I went to the hospital to see what was happening with my stomach on June 25 2024 and that’s when I found out I was pregnant so I call to the next day to make appointment for my pregnancy I understand that when they are full, on appointments but I don’t think it tried for pregnant woman to wait that long feeling really bad and not getting her prenatal pills for the baby early check up had to wait so long and I still had a is July 24 2024 I don’t think that’s right I think pregnant women should get the treatment right away .. Not right to wait so long and I get there prenatal pills or nothing like and the only appointment they gave me was by phone call how is that? An appointment

Absolutely no customer service!Don’t come in expecting to hear welcome, good morning, please or thank you. Staff have absolutely zero respect towards the community.

I didnt give them negative stars because 1) theyre big so have a lot of appointments available and 2) theres always someone there that you can YELL at. The staff doesnt coordinate together. No one knows whats going on and always have to transfer you or check with someone else.At my first appoint, I had to wait TWO hours . At least the mid-wife who examined me was nice, not skilled, just nice.Free street parking is limited so youll have to pay a low fee for the parking across the street. For all the hassle and average service, try someplace else.

Just neglect of care they schedule you wrong then can’t even accommodate when trying to be seen after the MA did something wrong & I had a provider I finally liked and she stopped seeing me they don’t really care just there for a paycheck . And I feel they should make sure pregnant women are being seen as needed . Really horrible clinic

The worse clinic ever they dont care about their patients at all. They cancel appointment and try give you one for until weeks later with little care about what you have to say! They need hire more professional staff I mean actual professional staff.

Don’t waste your time. Seek for a better place.They won’t help you to apply for medical. They don’t return calls for appointments (check out). Front Desk employees are very rude. Solo andan chismeando, hablando de comida. MA’s give advice & take decisions as OB’s. Not professional at all. They don’t care how you feeling in case of pregnancy. They would give you “Phone Appointment” every time your asking for In person appointment because “everything is booked” & you have to wait for weeks to see an OB. Extremely bad service. I would never go back.

If I could do no stars I definitely would. Was with them for a total of 4 months for what I thought was prenatal care, and they actually have the WORSE service that I’ve ever experienced. Waited over 2 weeks for MY medical records. When I was told it took 3 days keep getting the run around. Amongst other situations, Nobody seems to care or know what there doing. Definitely a lack of support & them helping set appointments or anything of that matter. If your thinking or plan on going here please don’t waste your time.

I cannot with this place.I have had an issue with excessive bleeding for 5 years. I came here looking for help and answers. First of all they need to get rid of their workers behind the front desk. I wouldnt even call them nurses because all they do is gossip and dont take people seriously. I had been in the ER 3 times in one week. I was told to follow up with Dr. Tilley. All I got was waiting for almost 2 hours then was seen by a midwife just to be given a depo shot that really didnt help. I came back pleading for help and Dr. Tilley just told me if I wanted surgery. If I could I would really like to sue but I am not that kind of person. I had no idea what was going on with me so I did not understand why would I get surgery. I decided to finally seek someone on my own. I had finally found my help and was told I have cancer. No thanks to this place at all, I hope I dont have to come back here at all.

Extremely poor service from 98% of the staff members. Call center gives attitude/lack of effort every time you call to make an appointment and place you on hold for 30 mins. Just for them to ask you same question and still not being able to help out. Front desk same situation but being physically present. The employees show no type of friendliness and seem to be bothered by even showing up at the window. They un acknowledge you’re there until they are done chatting with their coworkers or from using the computer. This happens 9/10 times I go there. Let’s not even get into the wait time. Definitly consider other options other than here unless you want shity services.

This has got to be the worse dental location. At least the staff. I myself work with healthcare and I have never made a P.A process difficult for my clients. I have been patient enough and every time I call the staff on the other end sound miserable to be working there. When asked about the PA the dental receptions automatically cut me off and stated that that was not her department and they had left for the day. When I requested an extension for the specialist she stated they cannot provide the public with one. Yet when I call with simple questions they cannot even provide me with any answers but call back later or I will mention this to Idely. Up to this day I have not heard back from her from my first PA.I have been in their office and not once gotten a clear answer. This grievance is NOT for the dentist, they were very helpful and the dental assistants as well. This is for Eisner Health Office Staff in Olive St.So if youre looking for a different dentist whom staff gives you the run around then this place is for you.

