White Memorial OBGYN Medical

I am a patient for more than two years but this week i schedule an appointment and I had horrible horrible service with the receptionist that they were attend my call the day before my appointment. They called me to cancel my appointment and she was super rude I asked to talk to the supervisor, then she tried to fix everything then later I had a call back and the lady that called me. She was super rude. I was using my insurance. She call me. She say be ready with your $25 tomorrow. It made me feel not going to my appointment and I changed Doctor We are patients and we go there because we need help. We don’t need those type of people talking to patient this way.

I couldnt begin to describe how terrible this place is. They are so adamant about non important stuff like reminding you that you need a mask or you wont be let in, but not the fact that they would do a urine test before the doctor actually pokes through your arm for birth control. I saw their counseling person for a few times, more often not, because she was no where to be found. Never had a call to say your appointment is cancelled or anything. When I tried to get my records from them and move on to an actual therapist that knows what they are doing, they dragged me for 6 WEEKS!!!!!!! before they gave me my own medical records, after multiple calls a day and an office manager involved. The only good thing that came out of this place is actually the Dr., she was really sweet and knowledgeable but its not enough for me to go back. I whole heartedly dont understand how a place like this can stay in business...

Was told I would get a call back for an appt three times and never got a call! I had to call to check status until the third time I decided I will look for another office. This is horrible service.

I havent even been in for my first visit, Ive only called in to make an appointment; and Im already upset by the service. The woman who assisted me with making the appointment was extremely rude and had the audacity to lecture me and make me feel horribly. I explained to her twice that I had been having issues with my insurance when enrolling and then issues with my medical group when trying to obtain a referral. Instead of being empathetic and understanding, she was rude and thought it was her place to lecture me about what I should and should not have done. She doesnt know my entire situation or the headache that Ive had to go through, it was not her place to speak on the situation. This facility seriously needs to put their staff through proper training and according to other reviews Im not the only person to have this issue with the staff...so apparently there is little to no care about how the staff is treating patients.

The receptionist is really unprofessional, ask you speak to her she starts to laugh as if she is taking us as a joke, as I explained why I was trying to set up an appointment she continues to ask me for what, I kept telling her for what and again had the nerve to ask why and then asked why I got pregnant like if its her Mfkn business. At this rate the hospital is going to lose patients and money having that type of staff, I do not recommend

This my ob right now for my high risk pregnancy and I dont like how when I call the lady that picks for appointments stuff doesnt let me finish what I am saying and puts me to whatever she feels and has an attitude. Second I dont like that non of the nurses really dont call you when you the nurses line they 2 hours but dont only once they called me back since being with this group and the front office mangers never call you back. Third I dont like how I am feeling uncomfortable there, I had and appointment this one female doctor didnt let me see my babies on the screen had an attitude and didnt do my ob appointment just the scan when I was suppose to have both she put it down before I had the scan she is doing both but did not wrist place to be for an ob office after this pregnancy if I have any more kids definitely not going there. Wouldnt recommend it to nobody thats pregnant!!!!

If I could do a 0⭐️I would!! This is the worst place to come for prenatal care you’ll be in here for hrs! And you will always have a different dr on every visit sorry they are not Doctors they are practitioners on day of delivery you won’t know who the hell is your delivery Dr! And you’ll have like 10persons in the delivery room all practitioners!! They were about to do a c-section when it was NOT needed baby was already crowning and ready to come out! They made me hold my baby in and his heart dropped to 60 that’s way way to low luckily they change staffs to morning shift and in 10 minutes later my baby was born! Please don’t risk your babies life whit this people AVOID this place and white memoria delivery hospital also full of practitioners!!

My overall experience was good, i loved doctor Tamara she was amazing and made me feel comfortable during every check-up, and took the time to answer any questions or concerns i had. I absolutely loved her! The wait time to be seen did take a while!

All staff is really rude. They have HORRIBLE service. Starting with how they answer the phone to leaving you on hold. Specially the girls setting you up for appointments. They are not polite. They need to be re trained on how to offer decent customer service. I will honestly not recommend anyone to this clinic.

Some of the staff are very rude specially the girl that says Obgyn clinic how can I direct your call and she wont let you talk shell put you on hold for about 40 min, They talk about the patients no privacy for the patient. The Dr messed up my pap results, the waiting time to be seen is ridiculous,But yet to collect your copay they are on it. People please dont even think about going to this clinic oh and to top it off they are not even employees staff from White memorial some of the Drs are but the MaS are not.

This place is great (Doctors are professionals and is affordable) but they just ruin it with the waiting times. They make you wait +1 hour to be seen and then when you talk to the doctor is less than 10 minutes. Set a real time for appointments. Is a waste of time.

I had a horrible experience, that makes me feel uncomfortable to attend my appointments. Medical staff should be more efficient and courtesy to the patients. Customer service should be implemented strongly.

My wifes appointment was at 12:30 and they didnt see her until 4:30 PM. What a horrible experience. As stated in other reviews the staff is rude and really need some training as they are service providers. They told us to sit down and wait and no more than that. Really?? Please look into other service providers for your OB & GYN needs,

The doctor would rather be some place else and they send your genetics to Myriad which has multiple class actions against them yet White Memorial still continues to use them. This place is why health care is so expensive in this country, they are the problem.

Staff is rude, manager is rude and talks over patients. Sad how they belittle you here, sad how they treat pregnant women. They forget these people have jobs because of us, not the other way around. You work for the people

I can’t believe that they ask for mask but no one in the building can provide one it’s so wrong for a clinics that they require one but no one has one .

Staff is very rude. In there and through the phone. Been trying to make an appointment and their system is “down”. Recommended to go elsewhere 😒

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff which is sad because I liked the doctor. Go somewhere where people care about your health and doing a good job.

Customer service is non-existent from the nurses. The nurses dont answer the phones, and goes directly to voicemail. It says they will return your call in 2 hours, but they dont. It says to call the manager if theres no return call, but the manager doesnt even answer either!

Horrible! They don’t care about you at all hereThey made mistakes by not sending my test to the labThey kept giving me medication that I don’t even needI do not recommend this place to anyone

Their rude n unprofessional . they wont see u unless u have an appointment n they try to scheduled u in two weeks .

This place sucks I been calling since 8:00 and no answer and its already 8:21 I fustrated

Terrible service, we are going to trust the lives of our babies and ours and they play with it, if they really value their life do not come to this crap Clinic, my baby and I could have died and they did nothing, besides the time of Wait for appointments, its useless to have them if they serve you whenever they want, I dont recommend it.
