I went through the egg donation process with PFC and to be transparent, I ran into some hiccups at first with them regarding back end communication/lack thereof that made me uneasy. However, the second I expressed concern around this they really stepped up and the rest of this process was cohesive and clear. I felt really cared for. All in all, Dr. Rodi was very personable and positive each appointment.The procedure itself was a total breeze. The nurses and staff were SO attentive, thorough, caring and sensitive. I felt incredibly safe, cared for and like I could really relax. It was a little overwhelming and scary as it was my first time but they made me feel totally at ease. Dr. Sahakian preformed the procedure and was so sweet when he entered the operating room, he was very warm, calming and kind. Post-op, the nurses were so sweet and helpful. They made this a truly beautiful experience that I most certainly would do all over again. Thank you PFC for being amazing.

Came to PFC as a surrogate for three different journeys. Each time I was treated with respect and had all my questions answered. They were friendly and always available for all questions. Would recommend them highly.

My wife and I decided to go the PFCLA-IVF Clinic and our experience was subpar. Initially the consultation was awkward as the physician just wanted us to jump into IVF without other routes. We didnt know what we were getting into so we figured they would educate us a bit more. Everything after the initial visit was just down hill.We were assigned a a coordinator that seem to be very helpful but then randomly everything changed multiple times. Scheduled appointments were seemed a bit unorganized, unprofessional, and insincere. When the initial injections were prescribed to my wife, she spent a lot of time driving back and forth to random pharmacies in the area just to receive the injections.My wife and I both are working professionals and spending hours of our time to work with them to get things done can really take a toll on our private and professional lives.The staff working in the reception area seemed to care more about their conversations than helping us. I went in for my appointment and they kept saying I wasnt schedule for any appointment and kept asking for my name. They spent 10 minutes trying to find me even though I mentioned it was probably under my wifes name.They gave us a portal to track everything but the portal is useless and difficult to navigate. It didnt show any of my test results when I clicked on everything. Even when I was asking for results, the person on the phone kept insisting that it was in the portal but after about 15 minutes, the person helping me said he needed to request the records to be uploaded to the portal. They also charged us to obtain those records even though It was never available to me at all. No phone, email, or text letting me know (as the husband) that I can review it.We decided to leave this clinic not because of the 2 unsuccessful results of IUI but because of the lack of professionalism, empathy, or the slightest care for us.The entire process was a waste of time being in the dark. We ended up going to another facility that is very organized, professional, provides education and a designated coordinator that hasnt changed since the beginning.My wife and I felt like PFCLA was wasting our time. People are just straight up lazy.I would say go to this clinic at your judgement. I personally have warned you of some of the struggles just going to this place. It isnt close to home but we did everything they told us but they didnt care at all. Not even the question to why we will not proceed with them. We were going to jump into IVF after the IUI but with this service, it wasnt worth the headache. They are just moving cattle IMO.

Dr. Sahakian and Catalina were instrumental in helping my husband and I throughout our IVF journey. It can be extremely exhausting on all levels, while going through the process but they truly made it worthwhile, particularly because our miracle daughter was born February 2023 and she is the biggest blessing in our lives and we cannot imagine our lives without her. Catalina is the absolute best and she was very accessible during the process. There were times when I had questions late into the evening or over the weekend and she was always there and just such a huge support for us. Prior to choosing this clinic, my husband and I went to another IVF clinic that was an absolute disaster, but PFCLA is the absolute best and we are SOO grateful for them and for our daughter. THANK YOU!!!!

We came to PFCLA after a difficult and unsuccessful experience at a clinic in our hometown. We matched with Dr. Chavkin for our reciprocal IVF Journey— Dr. Chavkin and her nurse Stephanie have been nothing but wonderful and supportive of us throughout this process. They both were nothing short of fantastic, understanding, patient and helpful. They provided individualized care and instruction for our specific needs. Dr. Chavkin has a directness about her that we truly appreciated as we navigated our egg retrieval, my fluctuating thyroid level and a successful, beautiful, frozen embryo transfer. The experience overall at PFCLA was great, regardless of the outcome we received. We are eternally grateful for Dr. Chavkin and the PFCLA staff for making our dreams come true and will look forward to returning to Dr. Chavkin when we are ready for baby number 2! Thank you for everything!

