I have been seeing Dr Ryan Frost for just over a month now and I couldnt be happier! He is attentive, smart, warm and super supportive. Everything you want in a doctor! Highly recommend! The only negative thing Ill say about this establishment is that their online system is super annoying. Most times I try and book an appointment they end up booking me with a doctor that isnt mine. (Dr Frost) So I have to call them to make the changes. I have told the reception a number of times but nothing seems to change however, Dr Frost is amazing!

Booked an appointment with Elizabeth Sandy, PA, on ZocDoc. She was great. Unfortunately, I will not be back due to the horrible billing and customer support.After my initial visit, I was told my co-pay was $20 which I paid there. Later, I got an email saying I had an outstanding balance. I was confused since I always pay $20 for doctor visits. I submitted a message to billing support since there was no phone number on the website. I got an automated response that said “Muhammad is reviewing your request.” I never heard back so I sent in another message. Same automated message and heard nothing. I tried again and again. Nothing. Later, I get another email that a balance had been added to my account. I got charged $30 for a phone call regarding my lab results. The call lasted less than 10 minutes but I was billed for “21-30 minutes of medical discussion.” I am extremely disappointed with this service. I paid it but will not be coming back. Nothing bad to say about Elizabeth Sandy.

Everyone is extremely caring and kind. Just as any healthcare professional should be. It’s normal to walk into a doctor’s office and have them not care/ignore your concerns, and I’m very glad to report that is not an issue here. Dr. Ryan Frost has been very helpful. After struggling for months to get seen by a GI, they had me an appointment with one after a brief visit.To add to their great patient care, they have a nice and welcoming office space. I felt relaxed from beginning to end.Could not recommend this office enough! If anyone reading this has any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via social media, and I will gladly try my best to answer your questions. I know how daunting and overwhelming the process can be in finding a primary care that’s right for you.

Dr Frost is incredibly empathetic and understanding. He is very attentive of YOUR concerns--never have I felt dismissed by him. If youre doing an in-person visit, you are in for a very welcoming experience. Every person in-house is very kind, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

I am trying to call you office to see if you take my insurance. However your AI automatic phone answering machine seems to be faulty. When I press 1 or 2 or any option it keeps saying sorry that entry is invalid. How do I contact you?

Dr. David Alajajian was so kind, knowledgeable and honest in his care. Great bedside manner. I’m dealing with a workers comp claim and illness. He listened carefully and asked how he could help. In addition to prescribing medication quickly (and getting an instant text notification from the pharmacy), he was easy to speak to and even offered advice to be “kind to myself” during my recovery process. Me and husband were also looking for a trustworthy primary care doctor. We got lucky. “The Doctor” is located in our own neighborhood and making appointments and the follow up customer service were wonderful. Thank you.

Drs. Alajajian and Frost are exceptional in their attentive and compassionate are. If you are in the queer community and in the WeHo area, I cannot recommend them more highly. Even when I switched insurances and was no longer in-network, they went out of their way to ensure continued care and access to medication. 20/10.

This practice is literally amazing. The entire staff is friendly , fast and efficient! Have been able to make appointments due to emergency situations and they are always so accommodating. Ryan is so knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

This review is for Dr. Leslie Sweere. She has been my practitioner for some time now. Her ability to listen, empathize, and be realistic (all while providing a safe space for her patients) is something I wish all doctors were capable of doing. She’s been incredibly helpful with my medical journey and treatment. I genuinely feel comfortable and safe under her care. A lot of practitioners have poor bedside manner and that is not the case here. It’s a great feeling to know “there are no dumb questions”. I have never felt so valued as a patient, and I appreciate her time and dedication to treating, healing, and helping me and others. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality care from a professional who puts their knowledge and heart into what they do. If I could give 10 stars, I would happily do so.

