This was one of the best clinical experiences I have ever had. All the staff was so kind and caring. Ready to listen and help.They gave me full attention. I felt like wow...everybody should know that there are still nice dream like health care team out there at FPA Santa Monica.Bravo guys keep being real just like that always.Much appreciated. DR. I have my regular obgyn but he was out of town and i had a UTI but didn’t want to go to the ER for that. Which is what my obgyn office said. I was so upset. I have came to FPA before but stop going since i had my obgyn, i called and asked if they could see me today and they were very friendly and nice and said yes. I was so happy because it is Friday offices dont open till Monday and i didn’t want to go to ER and be there for hours for a UTI. The staff is very friendly & the office is so clean. Definitely would recommend this place.

I waited in the ER for 8 hours and still wasn’t be able to get seen. Went to FPA health and they do everything! It was literally a 1 stop shop for women. Ultrasounds, Papsmears, Testing… anything! I just moved to LA so it was hard to find an honorary obgyn, but, this place helped me out so much. Samiyah, the assistant manager has a heart of gold and helped out so much. Very clean office and nice receptionist. If I can rate this place a 10 I would!

Took far too long (2 hours) and couldnt do procedure because the nurse didnt have credentials which should be clearer prior otherwise I wouldn’t have booked the appointment. Also they offered me numbing shot before checking if they could even do the procedure.

My experience was great staff and the doctor very nice and they make you feel extremely comfortable at your visit and also it was fast and quick

As an out pt I love the way I am always welcome 🤗. The staff is kind , empathetic and very informative. They are also fast which I liked. you won’t be waiting for too long . All your concerns would be addressed perfectly well. I love FPA women . Everytime I get paranoid abt my health I come to them and they treat me with care .

The front desk ladies are super sweet but this office is ran so inefficiently. Everytime I go I have to wait at least at hour even before my intake and even with no one in the waiting room. I don’t like the PAs working there either, they seem to really pressure you into things like birth control, even if you really didn’t want it. I love FPA but I won’t return to this office.

The level of kindness & attentiveness by all staff is second to none. Simple UTI appointment and they expedited everything since Ive been having a bad week. I appreciate them so much & will be coming here instead of my regular place.

I love this location! I live about 45min but dont mind the drive because of the staff! They really make you feel comfortable, are very attentive to all your needs and go out of their way to help! They are very respectfu, professional and there should be more clinics with excellent staff like this around! I really appreciate the help and really appreciate your work ty!

The clinic was nice and clean, and everyone was so lovely. They were meticulous in their assistance, AND they give you a goody bag. What more could you want?

I have been in this clinic a few times now and I love it. Samiyah is one of the best employees they have in my opinion. She is very helpful, knows what she’s doing and never made me feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Provider Teresa NP is very nice, helpful and informative. Overall visit is quick and organized. Office is clean.

I hate to give them such a low score because everyone was incredibly nice here (the doctor himself was professional and clearly knowledgeable as well). However, I ended up waiting over two hours for my appointment. There were only 3 people ahead of me when I arrived, but by the time I was seen, probably 10 other patients had come and gone. On top of that, they couldnt remove my birth control, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to make another attempt. The last part isnt so much their fault, but it just really added hurt to injury. It seems to me, theyre either understaffed or overbooked.

The assistant manager, Samiyah, was SO incredibly kind and patient. She made me feel so comfortable and safe. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Vanessa the person that took my info and symptoms in the back room and the physician that saw me were so super sweet and understanding and made me feel super comfortable. They both were very informative and caring.

This place is amazing. Front Admin who answered the phone at 4:30PM 1/8/2023 is amazing, attentive, quick, and went above beyond.She helped in a major and I appreciated her help immensely.

The staff was very helpful (telehealth and onsite) symphathetic, very nice and assuring. The clinic was clean and organized. The laboratory test done was efficient.

I have been here couple of times and always had good experience the doctors and staff are very nice and understandingI would love to give them 5 star the only problem I have seen every time is dirty bathroom I hope they can keep it cleanThank you