I had a consultation with Dr Chavkin and her bedside manner and overall concern was very poor! As a healthcare professional myself I know she knows better especially in this journey, in which I heard she also went thru IVF(that’s why I chose her). I had the consultation and she said her team will reach out for the next steps and it’s been 5 weeks NOTHING! $350 gone! Don’t waste your time here it’s about money, I guess I should of listened to the many others but experience was the painful lesson here

I was treated by Dr Chavkin. The treatment plan was bit all over the place. A lot of money was spent with poor outcome. There was a oversight on part of the doctor and the coordinator. They did not escalate the medication dose properly and process was haphazard and I ended up spending more money on meds. However, few of the nurses there were really good and provided a good support.

What an absolute disaster this place and experience was. It’s an emotional and wild process to begin with - there were numerous mistakes, miscommunications and improper handling of one of life’s most important journeys.It took months deciding whether to write this review or not as it’s public. We spent a small fortune that could have been allocated elsewhere.Last week , 10 months after our treatments, we were receiving yet another email incorrectly charging us for eggs we were told were not being stored/viable.I assume all the reviews are real and bless them all for their experience. Incorrect prescriptions were sent to our pharmacy, incorrect information and scheduling of times were shared, and we ended up not having a successful experience after all of the unexpected headaches after paying a fortune!We were blessed to just have a child naturally after this disastrous experience so my suggestion is to stay the helk away from here and keep trying (elsewhere if needed)

Dr Sepilian and my coordinator Mary made our journey to fertility successful from our first attempt of IVF. My husband and I, are forever grateful to Dr Sepilian and Mary. Theyre kind, helpful, good communicators, caring and professional. The IVF process went according to the planned schedule of treatment and procedures. We started the fertility journey in August 2022, had our embryo transfer in November, 2022 and we welcomed our Healthy beautiful baby boy in July, 2023. We are looking forward to grow our family and work with Dr Sepilian and Mary again in future. I would recommend Dr Sepilian at PFCLA for the successful fertility journey.

Hidden fees, they even charged you for every your signature and you cannot chose your own notary, they forced you to use their own it’s like extortion, bad business practices

Today was a happy but a sad day for us with PFCLA. We are overly filled with joy that we graduated from their care today but deeply sadden that we wont be coming in to that office. Where do we begin. Dr. Sahakian was recommended to us and coming into our first initial appointment, you name it, we felt it. But after sitting down and talking to Dr. Sahakian, we felt at ease and knew we were in great hands. Dr. Sahakian has been amazing from the beginning of our journey all the way until the end. He has been honest about every step and told us exactly what was going on. We knew what the expectations were and even when we felt hopeless, with his honesty, we had faith and that faith led us to our graduation today. He was kind and understanding of our journey through and through.We were also very fortunate that Dr. Sahakian had an amazing team working by his side. Our coordinator, Diane Blackwood, answered all our questions and kept us informed on the process and on all our medications. We never felt like a bother reaching out to her for anything. She is always warm and welcoming and such a sweet soul. We couldnt have asked for a more informative and organized coordinator to see us through our journey.Going into egg retrievals was a nerve wrecking time for me. But I was very lucky that for every egg retrieval I did, Sara Yamaguchi was there for every one of them. She was there to make sure I was okay before I went into the retrieval and after.Every time we went in with Dr. Sahakian, we had either Diane, Sara, or Sarah in the room with us. (Yes there is two Sara-hs) and it was a comfort to know that we had such an amazing doctor and a great team that was taking care of us.If youve got this far on this review and if you dont know if you should go to PFCLA, then let me just say it. You would be in the BEST care with a team that is supportive. To them, they are just doing their jobs. But to us, they have been the support and foundation of our journey to expand our family. So yes, they are highly recommended and we have been so lucky to have been in their care.

PFCLA changed our lives and we can’t recommend them highly enough! Everything from the communication, to the tailored planning and the emotional support was incredible. Dr. Sahakian is so great at what he does and will do everything he can to help you bring your family dreams to reality. They even helped us with the embryo transfer process from our move abroad and made it all seamless. He was the only doctor who chimed in and said he could help from all the clinics we called. And his care throughout the past year has been amazing and attentive.And our coordinator Catalina was with us from day 1 and we could count on her for everything, all hours of the day. She did it all and was so knowledgeable about everything (and we asked a lot of questions!). Even those late night emails or calls. She’s so passionate about what she does and really cares for you and your journey. We will miss her dearly!You won’t regret going to PFCLA for your family journey!