My first appointment here went pretty smooth. I called and scheduled my appointment and they asked for my insurance and the card I wanted on file. I was then prompted via email to sign up for Onpatint before my appointment. Its kind of like MyChart and I like that I can talk to my doctor there as needed. I checked in there before my appointment so I wouldnt have to do any paper work when I got the office.The atmosphere and music made me feel safe because it was upbeat and familiar. I love the staff as well. Dr.Tripodis was able to translate my concerns to assist me the best way possible. He said he will send my lab results to the onpatient app and follow up soon. Im really happy to call him my new primary doctor.Shoutout to his assistant and the lovely woman that talked me through taking my blood. She was very good at distracting me from the process!5 stars for sure. Give them a try 彡

I really like the staff and the facility for this office is amazing.However, Ive had significant issues the last two years with the operations.Booking an appointment is like pulling teeth. Theres an idiotic NLP bot that never resolves the issue and then I have a platform error that means the video appointments dont work about half of the time. Im once again on my third reschedule today just trying to get a video appointment executed. I run a company yet I have to ask my assistant to move my schedule multiple times when I try to meet a doctor here.I always walk away with the feeling like theyve done me some huge favor by taking $500 from me and my insurance company. The ops in this company need to go back to basics and do the most essential job of getting me into the office. If this happens again I will regrettably have to move doctors. The office is never busy so Im guessing Im not the first person thats given up on this place.

Approachable, warm, friendly, professional staff. The doctor asked good questions that led us to the right tests. I’m a new patient and I’m excited that Dr. Ryan is going to be my doctor. The phlebotomist was impeccable and precise and so friendly. Thank you so much for a great visit!

Second year going in simply cuz it looks clean and conveniently close to my but every time I’ve gone in there’s always some sort of issue with scheduling and the staff is unprofessional from the desk clerks all the way to the Doctors. Last year I had 1 Dr, this year a different one and both just catty and divas. Moving to a real family Dr who is caring and compassionate to patient needs. I know it’s Hollywood but no need to act like you’re “on today’s episode of the Doctors…”. side note: the phlebotomists were all great and very gentle

Honestly, I am totally done with this place. My provider is nice and friendly, but this business just isnt real healthcare. Its all pop-up iPad medicine for profit and Im over it. They dont know how to make real referrals and I am dealing with a mass in my chest that Im really scared about and they just send me another referral paper to some random company with 15 locations and expect me to call all these places and follow links and talk to robots. It just stinks because my provider is helpful but these owners are an absolute DISGRACE to healthcare and anyone born and raised here or another state with similar awful healthcare wont know what to expect .... lucky for me I am from Massachusetts where we are #1 in the USA for healthcare and education so I know what real medicine looks like. I also told the call center that you get automatically connected to when you call The Doctor, that I wanted a phone call from my doctor .... and that NEVER happened, but considering that the people on the phone dont understand or speak English, that makes sense. I hope this money pit goes out of business.

Prior to coming to The Doctor, I had been on the same thyroid medication for 5 years. Its a medicine I will likely have to take for the rest of my life. Dr. David increased my dose and it appeared to yield little change per the results of my blood work. My health insurance changed suddenly and I am no longer in network with The Doctor. Knowing this information, which I shared with them myself over the phone and in writing, they denied my request for even 1 or 2 months of refills until I can see my endocrinologist. This is dangerous and negligent, lazy, and money-hungry. I would not recommend this office to anyone. This is happening to me in real time, as my pharmacy has my prescription pending and The Doctor would rather risk me stopping medicine cold turkey than extending the courtesy of a refill until I can see the specialist in 5 weeks. I would have never allowed changes to be made to my medication if I knew then what I know now:This office provides a horrible quality of care at best, dangerous at worst. They are hyper fixated on AI (artificial intelligence) to a fault, losing the human element of practicing medicine. I found them on Zocdoc, which was super easy to use, then was asked not to use the app again and to instead call them directly to schedule any future appointments. When scheduling directly and not through Zocdoc, my appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to start and then Dr. David didnt show up for the next days telehealth appointment. I sat in the digital waiting room queue for 40 minutes while on the phone with their automated system/outsourced receptionist as we both tried to track someone down at the physical location.I also had to go to Labcorp for my bloodwork after two different women stuck me and failed to draw blood in both arms and both hands. Go somewhere else.

