I had the privilege of having Dr. Landay for my egg freezing journey, and I cannot recommend her enough. From start to finish, she was the supportive, compassionate mother figure I needed throughout the entire process - and she very clearly knows what shes doing as I had an incredibly successful experience with her. Dr. Landay is incredibly thorough and knowledgable, and she takes the time to explain every step with clarity and care. Her bedside manner is exceptional--shes warm, personable, and genuinely caring. She made what could have been a hard experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. Dr. Landays professionalism is matched only by her kindness and dedication to her patients. Thanks to her and her wonderful team of nurses, I felt well-cared-for every step of the way. Dr. Landay is an exceptional reproductive endocrinologist. I crossed paths with her unexpectedly while conducting outside monitoring for another RMA clinic, and from the start, I knew she was someone I could trust. Her thorough examination, gentle procedures, and approachable demeanor made me feel instantly at ease during a challenging time. Switching to Dr. Landay after unsuccessful experiences with other doctors proved to be a turning point. She took the time to listen to my concerns and history, and as we progressed together, she paid close attention to my bodys specific needs. Importantly, she believed in my observations and never made me feel like I had to justify or prove them. This personalized approach was a refreshing change from the standard trial and error process of IVF. Dr. Landay treated me with the utmost respect, acknowledging my understanding of my own body and actively involving me in my care. This level of respect and involvement is rare in IVF care and made me eagerly anticipate my appointments with her. Thanks to her support, I was able to navigate the IVF journey with greater ease and ultimately achieve success. Reflecting on my experience, Ive gained a profound understanding of the challenges women face in fertility treatments, from IUI to IVF, and everything in between. Dr. Landays compassionate and respectful approach is what every woman undergoing fertility treatments deserves. She truly embodies what it means to be a womans doctor, and I wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation.

Doctor Landay is absolutely the best. She is knowledgeable, patient, and personable. She made us feel we could attain our goal of having a baby since day one and never gave up on us, even when we were ourselves demoralized. We are tremendously thankful to her and her quality of care. She sets the standard for what an excellent doctor should be like and trust her fully. We feel she is now part of our family.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Landay, my fertility doctor. Dr. Landay is a phenomenal doctor! She carefully guided us step by step through our fertility journey. As can happen during IVF or any pregnancy, my wife developed chronic migraines and a subchorionic hematoma, so we faced many additional challenges. We had to get all our prescriptions exactly right and sometimes needed advice after hours. Dr. Landay worked with my wife’s other doctors and did an extensive review of her medical history to help us navigate a safe path toward pregnancy. My wife is also 40 and we have never had any other children, so we had a million questions and concerns.I can say that Dr. Landay is hands down the best doctor we have ever had. She’s certainly an expert in her field but beyond her professionalism and knowledge, what truly makes her stand out is her compassion. Dr. Landay took the time to walk us past every milestone. She also knew when my wife or I needed reassurance, a kind word, or a hug. She was beyond a doctor; she was invested in the outcome, in our success. And thanks to her, my wife is nine weeks pregnant and today we left Dr. Landay’s care to move on to an OB-GYN.Nothing will make us happier than to walk back into Dr. Landay’s office in about seven months to show her the baby girl she helped us to have. I can’t recommend Dr. Landay enough.

Dr Landay is an exceptional Doctor and human being. Her expertise and attention to every detail only rivals her care and compassion.Throughout my whole time seeing Dr Landay I have never felt rushed or not listened to and yet she is a very busy Doctor. She takes time to understand your concerns and feelings and explains everything in a clear and honest way. Dr Landay was wonderful throughout my egg freezing process. The staff was efficient and kind, and the doctor was very informative throughout the process. My actual retrieval was easy and painless. I was cautious for a few days afterwards, but could have returned to my normal activities and workouts the following day from how I felt.

Dr Landay and her entire team are very professional, have lots of love and very tender bedside manners, and most importantly very informative and prompt to response. Thank you RMA for being a channel of blessing and guardian angels on our IVF journey!

Dr. Melanie Landay was the best gynecologist I have ever met. Not only did she make me feel so welcomed and comfortable, she cared about what I had to say, my health and was so thorough throughout the appointment. I couldnt recommend her more and hope you are able to see her. I never have left a comment or ever have even reviewed anything for that matter (literally nothing, not even restaurants) but felt compelled to so I can help all my other sisters out there find the best gyno ever.

I am a new patient for this office and I unfortunately wont be returning because of the offices inability to do their job correctly. I found this office from my providers list of In-Network doctors. I specifically wanted to speak to someone for planning my pregnancy. We have multiple concerns.I was given an appointment a month away and took it. My Zoom consultation (BTW, LA is open, why are they doing zoom links?) was for tomorrow at 1 pm. A woman called me last week to confirm my benefits, she said diagnostic is covered and if I decide to move forward with fertility then it will be out of cost. Okie, no worries. She called me again today to confirm my appointment, I said yes then asked her about my fees for tomorrow. I was assuming at this point shell know my insurance plan and tell me what my co-pay is. She precedes to tell me its a $300 consultation fee...ON ZOOM. I just told her Im not comfortable with that fee as I have great insurance that covers other doctors. She kept repeating herself giving no additional explanations... its like speaking to a robot. I grew extremely frustrated and frankly uncomfortable. At this point, they have my card on file already. I said Im sorry I didnt know about this fee and I want to cancel. Mind you, I am cancelling because the office didnt do their part. In no shape am I cancelling because a zoom meeting doesnt work for me. I WAS VERY EXCITED FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. Then she says, there is a $50 cancellation fee. This is where I really lost it. You didnt do your job, find out the correct insurance information beforehand and now want me to pay YOU for wasting MY time. Im 30 years old honey, I WANT TO GET PREGNANT. A MONTH OF WAITING FOR YOUR ZOOM LINK WAS ENOUGH OF MY WASTED TIME. I am just livid.I asked to speak to someone else, hoping the other girl can figure out my insurance and I could just have my consultation and move forward. Apparently she was too busy talking to insurance companies, while youre at it talk to mine and let me know what my deductible is before harassing me with $300 consultation fees. This should have been done and figured out last week not a day before. Your office forced me to cancel by not being able to give me answers and you want me to pay for their mistakes?Unacceptable. Get in control of your office staff. Insurance verification is done prior to new clients appointment. Also, if there is a 48 hour cancellation you should send out emails to clients to verify or call 2 days beforehand to give people enough time to cancel IF YOUR OFFICE has made mistakes.

She and her team are truly professional. She spent time on explaining to us about infertility issues and treatment process very thoroughly. Her team made us feel special. We like her and her team a lot. She performed all the ultrasound and she successfully gave us 4 healthy blastocysts in the end after 2 trials.

Very thorough Dr. Loved how attentive she was as a new patient to my medical history and listened to all my concerns. Nice to have finally found a Dr I like :) Also loves that this office has the ability to draw blood right then. Saves unneeded time and travel to a lab
