Aug 2024 - I had to see a doctor for some sciatica pain relief Id been suffering for approximately 4 days. My PCPs schedule was booked. I visited this place in hopes of finding that relief. Dr. Katherine was great. She came in, asked a few questions, and allowed me to talk. The place was clean and mostly efficient. I checked in on line, added all my information, and was escorted to the back within 15 minutes. It all worked out well, and I was pleased with the quick visit.
The waiting room is clean. The people were very nice. Unfortunately their timing was off. I arrived for my 10:37am appointment at 10:30am with all the paperwork filled out. I was not moved to a room until 10:46am. I was not officially seen until around 11:10am. I still think this is a great place. They just need some help with correct timing & expectation. A note to the guest “Thank you for arriving on time. You may or may not be seen for 15-30minutes. We appreciate your patience.” Thats all.
Upfront staff was courteous as ever. I was seen Within 10 minutes of my check-in. Nurse and doctor we’re both thorough and receptive to my needs. Prescribed medication’s seem appropriate for my symptoms. This is definitely my go to urgent care.
I was #17 on the waiting list but still wasnt a long wait time. The Dr. was very nice and thorough. My medication was ready within 20 minutes after leaving at Walgreens. We dont get that kind of service in Abilene. I was very pleased and I was feeling much better the next day for my nephews birthday party. Thanks so much for the fantastic experience. Im sorry for issues that some of the other reviews had, but my visit was absolute perfection.......Ronnie
I went here after having sinus congestion, cough, and watery eyes for 6 previous days. They didnt give me antibiotics. Only cough syrup, eye drops, and nasal spray. They said come back after 10 days if it doesnt get better. 4 days later made it 10 days. I called and explained it hadnt gotten better and asked if they can write a RX for antibiotics so I dont have to go in again. I was told I would have to come back in and pay another copay. Sorry not gonna pay you twice for what should have done the first time. Do yourself a favor. Choose a different clinic! My wife had the same issue with this clinic. In the past, they always gave her antibiotic and steroid shot. She had to ask for a shot, but no antibiotic prescribed. A week later, she was worse and had to go to another clinic to get the help she needed. Provider was more concerned with science than listening to what her patient needed and patients history. Need a better balance between science and listening to patients that know their bodies.
It is ABUNDANTLY clear - Memorial Hermann does NOT prioritize patient care, but rather the “almighty dollar.” My wife went to this urgent care for severe pain in her elbow, which they diagnosed as tennis elbow. After suffering (for 3 days) from the severe damaging side affects of the medication she was prescribed (ketorolac), they told her she needed to go in again to be re-diagnosed and re-evaluated. We paid out of pocket for this visit and now they want us to pay again for another visit. Not to mention, the receptionist we spoke with when we called, was of ZERO assistance. If you care - in any way - for your health, or for the health of your loved ones, do not waste your time, energy, money or life at this joke of a health care facility.
My daughter had a cough for three weeks and started wheezing on Saturday. I decided to take her to in but did not have an appointment. I was able to get right in to see a doctor. The staff were so nice and very efficient. We were seen in a promptly and were on our way to pick up meds! I highly recommend!
The facts: walked in and were the only people in the waiting room. appt 12:24. Went back at 12:30. Sat in the treatment room for 40 minutes before the PA came in. Once the PA came in, she looked at my sons wound, and stated yes it needs antibiotics. That took a total of 2 minutes max. Then we were on our way. The PA was very nice and efficient. The wait was excessive, considering there was nobody else in the office basically. I heard one child cry while we were waiting in the treatment room. I am assuming they took that child before seeing us at our appointed time. Which is fine I understand but we did make an appointment. I have yet to be told more than 24 hours later that my prescription is ready. I am wondering if it was even called in at all. This is the first time I have had poor service from this location. The staff is always courteous, but the waiting time was ridiculous and excessive in my opinion. Based on the facts observed. I would hate to think it’s because I refused to leave a credit card on record and open for them to charge whatever my insurance company would not pay. This is a ridiculous policy. Not knowing what my insurance would, or would not pay and leaving it up to them to just take money out? No. I refuse to leave it. I would give this a 2 1/2 stars. But you can’t give that.
I went to the facility on Louetta. It was wonderful, clean, prompt, wonderful PA! My problem is with billing. I was billed $200 even though my insurance would cover it. I paid it and they said it would be refunded when they received the EOB. The problem is that they never filed with insurance! Finally over a month later, it was filed incorrectly so the claim was denied! Now, my insurance company talked with Enrique, and hopefully it is being done correctly! This makes me very cautious to use your facility again. Get your act together! Still waiting on my refund of $200!
The team was friendly and efficient. They get you in quickly and everyone works well together. Great doctors ! Very nice location. Thank you !
I liked the availability to schedule an appointment of my choice. The staff was exceptional. I appreciate the cleanliness and the thoroughness of the staff . The complete visit was amazing.
I Just sit in the exam room for 45 minutes and left with out seeing a provider. If you have plenty of time to sit around and wait to be seeing by a doctor might be a place... if not go somewhere else. They should disclose wait time when you check in.
Terrible experience, and Terrible people who dont deserve their jobs.We saved a spot online for 6:15pm on 4/29/24 to take our son to the Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care.We got to the urgent care at 6:05 pm. I did the online paperwork on our way there.Upon arriving, I checked my son in on their self check-in screen. After about 5 minutes of waiting, one of the two ladies at the front desk accused me of checking my son in under another patient named Bailey. My sons name doesnt even begin with a B.I told her three times that I did NOT accidentally or intentionally check the wrong name in. I told her I checked my sons name and not Bailey. She kept insisting on accusing me of checking in someone named BaileyAt that point, I got upset and told her that I dont appreciate the accusation. I asked for an apology. Another lady walked in to join the two ladies at the front desk. She said we will not apologize they both started smiling. Then she said at this point, do you want to be seen or not?I told her I shouldve recorded the whole conversation. I started to record, but unfortunately, I only got a picture (see attached). The worst experience ever.Stay away from this clinic:Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care located at5102 FM 1463 #1200, Katy, TX 77494
Had my first visit on Feb 18 due to a sore throat. The lady at the front desk was very patient and helpful. I didnt have to wait too long, and the entire process went smoothly. The doctor seemed well-experienced, and I recovered soon. Would go back next time if I need urgent care in the future.