Good medical staff, terrible patient support and billing service. It was super easy to make an appointment quickly. I saw Thomas Tripodis in July, who was fantastic. Follow up was great and honestly one of the easiest healthcare experiences Ive had in LA. The big issue is the payment. I paid a $25 copay at the visit. I got my bill a week after the appointment and paid in full of almost $170. A few weeks later, I got another bill of $140 which again I paid. I did not realise at the time that both bills were for the same visit. I tried multiple times via calls, texts, emails to explain that I had paid twice ($170 and the $140+ copay). I even sent bank statements and receipts as proof of payment. Now the doc billing dept is claiming they never received the $170 payment and refusing to give me a refund. I have now raised this with my bank as a dispute. Its so frustrating when I have clearly paid twice for a single visit.

The Doctor is a modern facility with pleasant staff. Despite all my positive experiences with my visits I have to give it a low rating because of my experience with the billing.On my last visit, I was told I had an outstanding balance. When I checked my HSA account I realized the balance matched up with charges I had already paid. The billing staff was unwilling to help me connect my transactions with their system and offered me next to no support. They kept mentioning a Collectly payment system that I never received a link to. Now they are being unresponsive on this 6 month old issue.I would recommend people just visit a doctor that can handle traditional insurance arrangements.

Everyone is so attentive and helpful at this office. Makes going to the doctor a very pleasant experience. Im glad to be under their medical supervision and care! Ryan Frost has been especially helpful, patient and informative.

My experience has been nothing short of terrible. There is very little communication happening at this office. One person will tell you to come in immediately and the next is sending you multiple phone calls to ask who told you to come in because they have no appointment space for you. Nobody is on the same page and it’s very evident that they lack management. Their online portaldoesn’t show me any of my labs, their scheduling robot is quite frankly very juvenile and corny. I’m an adult; I would love to be treated like one. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Dr. David enters the room with an infectious generosity of spirit and kindness. He always makes me feels seen, heard and taken care of. He greats a safe open dialogue and always answers questions and concerns with precise expertise and a reassuring giggle. Adore him.

I havent been to a Dr in person in 3 years so my anxiety was acting up. Everyone was very kind, the appointment was quick, and I know next time I go in things will be OK even if Im having a high anxiety episode. Also the phlebotomist, whos name I am sorry I forgot, is very good. I usually get queasy when I have blood draws, but when they did the draw I 100% didnt even know they had put the needle in. Truly a first time saying my blood draw was great.

Really happy I found this place! Dr. Ahmadi was so kind and personable, and took great care of me, as did the rest of the staff! Everyone was so nice and upbeat. I’m really glad to have found a doctor who works on Saturdays as scheduling appointments during the week has always been challenge with my work schedule. The facility was really nice too! Clean, big enough, with nice touches of decor. The sparkling water machine in the lobby was awesome too! They even have parking! I plan to schedule all my health needs here from now on!

Extremely professional and great experience! I was in search of a primary care specialist… no doctor visit or labs in a long while. They addressed all my needs and were extremely helpful with getting my prescriptions and vaccines. Highly recommend! Make the appt now!

The facility is very clean and nicely decorated and they took me in on time. The staff is amazing. They greeted me as I walked in and made me feel very welcomed. They were very thorough, listening to my concerns and issues with compassion and understanding. I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend The Doctor for your medical needs.

I just moved to LA and was not looking forward to finding an Internal Medicine doctor. With no help and referrals that didn’t work out, I got lucky and found David. The staff was great. My first visit went better than expected. I was asked a lot of questions about my history, any concerns, etc. They did a brief exam and took my blood. I am scheduled for my next visit to go over my bloodwork. Everything went smooth. I am very happy of have found this place.

OnPatient (their online portal) will show availability, you book an appointment, then they call you to let you know that the website isn’t accurate and there’s no availability. I received a call from the clinic informing me that my appointment on a Wednesday has been canceled and rescheduled for “Friday at the same time” they didn’t specify if it was the Friday of the same week or the following week. I arrived at the clinic, but they couldn’t see me because they had scheduled me for two weeks—no availability on the same day or week. I canceled the appointment; the receptionist wasn’t helpful, and I went to another doctor.

