I worked with this team for a surrogacy journey in 2023-2024 and has a great experience. Quite hands on team, even if there is nothing specific to update about or if they know that you have had the same info from your surrogate, they still take the time to reach out and keep you up to date. Friendly, nice and respectful. We had a wonderful surrogate that we brought with us and she had nothing but positive things to say about the team from the surrogates perspective, which was very important for us. Done having kids, but wouldnt doubt working with them again if I needed to.

Instead they show favoritism to the IPs and continuously lie and hide their hands depriving carriers of money they are legally entitled to amongst a million other things and will make no mention or try to handle things accordingly! I am utterly disgusted at the way I have been treated and taken advantage of and not having a way out is the most depressing thing I have ever had to endure in my lifetime‼️ PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WHO WILL VAULE YOU, YOUR TIME, AND YOUR SANITY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR FINANCIAL SECURITY! And ALWAYS find and choose your OWN LEGAL COUNSEL this companies will give you recommendations based off people who under the table work for them and their best interest this company has blindsided me like no other!

This place advertises $61,000 for idaho surrogates. I thought it may have been a misleading ad so to avoid waiting hours of my time I called them before filling out the application. The person I spoke with on the phone assured me the $61,000 is the BASE compensation. So I spent hours doing the application and then a phone interview to find out I was blatantly lied to. It’s only $45,000. Thanks for waisting my time. This should be illegal.

I am currently a second time surrogate with The Egg Donor & Surrogacy Program. Both times around, they have all been great from day one. From the moment you fill out your application and have your first phone call, you will definitely feel the connection. I had a wonderful experience during my first surrogacy, thus why I decided to use this agency again. Both times, I have been matched with amazing Intended Parents. The staff makes me feel like family. They are on top of everything, and want to make the process easy for you. I receive texts, calls or emails often, even if it is just to check in to see how I am feeling, or if I need anything at all. Employees there have been surrogates themselves, so they understand what you as a surrogate are experiencing. Love, love , love this group of gals.

I have been using this agency for around 7 years, I have completed two wonderful journeys as a surrogate and will be looking to start my third soon. I have stayed with this agency because they are caring and compassionate with everyone involved in the process. They made the journeys super easy and comfortable, they genuinely care about their clients and it shows. Being a three time surrogate for this company has been the greatest experience I could have every had. The staff is amazing!!! They are with you every step of the way and there to comfort you when things arent going as predicted. They are there at all hours of the day for whatever you need. There has been plenty of times where I talk to Sho about anything and everything. Ive had my great pregnancy moments and the not so great times and every one of the staff made me feel comfortable and completely supported throughout the entire time I was going through a surrogacy journey. I have made a permanent bond with everyone in the office. They are like family to me now.

I was fortunate enough to be a two time Surrogate with this exceptional Agency back in 2014 and 2015. There is a distinct difference between this Agency and others. Their attention to every detail of the process is second to none! The representatives are patient, passionate, and highly informative. I was very excited to donate my eggs! However, I was denied without given a reason. I have no mental illness, and great family health history and personal health. I am also a university student with good marks. I would have liked to know why I was denied, especially if it was simply a mistake in my application. I know they dont do this because they are busy, but I think it would be worth the time to let people know. It just seems sketchy when you are denied without reason (although Im sure they had good reason to). Im in the process of donating with another company with no issues regarding acceptance, so maybe they just have more specific and intense qualification? I dont know

I was a first time surrogate here at the egg donor and surrogacy program and my first journey was absolutely amazing . Each Coordinator made me feel right at home and always had an answer to all of my questions. They were there every step of the way during my pregnancy; only one text or call away. I loved how easy they were to get in contact whenever there was a problem or if I just needed support. I was a donor for this agency, and I saw the inner-workings of two other agencies along the west coast. I have to tell you this agency is BY FAR the most ethical, caring, and empathetic to its donors! Every step of my journey I had a cycle coordinator, on call nurses, and a whole team of people (for me an awesome team of women!) I could call on if I needed literally anything. IF YOU ARE INTENDED PARENTS, women and couples looking to start your journey to parenthood, please consider this agency, I am a highly experienced egg donor and let me tell you the way agencies treat their donors is everything, and sadly differs greatly, most dont treat us very well, the other two agencies I saw treated their donors like bread machines, it was awful. This place treats every individual donor angel like their own flesh and blood. Whether youre a donor or a intended parent, the second you walk through the doors your family!I know Ive gone on and on a bit here, but I really do consider my team my family now (shout out to Vanessa and Alex!!❤❤❤) and I cant rave enough!Well wishes to all those starting the journey, and trust me when I say....this is where you want to be!!