Great customer service, no long wait times, professional staff that were attentive and actually listened to all concerns!! Best Urgent Care facility in Katy/Richmond area.
Walked in straight to the front desk.3 ladies were there. No one lifted there head to ask us what we needed. I said hello, I am here for…when one lady asked are you checked-in, if not go to the kiosk. We do that submit data.Ask them if we wait, one said yes.So we did.No one said anything. Finally we got our things and left.We are in our car driving out and the one lady who sent us to kiosk comes out to say oh we can’t see you! We were in our car and now she decides to talk to us.HORRIBLE PLACE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.The place was EMPTY just us two and they acted like we were bothering them.Don’t waste your time here!Pictures show how busy they were with zero patients other than us two and they couldn’t even say “Hi, what brings you here”.First time there and NEVER GOING AGAIN!
Online pre-registration is super easy and allows you to just walk in and wait for your appt. This is my go-to clinic. Great staff and quick, thorough service.
First time I ever given a review to a medical place… but really thought the service here was outstanding. I had a sudden issue with a shard of wood that was lodged under my nail. Saw Dr. Sarabia, and she and the staff were so helpful… She got it out, although it took some work. I was afraid they would not be able to. Felt to me like they really care about their patients here, which you don’t see everywhere.
The people were very kind and thoughtful. Very thorough and intelligent. I highly recommend this medical facility.
Everything about my experience at Memorial Hermann urgent care was great. It was so easy to schedule my appointment and complete the documentation online. Everyone at the facility was professional and welcoming and got me seen right on time. I am especially impressed that the NP (Melissa) that saw me on Friday called me on Sunday night to check on me and share test results. Im so impressed with the entire experience. Great job.
Went in Sunday morning. Not a long, wait even though I did not register online before arriving. All the staff was very friendly. The forms to complete were not too lengthy. Modern and clean facility .Located in the strip center by H-E-B‘s gas station, next to the swimming pool supply store & Mod PizzaUPDATERadiologist and doctor failed to recognize the broken bone in my hand. Later, another doctor at different provider pointed it out. It was very visible on Go Health’s x-ray.
First it was me 4 weeks ago and then my wife. Both visits were easy to schedule and the check in process was very efficient. Dr. Nguyen was very good, prescribed the right medicine and my wife and I got well as a result of the treatment. Everyone there was kind and courteous. Wed return again should we need medical help.
The back office staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The was practically no wait. I was in and out in less than 30 min.
Brought my 8 month old son in for unexplained high fevers last Friday. There was a very long wait but thats understandable. When we finally got back to a room, the nurse who took my sons temperature got an inaccurate reading of 99 degrees with the forehead thermometer. I told her I didnt think that was right and she brushed it off. Luckily I brought a rectal thermometer with me and after using it, his temp was actually 102. They didnt offer a fever reducer or anything. I had to give him Motrin when I got home. Also, they checked his ears and lungs and said everything was fine and it was just a virus. Our visit in the room took about 10 minutes and they honestly didnt help my son at all. The next morning my son began having yellow/green drainage from his ear. I took him to Texas Childrens Urgent Care and they told me he clearly had an ear infection and ruptured ear drum. He was put on two antibiotics and they swabbed for Covid and Flu as well. Tell me how does a baby go from no ear infection to a severe ear infection with ruptured ear drum in a little over 12 hours? If youre taking your child to Urgent Care, skip this place and go to Texas Childrens instead. The care is 1000 times better.
We had a terrible experience there Saturday- misdiagnosed our 12 year old son. Took him to Next level the next day and we were told he needed a chest x-ray, was not getting enough oxygen and had pneumonia. His lungs sounded terrible. The Dr was very clear this did not happen over night and it was missed. I called Monday to try and talk to Memorial Herman about it- requested a manager call back- never heard anything. Clearly do not care about their patients. Very scary
My first time visiting Go Health and I must say, if ever I find myself needing another non-urgent visit, I will return here!I walked in, checked myself in on the tablet and was called in to be seen within minutes of arrival. The front desk verified my insurance and handled my pharmacy information quickly. I was seen by PA Nguyen who was very patient, knowledgeable, and polite. He answered all of my questions and I left the clinic feeling good about my diagnosis and treatment plan. This is what an ideal urgent care should be! Very pleased with my visit.
Had another great experience with this office. Everyone from the front desk help, to the nurse and physician, Dr. Penaflor, were absolutely wonderful. 7/22/24My daughter and I had a great experience. Renae was very helpful and friendly, as well as the nurse Tiffany and Dr. Bob. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
Had a down right decent trip to Urgent Care. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, informative, and personable. As a first time mom taking my 3 year old with a gashed chin to the ER, I was quite frazzled and honestly a bit scared. From the moment we stepped in the door the staff showed both me and my son care and attention. Informed us what to expect (everything from check in process, to wait times, to treatment options) and followed through on their commitments. They got my son stitched up, content with a lollipop, and heading back out the door in less than an hour even with a decently full waiting room when we got there.Dr. Nguyen and his team were fantastic!A sincere thank you!
Still happy with my visit 😀 Front desk staff and my provider were amazing! Nguyen is usually there when I need to be seen and he does a better job at preventing further asthma problems than most providers Ive seen, so for that I am grateful for him.
The WORST urgent care in a wide radius for too many reasons to even bother listing. Don’t waste your money.
This Clinic is blessed with Great-Great Doctor Michael Nguyen and his CN lady with Hijab, my apologies because I didn’t caught her name. I came in the clinic with 100% bad conditions but left with 70% recovered within 30 minutes 👏👏👏👏👏. I would 100% recommend this clinic to my friends and family. 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️.
I called on 01/24 at around 7:42 pm to see if I can come for a visit, and the the lady who answered the call was so rude, unprofessional and very unhelpful. I ask her if they have an xray available, she paused for few seconds and then said oh it’s not available. I was like what do you mean not available. Then I asked if the doctor is available to see me if I walk in, again she pauses for few seconds and then said the technician is not in this evening. I was like I asked you for a doctor? If any doctor is here or can I walk in, then she put me on a hold and came back and said the technician will be here tomorrow and I said but if any doctor is available so I can come for my severe back pain and ask her name, she put me on hold again and after that she just hang up the phone. What type of services they are providing.