Decent medical staff However, the customer service/support is by fa the worst you will ever experience. There’s no option to speak with anyone actually in the office regarding issues/concerns. I was told that I need to make a new appointment and PAY in order for them to answer questions. This is a scam if I’ve ever seen one

The Best MD’s office, they really care and do their best, to give you amazing care. Free samples of medication, because we all know “health insurance” does not care one bit about us. It’s so nice when your MD’s office compensates for for sub par medical insurance.

From the moment you walk in, Eric and the other gentleman at the front desk (my apologies, I’m blanking on his name) are so welcoming and personable. They’re a huge asset to the team and are sure to bring a smile to your face every time you walk in to The Doctor.Additionally, Terry Russo is an great provider. I’ve been seen by her a few times at The Doctor and she’s just wonderful. She goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.Also, scheduling is so easy and there’s always an appointment when needed. 10/10 😊

I had a lot of skepticism going in. Ive had so many poor experiences at doctors offices. Doc is great, but the staff is clueless. Doc doesnt listen, staff is sharp. Or theyre great but forget about getting in to see them. This office checked all the boxes on two visits! Lovely doc, smart staff, everything easy, and most importantly they seemed like they actually care about what I needed. So nice to find an office like this!

These people at The Doctor are AWESOME! They will make you feel welcomed since the first second you walk in, Max Santos was very knowledgeable and the staff made it so easy for me to get my prescription even delivered to my place. First time I ever feel so comfortable at a doctor appointment.

This is by far the best doctor’s office I’ve worked with. All of the staff is very friendly and efficient. The facility is charming. I had a recent medical emergency, and everyone acted fast. I was able to have an online appointment with the doctor in minutes and was treated within the hour.

Save your time and money and go to a different doctor. This place is seemingly run by a doctor who cares more about money than helping his patients. Pretty gross to charge people for any conversation (without telling them prior to the call) with the doctor, even a 2 minute phone call for test results. Had other test results come in, they didnt call me or follow up after saying they would, I had to call them almost a month later and then they tried to make me pay again just for the doctor to explain a bunch of medical terms from my test results on a piece of paper that I obviously couldnt decipher myself. I refused out of principle and the realization that moving forward with them, they cared more about mymoney than me. Pretty mad I wasted so much time and didnt even end up learning all of my test results. Go somewhere else.

Best Dr.s experience ever! The staff are just amazing. Couldnt recommend it any higher (would give it 6 stars if I could). They will go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable, just genuinely good people. They went out of their way to help me and make sure I got everything i needed. Max was extremely nice at the front desk and if I had a business Id put him at the front too! Just so extremely helpful and I am so glad I found this place. The facilities were top touch. I love how much they use technology too, for appointments, documents, notes. Makes everything so much more simple and easy. Will and Misael were both amazing! So friendly, kind and just made it a wonderful experience. I usually hate going to the doctors office but will happily go back to The Doctor any day! Highly highly recommend.

First time coming here after moving to town. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. The staff and doctor were efficient and friendly. Answered all my questions (I can have a lot of questions) and made me really comfortable. Plus, the new offices are modern, airy and good looking! 5/5 Would recommend to anyone.

Update: I changed this review because the manager, Max, reached out to me almost immediately after posting and made sure my experience was much better. He got my lab results almost immediately and apologized for the delay at the office. As far as customer service goes for a doctors office, this is the best I have received.I wish I could give more stars because I did like my interaction with the nurse. She was knowledgeable and kind, but unfortunately I was waiting for over an hour to see her. They apologized and said they were bombarded with patients, but I had an appointment and still waited for an hour. On top of that, I specifically requested to have a mono test done and they drew my blood, but it has been 3 days since and I’ve heard nothing from the office. I’ve called five times to no avail. Mono tests usually take less than an hour to show results. 3 days is far too long to keep a patient waiting on their results and not update them. I cannot in good faith recommend this doctors office to anyone.

As a newcomer, this place was very welcoming. The staff were genuine and made me laugh. I decided during my appointment to make The Doctor my primary care office, so Im relieved to know that I have them to rely on in the future.

