HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Mount Pleasant, TX

The women who helped my son today were incredible. I was admittedly very anxious and they genuinely made us both feel comfortable. The PA who saw us was detailed, great at explaining things in a way my 9 year old also understood, and we had a dx with a prescription in no time. Also had almost no initial wait time despite it being around 6pm. I fully recommend this clinic.We appreciate you, ladies. Thank you 😊

They were fabulous since i was a walk-in. Had time ti take me instantly. And the doctor ans nurse were very professional and easy to speak to, caring. I felt like they took time to understand my pains and to diagnos. Will visit again in the future.

Dr. Heath is a great doctor. The nurses are always sweet! And the lady at the front is great also. We have been going here for few years and will continue for the future! Service is always quick which is always nice with a sick kid. The Dr listens to all my questions and answers them in ways I will understand!

I have never went to an urgent care before now. I have been, and taken others to many doctors and emergency rooms over the years and worked in the pharmacy industry for twenty plus years. I thought I had heard and seen everything. NOT SO!! This urgent care didnt even feel like being at the doctor. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, the staff was courteous and went out of their way to help me. I truly felt like family. It has blown my mind that such a medical facility exists in todays fast, uncaring world. I would give many more than five stars if it was an option.

Dr was amazing and down to earth. Staff was great as well. Addressed my needs and I was in and out in under 30 min :) Dr is also the coolest man I’ve ever met. Very attentive and reasonable. Highly recommend seeing him to anyone that comes here.

Once in the facility, their service and demeanor was excellent. Awesome bedside manner plus technique in administering injections and providing treatment were exemplary. I would use them again. Phone etiquette needs some work. Potential clients are not interested in the fact that you close in an hour when they have an injury or illness; especially when it is almost the first words out of your mouth. It shows lack of concern.

When I walked in the door it was clean and very nice on inside.It felt very welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse was friendly, very thorough and professional.Dr. Mitchell was very friendly, professional and was also very thorough. I felt very comfortable with all the staff. I was very impressed and will continue to visit when needed.

The staff was very attentive and professional from the moment I walked in, was assessed, and was treated. I felt that each petson listened to my needs and addressed them; explaining all the whys. I felt like was important to them. II recommend them and will continue to use them. Mitchell was the one on call.

All employees were very nice, seemed well trained and cordial. The amount of time in the exam room though, waiting for results from a covid test, was way longer than ever experienced anywhere else.

I arrived a minute or two after 8:00am and was the second person to sign in - documents were sent to my phone…easy! Bree, the nurse promptly welcomed me back to the examining room where she enquired about my condition and took vitals. She was personable, genuinely interested, and showed great empathy. I agreed to a Covid test (which was less painful than back in the day - tickled but didn’t touch my brain as before). The PA followed shortly thereafter - she too was kind and informative, taking her time to answer questions and even looking up the ones she didn’t have stored in her head - i appreciated that. After a steroid shot and prescriptions, I was on my way. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone 😊

I always have a great experience here. I’ve been several times and I’ve taken my son several times. We usually do not wait long and we get what we need. I have a regular dr that I love but sometimes we get sick on the weekends or evening and it’s easy to just walk in and be seen.

Front desk person was extremely polite and professional, helped me get signed up and checked in. The nurse that took me back made me feel super comfortable and showed genuine care and compassion. The doctor was absolutely amazing and made me aware of what was going on and what the course of action would be so I could finally get to feeling better after being sick for almost 3 weeks. Will definitely be going back!

My experience at your clinic was very good. All staff was very caring and professional. The wait time was reasonable. The NP was very knowledgeable and explained everything he would do and gave good instruction on what I was to do. Very forth coming with any information . Answered all of our questions. I will refer my friends and family .

I had the best experience ever in Mt Pleasant! The nurse was t big as a minute but she navigated my wheelchair like a champ! She was so sweet & so caring. The dr who read my X-rays was super polite & professional! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will be back the next time I fall or get sick! 10 stars for them!!!!

