I know a lot of people like Seattle SB, Fairfax and California. Even my clinic uses Fairfax…Cryos is it for me. Their prices are better and reasonable. Their website is easier to handle. They don’t charge to see the donors profiles or to have a profile at all.Also, their customer service is WONDERFUL. And I mean WONDERFUL! I might also just be a high right now.Didn’t have the money for my storage fee because of a credit card fraud issue, no problem at all they gave me a whole week to settle the issue.I’ve had to ship back straws, no problem at all.I sent straws back because my body just didn’t do it that month and I panicked because I thought I was just out of money. My clinic wouldn’t keep them. Cryos allowed me to send it back at no charge and it wasn’t an issue! And &&&& they were MOT5 straws. When I reordered them for shipping again somehow they cracked in the cryo chamber. To be honest, it was probably because I removed them and then put them back. The hot and cold isn’t good for anything I’d imagine it’s not good for organic specimens either. I would have blamed me but they didn’t. They gave me all new straws and upgraded me to MOT20-30+. They upgraded me thousands of dollars!!!! I was beyond shocked and grateful. I have had no lock with treatments, the constant cost, and uncertainty. Doing this going on two years. Not to mention the stress. This kinda gave me a smile and I needed it!Thank you, Cryos! Seriously! I wanna cry right now. I needed this. ❤️❤️ I hope it get pregnant. I will be whatever testimonial you want! I’ll call my baby Cryo!! 😂 That is how grateful I am. Not just for the upgrade but the compassion and support your team provides. It seems to me that they are not providing a good service, those who serve are a bit annoying. Every time I call I feel like they dont want to help the client and I qualified as a donor but I never made an appointment since they had telephone service in Spanish but they didnt have it in person so I was preparing for the first interview and donation in English and they said they had to close my account for the simple fact of not responding to an email, which seems absurd to me since I had been talking to them and preparing for the first interview. They wasted my time and I dont think they deserve even one star. I dont think its bad that they dont have service in Spanish, but let people prepare to be able to do things since its not easy to speak two languages ​​and with regard to medical things.

I have tried 2x with no luck. I will keep trying but a shout out to customer service. They are very friendly and nice. I had an issue with a straw and they apologized and fixed the issue immediately for me. I would definitely rate them a 5 if I was currently pregnant. I would strongly recommend. They are a little pricey would be the only down side.

I wish I knew what the process was or results I needed to pass. They told me at first I would have to do a blood sample, then they told me a semen sample to see how good it was, then when I called back they told me it was for a sperm count and failed. If I had known I would have definitely passed if there is any other banks I can make money at let me know.

Dont donate or do anything with these people, they dont know how to talk to people with respect, they will take false info and use that to say no to you. Even if you explain that the information they are saying they said no to you for is not true. Very rude and hard to work with and not consistent. There are much better places to donate to! Also update they wont even give me the money they owe me for the 4 appointments I went to!

My wife and I used a donor from Cryos International and now have two beautiful, healthy children, a daughter that is almost 4 and a son that just turned 1. The process was quick and easy and we’ll definitely use them again in the future! A photo of both my babies, nearly 3 years apart ❤️.

The cryoz commercials are very predatory. They’re clearly going after college, aged women or women in bad financial situations - Remember what you’re doing to your body ladies this company looks at you like a cash cow. These people are going to make thousands of dollars off of your eggs and you’re only gonna get a small amount of that profit. Be careful about doing things to your body for money. It’s irreversible & you’ll never get those eggs back if you need them. I know a lot of people don’t care about their bodies … but you should stop making yourself a science experiment for a just a month of wages. It’s not worth it.

10/18/2022 6:23PMMy insurance company only worked with Cryos so I decided to choose my donor from them instead paying out of pocket somewhere else. I do not regret my choice at all. They communicated with me and my insurance company about the process of purchasing from them and what my insurance needed to sign regarding paperwork and so on. And everything is good to go! My fertility clinic received the vials on yesterday and I couldn’t be more happy that everything went smoothly. Hopefully I get to update back here on a pregnancy 🥰.