I had an excellent experience at The Doctor. I made an appointment and was seen (for the first time as a new patient) within 24 hours. Receptionist (Max) was extremely attentive and provided me with all the information I needed and took care of setting me up with Brian, who made the whole experience (routine check up/bloodwork) easy, fast and to the point. Gave me also plenty of wellness tips. Karla is an amazing nurse who didnt even leave a spot where she drew blood.Professionalism, time effectiveness and humor made this experience something I can repeat.

The new phone tree and automated system is an absolute deterrent. When you’re experiencing a medical issue the last thing you need is to be treated like an airline customer. The selections are confusing and the automation leads to dead ends that leave you feeling stranded. This office clearly cares more about their clunky flashy bells and whistles than it does about making their patients feel like they hold their health as a priority. A phone tree that leads to a relatively useless “virtual assistant” makes us feel like you’re avoiding the patient. Just answer the phone

To say that I’ve had less than stellar experience with healthcare in greater Los Angeles would be an understatement. The Doctor got me in nearly immediately, little if no wait time, with truly warm and fuzzy service that was quick and painless. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I saw Ryan Frost! I had a really great experience from start to finish! It was easy to book the appointment, there was Parking , the staff was very friendly, the place was clean! I highly recommend!

Very professional and technologically advanced. They worked fast but also cared for my concern and needs. For my physical exam I was in and out in 30min. I look forward to coming back.They had a clean modern atmosphere, they where very efficient. My wife also had a good experience. They where friendly and welcoming.

Well the office called me a few days before my first scheduled appointment with Fady Boules, NP and told me I had to come in to their office to have a drug test performed, which was a bit inconvenient since I selected this provider because he offered video appointments, but not a big deal. After doing their drug screening and a pretty lengthy phone intake, I was notified the day before that they needed to reschedule my appointment because the doctor wouldnt be available for that entire week. Obviously this was frustrating, but I understand things happen so I agreed to reschedule for the next week. I was scheduled to see him at 5:30pm and after I was already checked-in and waiting on the video platform when the office calls me at 5:27pm and tells me he wont be joining this time either... The whole process was a huge waste of my time and the office was very unprofessional. 2+ weeks of waiting to be seen and now Im back at square one looking for a psychiatrist.

I stumbled upon The Doctor when I moved back to Los Angeles and had not yet established care. I had a surgery scheduled at Cedars-Sinai and planned on permanently establishing care there.Well, many months later I have established care, but not with Cedars. I am and will be going to Thomas Tripodis and the team at The Doctor for all of my medical needs. They have treated me with the utmost care and compassion. At Cedars, I felt like just a number. At The Doctor I am treated like a human being and not just a number. I am a patient with complex needs and they understand that. Not every patient is the same and individualized care is becoming exceedingly difficult to find. Look no further, you will find it at The Doctor.

I’ve always had great experiences at The Doctor and highly recommended! The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly, both in person and over the phone. The DR’s and nurses take the time to listen to my concerns when I’ve had in person and tele visits. If you’re looking for a new primary doctor look no further!

This was my first visit to the Doctor. It was a very nice experience. Check in was very easy on an iPad, though the program had a glitch, but Eric was right there to help. I was early to my appointment and they took me right in with no wait. They asked lots of questions to get to know me, and the lab is right there for all my bloodwork. Nice, clean, and friendly. After a horrible visit with another doctor, its nice to find a great office. I would highly recommend them.

Truly a great place with great staff. If you want to experience a doctors office without a “ medical feel “ this is your place…. great vibe with clean lines and great atmosphere almost like going to a spa. Love it

There are not enough good things to say about this team and this practice. From the moment you enter, no matter the date/time, you are greeted by a team that truly welcomes you in for a pleasant experience. From the receptionist, to the nurses, and of course to Dr. Will Flores himself, each is more kind and skilled than the next making for a consistently easy and enjoyable time - which ain’t typical for a docs office! Cherry on the sundae, they use a great high tech reminder system with texts and emails that ensures you are always on top of your health and appointments. 10 stars y’all, and deep gratitude for your excellence!

