Made the appointment in the morning for an appointment at 12:30pm and was seen about 5 min after arriving. Dr. Koy was great! He was thorough with my 11 year old and listened to her symptoms. Very pleased with our service. Prescriptions were sent in to the pharmacy right away!

I liked being able to make my appointment online and fill out the necessary paperwork online. I thought the nurse practitioner, Precious, listened and prescribed what was needed. The only thing I didnt like was having to wait 15 minutes when I was the first patient in the door when they opened. No one else, patient- wise there. What gives?

Doctor Koy was super understanding in my discomfort and answered all my concerns. I was feeling much better after taking the medication prescribed by her. I always feel a calming feeling from Doctor Koy when I come to this clinic. It offers great service and very friendly staff.

I have found an urgent care that is prompt, and very responsive. I love Irene NP and all the staff. I wish I remembered the name of the MA from yesterday (also radiography). Very kind and pleasant but all staff are. It’s nice to have a back up for urgent needs and not have to wait for my primary’s office.

This place was my to go urgent care, and I always had a good experience. Yesterday I went in, the front desk lady was so rude and loud. I really wanted to complain about her to the doctor but I thought there is no point in complaining to the doctor anyway. She even didn’t bother to say goodbye or anything. I’m not sure if I go next time.

I was quickly seen and treated, staff was friendly. I checked my insurance ahead of time, so I knew they would be in network.

We always come to instahealth for help. Doctor and assistant are super nice and helpful. The front desk is very rude and unfriendly.

This place has been my second option when my PCP isnt able to see me. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the doctors, are friendly and helpful. There isnt much of a wait time when I go and the price isnt too bad.

Made an appointment the day of on the mobile website. Super easy to create an appointment. Service was great and we were in and out after seeing the PA and doctor in about 20 mins. Doctor was very thorough and prescriptions were sent to pharmacy in a timely manor.

We came here to get my brothers ear wax removed! It was an amazing fast experience! Everyone was so sweet and kind! Thank you so much!

Very professional staff! I was in and out within no time at all. Have went there 3 times already within 3 weeks due to a virus I spread myself to my whole family. The Dr there is super knowledgeable and I seriously recommend him to anyone feeling ill. The staff are really nice and the facility is very clean!!! I had the worst experience at this urgent care! The front desk staff is rude. They failed to mention that they dont have a medical doctor on site, so I was seen by a nurse practitioner for my toe injury. Despite there being only one person ahead of me, the wait was ridiculously long. If you have a serious issue like a possible fracture, avoid this place at all costs! Theyll take your X-ray and then send it off, leaving you waiting for results for three hours and you will get results by email + then you have to figure out yourself .Even if its broken, they wont assist further; youll need to find a specialist the next day elsewhere. A complete waste of time and utterly disappointing service! Avoid this place !!!!

The wait wasn’t too Long and the administrative and nursing staff were very polite. However the physician that I seen was very rude talk down to me and didn’t give me an examination before prescribing me meds.

All members of the staff were so nice and helpful would definitely recommend going here. It was an early appointment right when they opened so we were in and out in no time.

Good cash pay price brought me in. Nurse Practitioner worked with me to give me what I needed AND what I preferred. When there was an issue at the pharmacy with my medication, they promptly helped, called back when they said they would. Continuity of care between practitioners was great too. Thanks for running an awesome business!

Quick and easy Covid test appointment. Girls up front helpful with facts and information. Sat in car, got swabbed and waited in the car for 15 minutes for the results. Highly recommend this place.

First time ever, first of the receptionist, was soUnprofessional and not welcoming, like she looks a little Standish to me, and clueless.. The Doctor, one of the worst dr. I have ever encountered.. I honestly wasted my time and insurance to go there, the doctor obviously didn’t know what she was doing and couldn’t even do a proper check or nothing, coming from a medical background, I already knew what was wrong before I went in, just need verification.. As a daughter of medical profession, Dad a doctor and my mother a nurse they already told me what was wrong by my symptoms I was feeling , they only advised I toGo Check up , b/c they are out of town, little did I know I was going to walk in the worst place ever, full of clueless people.. Am sorry am not the type to leave bad review of review os any kind, but I strongly believe that noDoctors should play about people health, if you don’t know your job get someone else to do that truly knows what they doing .. Trust and believe I WILL NEVER STEP MY FOOT BACK IN THAT PLACE AND I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER GO THERE..!!

