STD Free Los Angeles

This has been my preferred urgent care even tho I no longer live close by anymore. They are fast and efficient, the staff is friendly and they are rarely busy (at least all the times I’ve been). Appreciate you all!

My experience at STD Free Los Angeles was a pleasant and positive one. They’re very friendly and helpful, I didn’t have to wait very long at all to be seen. Everyone that worked there was kind to me and seemed to care about me and every patient. I’m so grateful for the convenience and location being really close to my home. I was able to get all my testing done in a timely fashion. They follow up fast with you via email, call, and or text. I would highly recommend getting your testing and other health services done here. Great job everyone most definitely 5 stars across the board!

Visited this place for the first time last week and it was a pleasant experience. I conveniently booked an appointment the day before and was in and out within an hour. Receptionist was also very helpful.The best part is they have a small parking lot right next to the building which was nice because difficult parking is something that would stop me from visiting a place.

Quick and easy appointment. Free clinic that just asks you a few questions to see if you qualify. I was in and out. I’ll definitely be back for any future testing.

Excellent clinic, both facilities and staff. I went for a routine STI screening, and it was one of the most positive and stress-free I have ever had. The appointment was easy to book using the online portal. The office staff, nurse, and doctor were all friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to help me in every respect. My visit went smoothly from start to finish, with no unnecessarily long wait times! I would recommend their services very highly to anyone seeking this type of care, especially for low-income and at-risk populations, because they streamlined the process for me to receive the screening panel for free due to economic status.

This is the only clinic I’ll be going to from now on in LA For my personal needs. I Felt a very comfortable & save environment from the moment I stepped foot into the office. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and more than willing to help. Thank you so much for all the help 💕

This clinic is a fantastic clinic to go to for free STD testing. It’s a good habit to get tested regularly for STD’s whenever you’re with a new partner, and this clinic is where ya needa be. They accept walkins and are FREE! No insurance necessary. You don’t have to call and make an appointment scheduled for next week, because they accept walk-ins you’ll get seen whatever day you go. However it would behoove you to make an appointment so that you can get in and out quicker. But in the event that you don’t my suggestion would be to show up just as the clinic is opening. In doing so you’ll be able to get tested and meet the Doc without having to wait very long at all, max 10mins wait. Which is wonderful if you have a busy schedule and aren’t trying to wait too long to be assisted by the Doc. This clinic is fast, discreet, and did I mention free?? Hold onto the card they give you, so that next time you visit them you won’t have to do the whole sign in process over. They really do make it quite convenient. The only drawback is their parking situation. The lot gets full hella fast, so that’s where showing up early also makes good sense. But parking in LA sucks in general. This place is a 9.8/10. -.2 for parking.

Std test not free anymore and dr pejman very very agressive lady be careful goin there they want charge you 500$ and if you dare have question about it the dr start to get agressive cursing and said you waste his time !!! Be very careful !!!!

Great service, appointment was simple to book & when I got to the office I was in talking to a doctor within 5minutes & out right after!! Everyone was nice, def recommend coming here!!

This place is amazing! The staff is always very well attentive with caring for its guests as well as super friendly. They give you all the information and help needed. Best part is there is never a super long wait to be seen. I recommend Vermont urgent care to anyone. I’m thankful for an urgent care facility that shows up & gives back to its community.

This free clinic is costing $290 for visit. $170 for meds. WTAF?!!!! I called to ask if they are free they said yes depending on income. My brother has no job and this is what they are charging.

Never go there! They advertised the STD test as free on their website, but then charged $500. They are scammers, and legal action should be taken against them.

This was my first time here and the process was seamless from calling to find out if my insurance was accepted to filling out forms sent to me via text, to being seen was all very fast and professional. The staff were nice, the doctor gave my daughter an encouraging message before leaving, and the space is small and very well kept. We actually ended up going back for another issue, and we were handled with care just as before. I recommend coming here instead of an ER

The check in process was very fast. Waited less than 15 minutes to see Dr. and the test results I had taken can in very fast too. Same week. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

I went to Vermont urgent care center for a std checking and the staff and doctor there were very helpful and kind . Karina did an excellent job drawing blood .

It’s a very good health care place with all the health professionals really committed with the patients.Theyre the only clinic in the whole LA and valley area that I could find that have HPV vaccines for free available for people with no insurance, great clinic

This clinic was extremely sufficient. I came in with no insurance, they provided me with paperwork to fill out along with a free insurance card and the staff was extremely friendly.The entire service was within 45-minutes from check-in until departure.I highly recommend anyone who’s in urgent need as they are of immediate assistance, provide ample information and the process is extremely both streamlined and quick !

I was really nervous going to this facility for the first time. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the person at the front-desk picked up on my call right away. She was really sweet and answered all of the questions I had patiently. When I got to the office, Patty and the rest of the staff made my experience very convenient and easy. This office was very clean and everyone made me feel really comfortable. I got my test results back within a day. The whole process was very quick. I would definitely go back here if I ever needed to.

Ive come here for my regular sti testing for the past year - with my insurance (subsidized/HOA) its free but you may want to call in to check that youre covered beforehand! they are respectful and professional, sanitary, quick, easy in and out.

STD testing is not free anymore, they now charge or you have to have insurance. Incorrect info on website.

So thankful I was able to make a same-day appointment, I have been looking for a local Center for testing.Super helpful and nice staff, located on Vermont a few blocks away from Kaiser Hospital. They had parking in the back and I was able to also pick up my medication all in one visit.

Last time I came , I had tested positive for something and staff literally started laughing at me . Also they never did oral swap tests on me which other clinics do . Do not trust these people with your life .

Super nice staff. It was easy to set up an appointment online. They have a secure parking lot so no street parking is needed. I was able to get in and out and back home in 45 minutes. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

This is the only place I’ve had a really good experience in Los Angeles. The doctor was very clear, straight forward, caring, knowledgeable and a good listener. He also talks like he knows what he’s talking about which is really hard to come by. Thanks Doc! The staff is very friendly as well. Very clean place.

Website should be more clear - they dont take Medi-CAL even if youre not on a managed plan yet. Was told it would be $450 to get the testing done that I needed even though Im low-income.

Not free. I had a 12:45 appointment but had to wait outside for 20 min then got called back in filled out all their paperwork and was told that I have to apply to their program and if Im approved its free. I wasnt approved and the lady couldnt tell me why just that it was $50 for the consultation and $450 for STD testing. Wasted an hour of my time.

Great medical care, all staff are respectful and the facility is kept clean and organized.

Testing isnt free. They only accept certain insurances. County provided health insurance is not accepted. Only consultation is $55, and any other tests are out of pocket.

If you have hours to wait this is the place..idk why you make and appt and still have wait to get seen. This is the reason people dont take care of their health having to wait forever.wouldnt recommend it at all

Called to schedule appt they said to walk in....I go in walk in and receptionist says I’ll be right with you. I take a seat and people come in get paper work and all I keep waiting and after 20min still doesn’t acknowledge me..got up and left
