Staff was friendly. Dr. Sheila Cole took good care of me. Super nice and funny lady. I seen mixed reviews about this location but everyone has a different experience. Personally, I recommend.

This clinic is not worth going to the one in Beaumont is 10/10 times better. My last appointment I had with them was February 3rd I was seen by Sheila R Cole I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me while I was there. She did a non stress test on me for the baby claimed that the heart rate was not high enough with the baby being active. She told me I needed to go to Galveston right away so I could have my baby early so glad I did not listen to her cause I went to Beaumont instead an everything was fine with my baby she was just in a sleep cycle but I guess Sheila didn’t know that since she didn’t take her time to check me. I was trying to schedule my next appointment to be checked for dilation but I was told that the doctor would not do that since was gonna be 40 weeks. So do not go to the utmb in orange it’s not worth it. Go to Beaumont utmb the nurses and doctors are so nice.

Mrs. Tracy is hands down the best pregnancy doctor I have ever met. Always involved my older kids, incredibly friendly. She makes you feel good about yourself & doesn’t rush you. I will never see anyone else. The nurse staff is always awesome too. I feel like I’m at a friend’s house every time I’m here. 10/10 would recommend.

My appointment got rescheduled multiple times. I had an appointment Monday April 18th at 3:00 pm at the orange location. I drove all the way from Beaumont only to be told that the provider called in and no one could see me. I didn’t get a phone call to be informed about this not a voicemail. In fact, I got an appointment reminder the day before. Never again.

I love the staff they are all so friendly, they care about you and your pregnancy they know me by name! Ms Tracey is an awesome doctor she explains things to you so you understand everything and she makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Definitely love them❤❤❤

My birth control has been expired for 2 months I called and made my first appointment a month before later was canceled so I rescheduled which was canceled again . I explain that it was canceled once and push back a month she said she could see that I asked for the next available appointment and she pushed it back another 2 weeks not once ever apologize or acknowledge this inconvenience ! Don’t waste your time with this place they have no care for their patients !

Showed up at 7:30 when they opened and they did not show up and open the door until 7:40. It was almost 8 when the front lady showed up and had to clock in and turn on the lights and the TV before attending to me. EVERY TIME I have went, they mess up. They do not keep good notes and are rude if you question them like when I waited for two hours because they forgot about me and then I wanted to change birth controls and I had scheduled this my last visit only to find out they did not notate it so they said I would not get the birth control I previously requested. I honestly dont know how this place is still running and I feel sorry and worried for anyone who has to come to this place because this is not how anyone should be treated.

I love Mrs shelia and the nurses are great as well but trying to ask a question or get an emergency appointment is impossible… for starters they have no after hours number so I had to go all weekend with a migraine and Tylenol wasn’t working and couldn’t even ask what else could I try etc missed work today to try to be a walk in bc not only do I have a migraine not blurry vision and nose bleeds the person offered me an appointment 40 mins away but I had to be there in 30 mins which is impossible… I let the scheduler know that and asked if it was any other appointment for the day even at that location just needed to be a little later she informed me it was not still asking for an alternative of medication so I can at least relieve the pain so that I can bring myself to my appointment still waiting on a call back from a nurse that I probably will never get. Definitely believe what you read about the location terrible service it just shouldn’t be this hard to be seen. Or at least ask a question. Also you never see an actual dr just a practitioner so these migraines could have probably been caught earlier had I been seeing an actual de because I’ve complain of them numerous times…. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Very rude staff that doesn’t care much about the people coming in. Had an appointment set for weeks and still waited more than an hour when I got there. Had to reschedule my appointment because of how long it was taking. The same thing happened the next time I came, but this time there was way less people than before. The people at the front desk are not very helpful and seem as if they could care less.

I understand covid but when you are literally a single parent and new to the area with no family I figured they would understand my situation as to why I had to bring my youngest with me to my appointment, they rescheduled and didnt care. They are do rude

This is a bad place they treat people like they are lying or crazy. They throw your pregnancy test away at 3 minutes and tell you wrong information about your blood work. I went to get a second opinion on what they told me and lets just say the look I got said it all.

The building smells so bad inside. Rude too.Im thankful for government help but I rather of went to the Vidor one they are cleaner and nicer.

The wait times for appointments is absolutely ridiculous. There is a one month wait each time an appointment is scheduled.

Very nice and clean ! Friendly staff and the nurses were so nice and informative .I came here for labs, they were so kind!

I love this place, all the nurses are a sweetheart, always with a smile, they always answer very kindly, not like in other places, and the Doctor, Sheila Cole, is a true bread of God, she is kind, good and good at her job, God bless her always. Thank you all for serving with love

Tracy is a sweetheart, everyone is very friendly and you and your pregnancy are always the priority above all.
