It was a little too much of a wait. My appointment was at 8:30am and was out like around 10 something. But the staff there were so professional and nice. And the one who did my procedure was so sweet.

I had an appointment at the Whittier location at 12:30p. I arrived (from the valley) at 12:15p. I was not shown an exam room until 3p and that was after I asked twice if I had been forgotten. I was told by the front desk staff that they were really backed up. However this was not accurate at all. I sat in that office for 3 hours and watched people come in after me and leave. Once I was finally shown an exam room I noticed there were NO patients occupying the other rooms. So why was I made to wait so long? Once I was in the exam room I was told that it would be another 15 minutes for the NP came in. It actually was 30 minutes before the NP came in.

The staff here are very patient and have a good service attitude. Especially Anna, she helped me a lot. Highly recommend this place

Since I got the IUD inserted into my body in your place last year, my menstruation lasted for more than 2 weeks every month, so that I felt dizzy and weak later. When I went to the hospital for examination, the result was anemia. I took a rest for some time and took blood tonic medicine. It still bleedsfor long periods every monthI came to you for a check-up last year and you told me everything was fine，But now my body has been suffering from chronic bleeding. If you still dont solve the problem for me, I will ask my lawyer to Sue you for the damage caused to my body by the failure of the operation

Came in super nervous 😬 scared and worried Ms . Julie and Jade took very good care of me, explained clearly, helped me calm down and understand, she was gentle too. I appreciate the service of these medical professionals thank you.

Everyone was very nice on my visit today.Camille was very nice as she checked my pressure.And physician Sophia was also very very nice and answered all my question.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and the doctor shofia Phillip it’s a very nice person I recommend you FPA women’s health.

I looove this place!! Everyone is soo nice and understandable!! They made me feel comfortable unlike other places they’re all rude but everyone here is so nice , they tell you step by step before they do anything . they give you all the answers you’re looking for with no attitude! made me feel very comfortable in there I was in and out under a hour! Great place for women’s needs… everyone is very friendly and helpful!

The staff here makes you feel welcomed and unjudged.Everyone there seems to be happy to work there and it shows. It was my first time visiting an FPA and decided to never return to planned parenthood. Its such a difference, thinking one doesnt have an option on care and treatment because of their SES is a false belief.

The staff was kind and wonderful, the dr made me feel so comfortable during what I thought was going to be a scary experience. Thank you

The staff was wonderful, everyone was nice, and took my health concerns seriously. They made sure to offer other important services like std testing and birth control methods on top of what I came in for. I felt safe and listened to. Thank you FPA.

I have to say I was very nervous and scare of going in but the staff in here is amazing ♥️ thank you to all the girls that are in there they make you feel so comfortable not only that they are all very nice and helpful ☺️❤️

Such a great place! Very clean, staff is very attentive and kind. I’m been to other FPA offices, but my favorite is the one is East Los Angeles. Been there like 3 times during this pandemic and their service still very fast. You don’t stay that long.

I always had an appointment in the morning before 9am. That is a good time because the store not busy by that time. All the nurse very nice and helpful. They do everything very quick. I got my IUD check and Gardasil vaccine done in less than 1 hour. Thanks!

Good experience was overthinking the process but went smooth easy and fast an hour wait not bad

All the doctors and staff were super respectful and inclusive with their care. They asked my preference on everything, told me what each step of my procedures would feel like, and informed me ahead of time about the costs.

This facility is very clean and the nurses are very professional pleasant and respectful....I felt very relaxed.I hav a good visit..

Im used to being in a clinic for 2-3 hours. I was there for no more than an hour and got all the tests I needed to be done. The staff was amazingly kind and made sure you felt comfortable.

I have been to so many clinics and nothing compares to this one! The staff are so nice and make you feel so comfortable no matter what you’re going in for! Amazing and will be going back!!!

Best clinic ever front desk lady is fast and so helpful. As well as back office staff. Thank you for being so welcoming I have never been treated with great care at any other clinic.

Underrated. I went to planned parenthood in Whittier and never again. The provider didn’t listen and I eventually went through my doctor because I’m lucky enough. This location is awesome and the doctor and nurses are caring. Don’t overlook FPA for planned parenthood.

I came to the one located in EAST LAthe nurse who assisted me was 10/10I forgot her name but she’s a nurse and I got the nexplanon and she was verycareful and so good at informing me with the birth controlShe also performed a Pap smear and she was very careful as well with it I’ll go back to do my Pap smears with her hopefully she sticks around in that locationI recommend coming to this location the staff was helpful as well and nice