I rarely leave reviews but when I say this place deserves 5 stars ⭐️’s, it’s because it does. From the front desk, MAs and providers NPs PAs and MDs, everyone is superb. I have little ones who always have one or two things going on and I’m relaxed whenever i visit this urgent care. I would highly this place: 1. They listen to you, 2. take good history, 3. examine your child {this is important because some places don’t},4. always fully staffed , 5. Wait time is brief and most of all, always recommend the best treatment for their patients. Thank you🫶🏽.
I just have to thank urgent care, quick service via app, I left the house with my place in line. Kind staff. The attendants: all excellent. They even did an electrocardiogram on the spot and a urine culture, and they called me today to let me know the results. Fantastic!
On the day we went, the receptionist was a male staff member, and he was really patient with a very good attitude. Later, a female doctor arrived, and she was also very patient. I am very grateful to both of them for their assistance to Allison.
Ive used Memorial Hermann GoHealth Urgent Care before and its so convenient. I felt safe, the team was efficient, and I appreciate that GoHealth urgent care has XRay capability. I do wish they had ultrasound capability.
I felt like I was with a doctor that knew me for years. I also felt like he was genuinely concerned to help me get better and He was very patient with all of my questions. They treated me like a human being and not someone they should run from because of an illness.
Today I went to the urgent care for a very intense infection in my ear, I was crying from the pain so bad because my face hurt even to be able to speak, the doctor who treated me only saw my ear from the outside, touched it and said it is very swollen and I will put it a few drops, I told him that it hurt a lot and I wanted them to give me something to relieve the pain and he only told me that he could send me Tylenol, they gave me 3 pills and thats it. I went crying to be examined elsewhere and the doctor who examined me told me that her eardrum had burst and they gave me antibiotics, pain pills and an injection to calm the pain. It cant be that the only thing I did there was waste my time and put up with the pain because according to the doctor there they dont have anything to inject for the pain. The Doctors attention is horrible
:Clean and organized with no clutter:Friendly and pleasant atmosphere (even heard Laughter):up to date electronics (Apple Pay):New equipment:Professional, Helpful, knowledgeable and experienced personnel:Short wait time to be examined
This facility has become my mothers go-to urgent care anytime there is a need. The staff are usually very professional and know what they are doing. Dr. Nguyen is great and the assistant that helped my mom, Azin, both seem to genuinely care about their patients. THANK YOU!
Awful! I went there for fatigue thinking i had the flu. I called the receptionist prior to the visit, she told me that my insurance was covered. I double checked with her when I arrived, she said: “It doesn’t tell me that you need a copay”. The doctor did nothing but a simple urine test and flu/covid test. I was billed for $800!!! Is this a joke??? Im still fighting this nightmare.
Dropped in to have my leg evaluated after a nasty fall. Very quick in and out. Prescribed antibiotics for a likely infection. Front desk lady was very kind and efficient. Nurse practitioner Melissa was very thorough with a great demeanor. Very different experience than so many clinics and doctors offices.
After checking in and recording vitals, the Nurse never showed up, I waited around 30 minutes. I decided to leave because I did not see other patients there and still; the Nurse did not show up. Lack of respect for people’s time specially when sick. I would not go there again
I had to go twice in one week bc the little brother is always a day or two behind the older brother with illnesses. My sister told me to go here and a friend recommended it too. Although I had to wait an hour to be seen for one scheduled appointment I’m still giving them five stars. They were thorough and super logical, and with their advice my boys started getting better very quickly. I’m very happy and hope not to return of course, but will absolutely go here if needed. Highly recommend.
Stay Away!!! Brought my wife in with arm pain & discomfort. We met with a Nurse Practitioner and explained her medical history, including prior vascular problems. They did not check or listen to her her heart and told wife to ice her arm. She had a heart attack 2 days later. BTW, Its says Memorial Hermann on Building but we were told they were not part of the Memorial Hermann system.
Easy check-in and registration, not a long wait, friendly, and professional staff. I work in the medical field and manage 4 offices, soon to be 6, this is how my office is run. Patients first, smiles(even on a bad day), and full attention to the person in front of you. When the MA working the front came and helped an elderly patient check in and without an attitude, that made me happy to see. Keep up the good work.
I go here quite often because I live 4 minutes away and it is super convenient. I dont know everybodys name but all the ladies up front have always been nice to My son and I. All the nurses that have waited on us have all been super sweet. There are three providers that has seen either myself or my son which is Dr Ezekiel, Dr Melissa Chin and Dr.Michael Nguyen and they were AMAZING
The office staff were very efficient and friendly. The nurse and PA were very friendly, asked for all my information and provided the help I needed. I would highly recommend going there.
Even though I was not an established patient (I just moved here two weeks ago), I was able to get right in (at my chosen time) to be seen. I was treated with care and compassion and extra concern for a chronic health condition I have. I’m feeling a lot better but think I could use another round of treatment. I appreciate the staff and the nurse practitioner for taking such good care of me. Thank you.
The office was clean and the wait was not very long as I checked in online. However, the administrator at the check in was rude. They could not figure out my copay (BCBS) and wanted a credit card number to bill later. I asked what amount would be billed and she said she didn’t know, it could be any amount. I had to request a prescription for congestion as none was being offered. Two weeks later my sinuses are completely blocked. I called back to get a prescription refill and was told the provider was not working today and I would have to come in for a second visit. Use only if it’s a one stop shop because once your visit is over you will not have any follow through options.
Have used Memorial Herman clinic several times and will continue. Staff is friendly with quick and convenient service.
Wouldn’t recommend this location. Had no time for making an appointment online as it was a busy morning with a sick child and the front desk didn’t answer the phone. It was a walk-in. Waited our turn. The nurse calls my name, not my child’s. Apparently I made a mistake checking-in on my mobile while the front desk was busy to help me out. So the annoyed nurse did not let us in while telling me to stop raising my voice at her… I have a soft voice and a foreign accent and it is difficult to speak through the mask… Yet the nurse walked away from us. So we were told to wait again for all the people with appointments and they would not tell us when we can be seen or what is our waiting number in line. Called a different urgent care and they were clear/ transparent about when and how long to wait! Some service at Memorial Hermann Urgent Care…
Everyone was nice and patient. I’ll go again if needed.
