NextCare Urgent Care Mesa

Brought my son in to be seen for a skin issue. We were in and out in about 20 minutes with an accurate diagnosis. There was an issue with the pharmacy I requested. They no longer accepted my insurance so I called NextCare for help and they were able to move my rx to a pharmacy that worked with my insurance. I will be back to this location on ease and great patient services.

Husband and I were both ill for several days before going to NextCare. Signing up and scheduling appointments was easy. They got us both in quickly and treated us together rather than waiting for 2 appointments times.  Meds prescribed are working and we both are feeling better. Office staff was courteous and helped work through insurances issues. Would recommend this provider.

Went in for an earache and having a problem with one ear. I scheduled online and the process was quite seamless. This is my second time using Nextcare and what was awesome is that I was already in the system. I love the way you can just reconfirm or update your information because it makes the paperwork easy.The staff was quite efficient and the technician very thorough & professional. The nurse practitioner put me at ease as well. I left there with my problem resolved and a smile on my face. I couldnt get in with my own primary care so choosing to go here was a win-win. thank you again.

Back in May my daughter suddenly spiked a high fever after me thinking she was getting better from an illness. I brought her here and we saw Karen. My daughters fever finally came down after meds but her heart rate was in the 170s. Karen had a conversation about how this was concerning since her fever was now down. She gave me options of more testing or to take her to the ED where they can run tests faster. We agreed that the hospital was prob the best option. Im glad we went because she ended up being admitted for 8 days with pneumonia. Karen called me to see how she was doing and said she had been up thinking about her. I am so grateful that she helped me make the right decision. Thank you, Karen.

Overall after front check in it was really quick and pleasant. Checking in not so much. The young lady working front desk was not welcoming she made us feel like we were such an inconvenience to her, not helpful, not friendly actually very uncomfortable.

I cut myself and the doctor who stitched me up was very nice and not too aggressive when she was stitching me and also removing them

Absolutely wonderful visit. I was a little annoyed that the app for paperwork was slow, but the providers were great and the visit went quickly even on a holiday. I was so glad we could get my daughter’s arm x-rayed without having to go to the ER.

The appointment time that I made was actually a true time. I was called back and saw the nurse practitioner within minutes of my appointment. Within an hour and a half, including my drive time and and waiting for the medication to be filled. They allowed me to fill out the paperwork ahead of time so when I arrived, I was checked in and completely seamless and painless. They’ve got their craft together pretty good. The staff were very friendly treated you with the smile and were just great.

Great in and out service. Receptionist was great. And the nurse practitioner was thorough and professional. I will come back here next time I need urgent care.

Made an appointment and got in and out promptly. Very friendly and attentive MA and provider. Testing was done quickly and I was prescribed the medication I needed to get better. Highly recommend!!

Nurse practitioner was TERRIBLE!!!!!! She walked in and said what do you want me to do about this? Seriously, Im sick and weak and you are asking me what to do???? She then said - what do you want? Do you want me to test you for something? Do you want a COVID test? OMG!!!!! If she cant do her job, why is she there??? And that great care cost me $50!!! Which you all took without any issue and then provided me with NO CARE!!!! She is lucky I didnt pass out when I left!!!!!!! Front office girl is great, MA is great - to bad the provider SUCKS!

This is our second time using this location and it’s been a great experience both times. The front staff is friendly and helpful. The Dr’s and nurses that we’ve seen have been great and the facility is super clean. Great experience and highly recommend!!

I came in on my worst day with so much pain, fever and OMG the staff is here so respectful and patient. The doctor I was assigned to was more than understanding of my symptoms and made sure I get the best treatment possible. Will use again in the future If I ever need to!

I took my daughter in last night and thankfully didn’t have a long wait time. I was told next time to go to the ER because they didn’t have enough equipment to do a full work-up. (I’ve never had this problem at other urgent care facilities). Because my daughter had a fever they told me they needed to test her for Covid (totally fine), but on the billing and checkout sheet it shows that the patient had been exposed or potentially exposed to Covid. Not true at all. Not once in any of my conversations did I even use the word Covid. Lastly, as I went to checkout the front desk was empty. After waiting for a solid 10 minutes I opened the front door and closed it to signal the receptionist. It worked and I was able to pay. While I loved how close the facility was I’m not sure I will go back.

I was treated by the nurse practitioner, Sarah. She was very professional and caring. She prescribed exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend NextCare in Cadence.