Was able to make an appointment online with very little wait at my appointment. The staff was kind and helpful and the doctor was so knowledgeable. She quickly knew what I had and prescribed the exact drug I needed. After being very sick for over a week, it feels good to be feeling better. Thank you beyond words.

Joanna was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very fast service and clean .Dr. Irene was amazing as well. She answered all questions (and I had many) . She was very patient. I was literally in and out . Also I liked the fact that it was only $125 (I paid out of pocket ) for the visit everywhere else I called it was $300 and up

They got me right in. They checked me for all the possibilities of illness. They prescribed and sent my medicine to the pharmacy of my choice. I was able to start medication and I’m already feeling better.

Easily made an appointment online and was seen quickly after I got my initial new patient paperwork completed (which you can also do online which I chose not to do). Staff was pleasant and the appointment went smoothly.

You get what you pay for.. They are a cheaper urgent care if youre paying out of pocket but still expensive. Very nice & friendly staff but they did not help me get to the bottom of my problem. I was given two IM injections to my backside & sent on my way. It didnt seem like they really had the experience or knowledge to get to the root of my issue... Ended up having to go to another urgent care only a few days later because my problem got worse & the second urgent care closely evaluated my concerns.

This place is fantastic. I split time between Houston and Austin, my PCP is in Austin. I was feeling ill while in Houston. The HMO requires I visit my PCP or pay a premium. Instead, I opted to pay cash to see a Physician here, in and out in an hour. They do accept insurance, but their fees are so low I opted for speed over savings.They did all of the testing I needed. The experience was exactly what I need/hoped for. The fee was VERY reasonable... call them!The Physician was well informed, honest and didnt make me feel like she was trying to deliver more services than were needed to help me recover. She asked me direct questions about how I was feeling and discussed possible causes and treatment options for each. We talked about the cost up front, and were able to move forward quickly. I highly recommend this place is youre traveling into town or if you cant get an appointment to see your PCP quickly and just want help.

Everyone was very professional and very nice. It did not take long at all to get called back. X-rays were done and results were given quickly. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you all so much.

What a crock! Had a 9 am appointment- told to arrive 10 min early as we were a new patient. Doors locked until 9. The desk assistant saw us standing outside, unlocked the door and walked away. No greeting or welcome. As we let ourselves in, I couldn’t even write my daughter’s name on the register before they told me that because my insurance’s system was down it would be $100 unless we were getting a covid test. My insurance card clearly shows my copay is $10. Funny, that my insurance was back up and running by the time I got to another urgent care 3 min away! I was greeted politely and taken care of quickly with my $10 copay.

I love it here. We go very often because they have lots of availability and take our insurance without any issues. All the nurses are great because we’ve seen almost all of them with the way we’ve had to test for COVID for my little guy. They’re all friendly and welcoming. We’ve seen a doctor a couple of times and he’s awesome too. Explains things for this stressed out mom. Overall we haven’t had a bad experience here. 😊

This experience was better than my own PCP!!! The staff are excellent, the office and exam rooms are immaculate, and most importantly, the care is incredible. I was seen quickly, the physician spent the right amount of time with me and the overall experience was fantastic. I wish I could have this site as my PCP!!! They are great! The best urgent care I have ever been to.

The process of making the appointment was very easy. When I needed to contact them , the receptionist was very informative, helpful and efficient. The wait wasn’t long at all. From making an appointment, the hold time on the phone (which was none), the wait time checking in and wait time to be seen. Everything went very smoothly without any complications at all. These young lady’s know what they’re doing. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone that ntbs asap.

This Urgent Care facility is better than my own doctor. The facility is clean! That’s the first thing I look at, their floors, their counters and everything. They get you in and out with a diagnosis. Who has time to sit and wait all day in a lobby? Finally - That doctor is really good. He cares about the people and so professional.

Awesome experience! I was able to schedule myself the day of, and when we arrived the waiting area was empty and very clean. We did not wait long at all to see the doctor, and they were thorough and helpful. Will definitely come back here again.

Incredible service, accept almost health insurance and they are quick and on time with the patients appointment. The place is clean, sanitized, and not crowded. There are a lot of open appointment times and whenever I need medical attention, I can book online straight away. It also open Sunday, which is nice. The nurses and the doctor are patients and are willing to answer any questions. Overall, I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.