I highly recommend cryos international. The staff is very kind, the ordering process is simple and their products are top quality. We did home insemination and got pregnant on our 3rd try. Thank you to everyone at cryos international for helping us start our family.

Horribly incompetent hiring manager/HR. When they reached out to me to schedule an interview, I had to remind them three (3) times over the indeed messenger of my interest before being acknowledged. Once responded to, an interview was “set up” at 4:08pm by the hiring manager and I confirmed at 4:40pm (note: this was just half an hour after they reached out). So I take an UNPAID day off of work to attend this 10AM interview and the hiring manager never showed.After calling the clinic several times to find out what happened (and give the hiring manager the benefit of the doubt), I was not responded to until the end of the day. Did they take accountability for their mistake? No, they gaslit me and said that they didn’t see my original confirmation because it was “after hours.” (Again, I responded just half an hour after they reached out AND called the clinic several times throughout the day).So not only did this company waste my time, but I also did not receive a genuine apology—neither in person nor over the phone. After attempting to reschedule (last week), the hiring manager still has not responded.If they treat potential employees like this, how would they treat their valuable customers?

My wife and I have used Cryos USA for our two previous attempts with pregnancy. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful so we will continue to keep trying. I cannot stress enough how wonderful they have been to work with!From the beginning we have felt very comfortable when talking to staff and asking any and all questions we have had. Their line of communication has been amazing. It is great to go through this process with people who truly care and go the extra mile.

Only getting 3 stars because of how easy the process of buying and picking up donor samples was. However, I bought 3 IUI washed donor vials over the course of a few months. Each time I had horrible cramping and side effects consistent with the samples not being washed. I thought it was normal until I asked others about their experiences. We ordered from a different company and had another IUI with absolutely no cramping and I got pregnant. Id be wary and have your clinic ensure the samples have been washed prior to IUI as mine did not check.

My wife and I have loved Cryos USA from day one. We found out about them at a wedding expo 3 years ago. We finally started ttc this year. We have our sperm stored in Orlando and ship it to Austin. The process has been easy and our shipment has always arrived on time. We appreciate how helpful the staff is! We have bought donor Sperm from Cryos 4 times so far and plan to again in the future. Its always an easy experience! You can order by phone or on their website. The employees we have worked with have been great. We are happy with the selection of donors to choose from and they are priced less than other clinics we looked into. We live close so we avoid shipping costs by picking up right at Cryos. They have been really great about getting the specimen ready for us with short notice. I would definitely recommended using them!

My wife and I are using Cryos USA! There are so many wonderful things to say about Cryos, but the biggest factors that went into us choosing this bank were:1) We could browse profiles - even extended profiles - for free, without ever signing up. This took the pressure off when we were not yet ready to make a decision. And when we were ready, we found the perfect donor.2) The price is right. Compared to others, Cryos has the right prices for our budget. We could never realistically shell out $2-3k a month for this process, a process that is already emotionally difficult.3) Cryos came highly recommended to us by another couple in town. They said that their customer service was unmatched.4) While we did consult a doctor before purchasing, we also did not have to go through the doctor authorization process to purchase.All of these reasons and more are why we chose Cryos, and why we will continue to choose Cryos throughout our TTC journey. Our first cycle is this month, so fingers crossed!

While customer service and everything is great the shipping is horrendous. This is the second month in a row my shipping has been delayed for what reason is unknown to me. They got their tank back next day though and i shipped it out after 5pm. I’ve missed my window twice now because of this. The last rep i talked to said “well if it gets there Saturday we will give a partial credit. As soon as we know something we will tell you we will contact FedEx and try to have it to you on Saturday.” Well it’s Sunday. I’ve past my window and it’s still not here. I’m in Texas the bank is in Florida. While i do place blame with FedEx as well this is q problem they should be able to fix with the carrier. Since they got their tank back on time. I don’t know if i need to change banks or if we can get it sent through ups instead but being out two months in a row being comped for shipping is not going to cut it.

Cryos has been wonderful to work with. The website is very user friendly and convenient to place orders, secure reservations and process shipping. Im thankful that my Wife and I were able to find a place like Cryos. The customer service is great and willing answer all questions. The process is simple, and I liked being able to pick up our order in person! Our first try using Cryos was last month and have already purchased again for this coming up month. Cryos has given us the opportunity to try to start a family. We werent sure if we would ever have an opportunity because we werent sure of our options. So for this we are very grateful/blessed.

