Joined my fiancee to an appointment because she is kind of shy at communicating issues. I came along to make the experience more comfortable for her. But big waste of time. Dr Van Dyke was rude and had no interest in hearing what I was expressing, even after my fiancee gestured for him to hear me out. After ignoring our initial sit down, he told me to go sit with the other husbands.Will not return with my fiancee to this place. Very unfortunate first experience.

By far the best GYN office Ive ever been to. From their timeliness, to their cleanliness, to knowledge and professionalism, the staff and Dr B make me feel comfortable at any point of uncertainty! Even with their scheduling, they are great! Thank you Van Dyke Gyn for your amazing service ❤️

My family had a very bad experience with Dr VanDyke and we highly recommend you find another Gyn who will appreciate you and treat you like a person and with respect. Poor bedside manner, poor listening and short, abrupt answers to my daughters questions and concerns. It seems like Dr VanDyke has better things to do with his time (and our money) than take care of his patients. Go elsewhere...youll thank us later.

I love them! Office staff is always nice, I have been going here over 4 years. Dr. B is quick and to the point and gets you in and out in no time, which I appreciate. I love the online appt request and test result look ups, it prevents me from having to make another office appt just to to tell me the results are good and charge another visit. I love it here!

I have been with Dr B since 1998ish. Both she and her hubby, Dr VanDyke have been completely amazing. 2 kids and a hysterectomy later, I’m still traveling from south FL for my yearly exams with Dr B.

Very poor experience here. Their posted hours say 8-5 but really they operate from 8:30-3, close during the lunch hour and still rarely answer the phone. The front desk staff is very unpersonabale, they never greet their patients nor speak in a kind tone. They treat their patients as if theyre a burden. This place practices poor, poor customer service. The actual doctor visit is literally less than 5 minutes. It seems as though no one wants to work or serve the patient here. Take your time, effort, money somewhere else youll be glad you did!!

UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE, DISORGANIZED. DO NOT GO HERE.Had a procedure done with them in the of 2017. I didnt heal right from it so that was definitely a red flag for me who knows how well it was performed. After two weeks of continuous bleeding i was worried and called the office. I was told they are about to close because they get to leave early on Fridays, but she was concerned how much blood I was loosing so to go to the ER and there is always a doctor on call. Went to the hospital worried about my health...spend the ENTIRE day in the hospital because the hospital OBGYN was trying to get ahold of my doctor before they did anything. After 4 hours and we never got a response from the supposedly on call doctor, they had to do a very temporary help until I could get to my doctor since she did my procedure. I was furious, uncomfortable and sort of shocked that they completely left me hanging like that. When I went in to see my dr the next week they didnt even MENTION the fact they left me in the ER all day without responding to the drs there. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing at all. A disgraceful way to run a medical office. Needless to say I didnt get a follow up there, I dont trust the doctor whodid my procedure since there were so many issues with my healing afterwards and of course I wanted nothing to do with them after leaving me in a hospital bed all day bleeding while they all went home early to get a headstart on their weekends.I finally found a great OBGYN and I needed my medical records especially from that procedure so she could review everything and I can have a thorough followup. I had my new office send a request for medical release and I signed all the documents...THREE WEEKS AGO. They still have not sent my records. I cant view them on the portal because apparently they dont know how to transfer records to a new system. So who knows where my medical records are and whats being done to them. I spoke with the front desk yesterday who told me come today in person to sign the release and they printed out my records. She told me theyre open on Fridays 9-1130. Planned to go into work late...missed an hour of work...and NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE OFFICE. Apparently, today they are closed. This is the most ridiculous experience Ive ever had with a doctors office. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate way of treating their patients.

I have been seeing Dr Bujnovsky for about 8 years now. Before she left the OB field, she delivered all 3 of my children. I also had the Novasure procedure performed by Dr VanDyke a few years ago. Happy to say I had no issues and I have not had to experience a cycle since. These two doctors are great and you wont be disappointed!

Nearly impossible to reach for prescription refill. Online messaging does not allow to send any messages. Exam super fast. Results just sent to portal. Hard to reach.

Always the best service from Drs. B and V. Been going to them for years.