Me and my family used this clinic in 2018-2019 for our surrogacy, egg donation and IVF (focus on IVF with partners mentioned above) and loved it! Every step was very professionally arranged and we were kept in the loop all the time. We worked with dr Sahakian who we liked a lot. Good balance between being the medical professional as well as providing a human touch to the journey. Facilities etc were quite good, but a bit dated (new clinic location now). When everything did not go as planned we were informed quickly and efficiently - as well were able to ask questions. Only improvement we saw needed was the facilities and maybe some of the response time on the front desk. All in all - great experience.

I had a brilliant experience with Dr. Rodi and my coordinator Diane at PFCLA. I felt supported and in good hands from my first consultation through egg retrieval, ICSI, PGT testing and my embryo transfers. Just a little over a year after starting my IVF journey, I am 10 weeks pregnant with a little girl. I cant recommend them enough. Dr. Rodi and her staff are the best of the best.

I write this review with a newborn in my lap, born thanks in no small part to PFCLA. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As an intended parent that needed both an egg donor and a surrogate there were a lot of moving parts.Dr. Sahakians frank and no-nonsense style coupled with his extensive knowledge and experience was perfect for helping me cut through the complexity and understand the process and decision points. My confidence was further bolstered by the fact that the rest of my fertility team (egg donor agency, surrgacy agency, and attorney) had worked many times with Dr. Sahakian and were enthusiastic when I mentioned that I was using PFCLA as my clinic.While I was not a direct patient, my surrogate had two transfers at PFCLA. She shared with me that she was impresssed by the care and professionalism she experienced.Last, but by no means least, I have to give a shoutout to my clinical coordinator Ivory. She was my main point of contact over the entire time. Ivory went above and beyond to get every scrap of information I asked for and often provided information I didnt even know I wanted. When there were setbacks she was compassionate, when there were successes she shared in my joy, and all along the entire journey she was there cheering it on. Ivory made a difficult process much easier.

I must say that Dr.Sahakian is AMAZING! I would have never met him if I wasnt a gestational carrier for a family. He was the ONLY doctor that would accept me with my limited medical records (my child was a teenager). He keeps it very real and is honest which is important. We transferred one embryo which took the 1st transfer. I did have some reactions to the medications and he heard my concerns and addressed them very well with no issues. I ended up having to stop injections early, but I never had any miscarriage threats or anything. Almost time for delivery and I am counting down to pass the baby to her parents, and enjoy the summer. Erika was my absolute favorite I love her and she will be a friend of mine always. Alma was great too, and anytime I had reactions she made sure to go to Dr. S promptly.

The front staff are not the most helpful. They are not very detailed oriented and at times seems like they don’t know what they are doing. Regardless, the process went well and Dr. Sahakian was fast and efficient at his job. We didn’t see him much but thanks to PFCLA my wife and I now have a beautiful daughter.

My wonderful surrogate and I were discharged from Pacific Fertility, it’s a day of celebration as we have had a successful pregnancy so far! This dream come true would not be happening if it weren’t from the wonderful staff. They made this an easy wonderful experience for myself (intended parent) and for my surrogate. They guided us every step of the way. I personally want to say a BIG thank you to Ivory. She was our coordinator and on top of everything. Any questions or concerns we had she answered quickly and clearly, she was very attentive to both of our needs. Ivory was so friendly, informative and reassuring as well. Doctor Sahakian did a great job as well, we were in very good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much Pacific Fertility! :)

I want to thank Dr Sahakian and his team for our successful baby journey and our beautiful baby girl! The love of our life!Dr Sahakian is wonderful and very good at what he does, and I appreciate his honest blunt personality. He really has high success rates and gets his patients pregnant. The staff were very warm and welcoming when we arrived at the center and so good to our surrogate too! We all felt at home and comfortable as we were nervous. I also want to say a huge thank you to the embryologists!!