The team is very friendly, fast and efficient, also the Doc is great. Their communication over the phone could be better, however, as I have received misleading information a couple of time over the phone.Overall, I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility, and drive from memorial City (after having lived in Katy) just to go back.

The experience that I had with InstaHealth Urgent Care was phenomenal due to how attentive the staff were to my needs and treatment. Within the first ten minutes upon arriving for my emergency, I was able to see the doctor on call and be able to describe my reason for coming. The staff worked quickly to identify and give me treatment for the problems I had which were able to go away right after receiving treatment.

I booked an appointment for a rapid response covid test. When I arrived at the office the receptionist was lovely, very polite and extremely helpful answering my questions. The nurse and doctor (I had a medical issue) were both very professional, kind and engaged in my health. It was the best medical experience I have ever recieved in USA.

There is a doctor here that would rather sit and chat with nurses than address my mangled finger. These places are supposed to be quick. Ice been sitting here for 40 minutes and Im the only patient. Not cool.

I went to this urgent care in a lot of pain from a UTI and the staff there was amazing. They were caring and understood that I was in pain. They got me through as quick as possible. The doctor was more detailed than my urologist! The fact that I was able to make my appointment online and then drive, really helped with my pain and not having to sit and wait. To sum it all up, this place and staff are what anyone would truly hope for when dealing with pain and needing caring attention.

Every staff member that we were in contact with were so nice and helpful. The nurse was absolutely wonderful with hy kids! I really appreciated how smooth everything went too. I will definitely choose InstaHealth for any future urgent care needs.

Been here 5 or 6 times for Covid testing and once for an earache. Always decent experiences. I have directed friends and coworkers to them for testing and with flu symptoms and they have all been happy. Website to make appointments is not so good.

I have visited this urgent care facility for my son throat infection as a walk in and it was quick checkin, clean and pleasant and like other urgent cares & I don’t find any special with this urgent care. I thought doctor will see my son but surprisingly they have only nurse practitioner instead of doctor and I have told the home COVID test was -ve and and she did strep test and it was negative too but still she has prescribed Amoxicillin for my son . He took for 2 days and didn’t cured then immediately we have visited my ENT Specialist from Sugar Land and she have examined and found my son has Acid Reflux symptoms and she clearly me mentioned Amoxicillin doesn’t work and she was shocked to hear why they have prescribed amoxicillin without examining properly.Don’t just read the reviews and visit any urgent care, instead call them and ask who is available and take the doctor name and see their reviews.When I compare with all the previous reviews this facility is not so great as my PCP or ENT specialists and I strongly feel my PCP and ENTs are far better than this facility. Hence don’t get confused by reading all reviews. I don’t think this facility will be helpful for any medical issues other than simple cold, cough, viral, fever and COVID like symptoms. Due to my bad experience and misguidance I will not recommend this facility since I traveled 5 miles by checking all these 5 star reviews.In my view Doctor experience is important when compare with all other like wait time, cleanliness , checkin experience, easy appointment etc., I don’t mind waiting for 30-45 mins if I find the best doctor who will give best treatment.

I’ve been here several times, for my child & myself. The staff here is so nice. The doctors are outstanding, caring & just overall a pleasant experience when you’re feeling bad. I don’t live close but the drive is worth the level of care & attention you get. 5 stars for sure!

If I could give this facility and doctor a ten star review I would. I have been to this facility a total of three times and have received nothing short of excellent service. The staff is very professional and extremely nice. The doctor went out of his way to thoroughly explain a medical condition to my son and I. I never once felt like “just another patient”. This doctor really does care about the patients and it is obvious he enjoys his profession. Thank you for the exemplary service!

It’s a great place. I’m Satisfied with the attention, the timer and all team is friendly too. Some members of the team speak Spanish, my first language, that’s is cool for me. I like this place. 100% recommended !!

My daughter, husband, and I have been to InstaHealth about 5 times. It has been a positive experience every time. Making an online appointment, the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor - the entire experience is great. Everyone is kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. On top of that, the wait time is minimal. I highly recommend InstaHealth Urgent Care.

Service is quick, but questions are met with awkward uninformative responses. They run the test, see you quick. The staff isn’t eager to make the experience or to be any more helpful than they have to. Even the doctor had her hand on the door eager to move on although no follow up instructions or questions had been answered, I had to be persistent as she tried to leave.

