,,, you are absolutely right. Very nice guy! Seems very concerned and just genuinely nice.

My wife took my son up there he had been saying his ear hurts .he was running a very high temp .my says most friendly people they did every test possible on my son but. We still cant figure out why hes running a 103.3 fever they gave him medicine told my wife what to do .she said they were great keep up the good work ..

I had a really quick and pleasant experience here. I did the online check in time and paperwork before going, and I waited in the waiting room for maybe 5 or so minutes (I was the only person there). The doctor was in and out of my room pretty quick and I realized afterwards there was something I wanted to ask about but it happened so fast that I forgot. But she was extremely kind and I greatly appreciated her explanation of the inaccuracy of the rapid strep throat tests and still prescribing me antibiotics because I still had a decent chance of having strep even after testing negative for it. What I appreciated the most, though, was that not a single thing about Covid was mentioned while I was there. Most places push Covid tests no matter what your symptoms are these days, but they didn’t say a single thing about it and I was so thankful for that. I’d already taken an at home test that was negative, and white patches on your throat are NOT a sign of Covid. It was such a breath of fresh air for them to not try to convince me that I could have Covid when it was obviously not the case. I would definitely come here again. Everyone was friendly and I absolutely loved how fast I was in and out since I was really not feeling well.

Nice doctors and nurses always clean. The wait is little long usually goes about 20-30 minutes past appointment time. Definitely make an appointment

I came here for a rapid test and they were amazing. The person at the front desk was very helpful, the nurse was very kind and considerate. The doctor really was amazing, she was very patient and was very kind. I will go here from now on to have my testing done. Thank you guys very much.

This place is amazing very fast and the doctor and staffs are very kind. I had never experienced such a great staff and doctor before. My son usually cries when ever he sees a doctor some how this doctor and his nurse was able to make him smile and laugh. I can’t express how amazing this place is

I do not recommend, yes they attend you but they never send the medicine to the pharmacy, and when you call them to ask they never answer and leave you on wait.

Made an appointment this morning at 10 am for a 1:00. Didn’t wait but 8 min to be seen. Got the quick results I needed. Everything was quick and to the point and everyone was very sweet and outgoing. Always recommend this place! Thank you 🙏🏽

We had an awesome experience the doctor and staff were awesome they took care of my six year old son immediately and made him feel comfortable. Not what we wanted during thanksgiving break but we did and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My baby girl was very very sick and I had to leave work early. I searched the city for someplace that would accept our insurance and they did. Once I got back there, they were so nice. They even gave my daughter and my son a popsicle just because if you have sick kids or youre sick yourself, I highly recommend this place they have a lifetime customer here.

We always come here when it is after hours and or we cant get into our pcp. The staff is kind, Dr Singleton is amazing, we will literally wait to see him if we can. Only downfall and always has been is that they rarely answer the phone. Use to answer it all the time. I have literally driven over just to walk in and get an answer. Hope they can improve that 😊

These medical professionals were amazing today. I pre-booked the 9:00 appointment online. I arrived a bit early. They opened the doors promptly. They efficiently processed me in as a new patient and I was in a room in 10 minutes. My presenting problem was laryngitis - total loss of voice. They were willing to listen to my explanations and answers on an iPhone text to speech app - not as easy as you might think. When I told the PA I was to be out of the country in the near future, he responded to my issues with aggressive treatment. I appreciate their professional and courteous treatment and the fact that they made every effort to get me the best resolution possible. Im from out-of-town and their actions made me feel better about my difficult situation.

First time here had a great experience. Front desk Noah was very kind, the X-ray tech was great he knew what he was doing and he was so nice. The Doctor was very kind and relaxed he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank y’all for yalls hard work

I have a large family with active kids and have had many emergency room and urgent care experiences. This one was one of the best we have had in a long time.Brought my son in with injured wrist on a Sunday evening. 3-4 other patients with families when we arrived, the typical paperwork, etc., but we got in, got xrays, got splinted, got pain prescription, and were out in about hr and a half. Competent and professional staff at all points of contact. Highly recommended.

Made an appointment online so when I got there I was able to be taken back quick. The staff and physician were very kind and were able to get us taken care and out of there quickly so we could get home with our sick baby.

The staff is great! Its the receptionist that kills this place. She seems to not like her job and it definitely shows when she deals with patients coming in. If you dont mind a rude attitude towards you, then by all means, come to this place. As for myself.... not sure I want to come back ONLY because of her, but sadly, thats enough to ruin it for me.