Everyone is always kind here and they actually listen. They are much faster than the other clinic down the road and dont act like you just ruined their day by showing up. I have a pcp, but they arent always immediately available when I need to see someone before a sinus infection somehow magically turns into double pneumonia overnight. The ER is way too expensive even with insurance just to see a jaded doctor that just wants to go home. And Ive never had an issue with insurance or anything regarding payment here, for myself at least. The same cannot be said for the other place in town.Tldr: Ive never had a bad experience here. It is always clean and I like the people. I genuinely dont think I have any criticisms about this place. Except that they need to take CHIPs

First time patient here on Sat 3/24/24. I was feeling very bad, throat sore couldnt hardly swallow. I have a primary care in Longview but being on a weekend couldnt see them till later. The doctor and staff there were just great. They tested and gave me the medicine I needed very quickly. I was much better in a matter of hours. Very enjoyable being treated there. Great service. Thank you Care Express!

Able to book appointment on line. No waiting room wait time. Was seen promptly. I felt the medical staff listened to me. Received diagnosis and medication and was out of there in under an hour.

Have used HealthCare Express numerous times and have gotten the help I needed. Staff and Doctors are great! Took very little time and have been pleased with every experience with them.

Dont bother making an appt. You will wait at least an hour. They now want a credit card to confirm payment even if you have insurance. You might get 15 minutes with the provider tops

This is such a friendly and professional urgent care I’ve been to. Seen Dr. Mitchell and staff. It didn’t take long to be seen. So great very informative. I felt very comfortable there.

My experience was excellent from start to finish! The front desk was very accommodating taking my payment. The nurses were friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and gave the most painless shots I have ever received! Dr. Mitchell has excellent bedside manner and is very down to earth, which I love from a healthy care provider. His top priority is getting you better!!! Overall great experience!!!

Dr. Alex had me go get an MRI for back issues. I have called them multiple times and had to get refills for the meds. They have still not contacted me back for next steps saying that they have not received test results. I received the results the next day and it has been 2 months since then. Nothing urgent about this Urgent Care.Called the number you provide and left a message with voicemail for Cody. No return call. Tried again today and now the ext does not work.

I went in for a fit for work exam and was met with nothing but smiles and kindness. The one red headed girl was especially friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay

Things were good. I didnt feel well but they were friendly and professional. They were busy. Several people ahead of me when I arrived. So, I had a short wait. They seemed to be moving people in and out fairly quickly. After, talking with the PA and nurses. I was treated quickly and sent home. Felt much better the next day.

Was very sick on this day. Checked in and gave my history. Nurse ordered UA and I ask are you not going to to labs to see if I have a virus or something else? She said we can if you want us to. I said I did. She said labs wouldnt be back until the next day. Called the next day and labs werent back. Talked to 3 different people that afternoon. One said labs would be back in 2 days anther said 4 o5 days last person said 7 days. Why did I go to the doctor I would either be well in 7days or dead. If you cant get lab results back there is no reason to go. Very frustrated! and still sick!

My wait time was short and I was treated professionally by a friendly healthcare team.

Making the appt online was simple. I was seen on time. They were an approved VA Urgent Care Facility that I found out by the sign next to the check in window, which resulted no out of pocket expenses to me. Just showed my VA Health Card, no paper work required. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The Doctor was the same person I have seen multiple times over the past few years. Thank you for being in my town.

I was there 3 days ago. Although my tests were negative for everything, I still got the treatment I needed. A couple of shots and I came home and cleaned my house. The next day was rough but all my snot I didn’t know I had in me is coming out. Thanks Dr Mitchell for listening and helping me feel better. I’ll be back.

From the phone call to the receptionist to the waiting room... excellent! From the waiting room to the nurse, excellent, Dr. Mitchell was just great, although tired from his long day, he was caring, funny and took such good care of my issue which is healing nicely and Im no longer in pain! I will return to this urgent care when needed and recommend them!

First time here. Only waited about 45 minutes. Which was not long Considering the amount of patients in there. Not a long wait in the patients room either. Everyone was very nice. Diagnosed with the flu. Only problem was getting my medicine, could not get it until the next day. A lot better than going to TRMC ER.

Waste of time and energy, I ended up at the Emergency Room 2 hours after I left. The nurse was excellent, the pseudo doctor was just that and the front desk lady was sloppy and a...well rude is the only thing I can say. Would I go back? NOT A CHANCE.

This is one of the best and fastest health cares that I have been too and I have been a few times.

The staff at Healthcare Express are always friendly, thorough, and fast. I’ve used them several times and have yet to spend more than 30 minutes in the waiting area and even less time being treated. They always answer my questions and provide follow up care if needed. I will never go anywhere else!