My husband and I are one of Dr. Rodi’s many happy and satisfied clients, with a wonderful experience of something that can be scary and nerve-wracking at times. My fertility journey was a complicated one; I was coming into IVF with a chronic fibroids issue, already having 2 surgeries to remove them.After being turned away from multiple local IVF clinics, we met Dr. Rodi, who 10 years before had helped my cousin have multiple successful IVF babies. Although PFCLA was over an hour away from us we felt it was worth it to see what she had to say. Dr Rodi was willing to do what other fertility specialists couldn’t, take our case.Other doctors had told us that with our complications, it was best to do a risky 3rd fibroid removal surgery first even though the probability of an emergency hysterectomy was a very real fear or to forget about IVF all together and try surrogacy instead because I had too much scar tissue from previous surgeries. But Dr. Rodi made two strong points: 1) that we’ve never tried this before (for me) so let’s try and see what happens, and 2) that another fibroid removal surgery was very likely before implanting, so let’s do a retrieval first and bank some eggs so surrogacy with our own embryo could still be an option. The point is she was really thinking about what we wanted and what we were fighting for which was a family. She was able to get multiple viable embryos from our very first egg retrieval. After I had my 3rd surgery, Dr. Rodi implanted our very first embryo 6 months later, which I’m overjoyed to say took and we got pregnant on our very first try.I found her approach and bedside manners to be excellent. She is definitely matter-of-fact but not cold nor insensitive. She answered all of our questions and provided lots of instructions for all aspects of our care. I also found her staff to be warm and caring with plenty of appointment reminders and clear instructions for medications and schedules. Most notably our amazing coordinator Diane who kept our spirits up at every appointment, who was the first to celebrate when great results came in, and told us to keep faith when the numbers weren’t looking great. We are 3 days away from having our miracle baby and we could not have done it without Dr. Rodi and her staff.I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rodi and her team to anyone who needs fertility help to grow their family.

So far from booking my appointment to trying to get a hold of a doctor, communicating with staff had been HORRIBLE. I am sitting here in disbelief... whats up with all the good reviews? I too want to give good reviews but ever since I started my communications with PFCLA ... its been horrible. They have a staff who just seem so heartless and talks matter of fact-ly ... do you even work in healthcare maam? After I paid my consultation fee I was looking forward to speaking with the doctor as a silver lining at least for bad customer service some of the staff ... but my appointment was only for 5 mins tops, the doctor was on the phone constantly with someone maybe the president?? gave me the wrong next follow up appointment, asked me about my history but also dismissing me ALL AT THE SAME TIME. I was flabbergasted. Now I just received an email stating a different date for my appointment - should I be surprised that he got the dates wrong??? When I called the office, I spoke with that rude staff again. I wanted to try to see a different doctor as I didnt like how my encounter with the first Doctor and they pretty much told me I am stuck with that doctor or pay another $350 to another doctor. LINDA or whoever you are Maam! You should retire because your customer service skills is inexistent and you work in the healthcare field? WHAT IS UP?! Have some decency. I am totally in shock how bad my experience is. They told me a manager will reach out to me... nobody has. This people dont know the stress and struggle of trying to get pregnant and they make you feel that you are begging them to help you. It feels like they only want the money. I wish I have other options.

My experience with Dr. Rodi and PFCLA has been absolutely wonderful.  Everyone - Dr. Rodi and all staff - were consistently attentive and available as I navigated my fertility journey as a single mother by choice.  I felt genuinely understood, cared for, and any/all questions (and I had A LOT of questions!) were answered warmly and promptly.  While I am thrilled to say that my journey resulted in a healthy pregnancy, I honestly felt at peace with whatever happened, knowing that I had experienced the best possible care and attention from Dr. Rodi and staff.  I live out of state and am now working with my own OB as I enter my third trimester, yet I am still in touch with Dr. Rodi and PFCLA - they are now an integral part of the creation of my family and I cant imagine a more perfect team!

We would like to thank Dr Sahakian and his team for their great efforts and help. Dr Sahakian is very professional with high success rates, and this is the major reason we went to PFCLA for help. Its a successful a journey for us and our beautiful baby girl brings a lot of joy to our life!The staff at the clinic are so warm and friendly. Ivory and Julia are extremely helpful, patient and kind, excellent listener and communicator as well, always find time to listen and explains things easily involving me in any decisions. They both support my treatment and discuss changes in medication ensuring all my medical and personal conditions are taken in consideration to ensure what is best for me.Overall, we had a incredibly positive experience at PFCLA, highly recommend it to those who need help with fertility.