I definitely would not recommend. I went to NextCare because of significant ear pain.Because I have a history of ear problems I try to start antibiotics before causing any damage to my ears. The nurse did a covid test that came back positive. The doctor prescribed paxlovid. When I told her about my significant ear pain she dismissed it. I told her I had tubes in my ears three times, still would not or didnt prescribe antibiotics. That night I perforated the membrane in my ear from the infection. I had to visit my primary care physician today to get on antibiotics and ear drops so the perforation will heal. The best advice I can give you is when a patient tells you something about their history, listen. So frustrating!!!!!!

The entire experience was easy. The staff was kind and super friendly, the NP was amazing. She did not rush and she listened. They were efficient and quick.

I came into urgent care on memorial day weekend needing stitches for my pinky, after cutting it with a kitchen knife. Karen, the FNP. and her nurse were so kind and amazing!!! She injected the lidocaine so gently and sutured my finger so well. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need urgent care. Thank you so much!

Took my son yesterday for pink eye. We were in and out in under 40 mins, the staff was friendly, facility was clean. Would recommend and will return if we have another minor emergency. Thank you guys.

I would think twice about going to NextCare Urgent Care. My wife cut her head and was very dizzy. We went in saw a doctor for 30 seconds and told us to go to hospital as it was a head injury and they did not want to treat her. When I got home I realized that they still charged my credit card $330. They did absolutely nothing to treat her. I would never recommend or return to NextCare.

Absolutely amazing customer service and caring staff. From Front desk to MA Roger to Nurse Practioner top notch service. I felt bad coming in 2 minutes before they closed. They were so nice got me in and out right away.

Would highly recommend to anyone! I waited at another urgent care in Queen Creek for 2 hours and still had 5 people ahead of me. Looked around and found Nextcare secured a spot in 30mins, filled all paperwork out online and got right in. Nurse practitioner was great and receptionist was super sweet!!

Place was clean tech or whoever brought me back Into the room forgot to turn the light on and left me in a pitch black room.. (I turned it on) not a big deal people seemed nice. In and out in anbout 45 mins also cell service sucks so do the paper work before hand. Or use the paper forms

All of the staff at this location were friendly and helpful. Minimal wait time but I didn’t feel hurried. Will definitely return for any future urgent care needs.

FNP Karen was a gem, she treated us with such kindness. My friend was rushed in for stitches on her finger, from start to finish Karen went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and with the least amount of discomfort.

Great experience! I wish I didn’t have to be sick to go there. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, and supportive. I only cried a little and that’s on me.

Wait wasn’t too bad because I pre- booked. Unfortunately they didn’t have the necessary diagnostic equipment for my issue so they made me go to full service ER. Ok for routine stuff, sprains, cuts, colds etc. Anything more, save yourself time and go to a full service ER.

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Vanya Roberts PAC, was amazing and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend NextCare Eastmark location!!!!!

My family and I have seen several different providers in this office and they have each been wonderful. Thorough and attentive and genuine. Wait times have not been bad either.

First time I used Urgent Care and there was nobody in the lobby. Came in with an ear issue, ended up being a clogged ear and both ears were irrigated. Best copay I spent in years... walked out with no issues.

Fast and friendly service. My sons’s sports physical was cost friendly and both people who saw him were interactive and kind.

I took my son in for a sports physical today. We didn’t have an appointment we just walked in.  The wait time was very short and we were in and out in no time.  All the staff was extremely friendly, kind and courteous.  I would highly recommend this location in Eastmark!

Meh. Happily charged a nearly $150 office visit fee to my insurance provider, only to tell me to go to an ER because they have no suitable lab or imaging onsite to properly diagnose abdominal pain. SMH.This is contrary to online advice from medical sites that claim urgent care centers are appropriate for this -vs- direct to ER visits.Im sure theyre fine for minor daily issues like flu shots and small lacerations needing stitches; this is more of a nurse operated clinic than what Id consider a fully equipped Urgent Care.

The staff was great here and I got in to see a nurse practitioner fairly quickly. Very clean facility as well.

Everyone was very kind, nice, and helpful. This was my first time going by myself to the doctors, without a parent, and I felt extremely safe, comfortable, and heard.

My three year old daughter fell and cut her forehead open. I rushed her to this location and we received great care from beginning to end. No one else was waiting and we were taken back right away. The staff was so friendly and careful with our daughter. They ended up giving her stitches and cleaning up the wound really well. We were in an out of there within 30-40 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location.

