Note: This review is based on my personal experience with Dr. Cindy Dukes clinic, Nevada Fertility Institute:I dont know what my family did to deserve the treatment that we received from this place, but I would not recommend them to anyone! Not even my worst enemy. I dont know how anyone has had success with them. At least for me, they didnt answer the phone, return phone calls, or answer texts. They instructed me to text a bogus number, citing that it is the quickest way to get in touch with them, but then, I wouldnt hear back from them for weeks, if at all without me contacting them repeatedly. Nearly, the ONLY time I heard from them was when they were requesting money from me, THE DAY BEFORE my appointment. I have never seen a place wait until the day before an appointment to request, in some instances, an amount in excess of a hundred dollars to proceed. Complete money-grab. Luckily, my family is blessed, but anyone who is struggling financially wouldnt be able to do it.I attempted to do business with NFI over a 6-month period. We hardly had anything to show for it. Two video consultations, one semen analysis, one blood test, at least two prescriptions we never received, and tons of unanswered questions. I was invited to the clinic TWICE over 6 months... once for the analysis and once to draw blood. The office staff was rowdy and loud, which was a red flag for me instantly. Wholly unprofessional as if they had no work to do, and right then and there, it made sense why calls and texts arent being answered or returned. Heard from the actual doctor once, and that was through text... allegedly. I cant even confirm it was actually her. Everyone dealing with fertility processes understands that it is time sensitive except for this facility, apparently. I am left disappointed with money and time wasted that I could have given to actual professionals who wouldve helped my family get closer to our dreams.

3 years later they ate texting me that we owe money. We paid for all the treatments upfront. Never after. All the failed transfers. All the disappointments one after another. The worst part is how the doctor always says I dont know what Happened we should try it again. She kept doing that over and over. She kept saying I dont see anything wrong with you.At the last minute one day before transfers She tells to take Thyroid medication because the numbers are wrong. But we should still transfers .now 3 years later they telling me to tame us to collections for $515 .Very shady company. I would never recommend this doctor if this is how they do business. All the failures. Now try to charge us again. Horrible

Dr. Duke and her team were honest, never over-promised, and we had complete confidence in her. She will always be a hero to our family.

Dr. Duke helped my wife and I through the whole process. We are now bless to have our 9 month old baby girl and hope to go back to her for our second.