We made the drive from Winnsboro strictly based on the Google reviews and I’m so glad we did. My husband had “Flu B” and was miserable. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They were quick to test him and we didn’t have to wait too long for the results. He was treated by Michael B. and he was just great with such a nice bedside manner. Would definitely recommend and make the drive again.

I only needed a prescription refill of Meloxicam which had been sent from my RX twice with no reply. They put me thru the entire process when I didn’t need to. Very disappointed. Stood at window forever before girl would acknowledge me on arrival. Almost walked out and when she did she was not friendly at all. Not treated this way before. Won’t go back until James Mitchell is there.

I did a walk in. Waited about 40 minutes then once got back in room they were quick to run test even though it was about another 30 minutes. But in all loved the nurse and dr. He was straight to the point and listened that I needed to get to feeling better fast! 2 shots and much needed rest, I was good as new!

All of the staff are very kind and welcoming. Its nice to be able to see the same doctor each time so you get to know them and they get to know you. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and their willingness to make you feel at ease. They are always ready to answer your questions should you ask them. Great place for healthcare!

This is such a wonderful clinic, everyone there is extremely nice! Both of the P.A.s. I have seen have been wonderful, very kind and concerned. Personally, I would rather go here to the doctor than anywhere else! Their Compassion, is excellent as well as their care. The nurses are also fantastic as well.

This place is superior! By far the best urgent care I’ve gone to in this area. In and out in a total of 26 minutes. That included from the time I checked in, was treated, to the time walking out the door. The facility is nice and clean. The nurse was very nice and accommodating. Heath, the practitioner, was to the point. He listened and had great bedside manner! As a nurse myself- I love the fact this clinic offers steroid and antibiotic shots, as others do not. They got me in, treated, and on my way in no time. Doing the pre check in paperwork online also made it a breeze! So satisfied knowing I have a place I can return to in the future when need be.

They were organized, friendly, and professional . The whole place had a good vibe to it.

I was charge $325.00 for an appt. It took over 2 hrs of waiting in a room to have the Dr come in for 15 sec. They said they didnt have any shots to give and would call in medicine. They should of been up front about pricing and about not having shots available. Will not be returning.

Excellent services provided by both the staff and the provided. Service may have a bit slow with are seeing alot of patients its understandable. The provider had great personality

I had a cold. Felt like i had the plague. Friends told me to go to urgent care. This was my 1st visit there. The wait wasnt too long and i feel much better already. The staff were polite, efficient and didnt make me feel like they were on a time restriction and trying to rush me out. I will use them again.

I didn’t like the check in procedure & finally had to let the receptionist do it. The instructions were clear but when followed it didn’t work. Loved Dr Scott Holland! He comes across as a country cowboy, that just happens to be a doctor, and a good one too!

HealthCARE Express is a fantastic no nonsense facility. The staff are amazing and efficient. It feels more like a family practice vs. an urgent care.

My health issue was addressed in a timely and caring manner. I appreciate the staff for taking time to understand the issue I was having. I wish that an X-Ray Technician had been available at the Mt Pleasant Texas location as the staff would have wanted to take an X-Ray of my abdomen.

Two hour waste of time while in pain. I was injured and needed an x-ray.I chose this facility because they do have x-ray services. Arrived 2:45 for 3:00 appt.Was taken back at 3:40 and placed in exam room where vitals and history were taken. I was not seen until 4:45 by the Nurse Practicioner only to be told I needed an x-ray. However, they were unable to perform because the x-ray tech had to leave to take care of her dog.

Waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. And then over another hour after we got back. A test was ordered that was unnecessary. The dr was nice. And he seem to care about the pt.

Called made sure they were open walked in had to wait a little bit but knew that before I went in. Very nice, listened to me about the problem I was having ran necessary test and gave me what was needed to get me well. Will definitely go back.

From the check in process and throughout the entire visit the experience was a memorable one. Alex was excellent and so was his nurse.

Carried my husband in because of breathing and pain under right shoulder blade. We saw NP Tracy and she was awesome. She was very thorough and thoughtful. Her observations and concerns about his condition were much better than some of the MDs that we have seen in the past. Thank everyone there and God bless you all.