Perfect experience, Dr Win and the staff were right on point with our diagnosis, ordered meds and we were him in hour 45min to 1 hour. Thank All staff for a job well done.
My experience was not good. I went with my daughter and she was not attended by a doctor, only a nurse. Two minutes in total after 1.5 hours of waiting. They asked me for my credit card to charge what they want. If I had not gone the result would have been the same. I still dont know if my daughter needs antibiotics or not. Every day more convinced that the medical system stinks.
Went for severe stomach pain. Doctor said he thought it was a stomach bug. Never did test my urine or do any diagnostic tests. He said eat probiotics. Within 6 hours I was in the ER as the pain was unbearable. Turns out I had a 9mm kidney stone.
Slots are available, which is a definite convenience. The irksome portion of the experience is that they want to keep your credit card (on file) and will refuse to take any money upfront and they will oh-so-graciously charge you later (whatever they feel like). So essentially you give a blank cheque to them as a condition of treatment. This keeps you in the dark about the actual cost of service, which is essentially the problem that we face with healthcare industry.
Food and snacks are delicious. Nurses are very attentive and caring. Doctors are invested. Great experience overall…other than the heart failure!
Unfortunately I am here at least once a year for a cut or a broken bone. I have no off button…….. but these guys are always super nice. The people are just really nice and willing to chat with you a bit. Stitches are easy. Dealing with people takes time and some skill..Good Job!!!!
My geriatric mother fell, but I was able to convince her to go to an Urgent Care to check her leg which was still numb and a finger that seemed broken. I thought this was part of the Memorial Hermann system. Their name is on it, but this is a run by a separate party. Walked in on a Friday afternoon. After waiting an hour (which was fine) we were taken into a room. Only at that point did they ask why we were there. When we mentioned a possible broken finger, we were told they were unable to do x-rays. We went ahead - HAVING WAITED AN HOUR ALREADY - to have the doctor check her leg. He mentioned we would have to “stay in the urgent care system” to have an x-ray. The only one open was at Town & Country. This was 5:30 pm on a Friday. The doctor went to see when they’d next have an x-ray technician. Not until TUESDAY! I clarified that when triaging care, urgent cares are where you go for the broken bones that aren’t sticking out or need surgery. I also had him confirm they were NOT part of Memorial Hermann…just marketing, I guess. He suggested if anything it was going to be a small fracture. However, if we needed to come back on Tuesday, that was fine. Or, if the pain got too bad this weekend to call them and they’re write a prescription for an x-ray down in Sugarland on Saturday. Today it is clear it is MORE than a fracture. It is a break. However, my mom has an appointment with her GP in the Memorial Hermann group on Tuesday and has decided to wait until she sees her. IF THERE IS NO X-RAYING ABILITY, THEY NEED TO HAVE A SIGN ON THE DOOR BEFORE YOU COME IN OR AT LEAST BRING IT UP AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN. RIDICULOUS!
I went with an ear issue and was attended by Dr Vincent Nguyen. He was not only able to diagnose the problem instantly but remedied it immediately. He was kind, efficient and patient. I would highly recommend him.The medical staff, Anila Khan was also polite and friendly.
I made an appointment online, arrived and checked in, and was saying right away. Staff was really good and Shawd me compassion and professionalism.
Very attentive, and true concern about your health. Explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable knowing what I should be looking for.
This is an OK place. They really seem to prefer appointments. To me that’s the whole reason you go to an urgent care is that you don’t need an appointment. But they want you to do all the work for them I am putting everything in it just use more of the responsibility to the patient. And it’s a typical show them your insurance card and drivers license and credit card.
Used this urgent care for the first time today, my wait was only about 30 minutes so I didnt think that was too bad at all. Everyone there from the minute I walked in were very friendly and very professional. The doc, dont recall his name, was also very professional and explained things very well. He didnt rush through or seem to be in a hurry to rush me in and out. I really feel that I had excellent care today and I would definitely go back if the need arises.
We checked in online ahead of time so when we got there our paperwork was ready. There was absolutely no wait and they saw my daughter right away. The nurses where amazing and so compassionate when she got scared. The doctor has a great beside manner. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She took time to listen and explain. I highly reccomend them for after hours Care.
We were able to be seen within 15 minutes, we did take advantage of the online check in, it was a super easy fast process. The staff, nurses and physician were very nice, conscientious about hand hygiene, and sympathetic to my daughter not feeling well. They took care of her and addressed the concerns quickly and we were out of the there in less than an hour. Very thankful to have board certified MDs after hours, and not at an ER cost.
All OK however I was not tested for either a viral or bacteria sinus infection, doctor for got to call in my prescription.
Online check in was fast. It was easy to fill out the patient paperwork online. Nice staff. Was called back within 10 mins of appointment time. Very nice doctor. Quick results. Clean and professional.
Awesome 👌 👏 staff members 👏 Great service at the front desk, receptionist were both great with helping me fill out registration forms 😀 👍, and Practioner Keagan and Lindsey were very attentative to my needs/concerns...Great service 👏 👍 fast, Friendly, and courteous, and comfortable atmosphere 👌 Great job 👍 👏 👌
I cant say enough about Memorial Hermann - You can schedule your visit or come as a walk in... the place is well ran, people are friendly and helpful, the doctors are respectful of your time and I didnt have to wait long before I was seen. I would recommend this place!
Took my soon to this urgent care and the service was great. The front desk Lady was nice, professional and quick. The doctor was good too but I was a little frustrated when she kept telling me that I should take my son to a pediatric urgent care since he was so little. The MH websites states that the urgent care sees patients as young as 6 months am not sure why they are not equipped to see little people. My son is 19 months. Overall experience was good and fast.
Extremely friendly staff. Quick and efficient, yet took their time and made my two small kids comfortable. Loved the doctor and the nurse and so did my kids. It’s not ideal for your kids to get sick on a holiday weekend, but when it happens I’m so thankful we have outstanding care right around the corner of our neighborhood.
The staff was very friendly. I was a mess because my son was sick and they were patient and attentive. I will definitely use this clinic in the future and highly recommend.