This is a great place. There’s free parking, everyone is incredibly nice, and I can almost always get an appointment when I need one without having to wait a million years. Love the doctor!!

This is one of the worst doctors offices Ive ever been to. The doctor himself spends absolutely no time with you doing diagnostics. You really feel that hes in it purely for the money and doesnt actually care about patients. I had an issue with their telemedicine system and they absolutely refused to help me in any way shape or form. The doctor himself has no bedside manner, and is actually quite unpleasant. I do not recommend going to this doctors office.

This office got new management about a year ago or so, and is now much happier and efficient. They are also much more ‘by the book’... Which is good because it feels good to know that the doctor won’t try to push a drug on you that you don’t needGreat, friendly staff, and a fun office to visit! They listen to your concerns and ideas about your health and explain thing thoroughly.FYI, If you need a Benzo pill for any reason, they will drug test you. This is standard ‘by the book’ practice, but was a shock to me since I had never been drug tested before when needing a sleeping pill prescribed.Also, their new infusion service is great!!

Possibly the best doctor’s visit I’ve had ever. They were extremely thorough and took the time to examine, diagnose and recommend treatments. All the staff from, front of desk, tech, lab and doctors were very knowledgeable especially with helping us j defat and our options under our insurance plan. Also, fantastic bedside manners! I was incredibly comfortable and am glad that this is my preferred clinic of choice.

The entire staff was extremely nice and super helpful/knowledgeable. I appreciate that especially because we can be a little nervous etc when going to the doctor. Will def be back! Booked with them directly through Zocdoc super easy and straightforward.

Just went in for my first visit. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely at ease. Never been in and out of a doctors office with so little waiting. Very happy to have them as my new primary care physician.

Everyone was really nice. It was my first time, and I was nervous, and I kept talking over the doctor and I appreciate that he helped me slow and made sure I wasn’t getting stuck in my head and not listening. They also did my tests right there and I didn’t have to schedule them for another day.

My husband and I came into the office after have visiting a different clinic the day before as and the treatment that my husband received there was not working.When we walked into The Doctor clinic, the attentions they gave us were far beyond exceptional Dr. Santos evaluated my husbands illness and quickly gave us a plan an a treatment for my husband to heal.Max, at the reception was amazingly helpful

Got me in and out even with a last minute appointment. Everyone who worked in the office was super friendly and accommodating. My doctor made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend.

I was able to book an appointment next day and Dr. Santos was really great and thorough. The nurse who came out of the office to do my COVID test was even better he was very patient and talked me through the painful test the best way he possibly could. I really appreciate their prompt and attentive work during these times.

Dr. David Alajajian is the only healthcare provider I’ve met in Los Angeles who I can truly trust and speak openly with about my health concerns and needs. It would be great if the information from Zoc Doc was already in the system, but not sure how that works. There are iPads to check in on that id rather just fill out with a pen and paper, but realize this method is quicker and probably more confidential.I spoke to the owner to mentioned they are currently renovating the lighting and office decor. Hes also incredibly attentive and nice. Dr. Flores was quick and professional, but my visit was unorganized with the door often being left open and having conversations down the hallway.We had remedied my CVS prior authorization request after several calls. The approval was received a few days ago, but it seems it was lost on the fax machine. That said, communication and logistics still have room for improvement, but was explained they are restaffing at the moment, cognizant of it, and working on this.Overall, the team is very nice and professional.

Was looking for a new doctor and came to this office through my insurance. Was a very positive experience dealing with a friendly staff and doctor who listened and answered questions. They were very clear about the office policies related to my care. Was very pleased.

I met with Will Flores, this was my first experience at THE DOCTOR and meeting with him was great. I felt that he was very thorough and easy to speak with. I did a standard HIV & STD test along with an allergy test. I made a follow up appointment for two weeks later. I was told my HIV and STD results would be back within 2-3 days.I called 3 days later on Friday to get my results, spoke with Mandy and was told they only have preliminary results and will call me when they are all in.I called again on Monday spoke with Mandy and was told they were not in.I called again on Thursday spoke with Mandy and asked to be called back by William Flores, my HIV & STD results should have been back, it was 9 days later.I was never given a call back, two weeks later from original appointment we had our follow up appointment and was given my results.I don’t understand why I had to wait two weeks to be given my HIV & STD results, for someone like me this is something that causes me stress, anxiety and keeps me up at night.Unfortunately because of the lack of communication I won’t be returning to this office. I do think Will Flores did a great job but poor communication doesn’t work for me.