I took my wife to your facility because of bronchitis on two occasions. The first time she saw Tracy, the nurse practitioner. She was very personable. Her diagnosis and scripts were on point.I took my wife in for a follow-up this week.This time we saw Heath.Heath was over the top as a Nurse and personality.We also saw that he was a true blood Texan.We laughed with him quite a bit.It is because of these two nurses, Express Health in Mt.Pleasant will be our choice for Urgent Care.Both visits were pleasant and helpful. My wife says she cant wait to get sick again. (Not really).

I got right in. Check-in was painless. Staff members were all exceptionally friendly. Very short wait for hand x-ray by a very competent x-ray tech. Afterwards, had another short wait for the doctor to interpret the results and give me the good news of no fractures. Only ding is the delay from visit to pharmacy getting prescription. Went by the pharmacy over 5 hours later and still no script. Other than that it was 5 star service with fast in and out.

Due to a Texas law I was required to have more information so Doctor would see me. This facility went above and beyond to help me and with great kindness knowing how frustrated I was due to another facility TRMC acted unkind and gave off we dont care vibes, even after the facility said not a problem on phone, TRMC is not a place I would recommend until they can show kindness and care.

The staff at this location were friendly and professional. We were seen and treated quickly. However instead of billing us through our insurance we were asked to pay up front. We paid more than we needed to and getting the reimbursement check has been a HUGE HEADACHE. I think they were hoping we wouldnt notice or that if they took long enough wed forget but they owe us about $200 and its been MONTHS since the first time I called to request the reimbursement. It should not take that long to put a check in the mail.

They were very quick and extremely helpful. I took advantage of filling the paperwork out online before my appointment which saved a lot of time. They also communicated with me before my appointment by text to determine whether I wanted to file on my insurance or pay cash. I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service and the care I received. I would definitely recommend!

My son got bit by a dog and we got there right when they were suppose to close for a meeting. Instead they stayed open for us and took excellent care of him. I highly recommend them!

I always go to this facility when I need to. The wait time is almost none and theres hardly anyone waiting. Good doctors that take their time with you.

Saw Heath Mitchell for an abscess that had to be lanced. He and the staff were kind, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done. There was no one ahead of me and I had no wait.

I have been here a couple of times over the past 4 years, always had a great experience. Minimal wait times and the staff is caring. Dr was kind and knowledgeable. So glad we have this place around here!

Came here for my toddler’s stomach issues. Wait was only about 30 minutes with an appointment, but when we were seen by a provider, he seemed just annoyed with our presence. Didn’t offer solutions and basically just told us to follow up with a pediatrician. He recommended we buy an OTC item that had been recalled, smdh. Whole visit was less than 7 minutes and I paid $160 WITH insurance. Definitely not impressed!

Overall service was okay……didn’t receive any papers as to what I had when I left or any form of documentation only where I had paid with a tiny receipt and they didn’t call in all of my prescriptions and didn’t send over my health insurance info to the pharmacy…….probably won’t go back to this one

Not enough care for children. My almost 2 year kid was taken in because of weeding breathing and bad cough and the visit was fine and then got the results of an upper respiratory infection and that antibiotics were needed for 2 days. Great so they were supposed to call in the prescription and we go get it, no. We sat around for hours waiting for it to get called in and had called twice while waiting to remind them. then when we call again the next day the doctor was off so they couldn’t get ahold of Dr Raven for a while until we threatened to report them. Then all of a sudden they are answering and say the prescription will be sent in for the “ear infection”… not what she was diagnosed for. For a child who was born with a lung defect, they really showed how much they care on this one.. not at all.

The service was excellent, from the front desk to the PA. I’ve not ever had a bad experience here and it’s always been a great experience.

We have used this location several times for different reasons and have always had great experiences until today. When calling to make sure they were able to complete a rapid COVID test, the person who answered was short and rude and would only repeat that it was a walk-in clinic when I tried to confirm if an appointment was needed. However, once I arrived I was told they were at maximum capacity and were no longer taking walk-ins. Said I could check back in an hour or so to see if there was any change (likely only for the same thing to happen again). I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and the lack of accurate communication that caused great inconvenience since I live out of town. I also tried to let the person inside know so she could keep this from happening to someone else and all she could say was she wasnt there when I called. I would think twice before considering a visit to this place. Certainly dont trust what they say if you call ahead!