Had a rash on neck and throat infection , went there on sunday 11/06 , the doctor told me to do salt and water gargles and if it persisted i needed to go to a primary doctor. Didnt reccomend any antibiotics or other better solutions , i had to self medicate to slow down the infect , she didnt assess my rash at all . Came back a week later after my infection was better but my rash got really bad and i was just asking for advice to keep it controlled , they told me my insurance its not gonna work there, even when i called the provider and told me it would for that location and that i had to pay put of pocket to be seen again. Extremely money oriented and lack of human contact . I was just looking for simple advices to take care of it even tho they didnt assest it in the first visit! Never coming back here
In September 2022, I visited GoHealth for an injury and asked if they had a specific vaccine available. They assured me they did, but when they examined me, they confirmed I needed the vaccine but did not have it in stock. As a result, I had to seek the vaccine elsewhere.Aside from the inconvenience, I am now left with a bill for a service I did not need. The real problem, however, began when they submitted a claim to my insurance company. According to my insurance companys records, they paid GoHealth the full amount in November 2022.Despite this, GoHealth claims they have not received any payment from my insurance company and have repeatedly told me to call back to check. I have made eight calls, but they still insist that they have not received payment. I even offered to pay the bill myself, but they said they must wait for my insurance companys response.I have contacted my insurance company several times, and they have confirmed that they paid GoHealth in November 2022. It has now been six months, and GoHealth still cannot determine whether I owe them anything or not. I am unable to access my online account to view my statement, and the staff at GoHealth cannot resolve the issue.
The best urgent care in our area! Staff are very friendly! Doctors are professional and they know what they are doing! I always check in online so we dont have to wait long!My daughter had a bad experience with strep strep test at a different place before so today she was so scared to take one, but the nurse was super sweet she had a little talk with her and make her overcome her fears and do the test! Definitely recommend this place!
Booked an appointment 3 days in advance to get covid tested when I got there they wouldnt take my insurance or let me pay out of pocket. My fiance waited 2 hours to get a rapid test done. They didnt seem to be very busy. Ive been to many urgent cares and this one doesnt seem to care about your well being or time
This urgent care has been the best one I’ve ever been to (4 total in my life). From now on, I will always go to this one. The staff was amazing, Ashley, Katherine, Megan & Dr Nguyen. They were more than nice, helpful and very patient and made me feel so comfortable. I waited only about 10 minutes to be called in. I would highly recommend this place.
We were not happy with the clinic. There was not any follow up after my sons visit. The doctor said it maybe 50% chance of Appendicitis. The day after my childs chest started hurting; we tried to book an appointment with his doctor but no appointment available. I called the urgent care again and ask them to be seen. She said if his chest is hurting its from vomiting. We said that it could be more serious but since the diagnostic was not right yesterday maybe they can work something with us financially. They refused and said if we take him again; it will be full charge! Not fair to pay $120 twice in 24h. The lady on the phone didnt even try to help us! Very rude and not so human! Will not recommend the place to friends
Ive been for myself and had no issues, what I would expect from an urgent care. Took 2.5 year old today, nervous since most non-childrens urgent cares are more geared for adults. His paed and local TC UC had no openings so I was scrambling for a visit while sibling in school. He was seen quicker than quoted, addressed the issues, meds called into pharmacy quickly and they dealt w his resistance/pouty-ness. There arent bright kid friendly colors or toys around but was definitely what we needed. Would be more than inclined to return here again, even over ped office for the ease
Referred friends! Great experience when you’re feeling your worst.
I used to love this place. Will never go there again after today’s visit. I called ahead of time to talk about my symptoms to make sure I was ok to come in as well as to ensure they would be able to help me. The lady that answered the phone said yes. We will be able to send out samples if needed and results in 3 days or so. I made an appointment online. I put my symptoms again in my online apt. Two hours later I arrive. The two ladies at the front desk go to check me in, look at my apt and ask each other if they called on mine. Then looked at me and said we can’t diagnose this here. I said I called ahead of time and went over my symptoms and was told I could come in. They asked asked me to wait to ask the Dr. (I never once had a chance to see the Dr and tell them my symptoms) . The lady comes back and said we can’t help you here. I will never be back.
Excellent care received urgently for laceration repair. The front desk did an excellent job triaging to ensure the provider was able to clinically manage the urgent presentation of a facial laceration. Kudos to the entire team for cohesive team work especially during times like these. The wait time was appropriate and professional services were rendered.
Awful place to go for your urgent care needs. The front desk assistant is un-professional, the charges are a total rip-off at $200/- Co-Pay even when you have fully covered insurance. This place is more interested in what is in your wallet than what is your urgent need in care.
I have had to take all of my children here for various reasons. The staff is very prompt, courteous and helpful. The nurse and doctor we saw today were great! They were amazing with my little ones! I highly recommend Memorial Urgent Care in Fulshear!
Really wanted to like this place but came in with persistent cold symptoms having tested myself for Covid prior to coming. Was told I was Covid positive with a rapid test. Confused went home and tested with 3 different brands of rapid tests within a few hours of my visit and all 3 were negative. Got a follow up PCR test less than 24 hours after my visit at CVS which also confirmed negative for Covid. Appears they treat all sicknesses as Covid if you don’t test positive for anything else. Glad I did not accept the paxlovid that was offered to me considering the misdiagnosis. Will not be returning to this urgent care.
This place is a joke and should not be considered a health care facility on ANY LEVEL.
The receptionist, MA, and physician were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and communicated each step of the way. The waiting area was clean, well stocked with books and a toy to keep my 3 year old busy, and hand sanitizer was available to keep germy hands clean. The location was reasonably convenient to us and we were able to be seen when our pediatricians office was closed for the day. My only complaint is on the technology side - our prescriptions did not interface to the pharmacy. It took 2 hours (after an hour at urgent care) and 6 phone calls on my part, in addition to taking away time for patient care from the care team that took my extra calls. Ideally, with the concept of urgent care, my daughter would not have to wait 12+ hours after a diagnosis of Strep to receive antibiotics.
The entire staff was great from the front desk staff, to the medical assistant, to the doctor. I booked a time online and went back on time. I like that the doctor gave me a steroid shot to help ease my symptoms because many of the other clinics only tell you to let my sickness run its course which kept me off work longer.
The staff and physician was very helpful and knowledgeable. The wait was 2-3 minutes and everything was explained in a manner that was easily understood. My questions were answered and great discharge education was given. I would recommend the urgent care clinic to everyone. My experience was excellent
Everything, time was exactly what in front lady told me when it will be that was only 45 minutes wait time . Also ,doctor Mohammed was very nice and knows what he is doing and he thought my pain will go away in few days otherwise I should return but it is gone already. I already told some of my coworkers that leave by Katy and Flushear to go there is they have any urgent.