I am so glad they are open and that I went here. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and Dr Koy was also. Dr Koy was very thorough also and didnt rush anything, and took the time to make sure that not only was I taken care of, but that I also understood my follow up care and prescriptions. The pricing was extremely fair and not a bunch of hidden costs.5 out of 5 stars hands down. So glad this facility is so close to where I live, I will be back (as needed) without hesitation.

We came here for a rapid test. We requested the appointment online and filled out all the required paperwork ahead of time. We got here early in case there was other paperwork needed. The check-in was fast, and they were able to see us ahead of our scheduled time. All went very smooth. Thank you for a great experience!

EVERY other place either wasn’t doing /free/ rapid COVID testing, or didn’t have availability for like 5 days. I had called a few places, went to 3, and finally found this place! I was able to make an appointment that was only about an hour out. Got there and it was very fast and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awesome clinic. Clean, fast, the staff were so nice and accommodating. The doctor was also approachable, easy to chat with, knowledgable, and skilled. I had a small procedure, and I have never before been poked and proded with no pain! (Trust me, Im a baby). I would definitely return for medical services and recommend to my friends/family.

Dr. Koy is top notch, always patient & extremely thorough. He even spoke directly to me over the phone the day AFTER my appointment. Again, bed side manner is top notch. Highly recommend.

Instahealth have been great since me and my husband started going here to get COVID testing done. Scheduling is fast and easy and when you go to your appointment you don’t have to wait too long. Would definitely recommend this Urgent Care for anything you need. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

We use this center for rapid covid tests and I also saw the Dr. For an upper respiratory infection. We have been happy with the service here. I have seen the provider named Samantha 2x when I had a cold and when I had strep. She was professional, kind and efficient.

EDIT. I’ve gone to this urgent care for a few years now and have always loved it. Until today. I’m pregnant, have been sick for 4 days. Tried to stick it out but couldn’t handle the symptoms after three days of non stop coughing. The new doctor or nurse practitioner was so rude I was astounded. She is the definition of treating machines and not the patient. She didn’t listen to anything I said, she was condescending, and quite frankly made me feel even worse walking out of there today. I knew being pregnant would limit what I can take. She stood behind me in the room the entire time, not even looking me in the eye while she spoke over me and didn’t just take the time to make sure I was okay. I’ve never been talked AT like that by a doctor before and her bedside manner really could use some work. Dr Koy is very missed and I recommended this place to so many people because of him. The doctor I saw today, If you are reading this, it has nothing to do with antibiotics. It has nothing to do with the medication you can prescribe. A pregnant woman comes in with a cough that she’s had for three days, next time…. Look at her, talk to her, LISTEN TO HER. You made me feel WORSE today. Like I was stupid. Shame on you. I won’t be returning and that’s sad because I’ve loved this place for years and the other staff has always been 10/10 and so kind. I really hope you read this and become kinder to the patients you see.I can’t recommend this place enough. It has been our saving grace since we’ve moved to Katy. Dr Koy is so professional and friendly and always addresses all of our concerns. He’s treated my 18 month old son and is the only doctor my child hasn’t cried with. I feel very lucky to have found a doctor I can trust and is good with adults and children. Highly recommend insta health!

I made an appointment for a rapid COVID test. Making the appointment and filling out the forms online was easy. I liked the text reminders for the appointment. I didn’t have to wait very long for my test. The tech was very professional, and I had my results in just a few minutes.

The staff was really nice , the doctor really helped me with my ear problem and cleared the wax from my ear . It didn’t hurt one bit and now I can hear ! , they are nice and gentle with clients . 10/10 recommended. Definitely going back if I ever have too

This is the ONLY Urgent Care we use as a family. They are the best !!Update: Went in today 7-19-22 with horrible back pain, no wait time, excellent care & communication. In & out start to finish in less than 30 minutes ! I simply refuse to go anywhere else !

Absolutely the best doctor experience I’ve had! I know that sounds like some extreme, fake review, but Dr. Koy truly was the kindest and thorough doctor our family has seen. He explained in detail what our medical issues were with informative, digital diagrams and we didn’t feel rushed or just like a number. He even called us at home the next day to check on us. I don’t think I’ll go back to my regular general practitioner as long as Dr. Koy is at InstaHealth Urgent Care. He and the staff were wonderful and have earned a repeat customer!