Ive taken my mom a few times. Today I had to take my oldest son because he fell pretty bad at school. Ok so I called to make sure there would be an x ray tech today, even though they still have to be read and signed off by a Radiologist, anyway Noah answered the phone and said yes they have an x ray tech today. So I brought my son in immediately. We get there sigh in before I could finish sighing the paperwork, the tech called us back, and was the nicest most polite guy he asked what happened, then took vitals and then and x ray let me back in the room with my son (16 years old) and talked to us the entire time, he made us very very welcome and I appreciate than more than anything. The doctor came in right away took an assignment and evaluated him. Then told us the x Rays were good no broken bones, answered all my questions and concerns. They treated my son like their brother and or own child. He sprained his knee really bad and has to stay down for a bit ( summer literally starts today last day of school). We had an amazing staff today. Ive taken my mom 3 times and the tech that did moms vitals was the same guy today, awesome. Noah wasnt there the 3 times I took my mom it was another girl and I can say from experience the comments about her were dead on shes not meant for this job. Ive worked in drs offices before the receptionist is the first person you see so they can set the mood for a good visit or bad visit. I hope Noah stays because those 3 guys today were awesome.

Have been on multiple occasions. All were overall good experiences. The clinic could stand a deep cleaning but nothing horrifying 🤷🏼‍♀️

The receptionist went out of his way to help me me find the HEB pharmacy. The nurse was so nice to me and my son! I was the patient but since my son was also sick he was very patient and nice to him, he called him meho (son) which I thought was sweet and he gave him a popsicle too. The doctor was alright not very personable but we didn’t have to wait she got us in and out fast.

My 1st time to use NextCare Urgent Care was Thursday 9/6/18. I was very pleased with the staff and the care was excellent! Went back for follow up today Sat. 9/8/18 different staff but just as pleased and again excellent care!

Really recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always bring my son here. Hes always taken care of unlike at his Primary care doctor...I havent taken him back. I just love it!

I arrived after work, a few minutes before 8pm, with tension and nerve pain I had suffered with all day. The service was fast but attentive. I felt the fast part was because they cared that I was in pain. I will continue to choose them first.

I went in 30 minutes before closing and was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. Everyone was nice and helpful. Dr. Burris took his time examining me and listened to my symptoms.

It’s embarrassing I guess, but I don’t have a primary physician. I’m blessed to be a relatively healthy person, but I do need one or two minor diagnoses a year. It’s easy for me to go the urgent care facility. I seldom wait more than an hour which is good since I didn’t have an appointment. The doctor immediately recognizes me, greets me, and listens intently to my symptoms I’m experiencing. The diagnosis is always spot on. It makes me feel as though I have a primary physician which make me feel good.

Easy to set up online appointment for COVID 19 testing. Efficient system in place and helpful, kind staff. Contacted me via phone re: negative results within 4 days. I do not yet know how much is will cost after insurance.

In and out of there within 30 minutes...actually like 25 minutes lol granted I was the only one there but still there was plenty of staff on hand for a busy office.Went in there thinking I had an ear infection, after filling out my new patient paper work it took about 5 minutes for a nurse to call me back to take my vitals and another 5 minutes to see the Nurse Practitioner. Everyone was really nice and attentive.

I had a pleasant experience. PA Rochon Singleton, made me feel very comfortable. He took his time while still getting me out in a reasonable time.

It was nice and fast service..only issue I had was that I paid $120 copay and when the doctor came in he said because of the issues I stated he couldnt help me and I need to go to an emergency room, and thats fine..what brothers me is he never laid a hand on me and I was in his office speaking with him less than a minute and I feel I deserve some of my copay back if not all..I called them several times and told them my issue and they wont return my calls. Then they finally replied to this review and stated they would reimburse me in the form of a check. They must have sent it to the wrong address cause I still havent got it yet. Wish they just returned it to my debit card like the rest of the county can.must be they just dont have that kind of technology yet..Btw nexcare..just curious..did you put the proper address on that return? Cuz I still havent received it?

I came here when I injured my foot a while back. Walked in, was seen, xrayed, and given a shot for swelling and medicine to fill. The whole process took us no more than 30 minutes. While we were there the staff was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable (usually I feel so gross at urgent cares).