Even though the girl we spoke to was polite, the customer service at this location is terrible. I wish I would have gotten the name of the provider that was working when I called because she was unprofessional and did not even try to help. I would like to rate her personally. No help offered but to go to ER, ridiculous, especially since she knows how over burden the hospitals are right now and she could have easily addressed the situation but did not even try or even come to the phone. Only Offered a solution that would further overburden a stressed system and expose others. The patient is not worse just not better and we were told to call back if there was no improvements. We are not going to ER and we will not go back to this location, will not choose a Memorial Hermann location or provider again unless absolutely the last alternative. Not a fan of Memorial Hermann and some of their providers, have had multiple issues with this system in the past. This just confirmed the perception that many have of them.
Took my 16 yr old nephew, for a sport injury to his hand. Renae and Megan were very helpful and very pleasant. Dr. Agbasi was very kind, her bedside manner was great. Didnt have to wait as much as I wouldve if we had gone to the ER. Great service!
I was promptly seen and everyone there was very courteous
My husband and I rushed here late on a Sunday evening with a baby that had sliced his finger. The staff was amazing! They got us back quickly and helped distract my son as the doctor assessed the situation. The doctor walked us through what she was going to do and explained what we needed to do for the next few days, all while calming visibly upset parents down. After crying the previous hour, my child laughed at the entire staff as the doctor took great care to put suture strips on his tiny fingers. We left as relieved parents and had a happier child. I cant recommend this location enough for their care and expertise!!!
Didn’t have appointment because you didn’t accept my insurance
I came from out of town and had to visit The Fulshear Memorial Hermann Urgent Care on Valentine’s Day. I did not have my insurance card so looking up my information required a lot of effort and time. But thanks to two young ladies on duty, Rene and Lyndsey, my information was finally recovered. I am so thankful to these two ladies. They could have easily given up but they searched and searched until success. On top of that, they both had very pleasant and friendly attitudes and patience beyond measure. Thanks again Rene and Lyndsey! This facility is blessed to have you on staff. God bless you both. Gwen
I was accepted as walk-in, just waited few minutes, I had a problem with allergies which they take care of. Very good service. You do need to register as soon as you get in and follow instructions to interact better with the staff, not a bad thing.
I was very impressed with the service I received. The front office ladies were real nice and helpful. Sky was very friendly and professional.Dr.Nguyen really seemed to care and listen to what I had to say. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family. Impressed with their hi tech operation -they really care about being the best for their patients.
The staff care, physician care and the entire clinical effort is completely dedicated to, and focused on superior patient care. You walk in the front door and are greeted with a big smile and Welcome, “Good Morning, how can we help you today?” My injury was painful, but the care is amazing. Truly 5 Star. Dr. A is the physician we ALL want caring for us; knowledgeable, sincere, intuitive and empathetic. Thanks guys. You are the best!
Absolutely no complaints. It is close to home and has convenient hours so I can pop in after work. I check in online and arrive 10 minutes before my appointment. Both trips I was seen promptly, treated and on my way.
I went to this clinic with lots of pelvic pain and signs of urinary track infection. Doctor on call put me on an antibiotic and collected sample to send to lab to check for bacteria overgrow and if medicine should be changed. I told him I had low resistance to antibiotic and he told me that in 3-4 days someone would call me back to give me the results and change the antibiotic since I developed severe skin rash. Nobody called. So i decided to call the clinic to learn the results and the nurse informed that the sample was never sent to lab and she didnt understand why. I asked to speak with the doctor on duty and the doctor refused to come to the phone saying she never saw me. Supposedly the nurse called the doctor who saw me (Dr. M. Nguyen) and he sent a message that he was sorry and should go back to repeat the test. Really? A simple task of sending a sample to the lab? Not going back!!
People was very kind and knowledgeable to what we were going through
Friendly, clean, efficient! I already told three friends in the neighborhood about the place. Dr Nguyen was super friendly and listened well. Much cheaper and faster than a full ER if you dont have a life threatening problem!
From start to finish, 5 stars! Nice and clean! Staff was wonderful! My NP, Angela was fantastic!
I went for COVID testing to this facility. They asked for a doctors visit to do the testing. They charged upfront $170 for test and visit. I paid. I told that my insurance cover it, so, they should send it to insurance. As it was for COVID testing, they also told everything is covered by that cost. The facility sent a wrong bill to insurance and insurance rejected it. The lab also sent another bill. I called UC billing and they did not cooperate at all. It is not the money but I am disappointed about how these facilities do business duping patients.
Tanks for the team, they help me, and I am so proud of the fast attention
My sister was dehydrated with chills and body aches so we had to rush to this urgent care today. The attending doctor Dr. Michael Nguyen and nurse Amy came to us and told casually that the IV starter kits they had were expired. IV is a basic supply that all the hospitals should have and especially an urgent care. We are really surprised with this and I don’t know if people know what they are doing here. Heavily disappointed with their service and I would not recommend this urgent care facility to anyone where they care less about patients needs.Worst experience ever!!
The flu, strep throat, cold or injury, doesn’t seem so important these days for many Urgent Care locations, only Covid testing. It’s almost impossible to get in unless your there for a Covid test. This staff has been the best at getting me seen for something other then Covid and I appreciate everything!
We had a great experience. Didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes. Dr Nyugen was on the dot with his diagnosis. He heard me out very patiently before prescribing treatment for muscle spasm.
Just like any other average Urgent Care, but Fees/Prices are 20-30% higher. When we went, we clearly asked about how much they would charge based on our Insurance, but after few weeks we got medical bill of another $59. We use Memorial Herman Hospital because there is not other option and based on past experience we know they charge a lot. Our friends thinks the same way. I would prefer another Urgent care because there is not need to pay extra money for the same service.-- updated after 2 months --More bills on its way for just a fever. With good coverage Insurance, I have already paid more than $100+
Understaffed during the busiest/sickest time of the year. The front office staff kept misquoting where patients were in the wait line - not only myself but others as well. Multiple people walked out after waiting. I finally caved and left after nearly 2 hours of waiting. I would not recommend them.