I happened across this clinic when I needed a COVID test. Clinic was clean and well organized given the COVID protocols. Ive been several times since for various ailments and more COVID tests. Staff remains pleasant, nurses/doctors don;t lolly-gag... they get you in, seen and out very quickly and with professionalism. Easier than scheduling with my regular MD. I highly recommend this clinic.

I called last minute to get an antigen Covid test and they said yes they can take us. We filled out the new patient info and when we came, although one of the insurance card they didn’t take , they took what we have them when we were there. They provided the test and we were happy. We needed it for next day cruise departure !

Ive come here now 3 times and the staff is always so nice and helpful. The place is completely spotless and no wait times. The doctor is honest and does a good job diagnosing. Would recommend and will continue to come back.

I never write reviews, but I will in this case because its the best place Ive been. Lovely staff, clean place, never any rush or long waits whenever I go (possibly due to timing). The fact that theyre open on weekends and have a great doctor is the best. Very knowledgeable doctor and he seems like he really cares. Honestly, Im grateful to have finally found an urgent care this good.

I made the appt as I was on my way & I was seen promptly when I got there ! The nurse practitioner listened to me & my complaints & gave me a some injections for pain & swelling & I started to feel better within 20 minutes or so! Thank you

I would 10/10 recommend InstaHealth urgent care. As someone who has been to several urgent cares for different reasons, I was very impressed by their customer service, compassion and promptness. I couldn’t even finish filling out the paperwork before I was seen! I also loved how I immediately noticed a how clean it was when I walked in. Will definitely be returning should the need arise for me or my family.

I took my 9 year old last week early on Tuesday morning. It was around 9am and no wait. Fairly quick process to sign in and get insurance situated. Everyone was so nice here from the moment we walked in to vital check and talking to the doc. Dr. Koy took the time to explain what was happening to myself and my son (both sick and both of us were taken care of at the same time). I’ve been to 2 other urgent cares here in Katy and this will be my go to for non emergency needs.

I would recommend this urgent care if you are looking for a place that will get you in and out and you ONLY want to be tested for COVID, Flu, Strep, etc...I would not recommend if you want much more outside of what I listed above. Check in process is efficient, staff are cordial. Not a warm fuzzy feeling, but they get the job done when it comes to testing.

I took my husband here because hed been having some massive muscle pain, and then fever, shortness of breath, fatigue, etc. It had been going on for a few days. We brought him in, paid the full price because apparently they dont take our version of United Healthcare. Flu and covid tests both negative. But the doctor still swore it was the flu. Sent in Tamiflu, which didnt help. We finally went to the ER a few days later and he had pneumonia AND sepsis. The idea that his flu test came back negative, and they didnt look any further into it, OR suggest going to the hospital is negligent. No blood work (which theyd have seen his very high white blood cell count). No nothing. Hospital says he never had the flu.Even though its flu season, and its spreading right now, thats no reason to just assume someone has it, despite a negative test. I get that there are false negatives. But check further into it when someone has a high fever, and especially coupled with those EXTREME muscle spasms. Oh, and swelling in the extremeties. Description of feeling like there are shards of glass while breathing.At least suggest going to the ER.

No wait, very professional and efficient. Location was clean! Dr Kroy is outstanding he took the time to answer all my questions, did not feel rush at all. Truly refreshing to see a doctor who cares! I even got a follow up call to see how I was doing, who does that anymore! Truly refreshing, I am going back in 2 weeks to see him and I dont care I pay more that going to a regular doctor!

Dr.Koy treated both my mother and me. The process was very smooth with no wait time. The Dr patiently listened to us and after he checked us he was very clear in explaining the situation and diagnosis. A very caring and professional experience. The Dr also followed-up to check on how we were doing. It is so good to have a caring doctor like Dr.Koy. I am glad I found a trustworthy place to go for urgent medical help. Thanks!

Went in for a covid rapid test which went fine but felt a bit rushed and never was questioned by physician. Would have been nice to at least make contact so I case I need prescription medication for something other than.. but otherwise the visit was quick and polite.

I went in Christmas Day after being bitten by a dog. Everyone was really nice, helpful, informative and professional. Thank you for taking great care of me. Also, I appreciate Dr. Koy following up with me the next day. He transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy since the first one took to long to fill the prescriptions.