I’ve struggled finding a Good Doctor... Found this brand new clinic in MT pleasant and decided to stop in .. so Happy I did I had an Excellent experience didn’t have to wait long Excellent service beginning at the front desk greeted with a smile the nurse was a PRO drawing blood (rolling veins) super helpful and friendly and most importantly I believe I finally found me a Great doc.. Miss.Tanya was the Best!! Super professional actually cared and was helpful oh and did I say KIND !! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE ♥️ Thank you and your team of professionals:)

The care was thorough & the Drs & staff were excellent. We booked an appointment online & then called the office to let them know we were there. We waitied 2+ hours (in the car in the parking lot), so I called back to the front desk & was told they dont take appointments, it was 1st come, 1st served. Ummm, thats not what it said online, to which she replied again, we dont take appointments.Let me say again that the Drs & nurses were very nice (the receptionist was too) but you can not set an appointment!Knowing the above now, Id still go there & recommend to my friends, but DO NOT expect a room at your appt. time.

This place is so beautifully decorated, clean, super nice staff, very professional and social! I came in for all Covid testing and a flu test via nasal…*i know not the best, but they made it not so bad* and even prescribed me meds to better relieve my symptoms. I would definitely recommend this place! I scheduled an appointment online and got in the same day, very easy and efficient!!

I paid $75 even after showing my insurance. The first young lady came in and did vitals. The second young lady came in, looked at me, and asked questions. Third and final came in and looked at me and told me to get allergy meds for my hacking cough. Thanks for coming in...24 hours later, cough still kept me up all night and hasnt changed.Sorry, nice ladies work here, but no help was giving. I wanted something more to help treat my symptoms, ease my hacking, and maybe an answer to the cough.I am just down $75, out an hour of my time, and still in the same condition.Do not go here for medical issues.

We Do not recommend them !!! We were the only ones here and it’s been almost an hour and still no health care provider yet !!!!

Staff is friendly and kind. I usually wait to long before I go in, I think they could tell and got me fixed up quick.

Went for a drug screen for employer and the girl and the front desk had a nasty attitude and was more interested in her phone than her job. I had to come back because I couldnt produce a sample, and now they cant do my drug screen for reasons only they know. I wouldnt send a dog I didnt like to these people. Unprofessional and rude.

Wow! This is not your average urgent care!I will admit I drag my feet in going to an urgent care place because its usually INCREDIBLY packed and completely old and sterile feeling - But then! I am blown away by this place - beautiful entrance, really amazing decor , and even a little snack area where you can pay for snacks as youre waiting ( how smart is this with fussy babies and sick moms )- I got in immediately and the staff were all absolutely amazing - our insurance is in transition so they were on there own very thoughtful on what tests to run based on it being self pay - the nurse practitioner even thought to pull me off of antihistamines to lower my blood pressure and give me a steroid instead - I completely surprised ! Bravo to this clinic !

Went in within an hours notice, was super easy to request app online and had reminders via text. Love that!The ladies helped me with grace and kindness, I feel they are better than my own Dr.! HCE Mt. Pleasant will be my go to place when I need help in the future!

Waiting time was minimal. The PA was very knowledgeable and explained everything.I couldnt even tell when the Medical Assistant gave me a shot. I will definitely use them again.

Very nice place, clean, new. Receptionist doesnt seem to want to b there ....not friendly but prolly had a long day? Doctor was easy to talk to, very thorough and explained eveeything well. He took his time and not rushed which was good. The lady who swabbed me for covid almost killed me!. Ill b honest.....my reflexes almost made me grab her hand or slap her!! haha....i felt like she was NATZI and she next would pull my toenails off one at a time ! Anyway apparently she did it correctly because it did show positive I was embarrassed of the words that came out of my mouth when she did it. oh well. overall it was good and i will use them again.

My doctors office sent me here for a Covid test. They were very nice & caring. I got in really fast & within 30 minutes I had the results of the test & was on my way. The nurses were all great & the place was super clean!!

Paid 70$ just for them to tell me a specialist will call me. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received anything. Didn’t get any test done or anything in this clinic . Wasted my money. Dr & nurses are nice though. But sounded like they didn’t know much

I went here to have a Covid test done, decided to pay with my hsa account cool no problem but when she gave me my receipt it only had the price I paid not the name of the service I had. I explained to the young lady that I was going to send this to my insurance for reimbursement. She said ok and printed me out the same receipt then going to say that’s all she can do. I told her I would like to have a refund and I would just go else where. Well she then told me she have to send it to her supervisor or manager and there is no receipt to show that I would be getting a refund. This place is a hot mess how in the world can you not get a receipt showing the service tht was done for you! Sad so sad!!! I didn’t have service done.