So far I have had one attempt this past October. My wife and I loved scrolling through the donors and looking at all of the information provided. Our shipment arrived on time and Cryos send and email when they got the order, a few days later with the tracking info, and a third email the day it was send out. The tank arrived secured with very easy to follow instructions. We were unsuccessful in October but, I believe it is because we insiminated too early. We cant wait to try again! Cryos also has a Facebook group associated with it and the women on there are super helpful and supportive. We are enjoying our journey so far and hope to conceive in 2021!

Hello,I am new to Cryos and so far I am not impressed. I had a call yesterday in and had to leave a message. The rep called back and then I asked her to call me in two hours, as I started working. Then I tried to call today and again in the afternoon. Meanwhile the egg donor I was interested in Karolina now has no egg straws! So the donor I was interested in appears to be out of stock. Very disappointing. They just lost $15,000 in business. There’s no excuse for not returning a call back we’ll before 5pm or even first thing in the morning to follow up. Makes you wonder about the quality of the services all-around. (After this post and acknowledgment of poor customer service, other staff made it up to me and gave me VIP service.)

Cryos has fair pricing compared to other egg banks. I like that you purchase the eggs in straws of 2 eggs, instead of just a cohort of 6-8 eggs like other companies.* Caveat: buyers beware of shipping issues!I purchased our donor eggs 5 days before they needed to be shipped. I ordered on Wednesday; I was told they would be shipped to my IVF clinic on Monday. I received an email from my clinics embryologist that Friday that confirmed eggs would be shipped on Monday and arrive Tuesday morning. Fast forward to Tuesday—> NO EGGS! After contacting Cryos, their rep stated “Oh, it looks like no one ever notated the shipping date on your account, so if there’s no note, they don’t ship.” Umm WHAT?!!! I was livid! $15,000 spent and that’s the kind of customer service they offer. They did overnight the eggs and luckily our cycle was delayed a few days so “crisis averted.”Word to the wise: order early!

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY TO THIS CRYOS!!!Cryos defines their name… CRY!!! You will cry a lot after purchasing to this company. Customer representatives are horrible. All they want are your money. Spend $22,500(8eggs) for NOTHING! Embryos are abnormal(5 eggs) replaced 3 eggs but didn’t even make it to embryo. The anxiety and depression that we experienced are way beyond to the point we don’t wanna continue anymore and we lost hope. Our specialist complained and still under investigation. Representative doesn’t have even one thing sympathy for the customer and every time we called, they don’t even know what we’re talking about and keep passing phones to diff people. Horrible horrible COMPANY! Go somewhere else! THEY WANT ONLY YOUR MONEY! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSE FOR OTHERS NOT TO FEEL WHAT WE FELT, NEEDS TO BE SUED AND NEEDS TO PAY BACK OUR MONEY SO WE CAN PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The transparency of pricing, free availability of donor information, and ease of ordering, shipping, and reserving straws really got our attention. There is so much useful information on the Cryos website, which is very helpful for us, since we are planning our own at-home inseminations without medical personnel. And we are very happy with the donor we have chosen - it was important to us to choose a donor with identity release upon any conceived childs 18th birthday. Just made a purchase yesterday of sperm vials to be picked up Monday. Deliberately asked if I woke up today (Friday) and saw an elevation in my LH level if I could pick up today instead as there is no pick up available on weekends. They said yes, just call by 10 am so the order can be prepared. I have been calling since they opened and the customer service line rings twice and then a message service says to leave a message as no one is available. It’s now noon and the center closes at 3 pm and does not reopen until Monday. If I miss my ovulation window because they failed to answer their phones today, I am going to be livid. Knowing how time sensitive of a business they are, one would think they would have a better system running.