The male N.P. that works is Awesome. The genlemgen that worked the front desk is extremely nice. The N.P. there was carrying, answered all my silly questions with a smile explained everything patiently, and is super sweet to my kids. I really like every employee there

I honestly wish I could not give a star at all and just inform you how this place refused to provide Health care to an toddler because she wouldn’t wear a mask. Mind you, I said toddler she is 22months old . Couldn’t breath was congested and irritable from being up all night night. As I walked in the clinic before I could even get any information out. I was interrupted from what I was trying to inform him what was wrong with my child. So he could tell me if she didn’t have a mask he would provide one (again 22 months old), I said that was fine but she wouldn’t be able to wear one as what was currently going on with her. I the parent had a mask and there was no one else here at this time just me, my daughter and him. He was very persistent that she wear a mask and told me well she wouldn’t be able to be in building if she didn’t have a mask on. I said really by law the age requires to wear a mask is 10years and older. He said I don’t know what to tell you ma’am , that’s what we go by here. The least to say I think he was just lazy and being rude because it was almost closing time. If you don’t want to help people choose another career. If that’s the way this facility is operated this is very Unwelcoming to new patients and very irresponsible period. This matter needs to be addressed and have consequences following his actions. To refuse healthcare to a child who was the only patient in the building! I will be contacting higher up and I’ve also contacted corporate this is very upsetting and not the way to handle situations or to refuse health care.

Wonderful experience overall!! We chose this location based on Google reviews. We were NOT disappointed!! Quite the contrary... As an urgent care visit (no appointment), the receptionist (young Hispanic male) was prompt, professional, polite & knowledgeable!! After filling out our paperwork, we were brought back to the exam room within 10 minutes (there were 3 people in front of us). The PA - Rashaun Singleton - walked in immediately behind us!!! This has NEVER happened to me in 44 years of clinic visits!!!! He was personable, friendly & immediately put my sons fears at ease!! He made a quick & accurate diagnosis & gave my kids popsicles while we waited (briefly) for our RXs & instructions. Check-out was also a breeze!! We will DEFINITELY be visiting this clinic again!!!!!

This is my first choice for urgent care locations. You can sign in online, and even if you don’t theyre usually pretty quick to see you. The staff has always been very nice and seem to be happy to see you. They seem to really care about you here.

The doctor is great. Dr.Singleton is great with kids and explains everything clearly tells you what they have and the meds he will give how much. 4 stars because the girl receptions is not so friendly. The clinic closes at 9pm It was 735pm and she was locking the doors. I asked why no answer when I asked if there was a long wait looked at me like I was crazy, and said rudley I don’t know. So I didn’t bother with her any more. The wait wasn’t long but the doctor is great. Thank you Dr.Singleton

Clearly says walk-ins welcome, and I KNOW that because Ive been there before.Told the man at the desk that my son was sent home from school he asked his symptoms. I get to the 2nd symptom and without even pausing immediately tells me they have nothing available until Thursday, asked so he cant be seen today? His response theyll see him but not until Thursday.First time Ive had horrible customer service from here.We came here less than 6 months ago, same scenario, same symptoms and were seen without a problem.If youre scared of covid, STAY HOME.

Wonderful staff and the PA took great care and excellent bedside manner when I was having chest pain and got me into a cardiologist that day; I am doing very well now and no cardiac event and very grateful for not having an 8 grand bill either; 50$ copay for probably better care than the ER; and I KNOW faster care and more hospitable.

This clinic is family friendly, clean and your visits are quick. If you feel sick on the weekend and you need to see someone this is the place to go.The visit cost me $75.

Went into the urgent care today after work because they had to amputate my toe...haha just kidding. Thought I broke my toe. I was in and out in under two hours (take-in, triage/vitals, xrays, diagnosis, and paperwork)!!! My insurance made it super cheap (Yay! New insurance for the win!), and everyone was super nice.I didnt catch the docs name (I was literally in and out that fast that I didnt have the time to get his name!), but he was very laid back and had a great bedside manner.Im always nervous when in medical situations, but the nurse and Doc made me super comfortable throughout my entire stay. Will definitely come back for all my urgent care needs! **Update: my toe was only badly sprained, still a bit jacked up (cant bend it 100%, it still looks wonky, and still has bruising, but its on the mend!**▪︎Please be aware that all of my reviews are 100% honest, and I know I may talk/write funny, but everything I write is my own opinion based on my own experiences. Ill never write a single dishonest or biased review, if you read it, then Ive experienced it!▪︎

Doctor is very nice. Great bedside manner. Front office was ok. I would say they need to take extra steps to sanitize. There was not sanitizer available. I mentioned there was none available and she then brought some out. I completed my paperwork only for her to tell me to put the pen back in with the other pens. Only people on there were me and one other person who were both testing for COVID. Extra steps should be taken for sanitizing. Back office was VERY RUDE! The front office and back office need to communicate with each other. I should not have to give the back office all the information I provided online to the front office! Communicate! I gave you my info once, I dont need to provide it multiple times. Then have back office snap at me because you cant do your jobs. Overall, take more cleaning efforts, communicate more effectively, have better attitudes. Remember people are coming to you at their worst times. They dont need to deal with your attitude. Thank you to the doctor for being more patient with us!