The nurse practioner and the receptionist weee great, the only reason I can’t give more stars was cuz the co pay was a bit high!! Even with insurance I thought it was too much!! I did get in and out with the meds I needed refilled in less than an hour!

The ladies at the urgent care were absolutely wonderful and extremely supportive regarding my situation. They were caring, compassionate and understanding. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you again for all you did.

Meghan (PA) was great! Xray tech for my son was excellent. They were quick and made things easy.

My daughter and I love this NextCare! Karen Noll, FNP, and the Medical Assistant on 1/30/24 at 7pm that night, took such care of my daughter. They are AMAZING! Im so sad that I forgot the MAs name; they are a phenomenal team!! The facility is immaculate and the staff are truly outstanding! Henceforth, we will only visit this location (Ellsworth & Ray). I highly recommend this location!

This urgent care is AWESOME. Front desk staff are patient and kind, I was able to get back for my appointment right at my scheduled time, and Ryan Sutton, FNP, came in less than 5 minutes after I was roomed and vitals taken by the MA. Ryan listens to your concerns and is very thorough! I will definitely be back for any future urgent care needs as they sincerely care here. Thank you! 🤧♥️

Came in for visit feeling sick. I get if it’s viral then wait to prescribe antibiotic but call antibiotic in if I get worse don’t make me pay for another visit. Offer a free follow up visit for antibiotics.

The only positive thing about this clinic was the provider that I saw, Haynes. She took me seriously and ordered tests that correlated with my symptoms. I had these symptoms for months and my previous provider didnt think to order what Haynes did. However, the staff called me to tell me that my results came back negative and that I was fine. However, I checked the LabCorp website and it said that the test was not performed. Upon returning to the clinic to tell them that someone called me on the phone and lied to me about my results, they tried to make me pay for another visit. I argued that it was their fault, and they eventually just re-sent out my urine for this specific test and low and behold, Im positive. If I never got treated for this, I could have had serious complications that could have led to infertility. I never received my prescriptions from them, and they dont answer their phone, so I just took my results to a different provider so I could get medication. I wrote to you guys on your contact us page but never received a response. Liar lazy lady if youre reading this, next time this happens, just call the patient and tell them to return because there was an issue with the lab.

Rudest receptionist in the world. Didnt even greet us when we walked in because we were middle eastern. She greeted the folks who came in a minute later with a smile. She told us the wait is an hour in a very rude and condescending way. When we checked in online it said there were zero people in front of us. Next really needs to hire more professional employees. We will not be returning.

Super friendly staff. Wait time was non existent. Theyll have you in and out and back to work.

This visit was easy to schedule and when we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. We only had to wait a few minutes before we saw the doctor.

I walked in at 7pm on nov 6th. The receptionist was rude from the start, no greeting and immediately says “theres a one hour wait”. There was only 2 people in front of us inside and on the app when we signed in it said “0 people ahead of you”.Another person walked in shortly after us and the receptionist gave them a dramatically better greeting with a smile and didn’t mention a “1 hour wait”. Being middle eastern, We felt discriminated against, very unprofessional behaviour. We walked out and won’t be returning.

I would never go to this location again.. showed up early got seen 30 minutes late. Had paper showing why I was there pre employment, lady seen me with paper and assumed my urinary analysis was for a UTI.. weird.. after I hear the médical assistants talking about my results and asking why I didnt sat anything till later.. but when the appointment was made, thats what I put it for. Unprofessional to patients.

A complete misdiagnosis. I brought my daugher in at 7pm with extreme adominal pain. They did an urinalysis and said it was a UTI and gave us a prescription. They close at 8pm. We completely felt like they were rushing us out. The NP that saw my daughter spoke so fast that I could barely understand what he was saying and asked him to slow down. The results for the urinalysis came back negative, however, they never reached out to us to tell us this. A week later my daughter ended up in the ER. I called Nextcare from the ER to get my daughters results and this is when they gave me the negative test results. She had been taking the wrong antibiotic. Im so angry with this companys lack of responsibility and empathy, professionalism, everything. I will NEVER go back.

Very easy process and the Dr was very helpful. The phlebotomist was very nice.

I had the chances of speaking with Karen and another lady and they took care of me immediately they were quick on their questions and got me the things I needed. This will be the urgent care I go with for a long time.