I have now completed my second journey of getting pregnant as a surrogate with Dr. Sahakians expert medical care. My team of nurses and coordinators have been great. They are very responsive with questions I have. They are all very positive and kind which is such a help during this very sensitive time. I would recommend this office and Dr. S to anyone who needs help with fertility and getting pregnant.

Proceed with caution. I tried to work with this clinic (despite less than wonderful experiences) because their fees are very competitive compared to other clinics. I consulted with both Dr. Sahakian and Dr. Rodi on an egg freezing cycle and found the experience to be rushed, and lacking in basic compassion and patient respect. They have clearly been doing this for many years and treat patients and the female reproductive system in a detached, mechanized way. Further, their staff isn’t attentive or helpful in navigating the process at all.Find a doctor who will make this process empowering, will educate you, and whose support staff is willing to help you navigate with dignity and respect.

From the very moment we stepped into PFCLA and met Dr. Sahakian we remained hopeful to becoming parents despite the odds. Dr. Sahakian was very straight forward yet optimistic at our consultation. Being in my late 30s and having some pre-existing conditions, he assured us that the process would not be simple, but certainly not impossible. Dr. Sahakian advised us to go through as many retrieval procedures as we could financially commit to, before settling to the transfer of an embryo. Were so glad that we took his advice in doing so, as it took us a few rounds to get the best possible grade embryos. During this process we were matched with the most tender, knowledgeable, and patient coordinator, Erika. She was always available to answer questions regarding medications via Face Time and was accommodating with late evening calls. She even held my hand during the entire process of the first retrieval as I was so nervous. Alma, our nurse certainly provided us with the BEST care possible. She always ensured that we were well informed with the schedule of meds, as well as always being prompt to answer questions either via email or phone. Alma, was patient, kind, and empathetic during the entire process. She and Erika were the best cheer leaders and were always routing for us and our soon to be baby girl. Dr. Sahakian and his team were a huge blessing in our life and made it possible for us to become first time parents. We eagerly wait for the arrival of our baby girl this coming spring and will forever be grateful to Dr. Sahakian and his entire staff for making our dream become a reality.

Dr Vicken Sahakian made our dream come true. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we were warmly greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable staff. We are deeply grateful and excited to be able to embark in this journey with the help of the team at PFCLA. Dr. Rodi was a terrible fit for me. After my first retrieval yielded embryos that failed to reach blastocyst the line I got from her was it is what it is, and then was told that she would put me on the exact same protocol that failed the first time. She wouldnt answer any of my questions and seemed reluctant to share information. She basically interrupted my questions to essentially say no this is the way to do it, end of subject. I received 3 second opinions after that conversation, one with a different doctor at PFCLA, and all of them said they would change my protocol based on my results. I switched clinics, received a new protocol that included taking me off the birth control and adding different medications, and had an outcome of 3 PGT normal blastocysts of excellent quality and am now pregnant. If I had stayed with Dr. Rodi I probably wouldnt have had success. I am also absolutely stunned that this clinic doesnt monitor bloodwork or ultrasounds. I was heavily monitored at my second clinic while Dr. Rodi just eyeballed it with no data. Because of the lack of monitoring she pushed out my retrieval so far that one of the doctors that reviewed my file said that pushing out that far was probably a bad call, Ill assume theres risk of damaging the eggs. It didnt feel like she was up to speed with any of the research and was phoning it in. The bedside manner while doing ultrasound and retrieval was also extremely lacking, this is invasive work and it was a bit traumatizing. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was very happy and delighted the care that I have got from my wonderful and caring Nurse Alma, and Erika. These two people made my life easier and made the journey less stress full. I always waited a long ours in the patient room without any entertainment and stressed, I always thought the money hat I paid gone wasted. However after talking and see what my sweet and caring Alma goes beyond and above what I expected convinced me to stay with this facility. thank you Alma you are my rock and shinning star. XOXO

Dr. Sahakian, the nurses, and the front office staff are wonderful and caring. Erika and Yuliana are so helpful throughout the process. Dr. Sahakian is extensively knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to help his patients. thank you you all, you will all have a special place in my heart. my son is 1 year 2 weeks now. I am looking forward to going back again soon for a 4th baby. all the way from England to LA.