Beautiful, high quality donors. We really liked that they work closely with doctors at a top clinic to make sure their donors are healthy and actually great candidates. The team is AMAZING. They clearly cared a lot about giving us a smooth, successful journey. We talked to MANY agencies and were shocked how many less than reputable folks there are in this space. We were referred to this agency by our ivf doctor and knew from the first interaction that they were different from the others we had spoken to.

Getting to be a surrogate was such an exciting and beautiful journey for my family and I. The surrogacy program team made the experience so enjoyable and easy. We worked with The Egg Donor & Surrogacy Program for two years and it was a wonderful experience! They did everything they could to make the relatively complicated process of surrogacy as simple as possible. They were always available to answer any questions and solve any problems that arose from the first time we met with them. After selecting an egg donor, they paired us with an excellent and experienced surrogate who became a great partner throughout our journey. When we unfortunately had an underwhelming first cycle and subsequent miscarriage, they guided us into making the right decisions to ensure success the second time around. The team (Shoshannah, Mykeesha and at the time Shelley) walked us through complicated legal, insurance, medical and financial decisions but everything ultimately was seamless. They went out of their way to lay out expected costs and prepare us for decisions we’d need to make during the pregnancy. We can’t thank them enough for their helping in creating our family!

I was lucky enough to be a gestational carrier with the Surrogacy Program and cannot recommend them enough. After extensive research to find the best place, I was instantly comfortable and confident in EDSP and their staff. My journey was about a year and a half long with them and during the entire, tedious, thorough process I always felt supported, well cared for, and never doubted the experience and expertise of this incredible staff. I cannot thank them enough for helping me fulfill my ultimate bucket list goal of enabling another family to bring thier child into the world. I have gained family with the incredible couple I carried for and I have gained life long friends with Shoshana and the staff of EDSP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The journey for anyone who has to take an alternative route to have a family and experience its joy is not an easy one. Everyone at The Egg Donor and Surrogacy Program are committed to make that journey an enjoyable and memorable one.

This place was such a disappointment. They really need to change the wording on the website as it is extremely misleading. When you read that they allow unlimited IVF, that is not actually at all true. They only offer that package for women who have been cleared by their doctor to have a high success rate of IVF and great AMH scores, are under the age of 35, and has been deemed by their doctor as having a high success rate with one single IVF cycle. Ummmm…….. If a woman has THAT good of a chance at IVF working the first time, why in the world would she want to pay quadruple the price at Hatch to have unlimited IVF? Also, a “guaranteed baby” as they say they offer on their website, does not include any of the pricing for your own IVF even though on their website it clearly uses words like “unlimited IVF.” I feel extremely let down and also feel tricked. I definitely want to let others know before they waste their time and emotions like I did.

As a surrogate, I could not recommend this agency more! Everyone at the agency is extremely supportive from beginning to end. I just finished my first journey as a surrogate and cant wait to do it again!

My experience with the program was wonderful. The staff were so caring and considerate of all my needs. I never had to worry about the paper work, they were very professional. always quick in responding to any questions I had. Always had a positive attitude . I highly recommend them as I too was recommended by two former clients of theirs .

Had a great trip supported by Hatch. This was our second trip after a long and turbulent first trip with another agency. Felt amazing and continuous support. Stable and predictable financially and a great person we had the pleasure of working with. Our case manager Kate always did everything she could and more to be helpful.

Hatch accompanied us on our fabulous journey to becoming parents. Today we are happy fathers of a little girl.We are delighted with the experience we were able to have with this agency. The support and support from our coordinators was of high quality. Furthermore, the various deadlines announced, particularly for the meeting with our surrogate mother, were all respected. Its quite rare in this area to specify it. We had to wait 18 months between signing the contract and the birth of our baby.In addition, our surrogate was very well supported by her coordinator.Hatch is not the cheapest agency, but the prices become secondary when this adventure allows you to give birth to a little baby. This is the price for being perfectly accompanied and for your surrogate to be perfectly considered.We highly recommend Hatch to French or foreign intended parents.
