NextCare Urgent Care

The website lets one know the approximate time one will be seen. I had a choice of two locations, and picked this one because it was the earliest. Checked in online, and arrived 15 minutes prior to the “appointment”. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and helpful. I Waited for about 5 minutes before the MA took me in and collected my stats and all medical information. The doctor arrived within the next 5 minutes listened carefully to my complaints etc. and proceeded to examine me. She was thorough, confident and communicated well and fully. I was satisfied; she didn’t rush to put me on an antibiotic but reassured me that the medication she prescribed would set me right. Early to tell, but I believe in the doctor’s assessment and treatment plan.BTW the place was squeaky clean, with absolutely no odor of any sort - good or bad.08/22/18 - To follow up, the treatment plan worked perfectly and in a few days I was back to normal. So all good.

Best urgent care Ive been to. Clean, fast, nice caring staff. Then received a follow up phone call 2 days later to make sure my twins and I were feeling better. They go they extra mile A+++

Though the wait was longer than previous visits, it is no wonder because of the level of professionalism and care you receive. They were attentive and compassionate and sincerely concerned about wellness of patients. I was referred to the facility on Power and Brown for an x-ray and that staff and facility was equally professional.I highly recommend both of these NextCare facilities for your health and wellness emergencies.

I have been to many urgent cares, but none have ever been as good as this one.Wonderful experience at this clinic. I suffered from serious cysts, and despite the gruesome issue I felt comfortable and they were professional. Both the nurse and the doctor there were personable and knowledgeable. I left feeling so much better.

Was able to make an online appointment, got right in with minimal paperwork and outwitting 25 minutes total. Desk staff very friendly, Juan (the PA) who took care of me was great, super thorough. Definitely recommend. Their online appointment schedule is fantastic as well.

They make it easy enough to get in, see somebody, and get out with very little hassle. The staff was friendly and the physicians assistant I saw was helpful. My only gripe is that there was no actual doctor in the office. I would have felt more confident if I knew there was a doctor I could have seen if I requested it. Otherwise, for many issues when you need to be seen quickly to get some medicine or help, I definitely would recommend their office.

This clinic was surprisingly efficient and all three staff members were kind and professional. I would be willing to send any of my friends and family. I will also return if the need arises. I used the schedule online feature and was close to on time for the appointment.

NextCare facilities have been revolutionizing the medical industry and we have gone to many different locations for different reasons(mostly because near by location when we are out and about) but, the McKellips/Grrefield location is THE BEST location of all so far.The receptionist Miss N is extremely pleasant to talk to and. Rey professional, and the caregiver Mr. J makes it pain-free to visit when we are sick and in need of his attention.He is quick with understanding the problems, he explains and communicates so well that we dont have to ask questions.We are so fortunate and glad we found them!

Nobody WANTS to need medical attention, but since I did, I was VERY happy to be received warmly, seen quickly, and treated like a human in need of help, rather than a waiting number. Receptionist, Tech, and PA were all incredibly kind and put me at ease, which is a feat when dealing with someone who has social anxiety. Hope not to, but if I NEEDED to, I would definitely visit this clinic again!!

I was in excruciating pain and needed relief. My primary care doc not available for a week added emotional distress to my pain. Called NextCare, scheduled an appointment within 30 min of my call, went in did paperwork and before I could finish, I was in the back for vitals and talking to a doc shortly thereafter. Everyone was extremely professional, gentle but quick! I had xrays and within 40 min a radiologists report, followed by a steroid shot, and prescrips for pain, a sling and reassurance until I get in to see my primary care doc. I HIGHLY recommend this NextCare staff and facility.

Im beyond impressed with this place. As a new patient I walked in extremely sick because of a misdiagnosis from a Doctor a day before. Unlike most Doctors offices, NextCare doesnt make you sit down while sick filling out packets of paperwork. I was seen very quickly and my problem was diagnosed CORRECTLY the first time. They made me feel comfortable (even getting me an ice pack for my head because I was burning up) without even asking. They were very detailed and I was given the correct medication and when I left that day I was able to start consuming liquids and food. I will never go ANYWHERE else but here. Thank you ❤️

This is my go to when I need an Urgent Care. The PAs there take the time to listen and tell me exactly what is going on, and I have many health issues. Check in online is quick and very helpful. Check in at the desk is also quick and painless. Ive used this site when needed over the past 4 years or so.

Best Urgent Care experience I have ever had. Great staff, knowledgeable Provider who is proactive and expeditious service. I was in and out in 20 minutes!Couldnt have asked for better.

This is our favorite location for urgent care. They have never been crowded, and the staff is so friendly. they are fast to get us in and very thorough with any treatment.

From the mouth of my 13 year old son (who is the silent type), “This is a good Dr.(Why? I asked) They know what they’re doing”. The dr was thorough, patient, kind and my son is already starting to feel better. Thank you!

Flu season. Waiting room recently sanitized! 2 chairs double sanitized. Offered mask for immune compromised pt. Skipped the triage room...straight to exam rm. Immediate triage in exam rm. Seen immediately! Issued handled! Out of ofc in 15 minutes!

Short wait time, friendly and professional staff, and the cure I needed. I checked in online and was texted my appointment time. Ill definitely go back, if needed.

The NextCare Urgent Care located at Greenfield & McKellips in Mesa, AZ is very efficient, easy to get an appointment with and the staff is friendly and thourough.

We were very pleased with our experience there. The staff was very pleasant, caring, and knowledgable. If we were a resident in the community, we would definitely return.

My visit was quick, and the care was fantastic. Great staff! I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

They got me in quick and were able to help me reorder meds desperately needed after my emergency surgery away from home.

Dont go here if you are not paying in cash or if you do not have really good health care because they will not treat you with the state provided Health Care.