The Doctor has really stepped up their game in recent months and I could not be happier. The addition of “Holly the Robot” has helped in making the scheduling process easy (spoiler alert: Holly is hilarious) Their nurse and office staff are very professional, and also readily available and accessible to assist with what ever issues you may be having insurance, rescheduling (if needed), etc. Kudos goes out to The Doctor Staff!

One of the best doctor offices in town.They take their clients confidentiality very seriously. They are always courteous and friendly. And they are always upfront with everything in terms of cost. You cannot ask for an honest, and more open doctor then these guys.

We got the worst experience with this doctor! He gave to me and to my husband three wrong orders. Instead of surgeon the doctor gave us order to dermatologist, instead of MRI he sent us to ultrasound. To all our questions related with health he couldn’t give any proper answers. After we called to their office again the assistant was very rude to me and she said that the doctor knows what he does, and if we are not satisfied with the orders we have to schedule another appointment and get a new ones.Thank God we have found a REAL doctor and he has resolved all our issues. Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend this place place to anyone!

Had an IV drip today and Eric was gentle and has great bedside manners. I’ve also had bloodwork done here and I have to say every single staff is kind, courteous and very professional!I’m always surprised that they offer various treatments so if you don’t see something, just ask!

Awesome visit! First time coming here. Eric at the front was very friendly and greeted me warmly. The whole process was smooth and painless. Everyone in the office treated me very well and the exam rooms were all clean and up-kept. I was in and out in under and hour. Will return.

This doctor is absolutely the worst. They run frivolous tests without permission. They will tell you theyre contracted with your insurance when theyre not. And worst of all, they refuse to talk to a patient once theyve screwed them over. Be prepared to get hundreds of dollars of bills in the mail after youve seen this doctor. They responded saying that they tried to contact me. HA! They definitely did not. I didnt receive a single email, call, or letter from them. They did not attempt to contact me at all!! HA!

So friendly doctors and they really give a good advice/suggestions... They really take a very good care of patients.. Lucky to know about this place and Im happy with my treatment.. Easily the BEST Doctors experience Ive ever had.I went in simply to change my pain medications because my pain management doctor is never available. The Entire staff is incredibly friendly and kind, no waiting time, quickest process Ive ever been through, and Doctor William Flores is the nicest and most thoroughly understanding medical professional Ive ever delt with (as well as Oscar the Nurse that saw me into the room).I had a thousand questions i decided not to ask because i havent been to a general doctor in Years (one thing at a time), but Dr. Will Flores then tooke the next 2 minutes to inquire about EVERYTHING I wanted to eventually ask (how he knew is well beyond me...).I had my medications switched immediately, and over 6 year of medical treatments and tests done in less than 8 minutes.Ive never felt so refreshed walking out of a Doctors Office before, and ive been to So many different ones over the years.Ill DEFINITELY be making this my primary doctor, to take care of everything i will ever need in the future.What an Fing Blessing this place is...

Everyone here is very nice and makes you feel welcome from start to finish. I felt comfortable with explaining to Brian (the NP) my symptoms and he took time to go over treatment options.The office is clean and modern and has parking!My reason for only 3 stars is because they are next to impossible to get ahold of via phone.Unfortunately as a doctors office this is crucial. Every time I’ve had a follow up question and needed to call I get nothing but voicemail after voicemail.As frustrating as it is, I mention it out of a need for improvement not a slam against an otherwise pleasant medical practice.Please fix your phones!! People like to talk to humans!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this office. A doctor can speak with such authority over a person’s body, health, and lifestyle and I have seen it so often abused... and it’s 1000 times worse for anyone who may already be marginalized. I love this staff for their warm and open demeanor, their inclusion, quick and efficient diagnosis and options beyond just meds I.e. IV immune infusion and massage. And the playlists are on point!