The staff was professional. I went in to get a Covid Rapid test before my flight. They were fast and friendly. I’m from out of state so it’s one of the more affordable places when you’re paying out of pocket.

I just went there with my mom who was feeling sick. The lady at the front desk said they don’t take my moms insurance, she gave us the out of pocket price for the visit and I said I would pay it, all we needed was the blood pressure to be taken. She “went talk to the doctor” and two seconds later she came back saying they could not take her blood pressure.If they can’t measure blood pressure for 100$ then what can they do? Put bandaids only? Don’t go there.

The checkin process was fast and efficient. The staff and nurse on duty were very respectful and very nice. And most importantly, the doctor that attended to me was very nice and caring. Overall, I had a very good experience.

I went to Doctor Koy regarding a prolonged coughing spell which I had for 3 months. He uses a very intelligent approach combined with his technical skills to treat his patients. He takes on the challenge of having to diagnose a patient and figuring out the best way to treat them and fix the health problems accurately. It has been 5 days since he prescribed treatment for me and I am feeling great without the persistent coughing spells.He is a very good listener and displays empathy to his patients.I definitely recommend Dr Koy as anyone’s doctor and more specific as one’s family doctor.

I went for an ear wax removal which was my mistake cause I wanted a quick fix. But she wasn’t able to do it because it wasn’t visible for whatever tool she used and said she would refer me to a ENT. They ran me 145 and she didn’t even refer me nor gave me any antibiotics nor resolve anything for my ear. Felt like I just got gipped

I’ve been here a few times and the Customer service was excellent every time. Even as a walk in the wait time isn’t long. Office staff and manager Sean really know what customer service is. I’ll definitely be back for my urgent care needs.

After visiting here once, I switched to Dr. Koy for PCP since my insurance Cigna is PCP here. Dr. Koy is very nice and calls to check up on me and discuss lab results very thoroughly. The staff is nice and the facility is new and clean. Highly recommended.

The front desk person (Jessica) is in desperate need of customer service training and it’s extremely disrespectful with Spanish speaking customers. I see other reviews of the same topic so it’s clear to me now that you guys have some segregation rules in place. Over the years, Ive gone through a good amount of doctors and trust me Dr. Koy is an absolute angel in disguise. I come into his office with a problem and he tells me exactly how he can fix it. Dr. Koy and his staff at InstaHealth diagnosed and treated me and I am so thankful to have had the experience. Went in on a Saturday afternoon with a respiratory infection, feeling horrible. I was seen right away. By the following Wednesday, the medications had done their work and I was almost 100%. Waste of time!!! I called day prior (12/26/20) to ensure my Aetna insurance was covered for covid testing, and then made an appointment on their website. I checked in day of and filled out all paper work. After the wait, they called us in and said my insurance does not pay it at this location. They wasted time, so go elsewhere if possible.

I did my Cov19 on Tuesday early and l still waiting for my response paying with my insurance, l did this test free with the government and l got my response in three days, nobody call me and today Saturday nobody responded. Dr, was very nice and professional, front desk as well but longevity is awful.

I was there to get Covid PCR test for travel. Registered online, went there and I was checked in instantaneously. They emailed my result in less than an hour. Highly recommended if you need the test done.

This is the place to be for urgent care, my mum had a fracture on her left foot. Doctor Koy and his team performed an xray which didnt take time. He prescribed medications and advised on how to care for my mums foot.Doctor Koy is very knowledgeable, and I can say my mum is feeling much better .

Ive been a patient for 2 years at this clinic theres been times where ive been inbetween insurances and money but ive always paid my bill even if i had to set up a payment date well im not currently withdrawing off my medicine for my anxiety and i feel awful so i called the clinic to ask if i can pay at a later date since i start a new job the 8th orientation and the lady said sorry no and i had told her can you please explain to the doctor im having withdrawls from my medication but no one cared after having a good track record for 2 years this is how i get treated so now i have to go to my orientation for my new job in 2 days while withdrawing off my medication and wait 2 work weeks before i can get my medication absolutely ridiculous so much for patient care

This is a place where you want to go and get attendant people here is very attentive and you feel like they are there for you when you go to another places you feel like you own to them but here you feel all the opposite I am very satisfied with the service and the way they approach to you totally recommended place very clean very professional people working working there