PFCLA is an amazing clinic. This is my first time being a surrogate and they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Ivory and Carol were always quick to answer any questions I had and extremely reassuring, caring and genuine. I can not say enough good things about this clinic and hope to work with them again in the future!

My wife and I started working with Dr. Rodi in July 2020 to conceive our first child. We did reciprocal IVF, so both of us had to go through a cycle- my wife for an egg retrieval and myself for the frozen embryo transfer. Working with Dr. Rodi, along with our wonderful coordinator Janelle, awesome nurse Roxy and all the rest of the staff was such a delight. I genuinely have no complaints. Even during covid our visits felt warm and safe, we always felt well informed and prepared, and we were very well taken care of. Dr. Rodi has decades of experience behind her and it shows. I should point out that my wife is 43 and we were informed that at her age getting viable embryos could take more than one cycle - I do believe it is in part because of Dr. Rodi’s expertise that we were able to get an embryo in just one shot. I’m 22 weeks pregnant now and everything is going smoothly. I could not be more thankful or happy for our experience at pacific fertility center.

Dr. Rodi and her nursing staff have set a new bar in excellent customer care. I came to this practice after a horrid experience in a doctors office that mismanaged the paperwork, was always late and asked for the same things repeatedly. PFCLA is very well organized, super fast and helpful and Dr. Rodi treated me exceptionally well. If there were six stars, Id do that!

My wife and I were very grateful to be recommended to Dr. Sahakian. We traveled from Australia for our IVF treatment and the professional care and personalized approach to our situation has brought us two babies. All of the nurses and administration staff were great to deal with as well.

I have been an egg donor on multiple occasions and have to say that PFCLA has one of the nicest facilities Ive seen! More importantly though, the doctors and staff there are very warm and compassionate, and you can tell they really care about our well-being. I think the way patients are treated speaks a lot to the quality of the facility, and PFCLA definitely succeeds in that role. I want to also give a special shout out to my coordinator Erika, who went above and beyond for me. Since I was traveling out of state for the retrieval, she put my mind at ease with this whole process, and despite my MANY questions she was always super patient and never made me feel bad about them at all. She even gave me her personal cell phone number to call or text with any questions! Very few people would do that. She really made the experience pleasant and made me feel calm and at ease during what couldve been an otherwise stressful cycle during COVID. While PFCLA ended up being my last donation, I can say that my journey as an egg donor ended on a really positive note especially because of the amazing staff like Erika there.

My Coordinator Ivory Xu was very helpful and was there with me all through the process and answered my all questions and concerns that I had. They all made me feel very comfortable in the process. Pacific Fertilty Center Los Angeles - IVF Clinic has been the most amazing experience for us as a couple to work with.Dr Sahakian is s true professional and always has your best interest at heart. We love the fact that he is straight forward and lets you know exactly where you are at, what he feels needs to be done and when it needs to happen. He does this with a sense of professionalism, fine tuned skill, and experience. He made a huge difference in accomplishing our goals and listened to all we had to say , our concerns, as well as giving us advise that ultimately lands in a successful outcome. A sense of security in the process was always present. Miss Erika, made sure to have all in order and was available via email and phone at all times. I loved the way Dr Sahakian is so down to earth and approachable. He always made himself available to discuss anything that I felt I wanted to go over. The same goes for everyone else I dealt with in the clinic which made things easy as I practically live on the other side of the planet in Sydney, Australia.I used PFC in 2014 and again in 2019 and have two healthy, beautiful little girls.

I felt the need to inform future patients to put their mind at ease with Pacific Fertility Center (PFC) in Los Angeles. My egg cryopreservation was more of a spa treatment than a medical procedure that allowed me the privilege of dealing with a few members of the PFC team. I received treatment from Dr. Michelle Evans, whose skills are truly unprecedented. My coordinator Miu was always one step ahead in scheduling and training me with medications. The nurses Pamela and Kimberly, with the sweetest dispositions helping me after retrieval. The process was not as difficult as I imagined, and I credit that to this team of professionals. I will always be thankful for the excellent care I received at Pacific Fertility Center while making the most liberating decision of my life.