My visit as a new patient was...well, fun! I mean, who thinks going to the doctor is fun? The PA was so helpful. I learned at least 2 new things that would improve my health. Plus, they have a Keurig in the waiting room.😍

This was my primary care place for years. No more. the practicers that I knew left and on my last visit not only did know know my name or history. I sat in a room for more than 30 minutes past my appointment while the new staff trained and shared private information about patients they would see that day. This was done in full voice with no regard for patient PRIVACY . When I finally walked out they actually tried to confron me as if I had done something wrong. Avoid this place and it unprofessional HIPPA violating behaviors.

Who writes a review of a doctors office?! You dont go to the Dr because you want to, you go there because you have to. I was so impressed with this place and their philosophy of patient care, that I was compelled to share my experience. The last time I went to my Dr. (PCP) for my annual physical, i needed to make an appt 2 weeks in advance and waited nearly an hour to be seen. Recently I came down with a sinus infection and needed to be seen. I love my Dr, but I didnt have the time or energy to deal with all that again. My friend suggested I check this place out. I called and was happy to discover they accepted my insurance (Blue Shield), and I got an appt two hours later. To be honest when I walked in I was a bit skeptical. Not because it wasnt a nice place, but almost the opposite. It didnt feel like a doctors office (at least the ones Im used to)... and I soon learned, that thats the whole point! Theyve somehow stripped away all the BS that the Dr.s office makes you go through, and they get right to the point. Granted I was a new patient, so there was more info they needed from me than usual, but even still I got there, was seen, given my rx and was out within 45 mins! I WAITED longer at my normal drs! I was able to get there on my lunch break, and still actually have time for lunch! I think I found my new PCP!

This place is so fast and efficient but also doesn’t sacrifice a warm and friendly environment. Came for my yearly physical and was literally out of there in about 30 minutes. I dread doctors visits because of the amount of time spent waiting but this was literally the fastest and best experience I’ve ever had.

I am usually very anxious going to the doctor, but I liked it here. Everyone was very friendly. I really liked the LGBT positive decor. I was able to talk about my concerns and had everything addressed.

Phasing between here and my current healthcare provider has been a punishing experience of 2 years im ending now. They told me on my last visit I wouldnt be billed because I didnt know my healthcare plan didnt cover my visit and Ive been going for a while. The lie has costed me more money than I believe I owe. I paid them despite not believing I owed the money and I am according to their payment portal all paid up. So I blocked them through my bank and am now urging people look into whether or not their healthcare plan will cover the visit. They are less likely to lie to you than the doctor has to me

Horrible - if I could give negative I would - once was MISDIAGNOSED despite a very clear test result (doctor had no idea what they were talking about). now for a second time i try to book with them. I book an apoinment with a doctor, and they literally book me with a DIFFERENT doctor and tell me that I cannot cancel unless i pay $150 (out of nowhere this was never said before the fact), which led me to take a completely unneccssary appointment with the wrong doctor, who told me he cannot do anything for me. SCAM.

Utmost professionalism always feel well taken care of by The Doctors and staff at The Doc LA. Anytime I feel sick or something is not right I can always book next day or sometimes same day Conveniently online and be seen in the next day or within a couple hours. Their services are always 100% percent professional but they also get to know you personally and they’re always happy to see you and help you.

You will never see an actually doctor but a nurse. The office is owned by another person Max, who believes he knows all about the health laws, but does not. We went to them and did every test ordered by them, and then we did not agree with them not faxing us our blood results, they sent us a letter saying we can not come there anymore.Stay away

The worst doctor you can ever go to , so prior I posted on here how I was diagnosed with a lower stomach infection called E.ColiI tested for it in this facility , and they gave me the results back 6 MONTHS LATER AFTER CALLING EVERYDAY ASKING FOR MY RESULTS, after I post on here the “manager” by the name of max decides to finally call me to apologize and says he will call me back , it’s been 3 months and he hasn’t called back, and today they sent me a bill 😂 do yourself a favor DO NOT EVER COME HERE, go get treated by a vet And you’ll get better care