Do not go here. They always bill you incorrectly and try to send you to collections to try to ruin your credit. I was going to do allergy therapy, which they canceled due to covid but tried to demand full payment for the entire therapy. It took months to straighten out. Now Im reliving the same experience over a visit last June. I made my payment the day of visit, only for them to send me new statements showing my payment canceled out months later?? The online billing system for my account will not let me make a payment because it says no balance, my balance actually shows they owe me $100! Yall are the ones who should be sent to collections! I have called month after month to get this straightened out. They tell me they got it taken care of, disregard the statement only to send me another statement threatening to send me to collections. I dont know what else to do at this point, except consult with a lawyer.

Dr Traylor is such a good doctor. Smart, funny and sincere, you can tell she really cares about her patients. Whatever you are paying her is not enough, she is a major asset to Healthcare Express, and the only reason my husband and I come there when we can’t get in to our PCP’s.

I been waiting here for over 2.5 hrs to pee in a cup for a drug screen... everyone asleep in the lobby... this places sucks... ya need to do better

Talk about Wowza!! Courtney & Tanya had excellent bedside manners with my 4yo, who fell & needed a wrist x-ray. As a nurse with Pedi experience myself, I was Very Impressed with how they made my little girl comfortable in what could have been a scary experience (getting her 1st x-ray). Thank you ladies for taking care of my little girl ❤️

Visited Healthcare Express for the first time. The staff was very kind and professional. The doctor was very informative and explained everything with great instructions on my care. Much more cheaper than visiting the Emergency room. I would recommend them 100%!

I’ve visited HealthCare Express a couple times beforehand for Covid related events & it was okay, but today specifically, the lady at the front was so rude I honestly will never use them for any care in the future. Her attitude was very nasty & I wasn’t treated with respect like the other times I’ve came, hopefully this can be fixed before she treats other patients the same way

My wife went in for an eyelid infection that was getting worse. The doctor no name tag or introduction came nowhere near her and prescribed 2 of the worst medications for her. She has been progressively sicker the last few days and was told by 2 doctors in our home state that the medications prescribed are awful for her and making her sick.

I recently had a need to visit this facility. The office area was so welcoming. Chantuley greeting and assisted me perfectly.Dr. Tonya was great! She listened to my concerns, walked/talked me through the concerns and issues I had.I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff was very friendly. Set up appointment online, added insurance and personal info, checked in when I arrived just to find out the app they sent me meant nothing. I had to show everything again and wasn’t even completely checked in until 30 min after my scheduled appointment. That would’ve been ok except I still waited an hour and a half to be seen. So don’t bother trying to make an appointment. Just walk in cause you’ll be waiting anyway.

I was taken care of promptly and each person that helped me was friendly and efficient.

Very caring staff. They took excellent care of my dad when he was sick and heartbroken after the loss of my mother.

Have an issue with a Rx. I called and still have not had a return call back to let me know about it.Trying to reach someone by phone after you have gone here takes wat too long.Peoples health is important and we do want things resolved in a timely manner. Second day and no phone call back.

Pretty quick getting back there, but then didnt have to wait at all for my vitals and to see the dr. The staff is also very kind! Ive been to many dr. And they are the quickest Ive been to!

First time Ive ever used online to make an appointment at an urgent care. They are friendly and very fast. When I had to have x-rays I thought I would have to wait forever. I didnt. I was in and out in no time.

Don’t come here anytime soon unless it’s your last option. Nurse said seems like everyone is getting covid. So the wait time so far has been 5 hours just to get to a room in the back. Now I’m waiting to see the dr. They need more than one dr on staff here

I took my daughter in with fever and kidney pain they were fast, kind and gave us instructions on what to do since they were unable to help her due to some blood work needed it. They gave us our money back and didnt even charge for some pills and the services provided which was surprising compared to our experience at the emergency room at CHRISTUS trinity clinic in winnsboro (Christus is the worst they waste your time, your money (over 3000 dls) and not only didnt cure the illness they made it worst.. I had to take her to another clinic after 4 days with whatever they prescript her because she was with high fever and getting worse)Their prices are really good for people without insurance

Service was faster than the ER. It was really easy to make an appointment, and they have a great app that allows you to do paperwork from your phone to save time.