Their service for the adult clinic isnt the same like 10 years ago. My husband started getting treatment for his diabetes since 2013. Everything was fine until we didnt qualified for MediCal. The pharmacist didnt want to give my husband his insulin because he had to go see the doctor first. Now, that we went yesterday to see the doctor, the pharmacists assistant said that my husband has to see the doctor again to get a cheaper insulin. Its frustrating because my husband NEEDS the insulin. And we dont have health insurance and we have to pay for it.

Excellent Doctors!! Wait time can be a problem, but knowing that your child will get the treatment they need by all means its worth the wait.Just make sure your listening when they call patient because when you miss it you will go to the bottom Of the list. You will wait over an hour till they get back at you...

They schedule you an appointment at 10. Have you waiting for a hour, just to call all the Hispanics first after they clearly arrived after me. Unprofessional dont go here if youre AA.

I’m so glad I have Dr.Velasco as my gynecologist! She is very caring and helpful. Because of her I changed my primary doctor to Eisner health medicine! She did my laprascopy in August and she helped me after to! If I ever get more women health issues I can always go see her! :)

Terrible service from the parking attendant and the staff. They kept acting like we were in the wrong place and did not belong. They did not have any leadership at all. Once I realized they had an attitude, I told them to cancel our appointment and walked straight out. I am glad my wife and I are not getting service here.

I love my kids DR. But since Covid hit this place has really gone down hill. I can’t even get to a operator without them being rude, keeping me on hold for hours, or simple hanging up.

I have received excellent dental care here. The dentists and hygenists are talented, professional and personable. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Staff lacks diversity. Smells like rotten fish tacos in the waiting room.

Staff members in the front desk in appointment are so rude not polite at all.

No one picks up the phone. LONG & extensive wait period

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE (WOMENS HEALTH)My daughter, being pregnant, had bleeding and pain. The ER doctor told her to do a follow-up with her OB as soon as possible. She called very early to make an appointment and was told that there was a walk-in during the middle of the day.My daughter decided to go to see if she could reach the place. When we arrived, my daughter was in pain and bleeding. The front desk people told her that if she could take the walk in, she should wait. When they handed her over, an Assistant Physician told her that they usually do not receive patients the next day if it is due to bleeding. She was waiting outside for the midwife and the same attending physician came out and told her that the midwife couldnt see her because she was very busy. My daughter asked her what she wanted to see, she made an appointment and her MA only said that it couldnt be done, my daughter asking her questions about what was going to happen with her bleeding, why was that happening. His MA only told him that he would make an appointment by phone to speak to the midwife the next day. My daughter, in pain and bleeding, returned home and the next morning they called her to cancel the appointment over the phone. HOW LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT SOMEONES LIFE MAY BE IN DANGER HOW CAN IT BE CALLED A CLINIC IF THE LEAST THING THEY WANT TO DO IS HELP THE PATIENT.

Honestly, every time I go they make me wait longer than the hour, theyre supposed to give you an appointment, sometimes you have things to do on the side, I speak Spanish, I ask for a translator, even if its on the computer, and they pretend to be deaf, Im served by staff who speak mixed English and Spanish, sometimes I dont understand, apart from that, I They said I had tuberculosis and at the dentist they told me that the study they did on me did not detect anything that had happened, what a courage, the truth is, check it out and think carefully before coming to this clinic, the truth is 0

Terrible, I was on the line for about an hour, I told him the girl I needed to meet, he told me wait a moment, he automatically put me on another line with the answering machine and the phone was cut off.Call, my time is worth money and they are not working for free ❌

I have been coming to this clinic for a year with my daughter to get her check-up and vaccinations and now that my daughter, who was feeling bad, was not eating and I was worried, I came to her and she told me that she only had a red throat, no infection, they only prescribed Tynelol for me. I took her to another clinic and they told me that she has an infection in her throat and ear. Maybe all this year they have seen my face putting my daughters health at risk.I just hope you can read my comment so you dont have an unpleasant experience.