I checked in online and yet the lady that jumped out of her car after I had already been sitting there got in first. Then I waited in a room for over 30 minutes to have the doctor spend less than 2 minutes with me. He tried to shake my hand with something oily in his i was like no thanks. He just said its a viral infection.. i said is it contagious he said could be! Waste of 40 dollars. This place is a joke and filthy inside. Office staff needs to get a personality!

I wish giving no stars was an option. I seriously dont know how this place is still open. I went in for the COVID antibodies test being told it was covered by my insurance. I get to the back where the inexperienced tech attempted to draw blood. Tried in each arm then the PA on staff came in and stuck me a 3rd time. I leave being told I would be called in 2-3 days with my results. 4 days later I called to see if my results were in. In fact they were and no one bothered to call. I now receive a bill for $183.00 for the test. They charged the insurance $400 for this test!!! this is why no one can afford health insurance today. Its facilities like this!!!!!

I came in with the medical emergency. Im from out of town and do not have a primary doctor in this location. Rochon Singleton, PAC really listened to me. It was so refreshing to have someone help you in your time of need. I highly recommend this care facility. Great job!

The receptionist and the Provider were very friendly and receptive. I cant say the same for the medical screener. She was somewhat brash. Maybe thats her natural disposition. Overall, I would utilize this urgent care again.

Dr Roshan is a great Dr. My boys have seen him since they were little. Its a Togo clinic when there pediatrician is not available. Friendly and courteous staff.

Dr Rochon A. Singleton is the best. My two year old liked him a lot usually taking him to see a doctor is hell but he made it easy and quick. Also we probably were only there for 45 min super quick.

Been coming here for 5 years now. I loved it so much that I stopped going to my kids Primary Care, only for yearly check ups. It was always in and out no more than 40 min all together. Came here today and waited an hour just to be seen, that’s not including the time we waited for paperwork after, (btw there was no one in the lobby when I came in). Nurse Practitioner was an older lady, literally was only 5 min in room. Didn’t even seemed to be concerned, more like she was just trying to get rid of us. Didn’t say much. I’m very disappointed in service. Definitely will be looking for a new location.

Very rude asian nurse, she basically kicked us out once the covid test came negative. Doctor didn’t check up really well on my daughters to see what was wrong with them. One of my daughters was already with bronchitis!!! Can’t believe that the “doctor” couldn’t hear it with his stethoscope !!’ This is something you CANNOT miss!!! Thank god I didn’t trust them at All and went all the way to Mexico.If I had not sought help somewhere else She would have ended up with pneumonia.

This is not the first time I visit nextcare urgent care. Every time I go it’s always a pleasant visit. Dr. Singleton is awesome! I wish he could be my children’s PCP! Always so thorough explaining everything , never in a rush. My kids love him because he says exactly what he’s going to do wether it’s something they might not like! Lol afterwards he gives them a popsicle! The staff is awesome as well! I would highly recommend Nextcare Urgent Care!!

I highly recommend this urgent center, they are very efficient. Never waited more than 10 minutes here. There is several urgent centers near my area, but I choose to make the 30 minute drive to this location.Thank you for great customer service to all the Staff.

I gave it a one because the nurse here is rude and always has a attitude but the doctors are nice it takes two hours for them to check u I NEED WIFI!?! And when u come here first than a costumer you wait a hour then the costumer goes first than u.

Dr.Roshon is always professional and to the point. I have used this place for the last 5 yrs plus and continue to do so. Went in yesterday and its not lets test for COVID-19, it was lets see whats going on. Turned out I have bad sinus infection, he sent off my prescriptions and I was done. In and out in 30 min.

My husband went for a Covid test~ paid $125 at the office and then we just received a bill for an additional $410!!! $535 for a Covid test!!! DON’T DO IT! Go someplace else ~ like Healing From Within Houston!!

Wont go back. The last 3 times Ive taken my 2 year old here its taken all of 5 minutes for them to tell us its a common cold and sent us on our way with absolutely nothing. And yet about 24 hours after each trip my wife and I have found ourselves heading to the emergency room at Clear Lake Regional because of deteriorating conditions. I, as I assume every other parent does, hate nothing more than to see my kids suffer from being sick. I just dont understand why the doctors at Nextcare refuse to prescribe steroids and antibiotics while the doctors at the emergency room do not hesitate to. I bring my kids to the doctor to help them get better sooner. Otherwise whats the point. I know my insurance gets charged the same price either way.
