Best doctors office in the East valley. Jeff is a great provider and knows his stuff. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been going here for almost 2 years, never had any issues.

Came for a test level check, Jeff was very knowledgeable, and explained everything very thoroughly (not to mention hilarious), the nurses were very professional and understanding even when it came to a phobia of needles or blood, will do business again if needed

Top to bottom an awful experience. I came here in hopes of finding a Dr as good as my last doctor who is too far for me to drive to. Met with Dr. Jeff. To say this was the most bizarre doctors appointment Ive met would be an understatement. My initial visit was 3 hours long. About 2 minutes of that was spent discussing my treatment and the other 2:58 minutes were spent telling me how evil Democrats are and how great Donald Trump is. This is not a joke. I was then lied to about a scientific study about marijuana and its effects on testosterone. This was followed by a religious discussion about Mormonism as Jeff was not pleased that I left his religion and he felt it was his job to set the record straight. The nurses knocked on the door at least 10 times to let him know patients were waiting but he was dead set on talking about Donald Trump and religion. I honestly let it go, and just figured it was an overzealous doctor and because of reviews I proceeded with treatment. Each week I was greeted by a receptionist who gives the impression you are bothering her by coming in for treatment. I think of myself as a friendly person and the staff there likely would agree. The first week I filled out paperwork, about a month later I was told they never received the paperwork (despite ongoing treatment) so I sat in the office and filled out the paperwork. Fast forward to today, and Im told I need to fill out paperwork again. I mentioned I had done it before but asked if I could fill it out and bring it back next week. The receptionist stared at her computer for a while and said we never received it, we never got an email either as she now seemed intent on proving she was right instead of just solving the problem. Again, I asked if I could take it home as I was running late to get to the Suns game, she responded in her usual cold tone unfortunately we cant give you treatment until this is filled out. Of course thats nonsense, because they have been treating me without paperwork for months now. Overall just a bizarre place to be treated. The Nurses are all awesome. Could not be more professional and friendly. They were all great. The doctor and receptionist could use a crash course in how to interact with other humans to make them feel valued rather than a nuisance. If youre coming here to get TRT without actually having issues I think its probably a good place because they are neither thorough nor organized

They try and charge you for every visit online trt is 80 for the vial on hones and free blood work. Paid for my first visit and got blood work and they wouldn’t give results unless I pay again then was told 40 every visit first was 30 total rip off

Jeff Smith is absolutely awesome! Better than every family physician that I have ever been too. Answers every question and explains it. Jeff is very thorough when going over blood results and doesn’t miss a thing! I can’t say enough about how fantastic he is. The staff is fantastic as well. I love Vital4men! I’ve lost 20lbs in a little over a month all on the advise of Jeff! I have more energy, I sleep better, my joints don’t ache, my skin looks better, and my sex drive went through the roof. My wife thanks you too! I have a lot more weight to lose but I know with Jeff’s help I’ll get there! Thanks Vital4men!!!!

Highly recommend TRT and this particular office. The Staff and Dr. Jeff are incredibly professional and genuinely nice down to earth. In my past have had good and bad experiences but will have to say these guys are among the best service provided in Health Care. Dr Jeff explains the process thoroughly and truly listens to you. Lets be honest No one likes going to the Doctor unless they have too but i have seen great results in my health and overall physical performance.Thank you Dr. Jeff and Staff

I have had some bad experiences with Doctors and P.A.s. in the past.However I am extremely pleased with Jeff andhis staff. Knowledge and professional manneris very welcome. I trust him!The staff of young ladies are also professional and very caring.I have lost almost 70 lbs. and feeling great.Thanks Jeff and the ladies.

My experience here at the Mesa location and also at the Chandler location has been awesome. I dont have insurance and the price for blood testing and treatment is very fair. The ladies always are friendly and my injections are nearly painless. Another benefit from Vital4men is being able to go to any of the 3 locations for my treatment. I highly recommend Vital4men.

Was seeing Dr. JEFF. CALLED IN A PERSCRIPTION LAST WEEK. TODAY IS MONDAY BEEN WITHOUT MY MEDS FOR 3 DAYS. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND APPARENTLY THEY HAVE ONLY ONE PRRSON THAT REFILLS PRESCRIPTIONS. AND THAT PERSON IS BEEN ABSENT. COULD NOT EVEN TELL ME WHEN SOMEONE COULD RESPOND TO THE PHARMACY. SO AS OF RIGHT NOW I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH LONGER I WILL BE WITHOUT MY MEDS. UNACCEPTABLE. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THE REASON I SAY I WAS SEEING DR JEFF. I WILL NOT SEE A DR AGAIN AFTER LEAVING ME HI AND DRY, WITHOUT MY MEDS. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE READING THIS TO FIND A DIFFERENT DR. BEFORE THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. I WILL HAVE A NEW DR BY END OF TODAY. HOWEVER IT TAKES TIME TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. SO HOW MUCH LONGER UNTILL I GET MY MEDS FILLED. NOBODY KNOWS. DONT DELAY FIND A NEW DR NOW BEFORE YOU GO WITHOUT YOUR MEDS. Disgraceful behavior from a so called medical establishment. FIND A NEW DR NOW!!!! DONT WAIT UNTILL THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. Thank God Walmart knows how serious stopping your meds is. Unfortunately they could only give me 3 days without dr approval. So I will be taking microdoses so my body does not go into shock.and make that 3 day supply last 9 days. Then who knows by then I will also be without blood pressure meds also. Is this the kind of medical you were hoping for. Sure not why I was going there. I will be seeking legal advise . Can you say malpractice?? For all the doubters this is not a controlled substance. It is a seizure medicine. Or should I say anti- seizure medicine. Why would a primary care physician do that?????? Walmart even called them and left a voice-mail after they were unable to get a response. So apparently vital4men has no captain at the helm. WOW. Even after Walmart left a voicemail. NO RESPONSE! If they are shutting there doors and going out of business I would of expected at least a response. No not getting one. Good thing is I will get the evidence from Walmart. I dont forsee a resolution. I have a Dr appointment elsewhere. But thats not for 8 more days. 8 more days without my meds. Not even an explanation why. I dont get it. Good luck to all you vital4men customers. I would start finding another doctor BEFORE they start ignoring your refill request.

I brought previous blood test results and Dr. Jeff gave them a thorough review (and also ordered a new complete panel). My testosterone was low and he explained the physiology of the treatment clearly and answered all my questions. I got a shot that day from a nurse to demonstrate the technique and 3 pre-filled syringes to do myself once per week.The treatments have helped a lot and they keep track of your T level with periodic blood tests. The staff is friendly and very efficient. I wasnt sure about walk in only, but I dont wait long and they always take all the time needed to explain test results, etc.

I would not recommend. I went today for a consult, and Dr. Jeff was extremely unprofessional. His use of profanity and his degrading demeanor when asked a question made my visit extremely uncomfortable. He never actually described the treatments they offer, but spent the majority of the time telling me how my previous treatments were F***ing wrong. When I asked about a course of treatment I had previously done, he just abruptly says, Well if that is what you want then you can just go find a different doctor that will proscribe that stupid treatment.Very disappointed after hearing all of the radio commercials. I had really high hopes that this place would be able to help me with my Low-T. But this Doctor seemed to concerned with telling me what was wrong with treatments, rather than what they do right. I will NOT be going back to this place.

I came in as a new patient. Dr Jeff has been awesome in explaining, listening, and treating me thus far. I’m early in, but I have already referred some of my closest friends.

Although this is a primary clinic for men, I get regular B12 injections there at a great price. The staff is great!
