I visited Dr. Yafi for elective surgery and cannot recommend him enough. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease during the procedure and gave me all of the necessary information needed for post-procedure care. I felt comfortable in the operating room and am extremely grateful for his expertise and care. Thank you! If you are looking for a doctors office with attentive, cheerful and competent staff and nurses, then look no further than UCI Health and particularly their Urology Department. Dr Yafi is a ebullient man with an infectious sense of humor. He made me feel comfortable and was explicit in his explanations of procedures and prognosis. I felt I was in great hands with him. Setting appointments and getting call backs and confirmations was timely and efficient. I got appointments within a week and followup has been quick. The best Urology Department or practice I have ever had.

If you need a vasectomy, this is the place to get it done! Everyone was very kind and professional. Everything was very clean, neat, and organized. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I have nothing but great things to day about the entire staff.

I was very impressed with Dr. Yafi. He listened to all my concerns and addressed each and every one. He was very knowledgeable and explained my treatment options. He was very personable and easy to work with. I give him my highest recommendation.

I had a decision to be made the dr made it for me ( because I took more then three seconds to answer )Put me on pills that I won’t be taking. The whole thing was a rushed experience. Waste of time , just pushing pills. Did not get the digi test which is the gold standard for yearly prostate exam . My vet spend more time on my dog then Dr spent with me. Amazing animals get better care then humans. The medical system is clearly broken.

Dr. Yafi is thorough, he explains everything he is doing, and he never rushes off to the next patient. Before he moves to his next appointment, he verifies I understand everything we have discussed. He is very easy to talk to.

I did my Vasectomy with Dr Yafi and had a very painful and long run recovery. I didn’t do my homework to find a more experience Dr. my GP recommend him. I should asked how many vasectomy procedures he has done so far. Every one thinks is a simple procedure, but it is not (supposed to be a three days recovery but it’s two to three months if you get lucky).You can find no needle no scalp method all over OC. They do scalp with stitches at UCI which is an old method. Didn’t know anything about different methods. Zero communication skill with patients...

Dr. Yafi guidance and patience with us was superior in every way. Difficult situations sometimes cannot be easily confronted. His understanding of our concerns was comforting. The solutions to our issues was properly explained, accurate expectations set and results very satisfying. Cannot recommend Dr. Yafi any higher!

Dr. Yafi is very thorough in providing details of the UroLift procedure and how to measure whether the Urolift procedure has solved the BPH problem. Relatively speaking, a famous doctor in a large Orange Country Urology clinic is not as thorough or as good in explanation. Thank Dr. Yafi.
