People in this group will never care about you. Even if you have a serious illness or problem. I am a high-risk patient and I called many times to make an appointment, but Dr. Wus secretary told me every time that your oncologist should fax us your medical records so that I can make an appointment. My oncologists office did this several times, but each time they said things, like once they said they would call me after Dr. Wu read the paperwork, but I never got a call. I called again, this time they said to send us the documents again, and my oncologist did it again and faxed my medical documents to them again, but they still didnt hear from them. So again and again and again I called... once they said documents were not faxed to us, once they said Dr. Wu has not read them yet. Surprisingly, for the third time, they said to fax the documents again. Anyway, for more than a month, I kept following up and saying that Im not feeling well, give me an appointment to see the doctor sooner, but unfortunately, Dr. Wus secretary never made an appointment. Of course, I should also say that the secretary was a very polite and well-spoken lady and spoke kindly on the phone, and she knew me well during the time that I was calling and following up, but I dont know why she didnt care that I was a patient. And I have to see the doctor soon. Finally after a month and a half I stopped calling and they never called me back.

Dr. Wu removed my uterus, tubes, and overies yesterday with an all female surgical team from California Hospital and it was a truly wonderful experience as far as surgeries go. Dr. Wu was professional, compassionate, and her offices, while busy, always got back to me in a timely manner. If you have a need for a GYN Oncology Specialist, Dr. Wu is absolutely someone I’d recommend. The other reviews on this page only ever mention mention bad experiences with office staff. It can be difficult dealing with medical stress, especially given our healthcare system, so I absolutely understand where these other reviews are coming from, but I don’t feel they paint the actual picture of the quality of work Dr. Wu provides as a medical professional - if they did she would have 5 stars. I hope this helps someone else in need of a GYN oncologist. 🌸

I now fully understand why Dr Park left this office. Unprofessional to the point of risking lives. Im high risk and a cancer survivor. Have been coming here since 2020. Their behavior (including the front desk receptionist who is absolutely the worst and has made me cry 3 times) is unacceptable and could potentially have put my neck in a noose. Ive requested a new gyno. Do not become a patient here if you can help it. All bad reviews are accurate. Im so angry right now and have spent my morning crying. Please avoid this place at all costs. And if anyone responds to this review I will include it in my official complaint.

Okay, Ill admit that when I initially tried to make an appointment, I had a hard time getting through to an actual person. I ended up leaving a message that wasnt returned. BUT, if you find yourself in the same predicament - KEEP CALLING!!!Dr. Wu is THE BEST. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy one month ago and Dr. Wu was a uterine wizard! Like, no joke, I was up and running by Friday after a Tuesday afternoon surgery. Her entire office was professional and made me feel comfortable talking about my issues. My options were empathetically discussed and I was able to choose my path. I had choices! Is it me, or are we rarely given a say in how wed like our feminine troubles to play out?....I was fully informed and felt empowered to make the right choice for me.Surgery day went smoothly. Everything regarding what would happen during surgery was explained to me thoroughly, my nurses were lovely (Andre and Wendy), and my post op instructions were clear. I literally went into the surgery as cool as a cucumber...why? BECAUSE I WAS IN EXCELLENT HANDS!Post-op I had zero complications. I followed their recovery suggestions diligently (24 hour ice packs + tramadol) and was walking by the next day.I will add that Im in excellent shape, which Dr. Wu said was a key factor in my fast turnaround. But make no mistake, this woman is a boss lady who handles business in the operating room.If you have serious uterine issues that need to be addressed, Dr. Wu and her team will take care of you.

My thoughts of this place when I first visit were incredible. Everyone was nice and fast service but it’s slowly killing it. It’s my third time going to this place to refer me to get surgery because that’s what I needs and to me it seem like they don’t care a bit because they keep saying “everything looks normal, nothing serious” well my thoughts was like “do you want it to happen first then be sorry” it’s my body and I do know best what’s going on but idk how they became doctors when they don’t listen to their patient’s opinions. Honestly if anything bad happens I’ll blame this place for sure.

I have to stop & take the time out to write a review in regards to Dr. Wu & her incredible team , whom both go out of there way for there patients, making sure the both of you are on the same page & comfortable. From her walking into my hospital room I received a wonderful & warm experience from day one & on. From my medical procedures, managing my ongoing health, along addressing any health concerns or questions I have, I quickly realized I was in the finest care. This highly skilled & knowledgeable medical practice is the best of the best & if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. After my procedure & a few days well taken care of before being discharged, I came home & had a new look on my life & my future health. If you have the opportunity to make an appointment to see Dr. Wu, consider yourself & health in the finest & most skillful hands!Respectfully Yours,Tracy StraughnChatsworth, CA

Do not go to this “doctor” unless you want your cancer results read completely incorrectly AND have the wrong kind of treatment recommended to you, while sounding like she knows what shes saying. Dr. Wu told my mom that her pet scan showed her having cancer in only 2 places. She was also told that these cancers were growing very slowly so we didnt have to worry at all. When my mother requested clinical trial runs for treatment bc her experience with chemo was horrible, Dr. Wu said the clinical trials would be perfect and she would recommend her for them. We spent a couple of months trying to get into city of hope with no luck, all the while her office staff grew more intolerant with us bc we wanted them to help us out with getting into city of hope. We got into USC-Keck and found a great dr. However he told us her pet scan was too old (at least 6mos) and that he would need an updated one. He said it showed her having cancers in 4 different areas and that he could see that they had grown a bit in the past 3 months! He told my mom that she did not have time to debate on what kind of treatment she would be getting. Even though chemo is not what she wanted, were just so grateful to be done with dr wu...ugh! Also, we probably went to Dr. Wus office about 5-6 times and out of all those visits, we only saw her 1 time!! It was that day that she told my mom about the cancer. If youre going to still book with Dr. Wu, then expect to wait a long time. They over book and are very unapologetic for it.

Dr. Wu is such a caring and patient Doctor. Not only did she provide great medical advice, but she explained the process very well and answered all our questions. She was very patient and didnt rush us out of visits. My mother is mentally disabled and Dr. Wu was so empathetic and sweet to her. She made my mother feel very comfortable and safe with her which I know helped with her healing process. Thank you so much Dr. Wu!🙏

Dr. Wu and Nurse Jeon are exceptional care givers. They listen and are very knowledgeable in their field. I felt very comfortable in the office and the wait is never long. P.S. Dr. Wu performed my hysterectomy and Im healing good afterwards, so I thank her for that!

Dr Wu is an incredible, caring oncologist I’ve been seeing for years. Claudia who usually runs the front office/reception area is great but she is out on leave. Currently the ladies running the office are unorganized and gave me an appointment time they could not honor. The only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star review is because of the office staffs miscommunication and rude, unprofessional attitude.

This woman sent my mother out of her office in heart distress. she died two days later. She could have saved my mothers life. She advised she couldn’t help because she didn’t have a diagnosis yet and if she went to the Er they would send her away also. If I could give a negative rating I would. She wouldn’t even help my mother with a wheel chair to cross the street. My mother couldn’t stand. She couldn’t take care of herself. This doctor sent her home to die. I will forever hear my mothers voice saying “I need them to keep me and they won’t”. I confirmed with the woman who was as an advocate for my mother the day she was at this office that the person pictured here is the specialist that sent my mother away.

I received a referral to this office and tried calling to make an appointment on two different days. Both days someone picked up the phone, immediately placed me on hold for 5 minutes and then would hang up on me. Completely unprofessional. I found a different, more competent office.