Took my 6 year old here today with an obvious emergency, badly burned and they said we’d have to wait an hour to be seen. I saw 1 person in the waiting area and have no idea how many patients were in rooms but this was an actual emergency and they would rather deal with clear non emergency cases first. Unbelievable. This was the fm1463 location at fulshear.
Terrible, we brought our kid with a temperature and a rash and the only thing they said was to apply a cream with cortisone (which is NOT suitable for children under 2 years old!) and they simply said, if he doesnt get better in the next few days just go to the ER! No other options, no other recommendations. We later talked to a pediatrician and found out that my son had a text book virus that needed only some medicine. We paid just under $200 to get a poor recommendation and a ridiculous solution (not to mention that these people dont even care to send patients to an ER as an easy way to cover their backs). Never again this place!
I received outstanding professional service.Thank you.
I want to thank the doctor and staff at the Urgent Care -Cinco Ranch office. On a scale of 1 to 10 my pain was a 20. Thanks to the quick action of the Dr. Funke the pain was relieved within 2hrs. Totally feeling assured the RX prescribed will have me on the road to full recovery. Thanks to my primary care physician Dr. Anyaoko who followed up my visit with an email. Personal care at its’ best.
Caring people (X-ray tech and Dr. fedke, in particular). Dr. was particularly patient when it came to working with a nervous (almost panicky) 12-year old.We had a bit of a wait, but we had no appointment.
Got in on time. Dr. Was thorough. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this location.
Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional. They definitely had my benefit in mind. Extremely competent and caring individuals. I will be going here again, if need be, and recommending to all friends.
Friendly staff and a very positive experience. Thanks!
Came as a walk in at 7am. In and out within an hour for a PCR Covid test. Wait was pretty short. Dr.Nguyen was great, same for the medical assistant and front desk.
Rather unprofessional time management. Made to wait for nearly an hour in the room and kept getting told the doctor will be there shortly. All of this while being in excruciating pain. While I can appreciate there will be someone needing attention fast, I would have hoped that at least we are not kept on tenderhooks.
My husband cut his finger pretty bad and we went to the MH Urgent Clinic in Fulshear. From the time we walked until we left, we were treated extremely well. He received top notch care from the entire staff and doctor. We will definitely use this facility again if needed!! Thanks Jade, Kady & Dr Hekerem!!
Great place to go for quick, convenient, and professional health care. The staff assessed my needs and treated me accordingly. Definitely recommend for times when you cant get in to see your own doc.
I would have given this place a 5☆ if it was Dr. Michael Nguyen assessed me. It is my third visit here and Dr. Nguyen took care of me from previous 2 visits. But today, he wasnt there and there was a new Doctor named Dr. Jennifer Ukwu. She has no bedside manners, she came in to the examine room looking like shes having a bad day. Never smile, Very abrupt, rude (came in with no greetings), dry attitude (just tell me what I have and what I need to take) and she even ignore one of my questions. Bad experience. When youre sick and feeling crappy yourself, of course you would want a little sympathy from your Attending Doctor but Dr. Ukwu has NONE of that. Sad for all of her patients. I hope this urgent care will keep Dr. Nguyen and replace Dr. Ukwu with someone like Dr. Nguyen. Practice bedside manners, its part of your job Dr. Ukwu. It really is.
Staff are wonderful nurse Sky is amazing she made my daughter feel like she knew her from the start.Dr. Sherif explained everything on how to proceed with getting additional medical help and even printed a list specialist doctors for us!
Professional and Friendly service. Definitely would recommend Memorial Hermann Urgent Care.
A doctor M. Nguyen. Terrible. Does not listen to a word the patient shares with him. I told him explicitly about my stomach sensitivity to antibiotics. I find out that he in fact prescribed an antibiotic that is notorious for causing stomach upset as confirmed by a CVS pharmacist. An antibiotic that is worse than other antibiotics when it comes to resulting stomach problems. Unbelievable. The guy should not work there, not fit to be a doctor. Watch out.
Walked in before called. Bad service
RUN AWAY - RIP OFF PLACE. ITS EMERGENCY ROOM NOT URGENT CARE. EXPECT MULTIPLE BILLS.1, RUDE FRONT OFFICE STAFF & NURSE. SHE IS HIDING HER NAME BADGE.2, FOUL ODOR IN THE RECEPTION3, MULTIPLE BILLS ON URGENT CARE. One for office visit $ 112 and one for dressing $1384, CONSIDER NEXT LEVEL URGENT CARE AT SPRING GREEN.This is not a regular urgent care. Here you will get multiple bills. While signing the forms you will get a bill in the name of office visit and after the visit you will get a bill. both you need to pay immediately. else the nurse will through the financial document at you and she will ask you to read. sir you signed it when you come in . she is planning to close this shop soon i think.Try considering the next level urgent care where you dont get multiple bills. one for office one for dressing. Some urgent care clinics are actually hospital emergency rooms in DISGUISE. If a clinic is associated with a hospital (and sometimes even if it is not), it will consider itself an ER and bill like an ER. You need to ask the urgent care clinic in advance if it bills as urgent care or as an ER and get the name of the person who tells you. Just because they tell you that it will be billed as urgent care doesn’t mean that it will. If 30 days later you receive a bill for an ER visit, you can go back to the billing office of the urgent care center armed with the employee’s name who told you differently.
The only thing I did not like was when I first entered that building I was greeted with “do you have insurance?” No hallo, how may I help. ? It was straight insurance
I had a great experience today at Memorial Hermann Urgent Care today. Nice staff, didnt have to wait very long, and the doc was very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend to others!
Very easy to set up appointment & checking in. Professional & friendly medical staff.
The nurse and Doctor were nice and very informative. They also referred us to a specialist and they were very efficient because the specialist contacted us the next day!
Quick and compassionate care from a well qualified team.
I cant express my gratitude to the staffs ofMemoerial Herman urgent care . Front desk Jessica very kind and sweet. Dr Pourmasiha was very compassionate and very comforting. Very knowledge. And Ty was very nice .wants to say thank you guys you Rock.
I went in with back pain could bearly walk or sit, and by the end of the day I could walk with little pain. And was seen within 45 min as a walk in.
I’ve been there 2x. I returned to this specific location because they treat me well. There are so many urgent cares closer to me but hands down, I’m coming here!