Horribly unethical bank. I will try my best to be polite, but someone needs to revoke all medical certification bestowed upon this particular bank.I applied as a donor. I did not lie on my application though Im sure most people do. I described illness in my family caused by a poor lifestyle; a mistake on my end. They have denied me as a donor despite everyone else being healthy, basing their decisions only on circumstantial evidence. I noted on my application that I am of mixed heritage; Puerto Rican and Irish. After consultation with my partner, we have begun to wonder if this is for more racist reasons. I am guessing they only want pure-blooded children for their bank, or to limit the number of minority groups that donate down to a certain percentage.Ive truly learned my lesson with this bank. I find it despicable the way I was so quickly told No. No possibility of a second opinion. As a scientific person myself, you bring great shame to a basic concept known as the scientific method. The person who communicates with you by email is very aggressive and rude, using all caps to emphasize their disdain.Stay away from this place. Absolute nightmare.

Are use this service as a means to being able to have a child. After many failed relationships I thought that I was never going to get the opportunity. WARNING: if you are doing an at home insemination ask the lab to make sure the syringe in your kit fits the head of the straw for proper transfer. Mine did not, and in turn resulted in me losing a lot of the contents of my straw, both devastating and expensive. I informed Cryos via email, no reply :(Other positive factors: affordable compared to most cryo banks , easy pick up / communication, first time kit DID work, local pick up available.

Bought from them 6 eggs . When I spoke with them first they said there is guarantee to get pregnant. Then when my embryos were all bed because I didnt get pregnant. There is no guarantee that you get pregnant. Total scam .be careful about this company.They tell you one thing then after sad result t h ey said they didnt mean that. $13000 spent for nothing.

I was told many times I should look into egg donations. Im a mother of 6, and Im finished having kids of my own due to a uterine rupture. So I thought what better could I do than help other people make families of there own. I was very uninformed, and clueless to the process though. I did an online application online with cyros and from there everything became so easy and clear. They had me come in for a meeting and explained every single detail on the process, anwsered all my questions and guided me through every second of my first and second donations. Now I have moved to private donations but Im so happy I started with cyros. They are the most caring woman in that office Ive ever met! Becoming a donor has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had in my life. I encourage anyone that can be one to do so! FYI.......they won’t take returns on sperm you don’t need or don’t use!I have a clotting disorder and preparing my body for pregnancy has almost killed me twice. I have chosen not to continue with the process and I called to see if I could return the sperm. I’m out of $1072 for two vials because they do not accept returns after the specimens have been shipped out! I’m still looking through my emails and the website to see where it’s written but I was never told that information when I made my order on the phone back in September of 2019!!

I came here for my appointment. As soon as I entered, lab staff was professional. As I was filling out a form a few seconds in, I heard a woman not wearing a lab coat wearing professional attire yell out, another fatty!!, from across the hallway into the lobby. I believe that is the most disrespectful thing to say to anyone or to any customer in a place of business. I myself as a business owner, have never tolerated such disrespect and discrimination in a workplace. Especially directly targeted towards customers!! This will lead to dire consequences in future.

Cryos International was the only donor site where we could find a shorter donor and he also happened to be the ethnicity we were looking for. Thank you cryos for the diversity that many other sites don’t have. I have my first insemenation next week.

I havent made an account yet, but I have been surfing their donors looking for The One.:DIm super excited to start the process.The only thing I wish they had would be a hide feature. Basically if I want to hide a donor from my search for whatever reason, and I can type in a memo for myself to see why I hid that donor (low MOT, no baby pictures, etc).

We have been trying for over a year (sometime with private donors) but recently started IUI. Am pleased with the customer service received. Fingers crossed for success soon.

I purchased donor sperm once from them and I was so nervous, I think I called more than 5 times lol but they were so nice and informative, I trust them and I will always use them.

Do NOT use this bank. It needs to be investigated. Per my provider their specimens appear unwashed for IUI, with a lot of debris, and much fewer motile sperm than should be present when thawed. The straws that the specimens come in are also very difficult for the providers to use.

Everyone at Cryos was extremely kind and helpful! They answered everyone of my questions no matter how silly they might have been. So grateful for such an am thank to pick our sperm from!

Two MOT5 straws (they recommend MOT10, but it was too expensive) and 2 day shipping was about $1200. If you need overnight or a larger tank it goes up from there.