First I just have to say that our son wouldnt be here if it wasnt for the amazing work of Dr. Sahakian, his nurses, and his staff.When my husband and I started the surrogacy process our agency talked to us about IVF clinics. They told us that there were only a handful of clinics in the country that really specialize in third party reproduction (taking a donor egg, donor sperm, fertilizing them, then implanting them into a gestational carrier). While other IVF clinics can do this work, you really want to find a clinic that this is a speciality of theirs.PFC was one of two clinics we talked to. What we liked about PFC was how approachable and honest Dr. Sahakian was with us. He spent about 30 minutes on a skype call with us walking through the entire process. This was even before we decided to go with them. He even offered to answer any future questions we had even if we hadnt picked their clinic yet. That was a big selling point for us because we didnt know much about the process at the time.We also appreciated his bluntness when talking about the process. Going through IVF is not an easy process, and it was nice knowing what obstacles lay before us. It allowed us to go into the process with eyes open about what we could expect.Dr. Sahakian also went above and beyond by connecting us with another gay couple in the city we live in. He happened to have had a phone consult them right after us. He offered to connect us. We made some good friends through that connection.PFC isnt the cheapest clinic, but you pay for what you get. Dr. Sahakian has a very high success rate and he has many years of experience doing this. As I said earlier, there are only so many clinics that specialize in the type of IVF treatment we were going to be doing. The clinic also doesnt charge for additional treatments with the same surrogate if transfers fail. This is nice because we have friends who went with another clinic and they were given a year to get pregnant or pay the IVF bill again.We did also decided to go with PGS testing (genetic testing of the embryos) and the unlimited transfer option. These are both extras that the clinic offers. The PGS testing grades the embryos. By implanting a high grade embryo it increases the odds of getting pregnant. The unlimited package was like extra insurance for us. It allowed us to change egg donors or surrogates without having to pay the entire IVF bill again. Fortunately we didnt need to use that one as our surrogate got pregnant on the first try.The staff here was also wonderful to work with. Our point person through most of our journey was Ivory. She would respond to e-mails lighting fast, she checked in on us from time to time, and was very easy to work with. The nurses we interacted with at the office were also so kind. The process can be kind of awkward, but they never made it feel that way.Our journey into fatherhood just started, but I have a feeling we will be calling on Dr. Sahakian and his staff in the future to help grow our family some more.

I would like to thank the Pacific Fertility Center. My case moved thoroughly with Dr. Sahakian. I think we need to expect any possible problem during the fertility process, as it is a medical issue and no one can guarantee success. The good thing is that all the staff here are with you, give you a wonderful solution. The coordination team, especially Ivory Xu, did a wonderful job in that they give the fastest response and great customer service.

I do feel the PFCL is very professional in every aspects. Dr Sahakian is kind and always very clear. I also get responses in time during the COVID times. Ivory has been sweet. They have helped so many people to realize their dream including myself. Highly recommend.

We are international parents from Australia. Dr.Sahakian was incredible. We only had 2 embryos and fell pregnant after the first transfer. Our little boy is thriving and we could not be happier! In 2021 we are planning a sibling journey. We would highly recommend using PFC, especially if you are Australian and have had more than 4-5 failed rounds of IVF!

I just finished my second IUI procedure with Dr. Ingrid and the staff at Pacific Fertility and I am beyond blessed and grateful to have come across such an amazing doctor and team. Brief background- Two years ago my wife and I wanted to have a child and we’re searching for a Fertility Clinic that suited us and had high success rates. Before finding Pacific Fertility I went to another doctor for a consultation and the energy seemed insincere and the experience was rushed, making me feel like another number. From my initial appointment with Dr. Ingrid she was so personable and as we continued our relationship with my 1st IUI she became what seemed like a second mother. We had a successful 1st IUI in 2019 and I recently went back in April for baby #2. Her precision in care, and knowledge continued to comfort and guide me through our 2nd IUI as I’m now 36 years old. I am thankful to have another positive pregnancy with her and her team baby #2 is due in December. The nurses are extremely caring, and attentive to all of your needs, and questions especially since there are so many unknowns in your first pregnancy. A few of them have become friends for life that I share photos with of my family.