Very friendly and took great care of me. The injection didn’t even hurt and they were so kind. I will definitely recommend and use again.
Had great visit. It was my first time there. The nurses and the doctor listened to what was wrong. I received a shot and a prescription which was what I was hoping for. Everyone was nice and I didnt feel like I was wasting my time.
Very bad experience. Janae at the front desk is extremely rude and incompetent.I wish I could give zero to this facility.
I went there looking for fast results, and I definitely got it. They even sent my prescriptions to the nearest Walmart of my choosing and everything was ready when I arrived to pick them up , no mistakes. Great job!
Attempted to be seen here, walked in and was told theyre no longer seeing patients and referred me to another place because it was at the end of the day. Any place that would turn someone away in need because it cuts into their closing time (keep in mind I was there well before closing) speaks volumes about patient care.
I had a good experience at this location, the office staff was very nice. The Doctor was very professional he took care of my health issue. I will go back for sure if I have any other concerns!
Yes the staff is nice but I waited in the exam room for 45 min before I was seen.
This was my first time at this urgent care and I would definitely recommend it. The staff is very friendly and the wait time was short. I was seen by Dr. Agbasi and she is very nice and informative.
The staff was excellent as well as the doctor!! Their hospitality was A1, the continuously apologized for my wait which wasn’t bad at all, I was a walk in!! Great Urgent Care!!
Great and prompt care. Highly recommend.
The staff was very polite and friendly, and my 11 year old had to get a Covid Test that was done by a very nice nurse that made her comfortable the whole time. Thanks for all the helpful advice!!
I discovered this place last yr, when i got sick went there for treatment, didnt have to wait long the place is super clean and the staff very friendly. Its affordable more convenient than going to the ER if its not life threatening.
They are cari g and kind awesome staff
Friendly, excellent customer service. Convenience and Excellent provider of health care services
The facility was clean. The staff are very friendly and all where compliance with protective face covering and gloves. I had an appointment got there early and was seen within 5 minutes from check in.
I was genuinely debating going to the hospital, because my respiratory infection left it extremely hard for me to breathe. The wait time here is worth every minute. I came gasping for air and left with a smile on my face and an inhaler. Thank you!!!!
The staff there, even though covid isn’t running them ragged, is friendly and professional. Very kind. God bless them.If you are in need of medical services, I highly recommend them. Thank you.
My experience at Memorial Hermann Urgent Care was great! The staff, medical assistant, as well as the doctor were very knowledgeable and pleasant !
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The wait was not too bad and the doctor was great.
Clean and organized. Front desk employees were courteous and helpful. One of the best urgent care clinics I’ve visited!
Very professional, knowledgable and friendly..
This place is a hidden gem! They see you very quickly and the physicians are knowledgeable and very nice. They are also comfortable around children, which is great. Highly recommend!
Quick and efficient service. Glad to have found this clinic.
Very quick; knowledgeable PAs; answered my questions. Great experience.
Thank you for treating us with kindness patiente and respect, nice and beautiful place, extremely profesional and friendly, I really appreciate how fast my daughters were treated. Thank you so much, definettly coming back if needed. Parking was awesome too
Everyone was so kind and helpful. The clerical staff was amazing.Dr. Nguyen was very caring and kind.Thank you for making my visit so pleasant.Rebecca
We were seen very quickly and the entire staff was professional and helpful
Friendly, professional good service!
Before you go there in pain and wait, make sure they can make money out of your insurance
Fantastic staff and doctor. Ive been here several times and have always had great care. I cant recommend it highly enough.
Immediate care. Very nice Doctor & staff. Thank you!
Great place! Very friendly and helpful people. Loved the doctor! Will definitely go again if the need arises.
Came in for a 9:45 appt. Wait time is terrible! And we were skipped! Go save yourself time, dont even stop or look here and drive to a different urgent care.
They should be ashamed of themselves for calling this an Urgent Care. The staff seem very bored with their job, insensitive and with a medical superiority complex. Shame on them. Nobody is coming here because they want to. This staff should be replaced with people who care.
10+. Efficient, caring and friendly. Already recommended to several people.
Excellent medical care received at this location. Checked in online and was seen within the hour, which is not too bad for an urgent care.
This is as good as it gets for a medical facility.
No wait time and everyone was nice, professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend this place.
I needed a quick and convenient place that was open on Sunday and this place was perfect. All the staff were friendly and eager to assist me. I highly recommend this clinic.
Quick and professional service. Kind people and a clean facility. My go to place.
Got test results in 2 days and the doctor took the time to explain diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Mohammed was very nice and took time to understand my concerns.
Very friendly and helpful staff, very thorough nurse practitioners and doctors. If needed I wouldn’t hesitate on going back for help.
Very efficient and knowledgeable team.
The doctor, he cared. Usually urgent care doctors dont care. And the waiting time was minimal. That is a huge plus!
They were kind and wonderful. I was seen quickly too
Very kind, caring staff. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly considerate and seemed to enjoy and excel at their job. Very impressed with everyone!
Prompt friendly care and service. Front desk, nurse and physician all were terrific! In andvout in under one hour!!!Urgent Care- Fulsheat
Great experience. Very clean and well staffed. In and out in no time and I love that we could check in online beforehand. Will be back for sure!
They got us in and out fast and the doctor was very polite. This is now my #1 clinic for my family.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and the NP was able to quickly diagnose my issue.
Very clean and organized, entire visit lasted less than 30 minutes. Got down to business and was very quick, efficient and professional.
The doctor found an issue with my heart that I didn’t know I had. Very nice staff!
We get the medical help we need as a family for adults and kids. Friendly and professional staff.
Dr. foster was amazing. It took a while to see her but her diagnosis was accurate.
I made an appointment and staff was very thorough, professional and friendly. The staff has a great attitude and I would highly recommend.
This place is truly amazing , the front staff are kind and caring , the check in nurses were on point and caring , and the doctor was direct and to the point about getting me better ... love this place
Excellent care, friendly staff all around, doc and nurse both interacted with my 2yo in a great and developmentally appropriate way.
No nonsense. Quick in and out. Was diagnosed with flu. They have an online check in system. Didn’t use it but may make things faster.
Easy to book appointment online. No long waiting times. Friendly staff and physician. Highly recommend.
